Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) is a supply chain performance measurement model that has been widely used in the manufacturing industry with the latest model version 12.0. This article presents the adoption and development of a construction supply chain performance measurement framework in Indonesia based on SCOR 12.0. The supply chain supply for ready mix concrete and steel as a case study consists of contracts, on-site inspection, material usage, and payment. Simulations were carried out on Project X with precast concrete supplied by ready mix concrete and steel with three suppliers each. Performance indicators from SCOR are analyzed and simulated to be implemented in the supply chain flow. The result is a contract phase with overall value at riks (OVAR), on-site inspection with perfect order fulfillment (POF) and order fulfillment cycle time (OFCT), use of materials with upside supply chain adaptability (USCA) and downside supply chain adaptability (DSCA), payment with total supply chain management costs (TSCMC) and the cost of goods sold (COGS), and overall flow with cash-to-cash cycle time (CCT), return on supply chain fixed assets (RSCFA), return on working capital (ROWC).

Supply chain characteristics in the agricultural industry differ from the industry in general, the structure is more complex and unique according to its agricultural commodities. All of the aspects starting from the upstream are very important to consider because of their dependence on the suitability of the environment and the processes that are carried out on the pre-source. Patchouli oil industry which is mainly located in Aceh Jaya Regency is the object of this study due to the fact it is the largest supplier of patchouli oil in Aceh Province. It is estimated that patchouli oil which is one of the superior local wisdom product is becoming an interesting subject again. This is indicated by several local products that use it as the main raw material. Certainly, this will be difficult to be applied if the supply chain from the upstream to the downstream is not evaluated and upgraded. For this reason, it is necessary to do a mapping process on the vulnerable side, including pre-source, source, make, and deliver. This mapping used the SCOR method version 12.0 and adapted to the make-to-stock industry scheme. The output of this study is a reliable and measurable process system in the patchouli oil industry.

Oil and gas industry in Indonesia is one of the industries with the largest contribution for country’s foreign exchange. As recorded in 2014, 12% of country’s budget is from oil and gas industry and able to provide a significant increase in national economic growth. But in the other hand, supply chain performance in this industry shows inconsistencies in each year, especially in PT. XYZ. As one of the largest oil and gas companies in East Kalimantan, Indonesia. As the result, company’s targets are missed oftentimes and have not been able to achieve competitive advantage. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to propose performance improvements in the supply chain of PT. XYZ. This study uses the model of Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) 11.0 which focuses on the attributes of reliability, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), and fishbone in collecting and processing research data. The result shows that the supply chain performance of PT. XYZ. which focused on the reliability attribute is categorized as good, starting from 2012 to 2017. There is 1 indicator that need to be improved and get further control, that is the indicator of percentage of supplier meeting environmental metrics/criteria and fill rate. One means to overcome the problem is by using big data analysis approach, because the approach can analyze big number of data in the Company, whether it’s structured, semi-structured, or unstructured.

Article 33 of the1945 Constitution clearly states that all vital factors of production, called strategic industries, are controlled by the state and to be use for the prosperity of Indonesian people. This article implies that the strategic industries supply chain should be managed accordingly. The fourth amendment of the 1945 Constitution offers a macro framework as principles to conduct the supply chain. They are Togetherness, Efficiency of justice, Continuity, Environmental perspective and Self-Sufficiency. Furthermore, the framework can be used to build performance measurement indicators for the supply chain. Currently the method that is widely used to measure supply chain performance is the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR). This study studied the relations of the strategic industries principle and performance indicators within the SCOR. Twelve professionals and researchers are interviewed as respondents to investigate those relations. More than 90% respondents agreed that; (1) the principle of togetherness is strongly related to Reliability, Responsiveness and Agility; (2) Efficiency of justice is strongly related to Responsiveness; (3) Continuity is strongly related to Agility; (4) Environmental Perspective is strongly related to Green Supply Chain, and; (5) Self-Sufficiency is strongly related to Responsiveness. Therefore, SCOR performance measurement attribute is related with the strategic industries principles.

Halal SCM is developed to meet the demands of Muslim consumers who want to make sure that what is consumed has a halal guarantee. Halal is not only from material but the whole process involved in production. One part of the halal SCM model is performance measurement. SCM performance measurements with important Islamic value indicators are considered to achieve a balance in halal SCM. This study is the implementation of company performance measurement with the involvement of halal indicator. The object of this research is at a food processing company. This research was conducted to answer the question how is the performance of the company measured using SCOR method approach with the halal indicators? SCOR is used because it is a good model as reference because SCOR can map every process in the supply chain. A total of 18 KPIs were identified which 14 of them were modified containing Islamic values. Some of these halal indicators are: halal certification, provision of halal raw materials, the accuracy of payment, satisfaction of consumer orders, and handling complain. Weighting is done at every level of SCOR metric using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Structured questionnaires and scheduled interviews are used to collect the important data. The measurement results show that the company’s performance is at “good” level with Score 77%. Even so, there are 4 KPIs where the achievement is still low, that is halal certification, sale price determination, inclusion period and customer complain rate. This is recorded by the company as an input to improve their performance in order to compete in halal food business.

One of the sectors which contributes importantly to the development of Vietnam economy is fishery industry. However, during recent year, it has been witnessed many difficulties on managing the performance of the fishery supply chain operations as a whole. In this paper, a framework for supply chain risk management (SCRM) is proposed. Initially, all the activities are mapped by using Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model. Next, the risk ranking is analyzed in House of Risk. Furthermore, interpretive structural modeling (ISM) is used to identify inter-relationships among supply chain risks and to visualize the risks according to their levels. For illustration, the model has been tested in several case studies with fishery companies in Can Tho, Mekong Delta. This study identifies 22 risk events and 20 risk agents through the supply chain. Also, the risk priority could be used for further House of Risk with proactive actions in future studies.

Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) is a standard supply chain performance evaluation model which is proposed by Supply Chain Council (SCC). SCOR makes companies can analyse and evaluate their supply chain performance. SCOR has Thread Diagram which describes business process simply and systematically to help the analysis of company's business process. This research takes place in PT XYZ that is involved in Crude Palm Oil (CPO) industry. PT XYZ used to be the market leader of CPO industry but nowadays they have a trouble to compete with new competitors. The purpose of this study is to provide the input for PT XYZ business process improvement to enhance the competitiveness of the company with the others. The result obtained shows that there are two performance metrics that are not reached. The analysis of business process shows the lack of control role of PT XYZ to supplier and customer side which is going to be the suggestion of improvement.
