現在, 産学官連携による地域の特性を生かした地産地消をトレンドとした商品開発が全国的に取り組まれてい る。だが, 中小企業などでの商品開発には多くの時間と費用を費やす。そこで本報告では, インパクトマッピ ング法を用いて、宮崎県の新たな特産物へと地域価値の向上や地域の活性化へとも成長させる可能性を秘めた 白木耳と宮崎県のなんじゃこりゃ大福で名店のお菓子の日高とのコラボレーションで白木耳入り大福を地元 の産-産-学-金連携により開発した。. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
