Abstract

The commutation torque ripple of a brushless dc motor (BLDCM) in a six-step driving mode generates vibration noise. To minimize the commutation torque ripple of the BLDCM, this article analyzes the cause of torque ripple and establishes the model of torque ripple suppression by using the phase current predictive method based on the trapezoidal back electromotive force (EMF). In addition, based on the prediction model of the non-commutation phase current, the pulsewidth modulation model predictive control (PWM-MPC) algorithm is proposed. By changing the duty cycle with prior evaluation, the predictive control avoids commutation current hopping, thereby reducing torque ripple during commutation. This control approach is more accessible to be implemented, because it does not require changing the topology of the motor driving circuit. Simulation models of the proposed control scheme constructed in the MATLAB/Simulink environment are given, compared with the conventional square-wave driving method. Moreover, experiments are performed to verify the feasibility. The output torque during experiments is transmitted to the computer software through the torque transducer. Compared with the traditional driving methods, the simulation and experimental results show that the proposed novel algorithm in this article could suppress the torque ripple efficiently. Abstract

This paper presents the design and implementation of a photovoltaic inverter equipment monitoring system based on bluetooth technology on Android platform, including the inverter detector and the Android smart-phone. The inverter detector used STM32F103ZET6 as the main control chip. The real-time data received from inverter equipment were stored in AT45DB161 Flash chip and transmitted to the smart-phone via the bluetooth wireless link. Then, the smart-phone processed the received information and displayed it in graph view. Industrial applications show that the monitoring system has the advantages of high stability and performance, and the communication range reaches to about 100 meters in outdoor space.

Abstract

Concerning the description of strengthening effect of project generation to the management consulting process, according to MCS(Management Consulting System) model proposed by Liang Gefu(2004). the paper will discuss it from five parts. 1. The directional role of project generation can intensify consulting goal. 2. A reasonable human-to-machine division of labor make sure the efficiency of exploiting resources and the value created by huaman brain. 3. The logic of generated process function and module layout according to project will be strengthened. 4. Intensification caused by effective combination of consulting methods. 5. The rationality of multiple choices supported by project combination form. Uses the method of AHP on processing may realize the different levels’ effects or factor importance. Then uses the method of MGDM can directly grading the difference factors.
