The Strengthening Effect of Project Generation to Consulting Process

Concerning the description of strengthening effect of project generation to the management consulting process, according to MCS(Management Consulting System) model proposed by Liang Gefu(2004). the paper will discuss it from five parts. 1. The directional role of project generation can intensify consulting goal. 2. A reasonable human-to-machine division of labor make sure the efficiency of exploiting resources and the value created by huaman brain. 3. The logic of generated process function and module layout according to project will be strengthened. 4. Intensification caused by effective combination of consulting methods. 5. The rationality of multiple choices supported by project combination form. Uses the method of AHP on processing may realize the different levels’ effects or factor importance. Then uses the method of MGDM can directly grading the difference factors.
