This paper presents novel concepts in fuzzy topologies, namely q -rung orthopair picture fuzzy (q -ROPF) topology and q -rung orthopair picture fuzzy point (q -ROPFP). These concepts extended the existing notions in fuzzy topologies. We introduced a more relaxed form of continuity, called q ε -ROPF continuity, which allows for a flexible analysis of functions between q -ROPF topological spaces by incorporating an error bound ε. We define the q -neighborhood system for a q -ROPF point in a q -ROPF topological space and investigate the convergence of sequences of such points. Our results shed light on the behavior of functions and sequences in these spaces, as well as the conditions for uniqueness of limits within the realm of supports. Our model is based on an Euler-Bernoulli beam clamped at one end and subjected at its free end to a control in displacement and velocity. In this work, relative of the control parameters, we study the stabilization in displacement and then in energy of the model using a stable numerical scheme that we implement. This numerical scheme results from the Crank–Nicolson algorithm for the discretization in time and from the finite element method based on the approximation by Hermith cubic functions for the discretization in space. The study shows that, compared to the velocity control, the displacement control has an almost negligible effect on the stabilization of the beam. In this paper, we mainly obtain an approximation theorem and generic convergence of solutions for inverse quasivariational inequality problems. First, we define the concept of the approximate solution to inverse quasivariational inequality problems under bounded rationality theory. Afterward, an approximation theorem that satisfies fairly mild assumptions is proved. Moreover, we establish a function space and discuss the convergence properties of solutions for inverse quasivariational inequality problems by the method of set-valued analysis. Finally, we prove that most of inverse quasivariational inequality problems are stable in the case of perturbation of the objective function. In this paper, we characterize the bounded and compact Stevi c ′ -Sharma operator T ψ 1 , ψ 2 , φ from a general class X of Banach function spaces into Zygmund-type spaces with some of the most convenient test functions on the open unit disk. Using several restrictive terms, we show that all bounded operators T ψ 1 , ψ 2 , φ from X into the little Zygmund-type spaces are compact. Specifically, the proposed growing semiorganizing neural gas (GsONG) is a practical AI methodology utilizing advanced clustering techniques to enhance the learning experience by categorizing the true abilities, skills, and needs of learners, in an inclusive differentiated learning framework. It is a neural network architecture that includes competing and cooperating neurons with an unstructured mode whereby a cooperation-competition process delimits the topological neighborhood of neurons in a grid to identify patterns for which their classes are not known. To optimize the above process, a heuristic method was used that investigates the space of an objective function by regulating the optimal topologies of neurons that form pathway segments in a semi-contemplative manner. On the premise of being familiar with ArcGIS Server technology, we build the architecture of the entire platform, including the basic support layer, data layer, service platform layer, and application layer, and build the entire environment of the platform. We make electronic maps through Arc Map, and collect, organize, and improve spatial data and attribute data, so as to achieve satisfactory accuracy and visual comfort. This study implements various map services under the Dojo framework, including basic map operations, information display and query, marker points, eagle eye diagrams, measurement, printing, and other functions, and uses JavaScript technology to improve user experience. We publish various services through ArcGIS Server, and realize fast and error-free invocation of each service. Based on the theory of runoff and runoff, ArcGIS software was used to study the hydrological information of the watershed, and to determine the catchment area threshold and hydrological response unit. Combined with the GIS spatial analysis method, the numerical simulation of rainfall and runoff in the study case area was carried out, and the variation of the annual rainfall-runoff coefficient was obtained. In this paper, we proposed a new theory of solving the multitarget control problem by introducing a machine learning framework in automatic driving and implementing the acquisition of excellent drivers' knowledge. Nowadays, there still exist some core problems that have not been fully realized by the researchers in automatic driving, such as the optimal way to control the multitarget objective functions of energy saving, safe driving, headway distance control, and comfort driving. It is also challenging to resolve the networks that automatic driving is relied on and to improve the performance of GPU chips on complex driving environments. According to these problems, we developed a new theory to map multitarget objective functions in different spaces into the same one and thus introduced a machine learning framework of SDL (super deep learning) for optimal multitarget control based on knowledge acquisition. The three-dimensional organic growth features of buildings have been given more and more attention according to the unique view representation regulations of the indoor construction industry, in order to optimize the usage and allocation efficiency of building space. To explore the configuration structure of building function space, the three-dimensional box dimension algorithm is used to measure the fractal dimension of the indoor and outdoor form of building space, and the two-dimensional and three-dimensional fractal characteristics of building space are compared and analyzed; the method of the second derivative is utilized for the automatic recognition of fractal scale-free areas, aiming at the imprecise problem of the artificial judgment of scale-free areas in earlier fractal research of interior and outdoor forms of architectural space. The experimental results show that the second derivative method can effectively and automatically identify the scale-free region. The coefficients of linear fitting are above 0.990, and the indoor and outdoor forms of architectural space have clear fractal characteristics. After applying the method, the three-dimensional fractal dimension grows, indicating that the interior and outdoor form usage of architectural space in this area is generally effective and compact. In this article, we introduce and study a new class of operators defined on a Cartesian product of ideal spaces of measurable functions. We use the general approach of the theory of vector lattices. We say that an operator T : E × F ⟶ W defined on a Cartesian product of vector lattices E and F and taking values in a vector lattice W is orthogonally biadditive if all partial operators T y : E ⟶ W and T x : F ⟶ W are orthogonally additive. In the first part of the article, we prove that, under some mild conditions, a vector space of all regular orthogonally biadditive operators O B A r E , F ; W is a Dedekind complete vector lattice. We show that the set of all horizontally-to-order continuous regular orthogonally biadditive operators is a projection band in O B A r E , F ; W . In the last section of the paper, we investigate orthogonally biadditive operators on a Cartesian product of ideal spaces of measurable functions. We show that an integral Uryson operator which depends on two functional variables is orthogonally biadditive and obtain a criterion of the regularity of an orthogonally biadditive Uryson operator. The equivalence of operator norm between the Hardy-Littlewood maximal function and the truncated maximal function on the Heisenberg group is obtained. More specifically, when 1 < p < ∞ , the L p norm and central Morrey norm of truncated maximal function are equal to those of the Hardy-Littlewood maximal function. When p = 1 , we get the equivalence of weak norm L 1 ⟶ L 1 , ∞ and M ̇ 1 , λ ⟶ W ̇ M 1 , λ . Those results are generalization of previous work on Euclid spaces. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
