The article deals with a legal dispute regarding a pharmacy delivery service that operates outside of permissible store opening hours. A competition association has filed a lawsuit against a pharmacist who participates in this delivery service, which also operates on Sundays. The district court ruled in favor of the lawsuit, and the pharmacist's appeal was rejected. It is argued that pharmacies are not authorized to ensure their availability on Sundays and public holidays, regardless of the opening hours set by the states. The exact interpretation of the relevant laws is being discussed. The second part of the text deals with a professional disciplinary procedure against a dentist who is alleged to have made uncollegial statements. The professional court rejected the request to initiate the procedure, as the statements were covered by freedom of speech. The complaint against this decision is admissible.
