The article focuses on the two-pronged approach of Jackson Laboratory, a genetic research laboratory and supplier of strains in mice for laboratory testing. It says that Jackson Laboratory was getting killed on cost so they developed two-pronged approach. It states that the approach is to drive employees to utilize the more cost-efficient and outcome-based area hospital and build health incentives into its benefit design.
