The results show that the deformation of the cone surface of the pulley is mainly concentrated in the area of inclusion angle of metal belt on pulley; And the maximum deformation of the pulley occurs at the edge of the pulley, and the amount of deformation of the tapered surface of the pulley increases as the speed ratio increases; The maximum stress of the pulley appears at the connection between the pulley and the pulley shaft and at the working radius of the metal belt.
