Abstract

In order to analyze the CVT transmission system of a certain car under certain working conditions, under the combined action of the engine, gear meshing, and road excitation, the spline shaft vibration, tooth surface stress distribution, and tooth surface fretting wear of each involute spline pair In this case, a transient simulation model of spline transmission is established in this paper. Under this working condition, it is obtained that each spline shaft generates slight periodic vibration in all directions, and the stress distribution on the spline tooth surface is uneven. The amount of surface abrasion can be obtained by different spline tooth surfaces. Provide a reliable calculation method for spline wear analysis. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
