In the paper, the problem of minimizing the number of jobs is tardy in a FMS is considered. We existing two special algorithms to the problem. Firstly, AGVs scheduling algorithm. Secondly, simultaneous scheduling of machines and AGVs algorithm. In FMS surroundings the kinds and range of machines are known. Operations are no preemptive. There is enough input/output buffer area at every machine. For fixing scheduling issues we are think about forty issues with travel time and process time given in Bilge and Ulusoy (1995) and some other eighty problems are additionally viewed with with various travel and process time. The scheduling modus operandi with FCFS and AGVs scheduling has been urbanized in the "JAVA" language [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
