Abstract

Researchers from Chongqing University conducted a study on the role of Docking protein 1 (DOK1) in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC). The research found that high DOK1 expression is associated with poor survival in ccRCC patients and accelerates tumor progression through PI3K/AKT/GSK3 beta signaling. The study suggests that DOK1 could be a valuable biomarker and potential treatment target for ccRCC.
