Objective To investigate the effect of anti-angiogenic drug Sitravatinib combined with poly(adenosine diphosphate[ADP]-ribose) polymerase inhibitor(PARPi) Niraparib on mucosal melanoma cell lines and its possible mechanism. Methods The CCK8 assay was used to detect the maximal half inhibitory concentration (IC50) of Sitravatinib and Niraparib targeting at mucosal melanoma (MM) cell lines. CompuSyn was used to detect the Combination Index (CI) in different concentrations of the two drugs. Flow cytometry was used to detect the effect of drugs on cell apoptosis. Colony formation assay was used to detect the effect of drugs on cell proliferation. Western blot was used to detect the protein expressions and RT-qPCR was used to detect mRNA expression. Results CI values was respectively 0.19 and 0.15 for Sitravatinib (2 μmol/L) in combination with Niraparib (20 μmol/L) in a human vaginal maligant melanoma cell line (HMVII) and a metastasis inguinal lymph node of vulvar malignant melanoma cell line (GAK). Compared with the control group and single-drug groups, the cell proliferation of the combination group was significantly reduced (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01 or P＜0.001). The cell apoptosis rate was significantly increased (P＜0.01 or P＜0.001). The protein and mRNA expression of apoptosis-related biomarkers significantly increased (P＜0.001); In addition, the protein and mRNA expression of cell autophagy biomarkers significantly increased (P＜0.01 or P＜0.001). The protein expression of DNA damage marker significantly increased. Moreover, compared with the control group, The expression of radiation sensitive protein 51 (RAD51) recombinase in the Sitravatinib single-drug group and combination group significantly reduced. As the dose of Sitravatinib gradually increased up to 2 μmol/L, the protein and mRNA expression of RAD51 both significantly reduced (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01), the mRNA expression of BRCA1 and BRCA2 also significantly reduced (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01 or P＜0.001). Conclusions Sitravatinib combined with Niraparib inhibits the proliferation of mucosal melanoma cells, induces cell apoptosis and promotes autophagy. The mechanism is potentially related to the inhibition of homology-dependent recombination repairs(HRR).

In this paper, we first use CNNS to collect rich samples of folk dance music, establish a model framework and a functional system framework, and conduct a comprehensive process analysis of the music. Then, the instrumental features, frequency features, and timbre features are extracted to obtain the spectral information. In the stage of chord analysis and encoding, a multivariate chord encoding model is established based on the acquired spectral information, including two parts: chord representation preprocessing and chord encoding. By utilizing this model, the chord structure of music was successfully and accurately encoded, allowing for analysis with up to 98% accuracy. Furthermore, significant recall results were achieved, reaching over 0.9, which suggests that the extracted chord features are highly reliable and accurate in recognizing musical chord information.

In this paper, we first develop the modified gradient‐based iterative (MGI) method for the complex conjugate and transpose matrix equations A1XB1+A2X‾B2+A3XTB3+A4XHB4=E$$ {A}_1X{B}_1+{A}_2\overline{X}{B}_2+{A}_3{X}^T{B}_3+{A}_4{X}^H{B}_4=E $$. By adopting the updated technique, we can make full use of the latest information to compute the next result, which leads to a faster convergence rate. In theory, we apply the real representation of a complex matrix and the vec‐operator to prove the convergence properties. Furthermore, we extend the MGI algorithm to solve the generalized complex conjugate and transpose matrix equations. Then, the necessary and sufficient conditions for convergence of the MGI algorithm are presented. Lastly, three numerical examples are introduced to testify the efficiency of our methods. Due to the severe harmful impacts of industrial dyeing wastewater on ecosystems and human health, proper treatment is crucial. Herein, the use of modified graphite as an adsorbent for dyeing wastewater treatment was investigated in this study. The graphite was oxidized and intercalated using a phosphoric acid–nitric acid–potassium permanganate system and then thermally treated at high temperatures to optimize its structure. By adjusting the thermal treatment temperature, the graphite adsorbent with varying porosity was obtained. The optimized graphite demonstrated significant improvement in adsorption performance for dyes and organic compounds, achieving a removal rate of over 85% for methylene blue (MB) dye. The optimal adsorption performance is achieved with a 1.6 mg modified graphite adsorbent at 60 °C under alkaline conditions for adsorbing 10 ppm MB. Adsorption kinetics and isotherm models were applied to elucidate the adsorption mechanisms. The results fit the Langmuir model, suggesting that monolayer homogeneous adsorption is favorable. Importantly, the results demonstrate that high-temperature treatment can significantly enhance the adsorption properties of coal-based graphite, supporting its application in dyeing wastewater treatment. In order to solve the severe erosion of kiln refractories for the high‐temperature treatment used during the process of recovering valuable metal elements from waste lithium batteries, this study investigates the low‐cost, no‐firing preparation technology of erosion‐resistant SiC–C–t‐ZrO2 composites with self‐prepared t‐ZrO2–SiC–C powder, as well as silicon carbide and flake graphite as the main raw materials, and phenolic resin as the binding agent. (1) The effects of different t‐ZrO2–SiC–C powder additions and heat treatment temperatures on the properties of SiC–C–t‐ZrO2 composites were studied in details. (2) The erosion resistance of SiC–C–t‐ZrO2 composites to after‐use lithium battery waste was evaluated using the static crucible method. The mechanical properties of the t‐ZrO2–SiC–C composites was the best that its cold modulus of rupture (CMOR) was 11.37 MPa and cold crush strength (CCS) was 41.96 MPa when heat treatment temperature was 600°C and content of t‐ZrO2–SiC–C powder was 10 wt%. At that condition, the bulk density of samples reached to 3.15 g/cm3 and apparent porosity of it was only at 11.09% which means that the samples designed in this work are compacted enough. Using fly ash to synthesize zeolite molecular sieves can improve the reuse value of coal fly ash resources, reduce the synthesis cost of the zeolites, and protect the ecology. A novel approach was proposed to prepare zeolite socony mobil‐5 (ZSM‐5) zeolite via one‐pot hydrothermal synthesis. The mesoporous ZSM‐5 synthesized by adjusting the molar ratio of chemical reagents has higher crystallinity, larger specific surface area, and more adsorption sites. An analysis of methylene blue (MB) adsorption on mesoporous ZSM‐5 was conducted at many different adsorption parameters, including solution concentration, temperature, and duration of adsorption. The Langmuir model can objectively describe the adsorption behavior of MB on ZSM‐5, and the adsorption characteristics of MB on ZSM‐5 are better described by the pseudo‐second‐order kinetic model. To investigate the effects of biogas slurry substitution for fertilizer on rice yield, fertilizer utilization efficiency, and soil fertility, a field experiment was conducted on rice–wheat rotation soil in the Chaohu Lake Basin for two consecutive years, with the following six treatments: no fertilization (CK), conventional fertilization (CF), optimized fertilization (OF), biogas slurry replacing 15% of fertilizer (15% OFB), biogas slurry replacing 30% of fertilizer (30% OFB), and biogas slurry replacing 50% of fertilizer (50% OFB). The field experiment results showed that, compared with CF treatment, OF treatment in 2022 and 2023 significantly increased (p < 0.05) rice yield, promoted the uptake of nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K) by grains and straws, improved fertilizer utilization efficiency, and increased the contents of soil organic C (SOC), NH4+-N, NO3−-N, hydrolysable N, and available P. The 15% OFB and 30% OFB treatments significantly increased (p < 0.05) rice grain and straw yields compared with CF treatment, and rice grain and straw yields were the highest in the 30% OFB treatment. Compared with CF and OF treatments, 30% OFB treatment significantly increased (p < 0.05) the N, P, and K uptake of grains and straws and increased the fertilizer utilization efficiency. Compared with CF treatment, the grain yield of 50% OFB treatment was significantly decreased (p < 0.05) in 2022, and there was no significant difference in 2023, which may be because the biogas slurry was applied before planting in 2023 to provide more nutrients for early rice growth. Compared with CF treatment, 30% OFB treatment significantly increased (p < 0.05) the contents of SOC, NH4+-N, available K, and hydrolysable N. In summary, optimizing N and K topdressing methods can increase rice yield and improve the fertilizer utilization efficiency and soil fertility. The 30% OFB treatment resulted in the highest rice yield, fertilizer utilization efficiency, and improved soil fertility, indicating that biogas slurry replacing 30% of fertilizer was the best application mode for rice in this region. Background: International health policies and researchers have emphasized the value of evaluating patient-reported outcomes (PROs) in clinical studies. However, the characteristics of PROs in adult tumor clinical trials in China remain insufficiently elucidated., Objective: This study aims to assess the application and characteristics of PRO instruments as primary or secondary outcomes in adult randomized clinical trials related to tumors in China., Methods: This cross-sectional study identified tumor-focused randomized clinical trials conducted in China between January 1, 2010, and June 30, 2022. The ClinicalTrials.gov database and the Chinese Clinical Trial Registry were selected as the databases. Trials were classified into four groups based on the use of PRO instruments: (1) trials listing PRO instruments as primary outcomes, (2) trials listing PRO instruments as secondary outcomes, (3) trials listing PRO instruments as coprimary outcomes, and (4) trials without any mention of PRO instruments. Pertinent data, including study phase, settings, geographic regions, centers, participant demographics (age and sex), funding sources, intervention types, target diseases, and the names of PRO instruments, were extracted from these trials. The target diseases involved in the trials were grouped according to the American Joint Committee on Cancer Staging Manual, 8th Edition., Results: Among the 6445 trials examined, 2390 (37.08%) incorporated PRO instruments as part of their outcomes. Within this subset, 26.82% (641/2390) listed PRO instruments as primary outcomes, 52.72% (1260/2390) as secondary outcomes, and 20.46% (489/2390) as coprimary outcomes. Among the 2,155,306 participants included in these trials, PRO instruments were used to collect data from 613,648 (28.47%) patients as primary or secondary outcomes and from 74,287 (3.45%) patients as coprimary outcomes. The most common conditions explicitly using specified PRO instruments included thorax tumors (217/1280, 16.95%), breast tumors (176/1280, 13.75%), and lower gastrointestinal tract tumors (173/1280, 13.52%). Frequently used PRO instruments included the European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Core Questionnaire-30, the visual analog scale, the numeric rating scale, the Traditional Chinese Medicine Symptom Scale, and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index., Conclusions: Over recent years, the incorporation of PROs has demonstrated an upward trajectory in adult randomized clinical trials on tumors in China. Nonetheless, the infrequent measurement of the patient's voice remains noteworthy.
