Since the coronavirus outbreak influenced the whole population in 2020, many individuals, both directly and indirectly affected, experienced increased levels of distress at that time. Such a global mental health crisis requires identification of key mechanisms which contribute to distress during pandemic. Specificity of COVID-19 outbreak was lack of sufficient information at the beginning and, consequently, a high level of perceived uncertainty. The main aim of this study was to examine the influence of the intolerance of uncertainty to the experienced level of distress during the pandemic. Additionally, influence of media exposure and fear were examined. Total of 740 participants took part in an online study during the coronavirus outbreak in Serbia. Moderately high level of distress was recorded in our sample. About ⅓ of participants were in each group: no distress, moderately high and highly elevated. Results of serial mediation analysis showed that the intolerance of uncertainty had a significant direct effect on distress, but also indirect via fear of COVID-19 and media exposure. Higher levels of intolerance of uncertainty lead to more time spent on media looking for information, and consequently to higher fear and distress levels. Furthermore, it was shown that media exposure also increased the level of fear. Such results emphasized the importance of unambiguous, clear informing during the time of crisis which can decrease uncertainty, and provided some practical implication for media and authorities.

El presente artículo es resultado de una investigación de corte cualitativo con sustento teórico-analítico que tiene por objetivo analizar las políticas educativas implementadas por el gobierno Mexicano, frente al SARS-CoV-2 que causa la enfermedad del Covid-19, y que provocó el periodo de aislamiento social. Particularmente, se analizarán los documentos y comunicados emitidos por la SEP para la educación básica, así como los efectos de las plataformas virtuales y recursos digitales disponibles para la continuidad de las clases desde casa. Se concluye que existe una escasa cultura en Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación por parte de la población escolar, así como carencias en conectividad y disponibilidad de tecnología aplicable a la educación, y que se hace necesario replantear el currículo actual para educación básica, lo mismo que las prácticas docentes, para con ello centrarse en nuevos modelos educativos capaces de afrontar no sólo una crisis como la actual, generada por la pandemia de Covid-19, sino como opciones viables para formar para la vida, para la ciudadanía y la solidaridad.

Este trabajo quiere hacer una contribucion a los estudios sobre las repercusiones de la pandemia de la COVID-19 en los afrodescendientes. Contiene una revision no exhaustiva de documentacion de dos fuentes fundamentales: organismos multilaterales y organizaciones afrodescendientes. Esta problematica esta inserta en una crisis estructural anterior a la pandemia. Finalmente, se llama la atencion sobre una especie de consenso en los diagnosticos acerca de los impactos negativos de la pandemia y de sus raices en problemas estructurales de desigualdad, racismo y exclusion. La paradoja es la brecha entre la justeza de estos discursos y la implementacion practica de soluciones. Alternativas esbozadas por movimientos afrodescendientes se ubican en el terreno de la lucha politica y de la confluencia con otros sectores que plantean un necesario cambio de modelo de sociedad. Afrodescendants, from Structural Crisis to the COVID-19 Pandemic Abstract: This paper aims to make a contribution to studies on the impact of the COVID-19 pan demic on people of African descent. It contains a non-exhaustive review of documentation from two fundamental sources: multilateral agencies and Afro-descendant organizations. This problematic is embedded in a structural crisis prior to the pandemic. Finally, attention is drawn to a kind of consensus in the diagnoses about the negative impacts of the pandemic and its roots in structural problems of inequality, racism and exclusion. The paradox is the gap between the correctness of these discourses and the practical implementation of solutions. Alternatives outlined by Afro-descendant movements are located in the field of political struggle and confluence with other sectors that propose a necessary change in the model of society. Introduction Coronavirus can cause respiratory disease ranging from mild upper respiratory tract illness to severe pneumonia, severe acute respiratory distress syndrome, and death. The purpose of this research was to study the symptoms of confirmed Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) cases and their relationship with gender and age groups. Materials and Methods This observational cross-sectional study was conducted at Rawalpindi Institute of Urology and Transplantation (RIUT) that is the COVID-19 management center of Rawalpindi Medical University, Rawalpindi during the month of March 2020. Consecutive sampling methodology was used, and all real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) confirmed patients of COVID-19 were included. Data regarding age, gender, and symptoms with onset was recorded and analyzed. Results Thirty-five patients, 22 (62.9%) males, and 13 (37.1%) females were included. Seven (20%) patients were ≥60 years old, and 12 (34.8%) ≥40 years old. 21 (60%) were symptomatic and the rest of them were asymptomatic. The mean duration of symptoms was 2.8±1.1 days. Fever (13, 61.9%), persistent cough (12, 57.1%), sputum (6, 28.6%), shortness of breath (4, 19%), anorexia (3, 14.3%), fatigue (3, 14.3%), myalgia (1, 4.8%), were presenting symptoms. Cough, anorexia, and fatigue were significantly more frequent in the patients ≥40 of age. Anorexia and fatigue were common in the age groups ≥40 and ≥60 years. Myalgia was significantly frequent in patients aged ≥60 years. Conclusion Fever, persistent cough and shortness of breath are commonest symptoms of COVID 19 patients. COVID-19 can be asymptomatic in many cases.

Objective: The goal of this current short communication research was to critically analysis and systematically collect data during this pandemic situation, government strategies and their implementation to counter the pandemic virus-Novel COVID-19 within the Sikkim state and its border areas. Methods: It highlighted data obtained by the different agencies prvided by government and independent media houses. Here we highlighted data focused on factors such Home quarantin, Facility Quarantine, Triage facility, details of patients admitted, Logistic supplies and details of test for COVID-19. Result: Total cumulatative number of passengers screened were 6,03,370 at the major entrance(Rangpo check post), persons in home quarantine, Triage facility, total number of sample sent for examination and total number of sample found positive and found negative were 2954, 2, 59, 0 and 59 respectively till dated:11/04.2020. Conclusion: With the State Government's bold move towards mandatory quarantine of the population inside the state for total 40 days lockdown (including both 1st phase and 2nd phase). Sikkim reports zero COVID-19 positive cases as on 19/04/2020. These statistics are first of its kind for the communication and to keep the scientific evidence for future knowledge.

The current COVID-19 pandemic represents an accidental crisis of global proportions that requires humanity to adaptively cope with unknown and low-control stressors. This research aimed to explore coping mechanisms by first considering them in the domain of their factor structure and then examining their mediating role in the relationship between stress perception and precautionary measures in the context of a pandemic. The sample included a total of 582 adult respondents from Serbia (75.7% female), with an average age of 38.74 years (SD = 10.48). The Brief COPE (Coping Orientation to Problems Experienced) scale was used to measure coping mechanisms, the Perceived Stress Scale was used to assess the perception of the stress level, and the propensity to adhere to the prescribed precautions was examined with a scale constructed for the purpose of this study. The exploratory factor analysis extracted seven coping strategies. The first corresponded to problem-focused confrontation, the second referred to emotion-focused confrontation, three isolated dimensions were associated with avoidance coping strategies, while the functions of Humor and Religion could not be clearly defined. After conducting a higher-order factor analysis, two factors were singled out: the first, which combined problem-focused and emotion-focused coping, Humor, and Religion, and the second, which brought together mechanisms aimed at avoidance coping. The results of the hierarchical regression analysis suggested significant partial mediating effects of coping mechanisms. The first higher-order factor enhanced the effects of stress perception on the practice of precautionary behavior, while the second higher-order factor reduced these effects. The obtained results raise the question of adequacy of the standard coping mechanism measuring instruments in the assessment of stress caused by an accidental crisis and further question the possibility of an adequate response to stressors that are unknown and poorly controllable.

The current outbreak of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) disease 2019 (COVID-19) represents a source of concern for the management of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Indeed patients with SLE have an increased risk of severe infections due to intrinsic perturbations of their immune response, the use of immunosuppressive drugs, as well as the potential presence of organ damage associated with their disease. In this context, hydroxychloroquine (HCQ), a drug that is currently part of the long-term, standard-of-care treatment for SLE, has been reported to possess antiviral activity in vitro, and recent results from a preliminary clinical trial might support its use in curative or even prophylactic treatment for COVID-19.1–3 During the first days of the COVID-19 outbreak in France, we launched an observational study with the aim to follow the clinical course of COVID-19 in patients with SLE who received long-term treatment with HCQ. To be eligible, patients with SLE had to (1) fulfil the 1997 criteria of the SLE classifications of the American College of Rheumatology or those of the 2019 European League Against Rheumatism/American College of Rheumatology4 5; (2) be on long-term treatment with HCQ; and (3) have SARS-CoV-2 carriage in their nasopharyngeal swab, as confirmed by real-time reverse transcription PCR analysis. Using data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) National Compensation Survey and two BLS supplemental surveys, this article examines changes to sick leave provisions and use before and during the pandemic.

The new coronavirus pandemic has pro-moted the new development of mobile and wearable computing in unprecedented ways. We discuss how on-body devices can help to fight the pandemic and may stay as a toolset to effectively deal with infectious diseases in the future.

The current condition of the Covid-19 pandemic that Indonesia is currently experiencing requires people to avoid gatherings and maintain social distancing. With this condition, how is the role of political parties in political education during the Covid-19 pandemic (Study on the Prosperous Justice Party at the DPC PKS, Kalidoni District, Palembang City. To analyze the research results, the writer uses role theory, political party theory and political education theory. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. By using the primary data sources, namely observations and interviews, while the secondary data is obtained from the results of documentation, books, journals, and other reports from the results of related research. This study aims to determine the relationship between lifestyle and Shopee online purchasing decisions during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Management Students, University of Muhammadiyah. Lifestyle is related to how a person spends his time, what is important for people to consider in the environment, and what people think about themselves and the world around them, while purchasing decisions are decisions that are initiated by consumers to buy goods or services in exchange for money in the process. buying and selling goods or services. The population in this study amounted to 287 female students while the subjects of this study amounted to 158 students of the Management Department of Muhammadiyah University of Palembang, Class of 2018. Data collection used a lifestyle scale and a purchasing decision scale. This study uses correlational quantitative methods with Pearson's product moment analysis. The results of the study revealed that there was a significant positive relationship between lifestyle and Shopee online purchasing decisions during the Covid-19 Pandemic for Management Students at Muhammadiyah University of Palembang, this was evidenced by the correlation coefficient r= 0.535 (p < 0.01), meaning that The higher the lifestyle, the higher the purchase decision, on the contrary, the higher the purchase decision, the higher the lifestyle in female students.

This research is motivated by what happened at the Sakura Waste Bank, apart from dealing with other similar waste banks, they also faced unstable conditions due to the Covid 19 Pandemic. This caused sales at the waste bank to experience significant declines. With the issuance of government regulations not to leave the house, of course this has a big impact. This will hinder the marketing process of the Sakura waste bank, which can normally carry out marketing activities directly to consumers, but with this crowd restriction, the waste bank cannot do so, so it has to change its marketing strategy in order to survive during the current pandemic. Sufism is an esoteric (inner) aspect in Islam that teaches self-purification (taskiyatun nafs) in an effort to get closer to God which has an impact on the behavior of one's life. Human behavior at this time, the world hit by the Covid-19 outbreak still has not shown the right behavior, as there are still many people who violate the rules of the government and recommendations from health experts in an effort to break the Covid-19 chain. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the formulation of the problem of how to describe the role of Sufism in dealing with the Covid-19 outbreak. The purpose of this research is to describe the teachings of Sufism in contributing to breaking the chain of the spread of the Covid-19 outbreak. The result of this research is that the practice of uzlah (seclusion) and seclusion (solitude) in Sufism can be used as alternatives in breaking the rate of spread of the Covid-19 outbreak.

After a year of COVID-19 being distributed in all countries worldwide, several COVID-19 vaccines were invented by different companies. All of these vaccines got emergency approval from WHO because of critical conditions to fight this pandemic, but still, scientists work on clinical experiments to approve the safety of these vaccines and their adverse effects. This research tried to check the safety of vaccines imported from the Libyan Health Ministry. The comparison was among Sinovak, Sinopharm, AstraZeneka, Sputnik V, and Pfizer- BioNTech vaccines. The research aimed to compare the side effects of each vaccine after 24 hours of vaccination, this information was collected from people who work or study at Misurata University. The first notice of survey results was the small number of people who took the second dose of all vaccines, even if all second doses have been provided by the health ministry with the exception of sputnik V. Most side effects were clear in sputnik V, AstraZeneka, and Pfizer- BioNTech, on the other hand, Sinopharm and Sinovac were mostly with little side effects although some people had headache and fever. This research recommends for more action forward campaign that aims to convince Libyan people to get COVID-19 vaccines.

Resumo: O presente artigo busca dar uma breve contribuição para a questão da pandemia de COVID-19 no que tange aos estudantes e sua conscientização acerca da doença e suas formas de transmissão. O principal objetivo é, por meio da história em quadrinhos La Dansarina, promover maior entendimento acerca da pandemia e, por meio da comparação com a Gripe Espanhola, fazer com que os estudantes acatem as decisões dos órgãos de saúde, bem como levam adiante tais ensinamentos. A metodologia utilizada foi a bibliográfica, e como resultado principal temos uma comparação entre as duas pandemias por meio de uma obra artística, que pode motivar e instigar os alunos por conta de seu viés lúdico. Como conclusões, podemos destacar que a informação pode ser a maior arma no combate de uma doença que se espalha pelo convívio social, e uma história bem contada, com toda sua tensão emocional pode ser mais útil do que números frios do noticiário. The main objective is, through the comic book La Dansarina, to promote a better understanding of the pandemic and, by means of the comparison with the Spanish Flu, to make students accept the decisions of the health agencies, as well as carry out such teachings. . The methodology used was bibliographic, and as a main result we have a comparison between the two pandemics through an artistic work, which can motivate and instigate students due to their ludic bias. As conclusions, we can highlight that information can be the greatest weapon in the fight against a disease that spreads through social life, and a well-told story, with all its emotional tension, can be more useful than cold news numbers. At the end of December 2019, people were shocked by the coronavirus disease-19. People believe that the virus spread from Wuhan, China. This epidemic finally attracted international attention, so that on January 30 WHO declared it a public health emergency. All humans worry over this situation. However, there are efforts to overcome it, one of which is by changing the psychological (inner) of the human being. This paper aims to review the concept of change (taghyīr) QS. al-Ra'du verse 11 in tackling covid-19. With a descriptive method of analysis literature review related to the topic this study resulted: QS. al-Ra'du verse 11 talks about social change (qaum) which starts from the mental condition (anfus) of the community. Changes that come from the community, concerning their inner side, are a prerequisite of changes by Allah. The inner side includes the mindset, strong determination, intention and understanding, so that from those create self-awareness. In any case, building awareness is the most important thing for achieving success and social change, especially in tackling Covid-19. People who are aware have to pay attention to their food and apply 3 M (wearing masks, washing hands with soap and keeping a distance).

The application of character education during the Covid-19 pandemic underwent changes that needed to be adapted to conditions, one of which was character education in elementary schools. This study aimed to know the implementation of character education using the QR Code at SDIT Mutiara Cendekia Lubuklinggau. This study was conducted by implementing qualitative method. The data were collected through documentation and interviews with two teachers and the principal of the school while the data analysis was conducted through inductive techniques, through steps of data reduction, data display and drawing conclusion. The research findings showed the following results: 1) character education was still carried out despite the Covid-19 pandemic; 2) the use of QR code technology in the form of photos or videos made them attractive for the students Thus, the character education by using QR codes for character education at SDIT Mutiara Cendekia Lubuklinggau could run well regardless of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Pada saat ini SARS-COV2 (Virus Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2) yang dikenal dengan Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) merupakan penyakit wabah yang terjadi hampir di seluruh dunia. Jumlah kasus terkonfirmasi positif COVID-19 di Kabupaten Tegal sebanyak 1.241 kasus dan meninggal sebanyak 66 kasus. Ibu hamil termasuk kelompok yang berisiko terinfeksi virus Corona karena daya tahan tubuh cenderung lebih lemah. Ibu hamil yang terinfeksi SARS-COV2 berisiko lebih tinggi mengalami abortus dan atau prematuritas. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian adalah untuk meningkatkan pemgetahuan ibu hamil tentang covid-19. Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan pada tanggal 16 sampai18 September 2020 di Desa Kalisapu Kec. Slawi Kab. Tegal sebanyak 30 ibu hamil dengan metode pemberian pendidikan kesehatan. Hasil dari pengabdian adalah ibu hamil sangat antusias dan respon positif terkait informasi COVID-19 dengan alat bantu booklet.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas dan kontribusi Jaring Pengaman Sosial dalam pemberdayaan UMKM serta kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam pemberdayaan UMKM pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di Kota Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah di Kota Palembang. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Proses analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa program Social Safety Net (Jaring Pengaman Sosial) efektif dalam pemberdayaan usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di Kota Palembang.

The development of tourism in Indonesia must be supported by infrastructure development so that it can spur an increase in the number of tourists. The tourism industry plays a very important role in determining environmentally friendly tourism options. The spread of Covid-19 which continues to increase will have an impact on tourism management. This study aims to examine how the impact of COVID-19 on the management of Sirah Kencong Agro tourism as a sustainable tourism object. This research was conducted in the Sirah Kencong Tea Plantation, which is in the administrative area of Blitar Regency, East Java. The method used in this research is the descriptive method with qualitative analysis techniques. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data collection in this study used the method of observation and interviews based on Sapta Pesona Indonesia. Secondary data collection is obtained from literature studies and studying documents from related agencies. Tourism management at Sirah Kencong Agrotourism is carried out by following health protocols such as visitors having to wear masks, wash their hands when entering tourist areas, and maintain distance between visitors. Other natural potentials can be utilized and developed, of course, by looking at aspects related to promoting sustainable tourism.

ThePerspective Maqashid Syariah for Legal Protection of Workers Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic has fulfilled the benefit of property (hifdẕu-māl) and contains hifdẕu-nāfs (protection of life). The research method used in this research is Library Research with library materials sources, data collection techniques through several books, legal magazines, legislation and other documents related to the discussion. Then the data were analyzed using descriptive analysis.

The reception of law worship during the pandemic Covid-19 is a pattern that is very important to reflect on as a lesson learned after the Covid-19 pandemic. This study, in addition to providing a conceptual understanding of Muslim religious law receptions pattern during the pandemic Covid-19, also to reflects this reception contextually. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through an interview process with Muslims who actively carried out worship activities in the congregation during the pandemic Covid-19 at the Kotagede Mataram Gede Mosque. The analysis in this study was carried out through the process of reducing, describing, and inductively interpreting the data, to obtain a classification and conclusion regarding Muslim religious law reception pattern. This study found that the Muslim worship law reception pattern during the pandemic Covid-19 was not least carried out through three contexts, namely; reception in the context of adaptation, reception in the context of negotiation, and reception in the context of resistance. This study also recommends the importance of comparing Muslim worship law reception patterns in a more macro context.

This article presents the impact COVID–19 had on a first-year communication design curricula revitalisation to progress students from a secondary level standards-based criterion to a tertiary culture predicated on active and experiential practice-led studio inquiry. Methodologically, it describes a design-based research intervention that asks what occurred in the translation of a brief written as an in-person, studio-based model into a purely online undertaking, learning from anywhere, teaching in a constant state of flux? Through a commentary on practice, the revitalisation of a design programme, and the pedagogical shift from within the traditional studio paradigm–a dynamic on-campus, in-person model into an abrupt and atypical online undertaking due to the global pandemic, this paper contributes to a discourse on a design studio approach and presents the transference of the Learning Management System that supports distance learning.

The spread of COVID-19 has prompted a revision of the possibilities of distance learning technologies and contributed to their introduction as basic learning technologies to ensure the continuity of the educational process in extreme conditions. Distance learning has both positive aspects, such as saving time, the ability to educate more people, and disadvantages, namely the lack of practical skills, the inferiority of the emotional component of education. Aspects and issues of distance learning of students of the international faculty, classes which are conducted in a foreign language, are analyzed. The main differences between the education of students of international faculties and students of domestic faculties are noted. The issues of communicative relations, psychological aspects of distance relations, language issues, logistics of distance learning and methodological problems are described in detail. It has been suggested that distance learning may be equally effective in full-time education for theoretical subjects, but in the study of clinical disciplines, the priority is traditional methods of education, which include learning at the patient’s bedside.

Organizational changes in the health care system of Ukraine, which took place before the quarantine period, required the introduction of changes in medical education using modern interactive technologies in the preparation of competitive future doctors. However, in the conditions of quarantine, which is due to COVID-19, the choice of educational distance technology should not differ from the traditional quality of educational services. At the same time, the development of modern forms of distance learning should become the basis for professional continuous education of doctors in the future, which will improve the quality of diagnostics and professional medical care.

The global pandemic so-called COVID-19 disrupts supply chain and have an impact on numerous sectors. The adversity suffered by most of the countries is severe shortage of medical supply input. In addition, the nuisance on supply chain also affects economic growth and the most affected are firms which operations are related to international trade. Customs as related institution in international trade has a vital role in sustaining the supply chain continuity. This paper is quantitative research with descriptive statistics method. The paper analyses the policies implemented by customs authority and provide the data analysis in statistical form with descriptive narrative. Our findings depict how the preliminary steps that taken affect domestic supply by stimulating cross-border trade. Our result also show that fiscal incentives successfully escalate medical equipment supply via importation and take a role on national balance trade, but procedural support provided can’t handle numerous of importation of medical supplies so there’s no changes in dwelling time. The outcomes and findings of our study can be used by government or researchers as an evaluation for progressing the further support systems guiding supply chain.

The Covid-19 pandemic was taking place in almost all countries around the world. Along with the increasingly vigorous government strategy in tackling the spread of the corona virus that was still endemic until now, the government had started to enforce the Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) with the signing of Government Regulation (PP) No. 21 of 2020 about PSBB which was considered able to accelerate countermeasures while preventing the spread of corona that was increasingly widespread in Indonesia. The research method used was normative prescriptive. The government put forward the principle of the state as a problem solver. The government minimized the use of region errors as legitimacy to decentralization. The government should facilitated regional best practices in handling the pandemic. Thus, the pandemic can be handled more effectively. The consideration, the region had special needs which were not always accommodated in national policies. The government policy should be able to encourage the birth of regional innovations in handling the pandemic as a form of fulfilling human rights in the field of health. Innovation was useful in getting around the limitations and differences in the context of each region. In principle, decentralization required positive incentives, not penalties. Therefore, incentive-based central policies were more awaited in handling and minimizing the impact of the pandemic.

У статті здійснено аналіз впливу пандемії COVID-19 на розвиток світового ринку кіберспорту, виявлено сучасні тенденції кіберспорту. Зазначено, що індустрія відеоігор та кіберспорту зокрема відноситься до тих секторів, що отримали незначний негативний вплив від наслідків пандемії. Досліджено, що таке стрімке зростання кіберспорту як індустрії пов’язане не лише з психологічними аспектами людської поведінки під час карантинних обмежень, а й із досягненням комерційних цілей. Так, за даними провідного світового статистичного Інтернет-порталу Statista, у 2021 р. світовий ринок кіберспорту оцінюється у трохи більше ніж 1,08 млрд дол. США, що майже на 15% більше, ніж у попередньому році, а світова аудиторія кіберспорту досягла 474 млн людей. Азіатсько-Тихоокеанський регіон, Північна Америка та Європа – це трійка найбільших ринків кіберспорту у світі. Зазначено також про важливість розвитку кіберспорту в Україні.

The study discussed the role of social and cultural capital in online history learning. Social capital and cultural capital have a close relationship with character education in the learning process and become one of the important factors in the success of an educational goal. O presente trabalho tem objetivo de demonstrar e abordar, para que o ser humano tenha qualidade de vida o acesso ao abastecimento de água e ao esgotamento sanitário adequados é fundamental, sendo um direito garantido na Constituição Federal aos cidadãos. O método de pesquisa realizada por meio de doutrina, artigos científicos, relatórios e legislação, o resultado foi que muitos municípios brasileiros não disponibilizam um sistema de saneamento que atenda satisfatoriamente sua população, ocasionando problemas na área de saúde. Com o surgimento da pandemia da Covid-19, ficou mais evidente que a falta de estrutura de saneamento básico em diversos municípios, facilitou a propagação do vírus pela impossibilidade de milhões de pessoas, não fazerem com frequência a higienização pessoal principalmente das mãos e manter o distanciamento social, conforme as determinações do Ministério da Saúde. A ineficiência da prestação de serviço de saneamento atinge principalmente as pessoas que vivem em locais mais vulneráveis, como favelas ou periferias das cidades. O crescimento desordenado, a falta regulamentação legal e planejamento, além da prática de atos de corrupção, contribuíram pelo atual estado de deficiência que se encontram vários municípios nesse setor, que deve ser visto com prioridade pelo Estado para uma sadia qualidade de vida da população.

In a pandemic situation that is rife, most people are unable to balance between emotional and mind because there are not a few people who are depressed, stressed, depressed and so on, due to a pandemic which results in a system of working from home, learning from home as well as other social restrictions. Therefore this research aims to provide understanding and knowledge to the public in responding to the pandemic in order to be able to balance between reason and emotional intelligence so as to avoid various mental illnesses and others, and this research uses questionnaire broadcasting through google from, which is The results of questionnaire distribution to 23 people consisting of 26.1% men and 73.9% women can be concluded that of these 23 people can balance the relations of reason and emotional intelligence in several fields.

The coronavirus has left its mark on practically every branch of the economy in Poland and has affected all spheres of human life: public, professional and private. Education is no exception. Distance learning, or e-learning, has a rich history in education. So far, however, e-learning has acted as a kind of “adjunct” to traditional classroom learning and as an alternative to face-to-face classes. The coronavirus disease forced a completely new situation in Polish education. All, or almost all, traditional forms of teaching and learning had to shift towards remote, virtual forms. In the first half of this year (2020), an extensive discussion at the SEA forum (the Academic E-learning Association) took place. Scientists, educators and technical experts from various academic centers spoke about the methods and tools launched in their institutions. This article offers a synthesis of that discussion, i.e. how certain Polish universities eventually did or did not succeed in the above matter. The article is based on selected fragments and quotes of the debate. Some of them were briefly commented on by the author.
