The article analyzes how labor courts handle legal issues concerning subcontracting and plant removal in the U.S. It traces the judicial processes of various labor court cases, from the court trials to establishing judgments. The concept of subcontracting and plant removal depict the desire of the labor market to ensure job security or balance property rights with job rights. In analyzing the role of courts in the contractual area, the issues of arbitration and merits of law declared by them must be taken into consideration. From analyzing labor court cases, it can be concluded that court have done a great job when it comes to arbitration process.
