The main goal of this report is to investigate the effects of coronavirus on student's education. The collected data is represented in different charts. A questionnaire-based on 14 different questions is formed for this paper. The responses on the questionnaire was collected by sending it via social media channels (Facebook and WhatsApp). In this study 1088 people were included and out of them 400 people responded on the questionnaire. Through this study, it has been concluded that students are literally getting affected due to COVID-19, and outcomes also suggest thatclass-based learning is more effective than digital learning.

The main purpose of the study was awareness about color blindness, its causes and impact on health in university-girls-hostel residents. Eighty students joined in this study. All the students of Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan Khadija hall girl’s hostel were involved in that study in which they were asked about color blindness it provides answers like is color blindness a viral infection or a bacterial disease, metabolic disease. Any one of you your family and friends have ever suffered from this disease? How can we treat it with the use of medicines or surgery? It is shifted genetically or by blood transfusion contact. Which they were asked about color blindness disease type and it’s diagnose and how it can be controlled either by surgery or medicines or no need of its treatment and how it spreads and family friends history of this disease. A survey was conducted to provide awareness about sickle cell anemia, reasons and its effect on health. A research was done to provide awareness about sickle cell anemia. Total 80 students of Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan Girls hostel Khadija hall were involved in that study in which they were asked about sickle cell anemia disease type and its diagnose and how it can be controlled either by surgery or medicines or no need of its treatment and how it spreads and family friends history of this disease A survey was done to conduct information about sickle cell anemia disease type it’s diagnose, family history, its prevention and its control by medicines.MS word was used for statistical analysis. Present study estimated that majority of students are aware of the fact that it is a fungal disease rather than viral the percentage of students who said that it is a genetically transmitted are 41.4% and it is not an inherited disease. 50% of students are affected by this disease.

Nelfinavir and Indinavir are protease inhibitors that function against HIV-1 (HIV-1). Protease inhibitors act by preventing HIV's protease enzyme from functioning. Infectious HIV-1 protease enzyme is proteolytic enzyme in nature that transforms virus causing polyprotein precursors into particular functional proteins. Nelfinavir and Indinavir bind to the protease's active site and prevent it from working. This inhibitor prevents the breaking of virus causing polyproteins, preventing the growth of immature and the non-infectious virus causing particles. However, protease inhibitors are always utilized with at least two further drugs which are anti-HIV drugs. Using the pubchem database from NCBI, we used docking techniques to find the structures of Indinavir and nelfinavir. Then used ds4.1 to modify it then open in auto dock or pay mole to see their attachment after docking with protein.

If someone is liking pigeons as pets, this may be due to their intelligent, effortless, and loving nature. The chief objectives of this study were to relate pigeon lovers as a pet with the level of glucose in their urine. Around 100 students of Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan Pakistan were participants of this study. Pee has glucose that is measured for measuring the glucose in urine. If glucose is not present in the urine it shows the kidney is working well. There is no major effect of glucose in urine with the love of a pigeon as a pet.

The aim of present study was to relate the urine bilirubin with milk likeliness Bilirubin is a substance of yellow color produced during normal process of body when red blood cells are broken down. It is fluid present in the liver. It helps in the digestion process of body. If bilirubin is present in the urine it may be sign of liver disordered. A urine test was performed by using urine strips for this purpose. The students which show positive sign for urine bilirubin had more attention towards milk drinking as compare to the students with negative sign.

Singing may cause urobilinogen in a person by releasing some sort of chemicals from brain. The standard average of students that took part in this experiment was 90 students. They were from Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan. They were mostly of age 18 to 22. The aim of this study was to find whether there is any tie-up between singing and urobilinogen level. The student’s opinions were noted after examining their urobilinogen level. We found out that most of the students have 0.1 mg/dL urobilinogen in their urine which is normal.

Vertebral cancer or tumor is a type of cancer which is caused either by formation of tumor in spinal cord and spread in the vertebrae, any type of cancer can proliferate vertebrae, bone cancer can also spread to spine but mostly the vertebral cancer is caused by metastasis of tumor from different parts mainly from breast, prostate, and lungs. A questioner was prepared and awareness among 38 postgraduate biology student was studied it was found that according to the results 56.6% students consider it a viral disease whereas 2% consider it as bacterial and fungal disease, 60.2% consider it as a genetic disease and 40.9% consider it a metabolic disease None of the student suffer from the disease whereas 2.63% student’s relative and family suffer from the disease, according to 23.6%student the disease can be transferred by blood and 35.57% says that it is transferred from parent to offspring’s. According to 65.5% student disease can be cured by medicine, 82.31% agreed that surgery is used for treatment and according to 8.894% student the disease is not curable, hence it was concluded that some of the postgraduate biology students were aware of disease and some have little knowledge. Corona is a single stranded RNA virus contains two subfamilies: Coronavirinae and Torovirinae. Its genome size is very larger and divided into four different strains. First autopsy material is collected from the lung tissue for the detection. The sample then stored in a sterile container at 2-8°C. The samples should be the properly labeled. Birthdate, medical record and name of patient must be mentioned. The initial cases were observed in China, Wuhan. The data collected by WHO from the patient’s admitted in ICU. On the basis of their genetic sequence, detection is done by the antibodies. Lateral immune-flow assay can detect the IgG and IgM antibodies. RT-PCR assays can detect the virus by specific primer and probe designing. Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) can be detected by real time PCR. X-ray Crystallography and Computed Tomography can be used for this purpose. Different X-rays analysis like inception, Xception and ResNeXt net are proposed for the detection.

In the developing countries, Immuno Chromatographic Techniques (ICT) are used instead of ELISA which may give false positive and false negative results. But ELISA technique has more than 99% accuracy, sensitivity and specificity regarding the diagnosis of Hepatitis C Virus. A cross sectional study on 200 patients is the part of this study to check sensitivity of ELISA for HCV as well as to compare the sensitivity of ELISA and ICT method for HCV. For investigation of Pakistani patients using these techniques, 50 samples of control group (25 samples of negative control and 25 of positive control) and 150 samples of patients (suspected for HCV) were collected. Their HCV tests were first performed by using ICT kits. Then these samples were tested for anti-HCV antibody through ELISA by fully automated Instrument and their cut off values was determined. Results obtained by ELISA were compared by the results obtained by testing through ICT method. Results revealed that twenty-five patients suffering from hepatitis C were detected by both ELISA and ICT (positive control). Similarly, ELISA and ICT showed the negative results for all twenty-five negative control patients. Both ELISA and ICT showed the same results regarding detection of hepatitis C except two patients in experimental group. ICT showed positive result of a patient who was healthy and also confirmed negative by ELISA technique. Also this patient did not show any sign and symptom of hepatitis C. Further, ICT showed negative result of hepatitis C infected patient who has the sign and symptoms of hepatitis C and also ELISA showed positive result regarding detection of hepatitis C. It can be concluded from this experiment that both ELISA and ICT can be used for the detection of hepatitis C. However, the sensitivity of ELISA is higher as compared to ICT. Therefore, it can be recommended that ELISA is more appropriate method for the detection of hepatitis C.

Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is progressive, irreversible, neurodegenerative memory disorder linked with somehow aging and comes under the umbrella of dementia. It may be rare Familial AD or randomly occurring Sporadic AD. Some preventable acquired risk factors and non-preventable e.g., age and genetics are the main risk factors for Alzheimer’s. The most essential genetic risks factor for (LOAD) late onset of Alzheimer’s disease is APOE genes present on chromosome 19, has three major alleles (e2, e3, and e4). We can slow Alzheimer’s but cannot prevent or stop it till now. Some non-drug treatments, like physical activity, social engagement, nutritious supplemented food, and FDA approved drugs i.e., Donepezil, Galantamine, cholinesterase inhibitors, Mementine, Antidepressants, Antipsychotics and mood stabilizing medication helps to reduce AD.

Analgesic, anti-inflammatory and anti-pyretic activities of n-hexane and aqueous ethanolic extracts of Malva neglecta in Swiss albino mice was evaluated. For each activity, the mice were divided into 4 groups: Group 1 served as control, Groups 2 and 3 were given n-hexane and aqueous ethanol extracts, respectively whereas Group 4 was treated with the standard drug. Analgesic activity was evaluated against acetic acid induced writhing, Eddy's hot plate method, and Formalin induced paw licking. Anti-inflammatory activity was evaluated by carrageenan-induced paw edema. The extracts were also examined for their anti-pyretic activities against yeast-induced pyrexia. Results showed that the n-hexane (p < 0.05) and aqueous ethanolic (p < 0.005) extracts of M. neglecta exhibited analgesic activity by reducing acetic acid-induced writhing, mean reaction time on hot plate model and formalin-induced paw licking in mice as compared to the control. The n-hexane extract (p < 0.05) as well as aqueous ethanolic (p < 0.005) extracts produced significant antiinflammatory activity as compared to the control. Both the n-hexane and aqueous ethanolic extracts revealed significant antipyretic activity (p < 0.005 and p < 0.05, respectively) in mice model. The results of the present study demonstrated that the n-hexane and aqueous ethanol extracts of M. neglecta possess analgesic, antiinflammatory and anti-pyretic activities. Bangladesh J. Urinary tract infection is the global health problem being 2nd most common bacterial infection. The abuse of antibiotics without bacterial characterization during its treatment results in emergence of highly antibiotic-resistant bacteria. Some biofilm forming bacterial strains are hard to treat using antibiotics. So, an alternative therapy is urgently needed. Phage therapy offers promising results for treatment of these infections in which virulent or lytic phages are used to lyse infection-causing bacterial cells. This review emphasizes several ways in which phage therapy can be carried out against uropathogenic bacteria. Clinical trials provide many positive results for phage therapy as compared to antibiotic therapy but a lot of in-vivo studies are still to be done to use this as potential treatment against UTIs.

If someone is too much addicted to singing their brain may release some sort of chemicals that may cause urine in blood (hematuria). The examination was done among 90 students belonging to Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan. It involves testing each and every student and then noting their opinions on singing in a separate form. From the data collected, various results and the relation between singing and blood in urine was derived. Although no link between these two can be seen but hematuria can be regarded as an uncommon disease. It can be due to various causes and can be examined by performing urinalysis test.

Purpose: To standardize Zakham-e-Hayat (Bryophyllum pinnatum Lam.) as well as determine its cytotoxic and insecticidal activity. Methods: Different parts of the plant (flowers, young leaves, old leaves and stem) and different solvents, viz, methanol, ethyl acetate and n-hexane were used for the extraction. Morphological characterization (macroscopic and microscopic), phytochemical screening for primary and secondary metabolites, and thin layer chromatography (TLC) using various solvent systems, namely, methanol/chloroform (MeOH/CHCl3), n-hexane/methanol/chloroform (n-hexane/MeOH/CHCl3), methanol/chloroform/water (MeOH/CHCl3/H2O), n-hexane/chloroform (n-hexane/CHCl3), n-hexane/ethyl acetate (n-hexane/EtOAc) were carried out. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) was also performed. In addition, the extracts were evaluated for their cytotoxic and insecticidal activities. Results: The methanol fraction of the young leaves had 50% lethal dose (LD50) of 28.46 µg/mL while the ethyl acetate fraction of young and old leaves showed significant cytotoxicity at LD50 of 0.13 µg/mL and 142.68 µg/mL respectively. On the other hand, n-hexane fraction was inactive. The methanol fraction of the flower revealed the presence of carbohydrates, the ethyl acetate fraction showed the presence of carbohydrates and amino acids, while the n-hexane fraction showed the presence of carbohydrates as primary metabolites. Furthermore, alkaloids, flavonoid, saponins and resins were present in the methanol fraction, flavonoid and alkaloids in the ethyl acetate fraction, and alkaloids and resins in the n-hexane fraction as secondary metabolites. Conclusion: Methanol and n-hexane fractions of Bryophyllum pinnatum have some safe bioactive compounds which may exhibit potential health benefits.

Bilirubin is yellow-brownish pigment formed by breaking of dead red blood cells. And its normal value is 200-250 mg in adults. But if it is accumulate in blood flow, then it lead to neurological disorder. And for the checking impact of bilirubin on cooking likeness, and for this purpose 15 males and 65 females were participated. And their urine test is performed according to instructor. And by statistical analysis it is resulted that males who like have more bilirubin in their urine. And thus have more chances of disease.&nbsp

This study presents the relation between perfume allergy and presence of ketones in urine. When glucose level is low in our body or we don’t have enough insulin to absorb glucose then our body compensate by start breaking fats to provide energy and ketone are produced as a byproduct. The normal value of ketone in urine is less than 0.06mmol/L. Ketones are normally present in blood and urine but an increased value shows acidosis that can be fatal. Some people love scents. Perfumes contain certain chemicals that can cause allergy. The most common one is contact allergic dermatitis. The most common symptoms of perfume allergy are headache, difficulty in breathing, wheezing, chest tightening, asthma and stuffy nose. The present study shows that 25% males have Ketones in urine and are also allergic to perfumes while 2.25% females have ketone in urine and also allergic to perfumes.

Teaching is a profession that gives rise to all types of professions. Profession means that someone had complete knowledge about a specific field like doctor, engineer, accountant and lawyer. Goal of this study was to link likeness of teaching as profession with presence of blood in urine. Sum of 89 students participated in this study. Urine analysis of all these subjects was performed by urine dipstick test. The existence of red blood cells in urine is known as hematuria and it is of two types. First one is that which shows the symptoms of brown coloration of urine. 11.76% males had blood in urine and 88.24% had no blood in urine while 18.37% females had blood in urine and 81.63% had no blood in urine. 50% males and 14.29% females had blood in urine while 50% males and 85.71% females had no blood in urine. End result of this study was that presence or absence of blood in urine had no co-relation with likeness of teaching as profession.

This study shows likeness or dislikeness for photography. 1 male has blood in his urine and he shows likeness for photography. 8 males don’t have any blood in their urine. They also show likeness for photography. 6 females show the presence of blood in their urine but they also show likeness for photography. 46 females don’t have blood in their urine they also show likeness for photography. On the other hand, 2 males have blood in their urine and they show dislikeness toward photography. 6 males don’t have any blood in their urine but they also show dislikeness for photography. 3 females have blood in their urine but they don’t like photography. 12 females having no blood in their urine also don’t like photography.

The main objective of this current study was to determine the alliance of the nature of the driving lovers. The presence of blood in the urine is called Hematuria. Headache, sneezing is a common symptom in this disease. 60% males have blood in urine and have perfume allergy while 53.75% females have blood in urine and have perfume allergy.
