Data mining has reached a state that is difficult to break through, while the scale of data is growing rapidly, due to the lack of traditional computing power and limited data storage space. Efficient and accurate extraction of valuable information from massive data has become a challenge. Researchers have combined quantum computing with data mining to address this problem, hence the concept of quantum data mining has emerged. The fundamental tenets of quantum physics are adhered to for information transmission and computing operations in quantum data mining, which use the states of minuscule particles to represent and process information. Quantum data mining are based on the characteristics of quantum computing, such as superposition and entanglement, which make the ability of computational and information extraction effectively improved. The paper discusses and summarizes the relevant literature on quantum data mining in recent 3 years. After introducing relevant basic concepts of quantum computing, quantum data mining is presented in five aspects: quantum data classification, quantum data clustering, quantum dimensionality reduction, quantum association rules, quantum linear regression, and quantum causal analysis. These approaches, based on quantum computing, offer new perspectives and tools for handling complex data mining tasks. Environment changes, water scarcity, soil depletion, and urbanisation are making it harder to produce food using traditional methods in various regions and countries. Aquaponics is emerging as a sustainable food production system that produces fish and plants in a closed-loop system. Aquaponics is not dependent on soil or external environmental factors. It uses fish waste to fertilise plants and can save up to 90–95% water. Aquaponics is an innovative system for growing food and is expected to be very promising, but it has its challenges. It is a complex ecosystem that requires multidisciplinary knowledge, proper monitoring of all crucial parameters, and high maintenance and initial investment costs to build the system. Artificial intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) are key technologies that can overcome these challenges. Numerous recent studies focus on the use of AI and the IoT to automate the process, improve efficiency and reliability, provide better management, and reduce operating costs. However, these studies often focus on limited aspects of the system, each considering different domains and parameters of the aquaponics system. This paper aims to consolidate the existing work, identify the state-of-the-art use of the IoT and AI, explore the key parameters affecting growth, analyse the sensing and communication technologies employed, highlight the research gaps in this field, and suggest future research directions. Based on the reviewed research, energy efficiency and economic viability were found to be a major bottleneck of current systems. The proliferation of social networks, the Internet of Things, and economic mobility has led to an exponential increase in data. New data having high volume, high velocity, high variety, and high value are called big data. Big data present additional requirements in terms of storage and computation resources. Various enterprises aim to outsource their big data services to the cloud because of its cost efficiency, less management, resource pooling, and resilient computing. However, outsourcing the storage of sensitive data can expose them to potential security risks. Encryption presents a straightforward solution for data privacy preserving. In traditional encryption mechanisms, such as advanced encryption standard, the data owner and users must share an exact key for both data encryption and decryption. Currently, these mechanisms do not provide a scalable and secure solution for big data storage and analysis. Furthermore, they need to be more efficient to support big data velocity. Unfortunately, securing outsourced big data storage to a public cloud environment to later maintain efficient and secure processing over encrypted data by cloud servers cannot be ensured using traditional encryption mechanisms. In this paper, we propose a security approach for this issue by which honest but curious users or cloud service providers cannot reach complete information from the stored data. In this paper, the issues on current optimization methods for identifying modern digital camera photosensors are presented. Methods for improving the reliability of identification of digital cameras are discussed, i.e., determining the digital camera used to take a particular photograph. Homogeneous images were optically recorded to form a noise signature, and sets of amateur images were tested for identification of three types of cameras from the images. Digital image filtering and image identity metric were optimized. An optimal digital filter was selected to evaluate smoothed images to obtain the noise signatures of the identified cameras. An optimal identity criterion was obtained by comparison of camera noise signatures. Using an optimal filter and identity criterion allowed increasing, on average, the reliability of identifying the camera used to take a particular photograph by > 60 times. The advent of the big data era has brought unprecedented data demands. The integration of computing resources with network resources in the computing force network enables the possibility of distributed collaborative training. However, unencrypted collaborative training is vulnerable to threats such as gradient inversion attacks and model theft. To address this issue, the data in collaborative training are usually protected by cryptographic methods. However, the semantic meaninglessness of encrypted data makes it difficult to prevent potential data poisoning attacks and free-riding attacks. In this paper, we propose a fairness guarantee approach for privacy-preserving collaborative training, employing blockchain technology to enable participants to share data and exclude potential violators from normal users. We utilize a cryptography-based secure aggregation method to prevent data leakage during blockchain transactions, and employ a contribution evaluation method for encrypted data to prevent data poisoning and free-riding attacks. Additionally, utilizing Shamir's secret sharing for secret key negotiation within the group, the negotiated key is directly introduced as noise into the model, ensuring the encryption process is computationally lightweight. Decryption is efficiently achieved through the aggregation of encrypted models within the group, without incurring additional computational costs, thereby enhancing the computational efficiency of the encryption and decryption processes. In the era of big data, one of the key challenges is to discover process models and gain insights into business processes by analyzing event data recorded in information systems. However, Chaotic activity or infrequent behaviors often appear in actual event logs. Process models containing such behaviors are complex, difficult to understand, and hide the relevant key behaviors of the underlying processes. Established studies have generally achieved chaotic activity filtering by filtering infrequent activities or activities with high entropy values and ignoring the behavioral relationships that exist between activities, resulting in effective low-frequency behaviors being filtered. To solve this problem, this paper proposes an entropy-based behavioral closeness filtering of chaotic activities method. Firstly, based on the behavior profile theory of high-frequency logging activities, the process model is constructed by combining the feature network and the module network. Then, the identification of suspected chaotic activity sets is achieved through the Laplace entropy value. Next, a query model is built based on logs containing suspicious chaotic activity. Finally, based on the succession relationship, the behavioral closeness of the query model and the business process model is analyzed to achieve the goal of accurately filtering chaotic activities to retain behaviors beneficial to the process. To evaluate the performance of the method, we validated the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm in synthetic logs and real logs, respectively. Data assimilation plays a dual role in advancing the "scientific" understanding and serving as an "engineering tool" for the Earth system sciences. Land data assimilation (LDA) has evolved into a distinct discipline within geophysics, facilitating the harmonization of theory and data and allowing land models and observations to complement and constrain each other. Over recent decades, substantial progress has been made in the theory, methodology, and application of LDA, necessitating a holistic and in‐depth exploration of its full spectrum. Here, we present a thorough review elucidating the theoretical and methodological developments in LDA and its distinctive features. This encompasses breakthroughs in addressing strong nonlinearities in land surface processes, exploring the potential of machine learning approaches in data assimilation, quantifying uncertainties arising from multiscale spatial correlation, and simultaneously estimating model states and parameters. LDA has proven successful in enhancing the understanding and prediction of various land surface processes (including soil moisture, snow, evapotranspiration, streamflow, groundwater, irrigation and land surface temperature), particularly within the realms of water and energy cycles. This review outlines the development of global, regional, and catchment‐scale LDA systems and software platforms, proposing grand challenges of generating land reanalysis and advancing coupled land‒atmosphere DA. We lastly highlight the opportunities to expand the applications of LDA from pure geophysical systems to coupled natural and human systems by ingesting a deluge of Earth observation and social sensing data. The paper synthesizes current LDA knowledge and provides a steppingstone for its future development, particularly in promoting dual driven theory‐data land processes studies. Effectively reducing the dimensionality of big data and retaining its key information has been a research challenge. As an important step in data pre-processing, feature selection plays a critical role in reducing data size and increasing the overall value of the data. Many previous studies have focused on single-label feature selection, however, with the increasing variety of data types, the need for feature selection on multi-label data types has also arisen. Unlike single-labeled data, multi-labeled data with more combinations of classifications place higher demands on the capabilities of feature selection algorithms. In this paper, we propose a filter-based Multi-Objective Equilibrium Optimizer algorithm (MOEO-Smp) to solve the feature selection problem for both single-label and multi-label data. MOEO-Smp rates the optimization results of solutions and features based on four pairs of optimization principles, and builds three equilibrium pools to guide exploration and exploitation based on the total scores of solutions and features and the ranking of objective fitness values, respectively. Seven UCI single-label datasets and two Mulan multi-label datasets and one COVID-19 multi-label dataset are used to test the feature selection capability of MOEO-Smp, and the feature selection results are compared with 10 other state-of-the-art algorithms and evaluated using three and seven different metrics, respectively. Feature selection experiments and comparisons with the results in other literatures show that MOEO-Smp not only has the highest classification accuracy and excellent dimensionality reduction on single-labeled data, but also performs better on multi-label data in terms of Hamming loss, accuracy, dimensionality reduction, and so on. Macro econometrics has been recently affected by the so-called 'Google Econometrics'. Comparatively less attention has been paid to the subject by the regional and spatial sciences where the Big Data revolution is challenging the conventional econometric techniques with the availability of a variety of non- traditionally collected data (such as, e. g., crowdsourcing, web scraping, etc) which are almost invariably geo-coded. However, these unconventionally collected data represent only what in statistics is known as a "convenience sample" that does not allow any sound probabilistic inference. The gaming industry has seen a considerable expansion thanks to the ever-increasing and widespread consumption of digital games in different contexts of use and across all age groups. We are witnessing a commercial boom and awakening the attention of researchers from different scientific areas to address an interdisciplinary topic. Digital games consumption has inspired some studies investigating the use and adoption of these games and, in this context, we ask: "how has the use and adoption of digital games by adults been studied?". We conducted a documental study with a meta-analysis approach to answer these questions, considering the most relevant research papers published in the last fifteen years, according to a set of inclusion criteria. The planned objectives consider identifying the main dimensions in the studies about the use and adoption of digital games by adults and the findings of this study delineate several dimensions as prospective latent variables for inclusion in future studies within acceptance models for digital games. Industry 4.0 is a term used to refer to the fourth industrial revolution, characterized by the introduction of new technologies, such as the Internet of Things, Big Data, and artificial intelligence (AI). As the number of connected devices in industrial settings grows, energy optimization of such sensors becomes increasingly essential. This paper proposes an energy optimization framework for sensor nodes in Industry 4.0. The framework is based on energy efficiency, energy conservation, and energy harvesting principles. It is designed to optimize the energy consumption of sensor nodes while maintaining their performance. The framework includes dynamic power management, scheduling, and harvesting techniques to reduce energy consumption while maintaining performance. In addition, the framework provides a comprehensive approach to energy optimization, including advanced analytics and AI to predict energy consumption and optimize energy use. The proposed model reached 96.93% sensitivity, 91.36% false discovery rate, 11.28% false omission rate, 90.12% prevalence threshold, and 91.24% threat score. Quantification of all types of uncertainty helps to establish reliability in any analysis. This research focuses on uncertainty in two attribute levels of wetland classification and creates visualization tools to guide analysis of spatial uncertainty patterns over several scales. A novel variant of confusion matrix analysis compares the Cowardin and Hydrogeomorphic wetland classification systems, identifying areas and types of misclassification for binary and multivariate categories. The specific focus on uncertainty in the paper refers to categorical consistency, that is, agreement between the two classification systems, rather than comparing observed data to ground truth. Consistency is quantified using confusion matrix analysis. Aggregation across progressive focal windows transforms the confusion matrix into a multiscale data pyramid for quick determination of where attribute uncertainty is highly variant, and at what spatial resolutions classification inconsistencies emerge. The focal pyramids summarize precision, recall, and F1 scores to visualize classification differences across spatial scales. Findings show that the F1 scores appear most informative on agreement about wetlands misclassification at both coarse and fine attribute scales. The pyramid organizes multi-scale uncertainty in a single unified framework and can be "sliced" to view individual focal levels of attribute consistency. Results demonstrate how the confusion matrix can be used to quantify the percentage of a study area in which inconsistencies occur reflecting wetland presence and type. The research provides confusion metrics and display tools to focus attention on specific areas of large data sets where attribute uncertainty patterns may be complex, thus reducing land managers' workloads by highlighting areas of uncertainty where field checking might be appropriate, and improving analytics by providing visualization tools to quickly see where such areas occur. The evolution of Internet technology has led to an increase in online users. This study focuses on the pivotal role of visual elements in web content conveyance and their impact on user browsing behavior. Therefore, the use of visual elements in web design based on big data has aroused widespread concern among web designers, they apply visual elements to their web design works to make the web more attractive. This study examines the composition and distribution characteristics of key visual elements identified through user behavior data in a big data environment and discusses the use of visual elements in web design in the era of network economy. In addition, this paper issued 200 questionnaires to investigate the degree of attention to visual elements in web pages for users of different occupations and different educational backgrounds. Our survey indicated that visual elements captured the attention of 41% of corporate employees, whereas a mere 1% of social welfare workers focused on web content; 36% of undergraduates pay attention to visual elements of web pages, but only 5% and 4% of postgraduates and doctoral degrees and above. Master–slave blockchain is a novel information processing technology that is domain-oriented and uses efficient cryptography principles for trustworthy communication and storage of big data. Existing indexing methods primarily target the creation of a single-structured blockchain, resulting in extensive time and memory requirements. As the scale of domain data continues to grow exponentially, master–slave blockchain systems face increasingly severe challenges with regards to low query efficiency and extended traceback times. To address these issues, this paper propose a multi-level index construction method for the master–slave blockchain (MLI). Firstly, MLI introduces a weight matrix and partitions the entire master–slave blockchain based on the master chain structure, the weight of each partition is assigned. Secondly, for the master blockchain in each partition, a master chain index construction method based on jump consistent hash (JHMI) is proposed, which takes the key value of the nodes and the number of index slots as input and outputs the master chain index. Finally, a bloom filter is introduced to improve the column-based selection function and build a secondary composite index on the subordinate blockchain corresponding to each master block. Experimental results on three constraint conditions and two types of datasets demonstrate that the proposed method reduce the index construction time by an average of 9.28%, improve the query efficiency by 12.07%, and reduce the memory overhead by 24.4%. Sports effect evaluation is the main module of modern information construction. To improve the accuracy of sports effect evaluation and enhance the training level of athletes, this paper aims to conduct in-depth research on sports effect evaluation based on feature selection under the background of big data. Firstly, a sports evaluation system is designed based on the Window Presentation Foundation (WPF) that adopts a Client–Server (C/S) mode. The overall architecture of the system is proposed by expounding the functional modules and the schema of information tables in the database. To assess the impact of sports, the data mining algorithm and big data analytics technique called Random Forest (RF) is used as the core evaluation system. With the help of information gain, feature selection is performed, based on which decision trees are constructed by generating branch nodes. The random forest is created by combining all the decision trees, which helps in improving the generalization. The proposed method is experimentally verified and it is found that the overall stability of the effect evaluation system is good and it effectively improves the efficiency and accuracy of sports effect evaluation, thus enhancing the level of athletes' training. The proposed sports effect evaluation method performs excellently in the experimental validation, as seen by the remarkable F1 Score of 85.32%, average accuracy of 84.28%, precision of 86%, and recall of 82.28%. In comparison, this performs noticeably better than current approaches, proving its improved efficacy in assessing the effects of sports and confirming its ability to improve athlete training proficiency. The big data era demands an efficient and permanent data storage technology with the capacity of PB to EB scale. Optical data storage (ODS) offers a good candidate for long-lifetime storage, as the developing far-field super-resolution nanoscale writing technology improves its capacity to the PB scale. However, methods to efficiently read out this intensive ODS data are still lacking. In this paper, we demonstrate a sub-diffraction readout method based on polarization modulation, which experimentally achieves the sub-diffraction readout on Disperse Red 13 thin film with a resolution of 500 nm, exceeding the diffraction limit by 1.2 times (NA = 0.5). Differing from conventional binary encoding, we propose a specific polarization encoding method that enhances the capacity of ODS by 1.5 times. In the simulation, our method provides an optical data storage readout resolution of 150 nm, potentially to 70 nm, equivalent to 1.1 PB in a DVD-sized disk. Green approaches remain little disseminated in the healthcare sector despite growing interest in recent years from practitioners and researchers. Big Data Analytics Capability (BDAC) can play a critical role in the integration of environmental concerns into operations and supply chain management (OSCM) and further strengthen the environmental performance of healthcare facilities. According to the literature, the integration of the environment into operations process remains insufficient to achieve high levels of performance and requires efforts in green process innovation. However, this relationship between BDAC and green process innovation remains poorly justified empirically. To address this theoretical gap, we investigated the relationship between BDAC, environmental process integration, green process innovation in OSCM and environmental performance. The main contribution of this study is the valuable knowledge on how BDAC influences environmental process integration and green process innovation to enhance environmental performance. Moreover, the study highlights the mediating role of green process innovation on environmental performance, a finding that has not been mentioned in the extant literature. Data-driven innovation enables firms to design products that are more responsive to market needs, which greatly reduces the risk of innovation. Customer data in the same supply chain has certain commonality, but data separation makes it difficult to maximize data value. The selection of an appropriate mode for cooperation innovation should be based on the particular big data analytics capability of the firms. This paper focuses on the influence of big data analytics capability on the choice of cooperation mode, and the influence of their matching relationship on cooperation performance. Specifically, using game-theoretic models, we discuss two cooperation modes, data analytics is implemented individually (i.e., loose cooperation) by either firm, or jointly (tight cooperation) by both firms, and further discuss the addition of coordination contracts under the loose mode. Several important conclusions are obtained. Firstly, both firms' big data capability have positive effects on the selection of tight cooperation mode. Secondly, with the improvement of big data capability, the firms' innovative performance gaps between loose and tight mode will increase significantly. Many organizations are increasingly investing in building dynamic capabilities to gain competitive advantage. New products play an important role in gaining competitive advantage and can significantly boost organizational performance. Although new product development (NPD) is widely recognized as a potentially vital source of competitive advantage, organizations face challenges in terms of developing the right antecedents or capabilities to influence NPD performance. Our research suggests that organizations should invest in building alliance management capability (AMC), big data analytics capability (BDAC) and information visibility (IV) to achieve their desired NPD success. Informed by the dynamic capabilities view of the firm (DCV) we have stated seven research hypotheses. We further tested our hypotheses using 219 usable respondents gathered using a pre-tested instrument. The hypotheses were tested using variance based structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). The results of our study paint an interesting picture. Our study makes some significant contribution to the DCV and offers some useful directions to practitioners engaged in NPD in the big data analytics era. We demonstrate that AMC and BDAC are lower-order dynamic capabilities and that AMC has a positive and significant influence on BDAC. In turn, AMC and BDAC influence NPD under the moderating influence of IV. Ours is one of the first studies to empirically establish an association among three distinct dynamic capabilities which are often considered in isolation: AMC, BDAC and NPD. Our findings support emergent views on dynamic capabilities and their classification into various orders. Lastly, we provide empirical evidence that information visibility acts as a contingent variable to both AMC and BDAC effects on NPD. The exponential growth of urban data presents significant challenges in efficiently analyzing and gaining actionable insights for urban planning and design. This paper proposes a big data analytics framework using MapReduce-based parallel FP-growth (MP-PFP) algorithm leveraging tools like Hadoop, MapReduce, and distributed crawlers to uncover patterns and trends from large-scale, heterogeneous urban datasets. A key contribution is the integration of diverse data types, from socio-economic datasets to environmental parameters, into a consistent analysis framework. The methodology employs frequent pattern mining algorithms on a scalable analytics platform to process behavior data and derive planning directives. Additionally, data visualization and parametric analysis techniques transform raw statistics into interactive 3D landscape representations that expose environmental site attributes. Specifically, the MapReduce capabilities enable distributed parallel processing of vast urban data volumes, ensuring speed and efficiency. The data visualization module creates immersive VR representations of urban landscapes, allowing interactive modifications. Advanced simulation techniques are incorporated to model the impact of planning directives on multiple landscape attributes. It is not only necessary to protect the location privacy at each release moment, but also have to consider the impact of data correlation. Correlated Laplace Mechanism (CLM) is a sophisticated method to implement differential privacy on correlated time series. This paper aims to solve the key problems of applying CLM in continuous location release. Based on the finding that the location increment is approximately stationary in many scenarios, a location correlation estimation method based on the location increment is proposed to solve the problem of nonstationary location data correlation estimation; an adaptive adjustment model for the CLM filter based on parameter quantization idea (QCLM) as well as its effective implementation named QCLM-Lowpass utilizing the lowpass spectral characteristics of location data series is proposed to solve the problem of output deviations due to the undesired transient response of the CLM filter in time-varying environments. In the era of the Internet and big data, the PageRank (PR) algorithm is a constantly evolving research field. However, there is no systematic research to explore the overall development trend of the PR domain. This article evaluates 1446 articles related to the PR algorithm and provides a thorough understanding of the PR field through the main path analysis (MPA). Through two basic main paths, a number of papers that play a leading role have been identified, which outline the backbone of the PR domain. Based on the analysis of multiple main paths, four main subareas have been investigated. There are accelerating the computation of PR, comprehensive applications of PR, researches on academic impact assessment and age preference in network evolution. Finally, this article discusses the research findings and the future directions of the PR field. With the advent of ICT-based healthcare applications, various formats of health data are generated every day in huge volume. Such data, consisting of unstructured, semi-structured and structured data, has every characteristic of Big data. NoSQL databases are generally preferred for storing such type of health data with the objective of improving query performance. However, for efficient retrieval and processing of Big Health Data and for resource optimization, suitable data models and design of the NoSQL databases are important requirements. Unlike relational databases, no standard methods or tools exist for NoSQL database design. In this work, we adopt an ontology-based schema design approach. We propose that an ontology, which captures the domain knowledge, be used for developing a health data model. An ontology for primary healthcare is described in this paper. We also propose an algorithm for designing the schema of a NoSQL database, keeping in mind the characteristics of the target NoSQL store, using a related ontology, a sample query set, some statistical information of the queries, and performance requirements of the query set. The ontology proposed by us for primary healthcare domain and the above mentioned algorithm along with a set of queries are used for generating a schema targeting MongoDB datastore. The performance of the proposed design is compared with a relational model developed for the same primary healthcare data and the effectiveness of our proposed approach is demonstrated. In the era of big data, the number of science and technology service resources has proliferated, and the integration and clustering of science and technology documents become a challenging issue. This paper proposes a novel meta-heuristic algorithm, banyan tree growth optimization (BTGO), for resource clustering of science and technology services. The proposed algorithm is inspired by the growth process of banyan tree, which periodically uses three operators including rooting, multi-trunk, and adjustment to search the solution space globally according to the growth conditions of different stages. To evaluate the performance of BTGO, 29 CEC17 benchmark functions were first utilized to examine its effectiveness. Moreover, a clustering study on UCI datasets is then presented, which compares the suggested algorithm with seven advanced metaheuristic optimization algorithms. The results of numerical experiments and standard datasets demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of BTGO. In clustering optimization problems, BTGO can not only finding the optimal solution efficiently, but also improving the clustering accuracy and NMI significantly. Based on mobile positioning big data, this study analyzes the quantity of visitation changes of leisure tourism facilities under the impact of COVID-19, which is a direct way to evaluate the impact of COVID-19 on the leisure tourism industry. The quantity of visitation to the four types of leisure facilities (scenic spots, shopping services, sports services, science and cultural education services) in the three Chinese cities (Beijing, Shanghai, and Qingdao) decreased by 63.06% and 44.74% respectively on the Tomb Sweeping Day and the Labor Day in 2020 compared with 2019. The biggest decreasing was in science and cultural education services, followed by scenic spots and sports services, and finally shopping services. The curve of hourly visitations to leisure facilities in 2020 shows a smooth feature, indicating that the public has reduced the risk of pandemic through peak shifting leisure. The analysis of influencing factors shows that the influence of the floor area on visitation is different in different phases. From Tomb Sweeping Day to Labour Day in 2020, the influence of area on leisure behaviour changes from negative to positive. The Cross-Taiwan Strait Railway (CTSR) is a significant construction, and the automatic driving of high-speed trains (HSTs) on the CTSR is a crucial technology for its operation. Before opening the CTSR, it is forward-looking to conduct theoretical research. Inspired by AlphaZero, this paper combines expert experience and Newtonian mechanics to propose a method on automatically generating massive virtual driving curves for HSTs of the CTSR. To compress the solution space from infinite to finite, we set the driving acceleration and speed limit boundary of HSTs from the perspective of expert experience. The model then combines big data technology to generate massive virtual driving curves automatically and uses statistical analysis to select high-performance ones. We found that 1) numerous virtual driving curves can be automatically generated according to different restricted speeds and line conditions, with solid adaptability; 2) the driving curves cover a specific running time and reach all running times in the range, with good ergodicity; 3) real-time tracking of the running time of each driving curve by 0.1 s, with high accuracy; 4) lots of driving curves are available on each run time for selecting curves with best performance, with good selectivity. In conclusion, this method can automatically generate virtual driving curves for HSTs on the CTSR, providing high-quality virtual data for future research on the automatic driving of HSTs on the CTSR. Although there are numerous data modeling tools for relational databases, data modeling for NoSQL databases has seen another perspective. These databases (a) do not define any explicit schema, (b) store data in a denormalized manner, and (c) give many structure alternatives. The decision to structure the data always relies on rules of thumb, which do not guarantee an optimal structural solution. Based on this motivation, this paper offers a workload-driven model for the logical schema design of a NoSQL document database. It consists of Model input, Intermediate transformation, and Final schema generation. The proposed model takes the conceptual schema (EER model) and application workload (queries and anticipated data volume) as input and describes a procedure to convert it into a logical model for NoSQL document stores. The conversion process initially converts the application queries into query graphs. The query graphs, along with the anticipated data volume, are used to generate the query labels. The resulting query labels are assigned on the schema graph designed from the EER model. The schema graph and labels are used to transform the EER model into the appropriate logical schema model based on the actions defined for each label. We evaluate the model using a case study in the eCommerce application domain. The experimental evaluation shows the proposed model outperforms the existing conventional, optimized, and query path graphs models in multiple aspects, including query performance, storage space efficiency, aggregate pipeline efficiency, read–write latency, collection-wise performance, scalability, throughput and latency. Due to the intricate mechanism of Abbe error's impact on spatial accuracy, the accumulated Abbe error in the traditional spatial accuracy model is difficult to identify and eliminate, resulting in reduced modeling accuracy and limiting accuracy improvement. This paper proposes a data-driven spatial accuracy modeling approach for machine tools under the influence of Abbe error, using a three-axis coupling measurement optical path to directly measure the comprehensive spatial accuracy data of the machine tool containing Abbe error. Firstly, to effectively identify Abbe error in the comprehensive spatial accuracy, an Abbe error quantization function is established, which analyzes its formation mechanism in the measurement process to eliminate Abbe error in the machine tool's spatial accuracy data. Furthermore, to address the issue of limited data samples after eliminating Abbe error, data samples are extended based on the degradation mechanism of machine tool spatial accuracy at different coordinate positions, resulting in a high-precision spatial error model for machine tools. Finally, the experiment is conducted on a three-axis CNC machine tool, with a model accuracy of over 95%. Intrusion detection systems (IDS) are extensively employed for detecting suspicious behaviors in hosts. The ability of distributed IDS solutions makes it viable to combine and handle various kinds of sensors and generate alerts to different hosts positioned in distributed platforms. However, to offer secure and feasible services in a cloud platform is an imperative issue due to the impacts of attacks. This paper devises a novel IDS framework using cloud data to counter the influence of attacks. Here, the spark architecture is employed for discovering the intrusions. The pre-processing is applied to the input data for removing artifacts and noise considering input data. Thereafter, the feature extraction and feature fusion are performed in slave nodes. The feature fusion is carried out with the proposed Exponential Squirrel Search Algorithm (ExpSSA) algorithm. The fused features are considered in a deep-stacked autoencoder (Deep SAE) for performing effective intrusion detection. The proposed ExpSSA is adapted to train Deep SAE for tuning optimum weights. The exponential weighted moving average (EWMA) and squirrel search algorithm (SSA) are combined to create the proposed ExpSSA. Building a scientific and technological (S&T) talent database has become an inevitable way to narrow the digital divide and accelerate the digital and intelligent transformation of talent work. Therefore, this study builds an S&T talent database to promote scientific decision-making for talent development, precision in attracting new quality technical talent, reform in evaluating S&T talents, and building talent system for new quality productive forces. [Method/Process] By analyzing the practical requirements and significance of building an S&T talent database, this study first explores and analyzes the intrinsic logic of promoting the development of new quality productive forces through an S&T talent database. It then summarizes the challenges facing the current construction of a S&T talent database, including the scattering and concealment of S&T talent data, the lack of policies and standardized systems for S&T talent data, the inadequate exploration of value-added S&T talent data, the need to expand the application of digital technology in talent work, and the security risks of S&T talent data. In response to these challenges, this paper finally proposes the idea of building an S&T talents database, and introduces the research exploration and application practice on it, including the construction of big data database for S&T talent aimed at the development of new quality productive forces, the development of AI-powered talent data computing engine, research into the system for profiling new quality technical talent, the analysis of talent growth paths for the training of new quality technical talent, the identification method of new quality talented professionals based on big data, the development of an efficient digital platform for talent management, and the development of a strategic analysis platform for technical talent. In this paper, we present the development of a low-cost distributed computing pipeline for cotton plant phenotyping using Raspberry Pi, Hadoop, and deep learning. Specifically, we use a cluster of several Raspberry Pis in a primary-replica distributed architecture using the Apache Hadoop ecosystem and a pre-trained Tiny-YOLOv4 model for cotton bloom detection from our past work. We feed cotton image data collected from a research field in Tifton, GA, into our cluster's distributed file system for robust file access and distributed, parallel processing. We then submit job requests to our cluster from our client to process cotton image data in a distributed and parallel fashion, from pre-processing to bloom detection and spatio-temporal map creation. Additionally, we present a comparison of our four-node cluster performance with centralized, one-, two-, and three-node clusters. This literature review explores the existing work and practices in applying thematic analysis natural language processing techniques to financial data in cloud environments. This work aims to improve two of the five Vs of the big data system. We used the PRISMA approach (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) for the review. We analyzed the research papers published over the last 10 years about the topic in question using a keyword-based search and bibliometric analysis. The systematic literature review was conducted in multiple phases, and filters were applied to exclude papers based on the title and abstract initially, then based on the methodology/conclusion, and, finally, after reading the full text. The remaining papers were then considered and are discussed here. We found that automated data discovery methods can be augmented by applying an NLP-based thematic analysis on the financial data in cloud environments. The unprecedented availability of sensor networks and GPS-enabled devices has caused the accumulation of voluminous georeferenced data streams. These data streams offer an opportunity to derive valuable insights and facilitate decision making for urban planning. However, processing and managing such data is challenging, given the size and multidimensionality of these data. Therefore, there is a growing interest in spatial approximate query processing depending on stratified-like sampling methods. However, in these solutions, as the number of strata increases, response time grows, thus counteracting the benefits of sampling. In this paper, we originally show the design and realization of a novel online geospatial approximate processing solution called GeoRAP. GeoRAP employs a front-stage filter based on the Ramer–Douglas–Peucker line simplification algorithm to reduce the size of study area coverage; thereafter, it employs a spatial stratified-like sampling method that minimizes the number of strata, thus increasing throughput and minimizing response time, while keeping the accuracy loss in check. Our method is applicable for various online and batch geospatial processing workloads, including complex geo-statistics, aggregation queries, and the generation of region-based aggregate geo-maps such as choropleth maps and heatmaps. We have extensively tested the performance of our prototyped solution with real-world big spatial data, and this paper shows that GeoRAP can outperform state-of-the-art baselines by an order of magnitude in terms of throughput while statistically obtaining results with good accuracy. In recent years, there have been several sports-related injuries and even unexpected fatalities due to the rapid growth of China's sports industry and increasing fitness issues. The prevalence of sports injuries is rapidly rising because of the intense competition among athletes and the increased physical load caused by players' long-term training. The difficulty in the sports' world is the identification and evaluation of risk factors associated with athletes. To address these issues, this paper develops a cognitive evaluation model for risk assessment of injuries in sports using big data to understand and determine the likelihood of injuries. The model is used to prevent the issues faced by running athlete's injury and thereby lowers the risk of overall risk. This paper also analyzes the injury factors while running by establishing an estimation model based on the radial basis function (RBF) neural network and explains how to compare RBF neural networks and risk level evaluation using certain criteria. The estimation model helps to identify and judge the risk factors of athletes. It designs an algorithm for Gaussian distribution, which predicts the output of the model. It discusses how the error may be calculated, which measures the neural network model's overall performance in forecasting sports' injury outcomes using a particular dataset. Finally, it designs the RBF Neural Network Learning algorithm, which generates the leaned network parameters to evaluate the reliability of risk cognitive model for athletes based on big data. The Lagrange and Bayesian models are selected for comparison. The results indicate that this model has a higher evaluation effect and accuracy as compared to other models. For this purpose, the comparison is made using 25 athletes. The proposed model's evaluation time is the lowest in comparison to the existing approaches. After examining the impact of cognitive evaluation, it has been reflected that the proposed model can be utilized to assess the different injury types for different parts of athletes. These days, digital art has substantially improved painting art in China's new media period through modern technology and specialized software, which has generated various digital artworks with painting effects, demonstrating their aesthetic, commercial, and cultural worth. As a result, designers must actively investigate intelligently linked and content-diverse techniques to innovate and improve digital media art. This investigation will allow the extraction of pivotal role of digital media communication and drives visual art to new heights in the modern digitized era. Based on this motivation, this paper tries to analyze the application of new media digital technology in painting creation using big data. The major goal is to obtain insights into artists' behavior using behavioral habits and a morphological algorithm in digital painting. The study investigates the design process of digital painting by analyzing the habitual forms displayed by diverse painting user groups and integrating them with user experience design concepts. Two experimental methodologies are used to investigate painting user behavior: the interview method and the observation method. The observation approach collects comprehensive user behavior data to develop a habit form model that includes a both virtual and real activity. This model employs a hierarchical scheme emphasizing various behavior aspects and concepts throughout user interactions and painting system operations. The interview method, on the other hand, captures the psychological activities involved in user behavior decision-making. The study discovers and decomposes the traits specific to these characters by defining painted characters, developing their behavior sets, and making interactive decisions. The learned information and experience are then applied in interactive decision-making processes. Based on these findings, prototype development includes explicit and implicit interaction prototypes, with usability tests determining whether specific roles are included in the design. Throughout the study process, fuzzy mapping associations are built, and behavior mappings are labeled with varying relationship proportions, providing critical data for the habit form model's construction. The paper uses new digital media technology to create paintings and experiments with 50 randomly selected persons. When the concentration focuses on data mining, frequent itemset mining (FIM) and high-utility itemset mining (HUIM) are commonly addressed and researched. Many related algorithms are proposed to reveal the general relationship between utility, frequency, and items in transaction databases. Although these algorithms can mine FIMs or HUIMs quickly, these algorithms merely take into account frequency or utility as a unilateral criterion for itemsets but the other factors (e.g., distance, price) could be also valuable for decision-making. A new skyline framework has been presented to mine frequent high utility patterns (SFUPs) to better support user decision-making. Several new algorithms have been proposed one after another. However, the Internet of Things (IoT), mobile Internet, and traditional Internet are generating massive amounts of data every day, and these cutting-edge standalone algorithms can not satisfy the new challenge of finding interesting patterns from this data. Big Data uses a distributed architecture in the form of cloud computing to filter and process this data to extract useful information. This paper proposes a novel parallel algorithm on Hadoop as a three-stage iterative algorithm based on MapReduce. MapReduce is used to divide the mining tasks of the whole large data set into multiple independent sub-tasks to find frequent and high utility patterns in parallel.
