With the development of the times, on the basis of inheriting traditional ceramic decoration, modern ceramic decoration is also changing, and it is moving towards personalisation and diversification. In this paper, firstly, we preprocess the images of the decoration features on the surface of ceramic vessels and use the LBP feature extraction method to extract the detailed features on the surface of ceramic vessels, transform them into HOG data, and represent the pattern information by histogram. Subsequently, an attention mechanism is added to achieve accurate segmentation of ornaments on the surface of ceramic vessels by learning the semantic features of the image. Then, based on the CGM model, the extracted ornament is deconstructed and restructured to design new ornament elements, which are applied to the surface of ceramic vessels. The investigation of the market demand for ceramic ware surface decoration was done to create a data base for ceramic decoration design. The research results show that 53.456% of users buy ceramic ware mainly because of daily use, and 49.563% pay more attention to the color pattern of ceramics. In the characteristic colours of ceramic patterns completed in the design, the characteristic colours 1→2 and 1→5, the correlation between the two groups of characteristic colours is strong, and the intensity is 3.554 and 4.265, respectively.

Common ZnO particles was used to improve the flame retardancy of piperazine pyrophosphate/melamine polyphosphate (PPAP/MPP) in PP composites. 0.5 wt% ZnO exhibited an exceptional synergism by analyzing LOI determination, UL-94 test, and CCT. The LOI increased from 29.9% (no ZnO) to 32.3%. The corresponding flame-retardant rating was improved from UL-94 V-2 to V-0. Additionally, ZnO significantly inhibited the formation of the smoke and CO during the combustion process. The TGA, the component and the structure of the heated FRPP and CCT residues were studied by FTIR, EDS, SEM, Raman spectra and 31P Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, revealing that PPAP/MPP was dominant in the flame retardant process by condensed phase actions. Furthermore, ZnO obviously promoted the formation of the char layer and increased its graphitization degree. Thus, the thermal stability and the strength of the intumescent char layer were improved and then to reinforce the flame retardancy of flame retardant PP (FRPP).

In this paper, the research progress of Cu-Mo separation depressants in recent years have been reviewed, from the aspects of chalcopyrite inorganic depressants, organic depressants, novel depressants, combined depressants and molybdernite depressants, also gives a review on depressing mechanism and industrial applications in Cu-Mo mines. Chalcopyrite and galena are primary raw materials for producing Cu and Pb metals, respectively. Flotation is still the main method to recover these two minerals. So far, lots of work has been done to recover them from low-grade refractory ores, whereas the efficient separation of these two minerals remains a major challenge. In this review, the crystal, surface, floatability and needed reagents were discussed. Firstly, the crystalline structures were introduced, including physical and chemical properties, and followed by surface properties from a density functional theory simulation perspective. As reviewed, the surface properties were closely related to their floatability, such as the degree of surface oxidization, particle size, galvanic interactions, metal ions, and so on. Moreover, the floatability of minerals could be influenced by flotation reagents, and therefore a range of new collectors and depressants were described. The review aimed to provide a deep understanding on the factors affecting Cu/Pb flotation separation as well as to develop new depressants helping to guide the flotation separation of Cu/Pb/Zn polymetallic sulfide ores for researchers. The six elements of lithium, beryllium, niobium, tantalum, rubidium and cesium in rare polymetallic ores often coexist together. Beryllium minerals are mostly difficult to be completely dissolved by acid, while niobium and tantalum are easy to be hydrolyzed. The accurate determination of these elements requires a variety of methods and complicated analysis process. In this paper, a method for simultaneous determination of lithium, beryllium, niobium, tantalum, rubidium and cesium in rare polymetallic ores by microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was established by investigating the holding time and the amount of extraction solution after microwave digestion. The results showed that the samples could be completely dissolved by holding for 30 min, and completely extracted by 10 mL of hydrofluoric acid (1 + 1) and 3 drops of hydrofluoric acid. The mass spectrum signals of each element showed a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0--20 jug/mL, and the correlation coefficients (r) were above 0.999 9. The microwave digestion method and the electrothermal plate digestion method were used to determine the six rare polymetallic ores of national first-class standard substances respectively. The results showed that the determination of beryllium by the electrothermal plate digestion method was obviously low, and the determination results of each element by the microwave digestion method were within the error range of the recognized value. The detection limits were 3. 0--10. 0 jng/g, the test range was 0. 001%--4. 3%, and the relative standard deviation RSD (w=12) was 0. 32%--12. 5%. The strain Staphylococcus PT-1 was isolated from soy sauce mash and whole genome sequencing revealed it didn’t contain drug resistance genes and virulence genes. Salt tolerance test showed that PT-1 could withstand 20% NaCl. It was inoculated into a pork broth medium. Through volatile component detection, the content of pyrazine in the fermentation broth was 0.83% pyrazine and 1.36% 2, 5-dimethylpyrazine. When the strain was applied to the brewing process of soy sauce, the contents of total nitrogen and amino acid nitrogen in the resulting product were higher than those in the control group; the contents of ammonium salt and NaCl were lower than those in the control group; the total acid content was similar. Solid phase microextraction–gas chromatography–mass spectrometry was used to detect the volatile components of two finished soy sauce products. Compared to soy sauce fermented by typical means, that added with PT-1 contained unique components, such as 2,5-dimethylpyrazine (1.8027%), 2-methylpyrazine (0.0158%), 3-ethyl-2,5-dimethylpyrazine (0.5809%), and 4-ethyl guaiacol (8.7477%). Sensory evaluation showed that the total score of PT-1-fermented soy sauce was higher than that of the control group and was characterized by full and rich flavor. BACKGROUND RESULTS CONCLUSION Polyphenolic compounds in millet vinegar are crucial functional substances, but the mechanisms underlying their formation and metabolism remain unclear. Acetic acid fermentation (AAF) represents the most active microbial metabolism stage and is pivotal for forming polyphenolic compounds. This study comprehensively analyzed the role of the microbiome in polyphenolic compound production and metabolism during AAF.Changing patterns were observed in both the microbiome and polyphenolic monomer compounds during AAF of millet vinegar. Lactobacillus harbinensis (0.624–0.454%) was identified as the dominant species in the pre‐AAF stage, exhibiting a significant positive correlation with caffeic acid, kaempferic acid and kaempferolide (P < 0.05). Lactobacillus harbinensis‐mediated polyphenolic compound metabolism was further confirmed through genomic analysis and pure culture fermentation techniques. Lactobacillus harbinensis encodes enzymes such as carbohydrate hydrolases, glycosidases and cellulases, which promote the release and metabolism of polyphenolic compounds from grain hulls.This study confirmed that L. harbinensis, as a core microorganism in millet vinegar fermentation, can significantly augment the content of total phenols and specific polyphenolic compounds. Hydrogen energy produced through photocatalytic water splitting is widely recognized as a viable solution to the depletion of non-renewable energy resources and ecological contamination concerns. This work designed and synthesized the MOF-derived hollow octahedral Co x P/MOF-801 p-n heterojunction photocatalyst. According to the result of hydrogen production test, the hydrogen production amount of Co x P/MOF-801-2 could reach 25.31 mmol g−1 under light irradiation for 5 h. The hollow octahedral structure and p-n heterojunction of the photocatalyst helped to enhance the light trapping ability and promote carrier transfer, resulting in improved performance of photocatalytic hydrogen production. To sum up, the design of hollow octahedral Co x P/MOF-801 photocatalyst effectively improved the photocatalytic hydrogen production performance.
