This paper summarized the auricular acupoint pressing therapy and nursing management for a patient with insomnia after quitting smoking. In addition to routine nursing, auricular acupoint pressing therapy and related health education were carried out. The sleep monitoring was conducted for the data analysis of sleep quality assessment. Sleep time of the patient was significantly prolonged and sleep quality of the patient was improved after a 2-week intervention. The insomnia symptom after quitting smoking was effectively relieved. (本文总结1例耳穴压豆治疗戒烟后失眠患者的护理体会。在常规护理基础上, 给予患者耳穴压豆治疗, 并指导患者正确的耳穴按压方法, 确保治疗效果。同时每日进行睡眠监测, 为后续的睡眠评分积累数据。经过2周的干预, 患者睡眠时间延长, 睡眠质量提升, 情绪较前稳定, 戒烟后失眠症状得到明显缓解。)

Objective To investigate the effect of rubbing therapy with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) ointment in the treatment of primary dysmenorrheal. Methods Totally 82 patients with primary dysmenorrheal were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, with 41 cases in each group. All patients received Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction, and an additional therapy of TCM ointment rubbing was carried out in the treatment group. The pain degree was evaluated by Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), and the effect of intervention was compared between two groups. Results The VAS score dropped in both two groups after treatment, and the VAS score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P<0. 01). The total effective rate was 90. 24%(37/41)in the treatment group, which was significant higher than 75. 61%(31/41)in the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion The rubbing therapy with TCM ointment is effective in pain relief in patients with primary dysmenorrheal. (目的 探讨运用中医护理技术中药膏摩疗法治疗原发性痛经的效果。方法 82例原发性痛经患者随机分为治疗组和对照组, 各41例。对照组给予少腹逐瘀汤治疗, 治疗组在对照组基础上增加中药膏摩疗法。采用视觉模拟自评量表(VAS)评估患者痛经疼痛程度, 比较两组干预效果。结果 治疗后两组VAS评分均较治疗前降低, 且治疗组VAS 评分低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0. 01)。对照组总有效率75. 61%(31/41), 低于治疗组的90. 24%(37/41), 差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论 中药膏摩疗法能进一步减轻痛经患者的疼痛程度。)

Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) nursing technology has unique advantage in life cultivation and health preservation, chronic disease management and other areas. The community nurses’ awareness of TCM nursing technology remains to be improved. There is an increasing need for TCM nursing among community dwellers in China. However, the promotion and practice of TCM nursing technology provided by community nurses are influenced by the inconsistent standards of medical costs, level of community-based nursing service and other issues. This paper briefly summarized the Application status and thinking of TCM nursing technology in community nursing, in order to provide reference for the community-based promotion and practice. 5. 抗幽门螺杆菌感染的研究进展.

- Abstract
Helicobacter pylori(Hp)is the causative agent of gastritis and peptic ulcers, and its infection is worldwide, with a high rate of infection. Antimicrobials are ineffective in the acidic environment of the stomach, thus requiring treatments that target both bacteria and stomach acid. Omeprazole and amoxicillin were the classic bactericidal and antacid combination therapy, and then developed into triple therapy, i.e., bismuth or proton pump inhibitor + 2 antimicrobials. With the increase of antimicrobial drug resistance, the triple therapy replaced by the new potassium-competitive acid-blocking agent started to be used, and bismuth quadruple therapy was adopted in areas with high rate of clarithromycin resistance, but it was still difficult to stop the declining trend of the eradication rate. Scientists are searching for strategies with non-antimicrobial drugs while continuing to delve into the mechanisms of resistance. Probiotic-assisted therapies and Hp vaccines are expected to improve eradication rates, and stimuli-responsive materials also show potential for eradicating Hp, especially the idea of altering the oxygen environment in the gastric juice so that Hp cannot survive offers a new strategy for eradication. Objective To investigate the effect of blood-letting acupuncture and cupping therapy in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods Totally 60 cases of herpes zoster patients admitted to our department between October 2020 and June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment, and the observation group was given blood-letting acupuncture and cupping therapy on the basis of the control group. The improvement of pain and rash symptom was assessed and compared between the two groups. 12. 基于网络药理学结合正交设计优化复方 降脂口服液的提取工艺.

- Abstract
In order to optimize the extraction process of compound lipid-lowering oral liquid, the effective components of compound lipid-lowering oral liquid were analyzed by network pharmacology and molecular docking technology, and the optimal extraction process was determined by orthogonal design experiment. The results show that the main active ingredients in compound lipid lowering oral liquid are isohamnetin, kaempferol, quercetin and other flavonoids, which acts on key targets such as AKT1, IL6, PPARG, and plays a role in the treatment of simple obesity through insulin resistance, lipolysis, AMPK and other signaling pathways. Taking the content of total flavonoids and the yield of dry paste as the evaluation indexes, orthogonal design experiment shows that the best extraction conditions are as follows: the charred crataegus, vigna umbellate, cassia seed, poria cocos, semen coicis and Chinese wolfberry are added with 1 500 mL water and steeped for 60 min, decocted for 45 min and then decocted with lotus leaf, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae and rose hips for 25 min. It can be seen that the compound lipid-lowering oral liquid could play an intervention role in the obesity by multicomponent, multi-target, and multi-pathway treatment. Through network pharmacology and molecular docking, the process evaluation index is determined and the preferred process is stable which can lay the foundation for oral liquid product development. - Abstract
Serious stress concentration effect often occurs at the thread root on dredging pump shafts, leading to high stress on the shaft end part. Under the action of alternating load, the pump shaft is prone to fatigue failure, which affects the project progress and economic benefit. In order to study the influence factors of stress concentration for the pump shaft, the trapezoidal thread at the end of the pump shaft of a dredging pump was numerically studied. A two-dimensional axisymmetric finite element model of the end part of the pump shaft was established in ANSYS, and the local maximum stress at the thread root and the stress concentration factor were calculated. Numerical analysis were carried out for the influence factors on the stress concentration factor, i. e., fillet radius at thread root, thread tooth height, thread pitch and thread position. The results show that the stress concentration factor increases with the decrease of the fillet radius of the thread root. The influence of screw height is insignificant and can be ignored. There is a linear positive correlation between the stress concentration factor and the thread pitch. Appropriately increasing the distance between the thread and shaft shoulder can reduce the stress concentration factor. The stress concentration factor calculated in this paper can be used to modify the S-N (Stress-fatigue life) curve of the shaft material, so as to improve the prediction accuracy of the pump shaft fatigue life.
