With the advent of the era of big data, the traditional feed industry to intelligent transformation has become an inevitable trend of the industry, seize this opportunity, and actively promote intelligent transformation, will become one of the important factors for the success of feed enterprises. The development and application of big data technology has promoted the transformation and up⁃grading of the feed industry. The industrial chain reconstruction supported by big data will no longer be limited to the competition between a single feed production enterprise, but realize the collaborative development between different industries through resource integration with the help of big data. This paper will deeply discuss the difficulties faced by the intelligent transformation of the feed industry under the background of big data, as well as the reflections on the intelligent transformation path of feed enterprises, analyze the current intelligence level in the industry, and point out the key factors to promote the intelligent transformation. Some questions, such as the definition or name of certain feeds, the need for hay imports, new edition of Quality Standard of Fishmeal for Feed, fish and shrimp feed high protein, ideal feed, conditions under which feed products play their intended role, the order in which each component of a diet is supplied, the "direct supply theory" of dietary nutrients was put forward, in feed industry and feed science literature are listed in this paper. Aquatic feed industry is one of the main factors in the development of aquaculture industry, providing strong support to meet the growing demand for aquatic products. As an important raw material in aquatic feed, lipid (especially fish oil) is easily oxidized due to its rich unsaturated fatty acids, and produces various hydroperoxides, secondary oxidation products (including alcohols, ketones, aldehydes, etc.). In addition, the oxidation process also leads to changes the oil chemical characteristics. In feed in‐ dustry and aquaculture, lipid oxidation could impair growth and health of fish. This paper summarizes the research on oil oxidation by scholars at home and abroad, discusses the effect and mechanism of oil oxidation on various kinds of fish and the application effect of common antioxidants, so as to accumulate basic data for further research on the effect of oxidized oil on aquatic animals.
