Which toolset for managerial simulation within a reflection on temporal management? The reshuffling of the planning process within a furniture store allowed us to question the temporal management of a department by its manager. In order to manage the change in the planning process, we set up managerial simulation. Facing the logics of action to the rules of the future system, it helps to start a reflexion on temporal management of the department including the whole team and managers. The opened discussion allowed a more general reflexion on work of sales staff and the meaning he carries until a discussion space exists.
