In order to manage the change in the planning process, we set up managerial simulation. Facing the logics of action to the rules of the future system, it helps to start a reflexion on temporal management of the department including the whole team and managers. The opened discussion allowed a more general reflexion on work of sales staff and the meaning he carries until a discussion space exists.
