Chapter ten of the book "Alroy: The Prince of the Captivity" is presented. It focuses on the downfall of the kingdom of Alroy following the attack by the troops of theKing of Karasme. It highlights the battle between the Caliph and the invaders, however, Caliph has withdrawn and moved to the neighbouring plain of Nehauend.

The article presents a timeline of William Ewart Gladstone's political career in Great Britain. On May 21, 1832, he presented a petition against immediate abolition of slavery. On June 8, 1836, he became a member of select committee on disposal of land in the colonies. On August 7, 1857, he protested against unequal treatment of men and women in Divorce bill.

Abstract
Chapter 9 of the book "Theodoric the Goth: Barbarian Champion of Civilisation" is presented. It states that the governance of Italy was still in accordance with the Roman precedents and was administered mostly by officials trained in the Imperial school. A classification of these officials and their functions and a description of the two venerable institutions from the old Republic, the Consulship and the Senate is presented. It also elaborates on Cassiodorus, one of the conspicuous Roman officials during the reign of Theodoric.
