The low motivation of students' mathematics learning makes researchers want to know the effect of the Make a Match learning model on students' mathematics learning motivation. The type of research conducted was pre-experimental research with a one group pretest-posttest design. This research was conducted in a class that was selected by random sampling. From the results of data analysis, the average student pretest questionnaire results were obtained 124,45 while the average student posttest questionnaire results are 131,59. From the results of the calculation of the paired sample t-test at the real level ?=0,05 also obtained the value of tcount =5,14 and ttable =2,048. Because tcount > t table then reject H0 and accept H1 which means that students' mathematics learning motivation after applying the Make a Match learning model is better than students' mathematics learning motivation before applying the Make a Match learning model. From these results it can be concluded that there is an effect of the Make a Match learning model on students' mathematics learning motivation.

Objective: his study investigates the acceptance of electric vehicle (EV) technology in Medan City, focusing on aspects that encourage public adoption. The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model and the Lazy User (LUM) are utilized to understand these dynamics. Research Design & Methods: A survey was conducted with 411 respondents from several sub-districts in Medan City. The questionnaire included demographic information, driving habits, expectations of electric cars, intention to buy, and Likert scale items related to UTAUT constructs. Data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the PLS method. Findings: Effort expectancy and facilitating conditions significantly influence behavioral intention and use behavior, while Performance Expectancy and Social Influence show inconsistent effects. The LUM is supported, demonstrating that Effort Expectancy influences the preference for least effort behavior. The study highlights the critical role of ease of use and supportive infrastructure in promoting EV adoption. Implications & Recommendations: To enhance EV adoption, it is crucial to focus on improving user experience, developing robust infrastructure, and ensuring consistent performance. Policymakers and stakeholders should implement multifaceted strategies, including significant investments in infrastructure, user education initiatives, and performance assurance, to create a favorable environment for the transition to electric vehicles. Contribution & Value Added: This research contributes to the understanding of EV adoption dynamics by applying the UTAUT model and LUM in a developing country context. It emphasizes the importance of ease of use and facilitating conditions, providing valuable insights for policymakers and stakeholders aiming to promote sustainable transportation solutions in urban settings.

Ekstrak kulit anggur dapat mendeteksi boraks lebih jelas dibandingkan dengan buah anggurnya dengan terbentuknya cincin berwarna ungu tua jika direaksikan dengan boraks. Pada pengujian menggunakan sampel pentol bakso dari 5 penjual, diperoleh hasil keseluruhan sampel menggandung boraks. Disimpulkan bahwa kertas saring dari absorbsi antosianin kulit anggur dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif dalam menguji kandungan boraks pada makanan secara kuantitatif.

Problem Based Learning (PBL) is a learning model that encourages students to solve problems. At the same time, intrapersonal intelligence is a skill needed by students in solving problems so that students can solve problems well. This research aims to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model and intrapersonal intelligence on high school students' problem-solving skills. The method used was an experiment with a quasi-experimental research type and a 2x2 factorial design—multistage random sampling sample selection technique. All students of class IX reach the population at SMAN 1 Baros. The target population for all class IX of SMAN 1 Baros is 130 students. The research sample consisted of 2 classes IX for the experimental class and two classes IX for the Control class, each of which totaled 65 students. The instrument for the ability to solve problems in the form of description questions consists of 11 items and intrapersonal intelligence in a questionnaire totaling 25 statements. Data analysis and hypothesis testing using two-way ANOVA with the help of the SPSS 21.0 software program. The results showed that the PBL model and intrapersonal intelligence significantly affected problem-solving skills with a sig < 0.05. The data analysis conclusion shows that there is an influence of the PBL model and the intrapersonal intelligence of high school students on the material of the human reproductive system.

The population in this study were all students of Class IX from 40 schools public and private junior high school in Bengkulu City. The sample selection was carried out in two stages, namely stratified random sampling to select schools and simple random sampling to select classes. The sample consisted of 12 Junior high schools in Bengkulu City. Data collection was done by distributing test instruments. The research instrument was 20 items that consist of 15 multiple choices and 5 short answers that were reviewed from the TIMSS problems in 2011 and 2015. Data analysis was done by using descriptive statistics. The results showed that the ability of junior high school students in Bengkulu City in terms of content aspects, namely: (1) geometry of 23.46% (low), (2) data and chance of 50.40% (low), (3) algebra and number of 59.18% (enough).

In generalt the road layer in Indonesia uses ahot asphalt mixture, better known as flexible pavement, in certain road that use conventional asphalt have a pretty good perpormance. Hovewer the original properties of asphalt are considered to be unable to survive unless steps are taken to repair and improve their performance accordingly.one solution to the problem of road contrution is by adding JBMA-50 Asbuton. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of marshall parameters in the asphalt (AC-BC) using modified asphalt JBMA-50 asphalt produced by PT.Hasrad Tata Jaya Pekanbaru Riau by using material from Kampar to be able to know the behavior of asbuton to marshall parameter. The method used is laboratory scale analysis to determine DMF, with the gradation used based on the ideal curve of the upper and lower limits, for combining each agregate mixture is determined by three aggregate fractions namely coarse, fine and filler (2010,Higways Develovment) aggregate so that some asphalt levels are obtained for parameter testing marshall. From the research that has been done in the laboratory for modified ACBC asphalt types with Kampar material and JBMA-50 asbuton the results obtained at optimum asphalt levels are as follows:marshall stability of 1407,2 kg,voids in mixture (VIM) of 3,95%, the voids mix asphalt of 15, 38%, voids filled asphalt (VFA) of 74,34%, flow of 2,56 mm, marshall yield was 538,80 kg/mm and mixed density bulk density (BD) of 2,334 gr/cc all the result of the marhall parameters meet the requiments indicated in the general specifications (revision3) of 2010. JBMA-50 asbuton is superior to the marshall quetient(MQ) compared to other oil asphalt. Asphalt oil pen 40/50 has a high value of stability, VMA,flow,VFA and bulk density compared to other asphalt. The rind of dragon fruit (Hylocereus lemairel (Hook.) Britton & Rose) is a waste material that has not been optimally utilized. The rind contains betacyanin pigment that has many benefits in pharmaceutical products. The study aimed to characterize the physicochemical properties, to evaluate the stability and to apply betacyanin in dragon fruit rind as a natural dye. The extraction process was done by using water as solvent which was sonicated at 50 kHz for 30 minutes at 25 °C. Extract was freeze dried for 48 hours. The dried extract was purified by using preparative TLC and physicochemically analyzed by using UV-Vis and FTIR spectrophotometer. The stability of betacyanin extract against pH and temperature was examined and applied as a dye in tablet imprinting. The result of this study indicated that betacyanin was found at Rf value of 0.6 same as the betacyanin standard. The maximum wavelength of betacyanin was obtained at 534 nm and the IR spectra showed similarity with betacyanin standard with the same functional groups between 4000-600 cm-1 although there was a slight shift in the wavenumber but it still in the range. The stability study were stable at temperature below 40 °C and at range pH 4-6. Betacyanin applications as natural dye of tablet have been successfully carried out with good color stability during 3 months of storage at room temperature.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Abdia Central Perabot medan. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner, buku-buku, jurnal, maupun dokumen perusahaan. Teknik analisisnya menggunakan regresi berganda dengan uji hipotesis, yaitu uji F dan uji t. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 38 karyawan. Metode sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling, dimana seluruh populasi menjadi sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Disiplin kerja dan Stress kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT Abdia Central Perabot Medan secara simultan dengan nilai F hitung = 23,789 dengan tingkat signifikasi sebesar 0,007. Sedangkan nilai F tabel = 3,340. Nilai F hitung > F tabel dan tingkat signifikasinya lebih kecil dari 0,0tra5. Nilai R Square (R2) = 0,318 yang berarti menjelaskan bahwa model yang dibuat mampu menjelaskan pengaruh disiplin kerja dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Abdia Central Perabot Medan yakni hanya sebesar 0,318 atau 31,8%. Secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Abdia Central Perabot Medan bahwa nilai t hitung > t tabel dan tingkat signifikansinya lebih kecil dari 0,05. Nilai t hitung sebesar 3,577 dan tingkat signifikansinya sebesar 0,001. Sedangkan nilai t tabel adalah 2,408. Pengaruh signifikan antara stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Abdia Central Perabot Medan bahwa nilai t hitung > t tabel dan tingkat signifikansinya lebih kecil dari 0,05. Nilai t hitung sebesar 3,577 dan tingkat signifikasinya sebesar 0,001. Sedangkan nilai t tabel adalah 2,408. The Evaluation of Land Degradation by Erosion in Agricultural Area at Lembah Seulawah Sub-distrik Aceh Besar Abstract: Land has a large potential in supporting human life activities. It can be used as agricultural areas or settlements; however, by the time it changed functionally. This research was aimed at finding out levels of agricultural land degradation treatment caused by erosion on agricultural land and defining the proper conservation measures for sustainable land utilization, and especially analyzing levels of land degradation caused by erosion in agricultural land on Lembah Seulawah, Aceh Besar District. Land mapping unit was developed based on land utilization map, soil type map, and topography map with scale 1 : 60.000, then overlaid to find out Land Utilization Type (LUT), based on uniformity of land-forming variables. Results showed that there were 4 classifications of erosion hazard levels, i.e. light hazard erosion level (L) found in LUT 5,6,7 and 8, medium hazard erosion level (M) found in LUT 4, heavy hazard erosion level (H) found in LUT 2 and 3, and very heavy hazard erosion level (VH) found in LUT 1. Land use referrals in maintaining preservation actions are by applying vegetative and mechanical methods of conservation. Selection and management of planting pattern, cover crop planting, and uses of plant waste as mulch are recommended on the L and M levels. Land mapping unit was developed based on land utilization map, soil type map, and topography map with scale 1 : 60.000, then overlaid to find out Land Utilization Type (LUT), based on uniformity of land-forming variables. Results showed that there were 4 classifications of erosion hazard levels, i.e. light hazard erosion level (L) found in LUT 5,6,7 and 8, medium hazard erosion level (M) found in LUT 4, heavy hazard erosion level (H) found in LUT 2 and 3, and very heavy hazard erosion level (VH) found in LUT 1. Land use referrals in maintaining preservation actions are by applying vegetative and mechanical methods of conservation. Selection and management of planting pattern, cover crop planting, and uses of plant waste as mulch are recommended on the L and M levels. Development of tree crops (estate and industrial crops) and no agricultural uses are recommended on H and VH levels, respectively.Abstrak: Lahan memiliki potensi besar dalam menunjang aktivitas hidup manusia. In conclusion, the multiple doses of Averhoa bilimbi Linn. fruit juice is active as antidiabetes, but the single dose is not. However, longtern administration will influence the kidney.
