The DevOps methodology comes to facilitate the interaction between developers and operations, automating many of the steps necessary to generate the final version of a software application. It is a current trend in software development. However, today, many game projects are developed using procedures that cause delays and crunches. The games industry could benefit from incorporating these models, and their associated tools, into the complex process of developing a game. In this article, a study of the application of integration models in the game development process and a software-tools evaluation available in the market for this purpose is introduced. In addition, an initial DevOps methodology experience is presented, serving as a reference to other similar projects, thereby demonstrating the real possibilities of using DevOps in game development. Education for sustainable development (ESD) provides a strong basis for the implementation of sustainability in universities. Using Bryant's rationale of space agnostic learning (SAL) and Carman's blended learning elements, a team at a Finnish higher education institution (HEI) came up with the idea of a Sustainability Campus Walk. The Sustainability Campus Walk is a blended learning approach combining elements of a physical walk with online learning materials. The aim was to introduce the HEI's work in sustainability for students of bachelor's and master's programmes. The project was completed using a novel approach, in a multi-stakeholder planning group, which enable the enrichment of the study materials with practical examples. Gamification elements were used to create checkpoints on the walk and make it more engaging for the participating students. The methodology used to record the progress and results of the project was Kananen's observation diary model, which allowed a meticulous record of the activities. An analysis of the records of the coordinating member of the creation team and notes of the managerial members, provided the answers to two research questions about the involvement of the stakeholders in the planning process of gamified blended learning projects. We found that the stakeholders play a key role in planning learning projects, therefore using a multi-stakeholder team is recommended in further iterations of future courses. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Lean thinking is an essential concept that has emerged in most organizations and industries. This is due to its proven outcomes in improving the process by removing waste and delivering value to the customer. Applying lean has also benefited the process by making it more sustainable by reducing the waste that negatively affects the three pillars of sustainability (Environment, Economy, and Society). Although lean has been established as a concept to improve the manufacturing process, it has extended to cover the maintenance process with reliance on established maintenance principles like Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and existing lean methods. This paper aims to study and analyze a preventive maintenance (PM) process of a construction company in Qatar and implement lean maintenance methods with TPM to improve the process by minimizing lean waste with a focus on improving process sustainability. The methodology has been assessed through a real case study from a construction project of the company selected. The project equipment preventive maintenance process was analyzed, sustainability indicators were identified, and lean maintenance tools were implemented. DevOps emerged as a better paradigm within the software organization. DevOps software is providing beneficial service for the organizations as it helps in reducing the resources in the terms of money, time and effort. Adopting new technology is not always easy, so is the case with DevOps. Software organizations are hesitant to adopt DevOps because the number of leader organizations in DevOps is very less. This is why the initial organization of DevOps does not follow the leader organization, but follows some maturity model. The maturity model gives an idea of the maturity level of DevOps within the software organization. The DevOps maturity model contain different levels of maturity. The distinguished maturity level is decided through certain parameters or metrics. The primary purpose of this study is to identify some set of priority metrics that influence DevOps adoption in software organizations. The method adopted for this study is systematic literature review (SLR). We extracted 32 metrics from 57 articles identified through systematic literature review. These metrics can be used to evaluate DevOps maturity within organizations. We believe that this study will serve as the basis for the development of maturity models to implement DevOps practices in software organizations. Globalization in an increasingly advanced era without any restrictions on movement has encouraged the movement of goods. The development of the movement of goods encourages growth in demand for logistics services activities. Among the growing business fields in Indonesia, the logistics services industry has the highest growth opportunity among other business fields. At the same time, developments in business processes have the potential to be in a state of uncertainty and increase the risk of disruption. Hence, logistics service industry companies need a resilient supply chain strategy to help companies survive all possible risks that can harm the company. This study aims to develop a relevant supply chain resilience strategy for the logistics services industry in Indonesia. The data is taken from the literature review to obtain an initial shortlist of existing supply chain resilience strategies. Then strategies were assessed and validated by six logistic experts from industry, industry associations, and academic. Next, the scores were analyzed using the item-content validity index (I-CVI) and the modified kappa (K) statistic. In today's competitive, fast-paced, and technology-driven markets, digital service organizations are increasingly forming strategic partnerships to transform their businesses, accelerate innovation opportunities, and offer customers enhanced value. How these partnerships should be built to enable value co-creation and strengthen collaboration between the partner organizations has thus become an important question for research and practice. This research develops a conceptual framework to explain value co-creation in strategic digital service partnerships and identifies its key enablers. We contribute to the literature by expanding our understanding of how value co-creation between partner organizations occurs as a dynamic and continuous process and how it is influenced by various intraand inter-organizational factors from institutional, resource integration, and service exchange perspectives. Prior studies have claimed that, with evolving technologies, continuity processes in Development and Operations (DevOps) needs to be re-evaluated consistently. In this context, this study examines a relatively new continuity process -- continuous software security. With regulatory compliance and ubiquitous cyberattacks, it becomes increasingly important to integrate security into DevOps. Presently, DevOps developers assume the role of systems operators and software developers to facilitate Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD). Assuming multiple roles involves role transitioning that requires developers to psychologically disengage from their current role and engage in another. Gradually, this may cause mental exhaustion. Therefore, implementing continuous security may add more complexity to DevOps, instigating more stress to software developers. Given this concern, we draw on Role Transition Theory and Cognitive Load Theory to examine whether integrating security into DevOps would aggravate developers' job burnout, which would eventually undermine continuous security practices. Digital transformation or "Industry 4.0" is on the agenda of world manufacturing companies. However, many business leaders have not yet adapted to the challenges and opportunities of digital transformation. Unlike Industry 3.0, which involved the automation of individual machines and processes, Industry 4.0 involves the end-to-end digitization and integration of value chain data: provision of digital services, application of related physical and virtual assets, transformation and integration of all processes and operations, customer service optimization. Industry 4.0 requires interactions, purposeful activities of top management and clear strategies. Companies that will fail to transform are likely to struggle for survival. However, only a few companies have a chance of reaping benefits of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and this group is called Digital Champions. The purpose of this study is to examine the role of Digital Champions and practices that allow them to stay ahead of competitors. The article examines differences in the management and integration of four critical ecosystems: Customer Solutions, Operating, Technology and Human Resources. Each system is a set of partners, suppliers, products and services, employees, third-party consultants, enterprises, outsourcing agreements, technologies and customers. Modern environmental priorities for seaport development involve reducing harmful emissions from port operations and increasing their energy efficiency. However, the widespread introduction of energy-saving technologies and environmentally friendly renewable energy sources requires the organization of the port's power supply system on the principle of a microgrid. The paper considers the background and trends in the development of seaport power supply systems. Using the Prisma methodology, the authors provide the analysis of research trends in the field of modern solutions for the sustainable development of seaports. The concept of "Agile" originated nearly three decades ago from the software development and project management disciplines and existing presently in diverse forms and levels is an intriguing research arena that has wider scope and implications. Agile as a method has germinated into various forms such as scrum, kanban, scaled agile framework (SAFe), large-scale scrum (LeSS), spotify model, continuous integration, scaled agile lean development (SCALeD), and many more. Agile initially adopted in an isolated software development and team level, has over the years progressed into projects and programs, and furthered into solutions and portfolios, and achieved full-service expansion into an enterprise level framework. It has been proposed in this article to undertake a novel approach to survey the literatures of agile methods, models, and practices from software development and modeling to large-scale case study organization levels in a less explored banking and financial services sectors. Green Business has been a detrimental topic to the current industry in almost every sector. Therefore, there need to be actions that help us transition into a more sustainable future. This research studies how Pro-Environmental Behaviour (PE) might influence Leadership for Sustainability (LS) and how this could motivate others to have a more sustainable lifestyle. This study is carried out with questionnaires for employees in Jakarta. It will be analyzed using the Rasch measurement model and Linear Regression analysis. As for how it turned out, PE indeed proved to have a significant influence on LS. Therefore, most people do have a high degree of PE and LS. Most people who have a high degree of LS were also accompanied by a high degree of PE. This implies that most people have a vision for a better, more sustainable future and are actively working towards it. Therefore, there should be help from businesses to help them achieve this. Process Management Systems (PMSs, a.k.a. Workflow Management Systems - WfMSs) are currently more and more used as a supporting tool to coordinate the enactment of processes. In real world scenarios, the environment may change in unexpected ways so as to prevent a process from being successfully carried out. In order to cope with these anomalous situations, a PMS should automatically adapt the process without completely replacing it. In this paper, we propose a general approach and a conceptual architecture to automatic adaptation, based on the concept of declarative modeling of processes and the use of continuous planning techniques. We show the feasibility of the proposed approach by discussing its deployment on top of YAWL, one of the most famous research prototypes of PMSs, in order to demonstrate the modularity and nice integrability with existing models and techniques. Most of the e-Government initiatives around the world have often been sporadic and unsystematic. "Technological thrust" rather than a "citizen orientation" has been the driving force for most of these initiatives. Singapore is one of the few nations where the e-Government was recognized as a strategy for growth very early. Continuous planning and monitoring of the nation's e-Government initiative has yielded rich dividends and today, Singapore is one of the most advanced countries in the world in terms of e-Government. Tracing the e-Government evolution in Singapore, through its three phases, reveals the inadequacy of the 'sequential evolutionary models' in explaining the e-Government evolutionary process. The e-Government initiatives in Singapore were taken as an opportunity to reengineer the government processes, procedures and systems so as to provide enhanced value to the citizens. Singapore's effective resource management strategy is the key to its e-Government success. Unlike many other nations, Singapore did not focus only on exploiting its scarce 'tangible' resources but went about in an organized way to develop complementary 'tangible and intangible' resources. This strategy, guided by the vision of developing Singapore into a world class Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) exploiter, helped Singapore develop a successful e-government. This case study provides insights to the other nations for planning their e-Government efforts through the lessons learned from the Singapore experience. An extensible and flexible infrastructure, leadership vision and support, stress on handling change management and bridging the digital divide, an effort towards developing trust in e-Government and having a sound legal framework have enabled Singapore to have one of the most advanced e-Government systems in the world. To overcome the problem of allocating limited ICT and financial resources, the study proposes a value-grid for prioritizing the e-Government activities for a greater impact. The Singapore e-Government case study helps researchers and practitioners better understand the evolution of a successful e-Government system. Such an understanding serves as a vision for the countries around the world to formulate better strategies and policies for facilitating their evolution towards to an integrated e-Government in the 21st century. Good governance plays a key role in the growth and success of organizations and helps them to achieve their strategic goals. A review of the research literature shows that the term good governance is mostly used in relation to governments, and there is no proper understanding of the role of good governance in non-governmental organizations. Due to the significant growth of project-oriented organizations, there is a gap in the literature to explain the position of good governance in project-based organizations. For this reason, there is no good understanding of the term good governance and its application in project-based organizations. The purpose of this study is to identify and prioritize the criteria of good governance in Iranian project-based organizations. To this end, a hybrid approach based on meta-synthesis, thematic analysis, and multi-criteria decision-making methods was used to identify and prioritize good governance criteria in project-based organizations. In the first phase, using the meta-synthesis method, an extensive review of the good governance literature from 2012 to 2020 was conducted and different criteria of good governance were extracted. In the second phase, the thematic analysis method was used to identify good governance criteria through interviews with 10 experts active in project-based organizations. In the third phase, the best-worst method (BWM) method was used to weigh and prioritize the good governance criteria. The results of data analysis indicated that accountability is the most important criterion, and the planning to respond to risks and uncertainties is the most important sub-criterion of the research.
