To combat several associated adverse effects and higher therapeutic efficacy, drug delivery is of prime importance for the treatment of diseases like cancer. Significant drawbacks like poor drug loading, instability, target action, low bioavailability is still limiting the cancer therapy despite numerous advances. Lecithin, chemically known as 1-palmitoyl-2-linoleoylphosphatidylcholine can resolve all these issues with green strategy. It is an amphoteric mixture containing phospholipids like phosphatidylcholine, phophatidylethanolamine and phosphatidylinositol. Phospholipids are key components of cell membranes. The amphoteric nature of lecithin helps in maintaining membrane fluidity and thereby increasing absorption of drug. It can transport both hydrophilic and hydrophobic drugs and interestingly was reported to possess anticancer property in colon cancer. Lecithin-based drug delivery systems have revamped the oncology management by increasing potency of many therapeutically active drugs. Present paper covers diverse applications of lecithin in various nanoformulations like solubilizer, stabilizer, surfactant, growth inhibitor, emulsifier, penetration enhancer, and dispersing agent. Such effects will augment adhesion, target action, drug encapsulation, control release led to enhanced cytoprotective and chemopreventive effects. Every year there is an enormous spike in the number of wireless users. The wireless network connectivity between these devices needs to be developed in order to meet the demand, as they generate and ingest more and more data. Improved 4G (Fourth Generation) based network output is not enough to provide enough throughput for the high data rate applications. In order to deliver seamless wireless mobile data the upcoming high frequencies communication of 5G (Fifth Generation) is required. These new frequency bands provide large system bandwidths necessary to improve broadband mobile data rates beyond what LTE (Long-Term Evolution) can offer. Through means of shortened communication time ranges and shorter system cycle time, 5G also facilitates lower latency relative to LTE. 5G advocates low code levels and a high degree of consistency to ensure maximum reliability. In this research, a compact size antenna for mmWave frequency band applications is proposed. The proposed antenna is having a good impedance matching along with high bandwidth, directivity and gain. Climate change has become one of the world's greatest problems and is widely recognized as the world's most important environmental issue. In this study, we try to understand the complex system of the renewable energy sector of entrepreneurial initiative. There is a radical threat to the energy sector and while renewable sources gain exponential momentum and become more and more incorporated into the energy mix, there is an increasing need for energy experts to manage change with both the technical understanding and the mentality of business innovation, and therefore take full advantage of an emerging world of possibilities. The article aims to examine what are an entrepreneur's key motives in this field and what factors affect the process of creating a project for renewable energy. Universities utilize the Websites as primary medium for information communication. The universal accessibility of this web medium remains a major challenge for both web developers and accessibility researchers. Conformance of WCAG 1.0 guidelines by web pages is a significant factor in measuring universal accessibility. This paper focuses on the accessibility evaluation of 23 Turkish University homepages. The accessibility assessment was carried out to verify compliance with the WCAG 1.0 published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). The main goal of this study is to determine if even people with disabilities can access and use websites of the universities with higher academic prestige. From the results, we can conclude that the majority of the tested websites do not achieve an acceptable level of compliance. Universities with high academic prestige do not show a greater level of web accessibility. By performing the evaluation of university websites, we have identified that there are major barriers to a large number of users. We identified and discussed the most violated WCAG. Our findings may raise awareness to the web developer about these violations and encourage them on how to build better and accessible websites. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

We revise the current model of learning pattern recognition in the Mushroom Bodies of the insects using current experimental knowledge about the location of learning, olfactory coding and connectivity. We show that it is possible to have an efficient pattern recognition device based on the architecture of the Mushroom Bodies, sparse code, mutual inhibition and Hebbian leaning only in the connections from the Kenyon cells to the output neurons. We also show that despite the conventional wisdom that believes that artificial neural networks are the bioinspired model of the brain, the Mushroom Bodies actually resemble very closely Support Vector Machines (SVMs). The derived SVM learning rules are situated in the Mushroom Bodies, are nearly identical to standard Hebbian rules, and require inhibition in the output. A very particular prediction of the model is that random elimination of the Kenyon cells in the Mushroom Bodies do not impair the ability to recognize odorants previously learned.
