With the rapid expansion of university research budget both in amount and scale, the input-output efficiency has become a focus of research interest. Based on the analysis of the latest researches concerned, this paper is intended to investigate the advantages of applying BSC to constructing an input-output efficiency evaluation system for scientific research in universities. In addition, this paper aims to construct a strategy map and an index system by means of BSC. According to the reality of the Chinese college education informatization development and the relying on the national informatization index system. This paper designs the university informatization evaluation index system and establish mathematical evaluation model by using principal component analysis method. This model quantitatively measure university informatization development level in order to provide necessary information and decision for establishing university education development strategy and policy. Finally, it shows that the university informatization evaluation index system has got a good result when it is used in practice of College Education Informatization Evaluation through questionnaire investigation and expert consultation method. The fast economic growth in East Asian economies has attracted much attention from the world to their background culture – Confucianism. Many, like Max Weber, think that Confucianism is not suitable for generating capitalism or economic modernization whereas others hold that the economic take-off and the economic miracle achieved in East Asia should be attributed to Confucianism. Too positive or too negative an attitude is not realistic. This paper focuses on the interaction between culture and economic development. It is becoming quite necessary to re-think and re-evaluate what elements of Confucianism and in which circumstances Confucianism would be conducive to the building of a market-oriented economy. The study of the CEOs in five Chinese leading companies and the Confucian-values-based questionnaire survey in Haier, a leading company in home-appliances, reflect that Confucianism is still vigorous and influential in the business world of China today. Meanwhile, Confucianism is also being transformed in the course of their development. In this sense, the five successful enterprises have set up a good example in how to maintain the essentials of Chinese traditional culture while overcoming its backward aspects and let the past serve the present well. E-learning resource is very important to carry out E-learning in china. This paper takes Chinese college for the study, analyses the situation and problems of Chinese college E-learning resource development. Based on the above analysis and feasibility studies, came to this conclusion that there are lacking integration, lacking organized and lacking platform and tolls to integrate resources in china college E-learning resource development. As an emerging learning way, Online Self-regulated Learning (OSL) is accompanying the booming of China's Internet. Digital library as a powerful tool of Internet assisted learning is so important in enhancing the learning, but there are not many researches about the importance of it in China, most of them are not thorough. In this study we considered the domestic educational situation, chose university students as samples, did some researches about theirs OSL's situation and how the digital library influence the learning, after those the suggestions would be given. To study the current situation and impact factors of university student's OSL and the influence of digital library, the research took qualitative research which is good at examining details, meanwhile the researcher selected eight university students as respondents, intensively interviewed and observed the respondents regarding the current situation and impact factors. This chapter focuses on regulation of minority religions in Japan and China. It details the markedly different responses to perceived challenges and conflicts involving newer religions in Japan and China. The animus toward the Unification Church in Japan is noteworthy particularly in its being tolerated by police and legal authorities in Japan. It is also ironic that the Chinese are using ideas from Western anti-cultism. In Japan, an ironic aspect of the Aum tragedy is that the initial hesitancy in dealing with complaints about Aum activities was partially related to the Westernized concept of religious freedom that had been forced on Japanese society after World War II.
