Simple Summary: Protozoa are the most abundant phagotrophic group in the biosphere and play an important ecological role in aquatic ecosystems. However, the effects of environmental stressors such as temperature changes, eutrophication, and pesticide pollution, on the protozoan communities in fresh waters remain poorly understood. The results of our study show that warming and eutrophication considerably promote an increase in protozoan biomass, and the combination of warming and pesticides can remarkably reduce the abundance, biomass and diversity of protozoa. Warming, eutrophication, and pesticide pollution affect protozoan diversity, community structure, and functional groups, either independently or interactively. To explore the impacts of multiple environmental stressors on animal communities in aquatic ecosystems, we selected protozoa—a highly sensitive group of organisms—to assess the effect of environmental change. To conduct this simulation we conducted a three-factor, outdoor, mesocosm experiment from March to November 2021. Changes in the community structure and functional group composition of protozoan communities under the separate and combined effects of these three environmental stressors were investigated by warming and the addition of nitrogen, phosphorus, and pesticides. The results were as follows: (1) Both eutrophication and pesticides had a considerable promotional effect on the abundance and biomass of protozoa; the effect of warming was not considerable. When warming was combined with eutrophication and pesticides, there was a synergistic effect and antagonistic effect, respectively. (2) Eutrophication promoted α diversity of protozoa and affected their species richness and dominant species composition; the combination of warming and pesticides remarkably reduced the α diversity of protozoa. (3) Warming, eutrophication, and pesticides were important factors affecting the functional groups of protozoa. Interaction among different environmental factors could complicate changes in the aquatic ecological environment and its protozoan communities. Indeed, in the context of climate change, it might be more difficult to predict future trends in the protozoan community. Therefore, our results provide a scientific basis for the protection and restoration of shallow lake ecosystems; they also offer valuable insights in predicting changes in shallow lakes. Summary: By multiplying with the continuous factor (CF), the conventional Class‐ F/F−1, Class‐J power amplifier (PA) can be expanded to their corresponding continuous modes, resulting in a great degree of freedom for broadband design. However, this method can hardly apply to other types of PAs. In view of this problem, the continuous mode is deeply analyzed from the perspective of equation solving for the first time, and a general theory for high‐efficiency broadband continuous PA design is proposed. In this theory, the continuous impedance space does not rely on a mapping relationship achieved by multiplying with the CF, but on a direct solution of the high‐efficiency equations to obtain the broadband design space. This approach is simpler and has the potential to provide greater design space. As a validation, this theory is used for the analysis of Class‐E PAs and a new continuous Class‐E (NC‐E) PA is presented. With knee‐point voltage and finite harmonics taken into account, this type of PA greatly expands the broadband design space of Class‐E PAs and also has the advantage of harmonic matching. The NC‐E PA is designed and manufactured using GaN HEMT CGH40010F, which achieves 40.6–41.6 dBm output power and 66.2%–74.2% drain efficiency (DE) in the frequency band of 2.5–3.8 GHz. The steel roof of the West Stand structure in Jiangmen Sports Center is a super-span space steel tube truss arch structure. In this article, the simulation analysis, and construction monitoring process, and the arch foot deformation monitoring is researched systematically, and the fuzzy reliability analysis is established based on the construction monitoring process. The monitoring results show that the roof structure is in healthy state, and the arch foot deformation meets the design requirements, which means that detailed simulation calculation provides theoretical basis for construction monitoring, and the measured data agree well with the theoretical data. Reliability Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of structural monitoring adopts a layered weighting method by dividing the entire structural monitoring into several types of key monitoring indicators, corresponding analysis is carried out according to the calculation formula of the weight of various indicators to solve the reliability problem of structural monitoring. It is shown through analysis that this method can provide an effective basis for on-site safety construction, and the above conclusions can provide references for related projects in the future.

Objective: To explore the effects of breastfeeding during the first four months of life on thinness, overweight, and obesity and to analyze the influential factors in children aged three to six years in eastern China. Methods: This study was designed as a retrospective cohort study, and the Strengthening the Reporting of Observational Studies in Epidemiology (STROBE) guidelines were followed. A total of 8053 subjects were included in this secondary analysis of data from the 2015 "Physical Fitness Surveillance data of Jiangsu, China". The subjects were classified into three groups on the basis of feeding patterns: breastfeeding, mixed feeding, and formula feeding. The International Obesity Task Force (IOTF) definitions of BMI were used to define thinness, overweight, and obesity. Multivariate logistic regression models and subgroup analysis were used to assess the association between feeding patterns and childhood thinness, overweight, obesity, and overweight/obesity, adjusted for potential confounders (sex, age grade, area, region/economy, gestational age, birthweight, childbearing age, mother's education, and caretaker). Results: The prevalence of breastfeeding was 63.8%, and the prevalence of thinness, overweight, obesity, and overweight/obesity reached 2.7%, 11.2%, 4.7%, and 15.9%, respectively. Breastfeeding participants had a lower risk of overweight and overweight/obesity with adjusted ORs of 0.652 (95% CI: 0.533, 0.797; p < 0.001) and 0.721 (95% CI: 0.602, 0.862; p < 0.001), respectively; however, there was no difference in thinness and obesity (both p > 0.05) compared with formula feeding. There was no statistical difference between mixed and formula feeding, in terms of thinness, overweight, obesity, or overweight/obesity (all p > 0.05). Subgroup analysis showed that breastfeeding for three years, preterm, and a childbearing age of 25–29 years had higher adjusted ORs for thinness, and in 5–6 years, urban areas, southern/developed economy regions, post-mature, childbearing age ≥ 25 years, and other caretakers had higher and invalid breastfeeding-adjusted ORs (all p > 0.05 except overweight in the urban grade) for both overweight and overweight/obesity. Conclusions: Breastfeeding during the first four months was not associated with the thinness of children aged 3–6 years in eastern China, and the protective effect of breastfeeding against overweight or overweight/obesity could be confirmed. However, the effects of breastfeeding on thinness, overweight, and obesity may change or become invalid in some subgroups, suggesting that there may be potential interactions between feeding patterns and influential factors.
