The introduction of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) into European legislation will have a significant impact on EU industry. Obviously, in order to make the management of an EPR-based process efficient, it is necessary to define strategic approaches that help companies to be compliant with the European Legislation. Therefore, the objective of this study is to understand whether it is possible to propose a risk analysis model that can help company management to develop an efficient ERP process A possible solution to the research question is to propose a new risk analysis approach in which two widely used methods in the field of risk analysis are combined: the Functional Resonance Analysis Method (FRAM) model of Prof. Hollnagel combined with the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method proposed by Saaty. The new approach has been applied to the aviation sector, which will be affected by Extended Producer Responsibility in the short term, due to the increase in the number of aircraft at the end of their life cycle and to the evolution of regulations in the aeronautical sector. Este trabalho visa analisar e discutir as estratégias desenvolvidas por psicólogas e psicólogos atuantes em CREAS da mesorregião norte do estado de Minas Gerais, entre os meses de março e dezembro de 2020, que vão ao encontro de um paradigma de atuação que desvela o compromisso social com o fazer da Psicologia na Política de Assistência Social. Trata-se, portanto, de um recorte de pesquisa quanti-qualitativa, descritiva e transversal que contou com a participação de 13 psicólogas e 6 psicólogos atuantes em CREAS de 19 cidades da região norte mineira. Como visto, o cenário pandêmico promoveu e acentuou dificuldades e obstáculos vivenciados nesse equipamento socioassistencial. Todavia, diante desse contexto, as e os profissionais participantes desenvolveram e implementaram em sua práxis cotidiana variadas estratégias para assegurar o atendimento da proteção social especializada a quem dela necessitava, em um cenário caracterizado pelo aumento de violações de direitos e distintas formas de violência contra grupos historicamente subalternizados. Por fim, as estratégias desenvolvidas podem ser lidas sob a ótica do compromisso social com a transformação das condições de vida do público usuário do CREAS.

This case study presents the social responsibility practices of the Canadian company Hydro Quebec. It is a state enterprise, working in the field of hydroelectricity production and distribution. Thanks to its substantial profit and its participation in the economy of the province of Quebec, this company represents one of the largest organizations in Canada. As presented in the text, it firstly demonstrates efficient management, its profits amounting to billions of dollars. She also acts philanthropically, supporting various causes, including cultural, environmental, socio-economic, scientific and educational ones. She is also concerned about ensuring a good climate and working conditions for her employees. Employee training is also a point of interest. Being governed by strict laws and regulations, Hydro-Québec has an ethic code whose compliance is closely followed. The case was funded by the UQAT University Pedagogy Fund and it address at business management students, enrolled in corporate social responsibility courses.

In the present time, in the whole world there is planning, all types of organizations plan the future periods taking into consideration all the aspects of their activity. The planning activity is not based on intuition and presentiments, but on forecasting and analysis. The humanity is in strong economical, technological, social and political period where the anticipation and other activities of the manager became necessary for the survival of the organization. The continuous change and economical development are generating opportunities, but, in the same time, are generating also risks. In this context the role of planning is to reduce as much as possible the risks and to take profit of the advantages and opportunities. But, in order to make the plans successful, the planning has to find its place among the theories, principles and basic techniques of management.

Global economic and social changes determined managers to change traditional strategies and to approach business performance from new and totaly different point of views. Future strategies should pursue the value creation to all stakeholders. The aim of the article is to draw attention to the increasingly important Corporate Social Responsability (CSR) and to make proposals to measure it and to accommodate it in the Financial Reports. As a first step, I will make on overview of the theoretical approach of the (CSR) subject, than, I will present and propose a group of indicators to measure the CSR activity. Regarding to the material and methods, I used several CSR Reports, internationally recognized and applied indicators (e.g.: DJSI), rates for a quantitative and qualitative performance analysis). This paper brings a possible alternative to evaluate the companie’s responsible behavior. Indicators are evaluating the companies accordig to different aspects. In addition to accounting and financial reporting, introducing the social (and environmental) reporting, would certainly have interest for local community (and not only), therefore the author recommend inclusion the results of corporate responsible evaluation in the notes to the Financial Statements mandatory for every enterprise.

t In the automotive industry - a highly competitive environment in which is difficult to gain substantial competitive advantages- it has become harder to differentiate from the rest of the competitors. In order to scientifically manage the customer’s needs, a compnay should carry out a rigorous marketing mix: product, price, place and promotion. The corporate social responsibility actions are also determinant. The aim of this paper is to highlight the importance of marketing mix and corporate social responsability in automotive industry and to underline the way in which Mazda Motor Corporation relates to the components of the mix. The research methodology was based on a quantitative method. The paper presents the main components of the marketing mix in the case of the Japanese corporation. The results show that Mazda Motor Corporation managed to use the components of the marketing-mix and to implement the CSR philosophy in a unitary and modern way adapted to its profile.

Nowadays, companies may benefit from the opportunity of developing and growing in a new business environment which is based on principles such as common wellbeing and welfare, sustainability and durability. Competitive advantage and economic and social growth may be perceived as benefits promised by a CSR business approach. The concept may be described as a trend from the economic sphere which may help organizations to survive and achieve objectives by doing good, being ethical, legal, philanthropic, willing to educate others, support and sustain the environment, society and next generations. The paper aims to present a conceptual framework that can be used to define CSR. The research methodology was based on the collection and analysis of secondary data, respectively scientific articles, and relevant books for the subject. The results outline the idea of what CSR is and how it can positively impact the business environment.

The environmental management of companies and organizations in general is going to be internalized in the operation and management structures, linking conceptual and chronologically to improve corporate reputation, management excellence, knowledge and innovation. Embracing, undoubtedly too, with the assumption of an ethical commitment of the company to society: environmental sustainability and generational solidarity in the transmission of culture and values of that nature. The existing need to know the potential impact of business operations on society and the environment results in the appearance of a document, which may well be called a Sustainability Report or Social Balance, which is compiled from a series social indicators, which are the instruments responsible to reflect the value of the shares held by the company in social and environmental fields.

We intend to deal with the peculiar way in which Lukacs, in his writings which would result in the essential of History and class consciousness, deals with Morality and Law. The criticism of Hegelian ethics leads the Hungarian author to a rather great emphasis on individual action and responsibility to the extent that there would be, on the one hand, an abyss between moral action and revolution, on the other, an immediate unity between the two. With what the brazilian philosopher José Chasin called immanent analysis we will show how morality and Law relate themselves at Lukács´work of 1919.

Ao mesmo tempo, a questão do indivíduo será refletida tomando como referência suas ações concretas no espaço e no tempo históricos

Ao tratar sobre ato infracional, a cobertura midiática tem sido tendencialmente negativa e comumente viola os direitos humanos dos adolescentes, garantidos pelo Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (ECA), influenciando o debate público acerca da redução da maioridade penal. Partindo desse contexto, o objetivo geral deste artigo foi identificar as características e estratégias discursivas presentes no programa de rádio Estação Direitos, produzido pela ONG Rádio Margarida, para compará-las ao discurso dominante veiculado pelos meios de comunicação hegemônicos, especialmente programas de rádio e televisão. A metodologia partiu de um estudo comparativo entre a análise do Estação Direitos e a literatura sobre o tema. O corpus da pesquisa é composto pelo recorte dos cinco programas que trataram sobre a temática, a partir da metodologia da Análise do Discurso. As conclusões indicam que o programa, ao tratar sobre maioridade penal, trouxe à luz outras perspectivas de enquadramento, indo ao encontro do ECA e construindo um contradiscurso em relação aos padrões de cobertura da mídia hegemônica.

Is it possible to cultivate the human sense of old age? The contribution, from a pedagogical perspective, tries to answer a question that has all the characteristics of a social emergency as well as an educational one. And which recalls pedagogical knowledge to the assumption of a strong responsibility. The Authors explore some specific categories of old age “discourse” through pedagogical and didactic coordinates useful for rethinking the last age of life in a human sense, nourishing it with dialogues, exchanges, reciprocity. In particular, the authors trace the “place†in which elderly people can continue to become in the promotion of inter-generationality.

The objective of this paper is to determine the type of civil liability that is generated, be it contractual or non-contractual, the active subjects to whom it could be attributed, whether they are the authors themselves, their parents or the school itself, and the applicable sanctions in the if said responsibility becomes effective in contexts of school violence within the various educational establishments in Chile. The following reflection assumes the school as a meeting place and experiences that leave a mark on the body and allow us to look back. Retrospective where the teacher reaffirms his role as a teacher, but at the same time, of being taught: sensitive to the helplessness and exposure of the other. The teacher transmits the world and the experience of another time, communicates both the lived and the known in his own formative journey. Furthermore, he invites the trans-formation of each life that meets him, that receives him and at the same time, he projects himself in a different way. Birth of another experience that gives openness to the new, a whole creation and formative recreation unfolded in its own name and in a singular way, which cracks us in our own existences. In this way, experience and memory are braided in a gesture of responsibility that co-arise as a disinterested place for teaching, nuanced by the offering and donation of one being that is for the other to the extent that it gives without measure. He receives him with face and name in his request, thanks to a memory that becomes the sediment where these experiences are lodged. In this sense, every teacher transcends indoctrination when he goes to meet the Other, in a care where the teaching becomes a donation or surrender to be responsible for him

The inclusion of vulnerable people in the labor force is essential to improve their living conditions and make them participate in society, thereby promoting social cohesion and stability, as well as integrating the exercise of ethics in the operation of organizations; Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), because of their economic and social importance, represent a platform of opportunity for the realization of inclusive practices, as well as the tertiary sector, when it is constituted as the main national economic area. In order to identify the vulnerable groups that are mainly hired by SMEs in the tertiary sector of the city of Los Mochis, Sinaloa, Mexico, how they perform labor inclusion, its possible advantages and risks. A qualitative study was carried out on 11 SMEs in the tertiary sector of the city of Los Mochis, Sinaloa, Mexico. We found that the most hired groups are: housewives, elderly people, people of limited resources and marginalized communities. The labor is performed through various actions including: promotions and raises based solely on performance; application of the same salary in the same position: Regardless of sex. As well as commission policies and bonds of general application; equal treatment; contracts based on job profile, regardless of sex, among others. Likewise, we observed the advantages of hiring people in situations of vulnerability: their commitment, responsibility, gratitude, loyalty, which give added value to their work, as a result of their vulnerable status. We identified as risks: permits, damages to physical integrity, illnesses, vices, among others. We concluded that in the SMEs of the tertiary sector of the city of Los Mochis, there is a point of support for the exercise of labor inclusion.

Transhumanism is a current of thought that promotes human enhancement through technological progress. The debate that provokes transhumanism needs to be thought in the light of scientific and technological progress and at the same time demands to be approached from an ethical perspective. The opportunity to overcome the biological limits of our human nature is more than evident. Now, what is involved is knowing how to take advantage of this opportunity with responsibility.

This paper present the role and interaction between communication and Corporate Social Responsibility, strengtheningin the same time that communication it is a key factor to begin and keep a proper Sustainable Development strategy. The importance of communication is essential, taking in consideration the awareness in the interior and in the exterior of organization strategy, ethical, ecological and socio-economical objectives, since information regarding the impact of the company’s activities, products and services as well as regarding the impacts of changes that can supervene in time, can only be provided in this way. Since there are many ways to communicate regarding the actions of CSR, it is important to know what kind of messages and ideas can resonate with a certain audience, considering the stage in which the ISO 26000 standard’s development stands.

Nowadays, as we are living in the 21st century, far from the 'primitive' epochs, most of us consider we are much better than our predecessors and, of course, much more civilized than they had ever been. Are we really better and more civilized in comparison with those who lived before us? Is the difference in technology to equal the superiority we claim to have as our prominent difference between our more 'modest' ancestors? What about our consciousness, our respect for ourselves and for the others. What about the impressive number of 'marginals', of poor and ignorant, illiterate, non-fortunate human beings who officially, according to The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, are all our equal fellows, In spite of the many state institutions or private ones, there are many, still too many, human beings living at the 'margin' of our society, without a home, without food, without medical care or education or even a word of comfort. As long as we tolerate social injustice and inequality we cannot call ourselves 'civilized', 'modern' or even real human beings. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In this article we pretend to reinforces and solidifies the idea of professionalizing the Social Education as a career and important alternative to respond to the challenges, dynamics and current needs of the Colombian context. To develop the above idea, first is performed a theoretical and/or conceptual delimiting of the Social Education as an object of study Social Pedagogy. Then, we present the potential and limitations by which this crosses on the path toward its institutionalization. Afterwards, we present the different areas of intervention and main intersectoral and legislative organisms; and finally, we shared the proposal that we consider is more pertinent as academic program of Social Education with emphasis and the set of degrees of socio-educational fields approved by the Ministerio de Educación Nacional in the 2016. Definitively, it turns out indispensable deepen efforts and co-responsibility in order that the proposals of this kind does not just remain on paper, but can be settled in reality, and are continued stimulating initiatives that promote the Social Education as a transformative element from the socio-educational action.

O presente estudo pretende realizar algumas considerações sobre a situação carcerária no Brasil, apresentando enfoque no debate da proposta oriunda do Projeto de Lei (PL) Nº 4.373/2016, que cria a Lei de Responsabilidade Político-Criminal. Tem o objetivo de apontar alguns dos possíveis efeitos que a aprovação desse PL pode provocar no sistema penal brasileiro, em especial na limitação ao crescimento desenfreado de leis que geram novos tipos penais, bem como alterações mais severas na legislação já existente, uma vez que impõe a necessidade de avaliação dos referidos projetos de lei por um conselho, que deverá observar os impactos sociais e orçamentários provocados pelos mesmos. Para tanto, apresentaremos como a política penal adotada pelo Brasil, a partir desua legislação, tem gerado um encarceramento excessivo, baseado em um modelo penal que ultrapassa os limites de sua esfera de atuação. Ademais, apresentaremos algumas reflexões promovidas pela criminologia crítica com vistas a demonstrar como o PL nº 4.373/2016 se coaduna com alguns pressupostos desta corrente do pensamento jurídico-criminal. Para tanto, discutiremos o panorama geral do sistema prisional brasileiro e sua crise, a partir dos episódios violentos ocorridos em presídios em todo o país no início do ano de 2017. Por fim, à luz da criminologia crítica, abordaremos alguns dos possíveis benefícios e inovações que o PL 4.373/2016 pode trazer para a ordem jurídica nacional, no sentido de impedir o aumento do superencarceramento e das conseqüentes violações aos direitos humanos provocadas por este.

This paper investigates the enunciative responsibility in academic texts written by beginning writers, aiming specifi cally to describe and to interpret enunciative positions of fi rst speaker/enunciator (S1/E1) at the time of imputation of points of view (PoV) to second enunciators (E2). Theoretically, this paper is based on postulates of Textual Analysis of Discourses (TAD), according to Adam (2011), in articulation with studies of Guentchéva (1994), observations of Authier-Revuz (1998, 2004) about enunciative heterogeneity, among other authors. In the texts analyzed, it was more recurrent the expression of favorable positions by S1/E1 in situations of retaken, reformulations and comments that confi rm and validate the speaking of the other. The results show that the beginning researcher establishes a kind of dialogue with unrelated PoV directed to the construction of a bond of shared responsibilization.

One of the most effective ways to limit it is the social control of the acts of judges, which have a great social responsibility to decide. There is no doubt that society is most interested in structuring an effective judiciary and independent ideals. Thus, the magistrate should be seen as a promotional agent of democracy. For these reasons, this article, through the hypothetical-deductive method, it brings the hypothesis the possibility of the magistrate's civil liability whose decision has exceeded reasonable limits the application of the law.

In the article investigated the essence of the legal liability system: formulated the system definition, defined elements by forming the legal liability system.

Nowadays, social responsibility of companies is a very important issue, both for Romanian researchers and for those from abroad, but also for companies, non-governmental and governmental institutions. It is not anymore only an idea launched by researchers, economists or philosophers, but it is also present in the official debates concerning regulations in the field and their updating at the European and even global level. The present work aims to analyse the social responsibility of the most important companies from Romania and their interest in reporting on the basis of different existent index in the area. The paper is an empirical study based on public information regarding social responsibility of the most valuables companies from Romania. Results are important for researchers, practitioners, institutions interested in contributing to the know-how and practices improvement in the mentioned area.

Take into account that actually organizations are under precise observation of their consumers, who are strict and look beyond of a good product or service. The organizations have been seen on the obligation of contribute to sustainable development, continuous improvement of their processes and especially with safety management and social responsibility practices. This article presents the study made to the Juan Valdez Stores with the final purpose of elaborating a proposal to manage the social responsibility in Colombia according to the ISO 26000. The study addresses Juan Valdez Stores within the framework of competitive strategies focus on the RSE, where an absence of a diagnostic is reflected on the real results observed in the organization. To achieve this, it arises in the first instance the structure of two instruments based on guidelines of RSE, the design of this instruments allow evaluate and contrast the perception of the workers about the real execution in Juan Valdez Stores; the strategy of the company was contrasted with the values and topics of corporate social responsibility (RSE) ISO 26000 and finally is characterized the operation of the values and topics of corporate social responsibility. The result evidences that the Company under study presents an absence of knowledge of the officials in relation to how the social responsibility should be managed as a linchpin of all their actions. Additionally, are two components with an opportunity of improvement as the environment performance and the social performance to the community.
