Poor storage capacity of soybean makes it prone to fungal spoilage and heating during storage, resulting in lower quality. Early prediction of the fungal spoilage in stored soybeans is very difficult because fungi are often too small to be seen with the naked eye. Here a new method for fungus to early detection is adopted: it is called counting fungal spores. Soybeans with moisture contents of 11.4, 12.1, 13.0, 13.9, 14.3 and 14.7%, were held at 6 temperatures 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35? for180d. Samples were taken at regular intervals and the fungal spores counted. The safe storage conditions (temperature, moisture content, duration) were estimated by means of a curve fitted using the power function fitting. It can predict of soybean spoilage by fungus before there is visible damage.

Surgical resection of glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) often results in tumor recurrence and mild neurologic deficits. Here, a 3D asynchronous drug delivery system is innovatively developed to address the dual challenges of GBM recurrence and postoperative neurological deficit. Based on transcriptome analysis of tumor cells and tumor microenvironment (TME) cells between primary and recurrent mouse GBM tissues, a novel dual‐targeting approach is developed to combine mTOR pathway inhibition with microglia/macrophage repolarization. Then, in situ injectable methacrylated gelatin (GelMA) is constructed to perfectly fit into the tumor resection cavity and achieve direct delivery of dual‐targeted drugs, exhibiting outstanding postoperative GBM inhibitory effects in vivo. At the same time, neurotrophic factor‐saturated 3D‐printed GelMA patches are used to construct a 3D asynchronous drug delivery system, allowing gradual penetration of the neurotrophic factors into the underlying hydrogel to promote axonal sprouting after GBM suppression. Notably, this 3D asynchronous drug delivery system promotes neurological recovery without weakening the efficacy of inhibiting tumor recurrence. Therefore, this study not only proposes a new dual‐targeted GBM treatment strategy but also pioneers the construction of a 3D asynchronous drug delivery system for the comprehensive treatment of GBM. Grain mildew is a significant hazard that causes food loss and poses a serious threat to human health when severe. Therefore, effective prediction and determination of mildew grade is essential for the prevention and control of mildew and global food security. In the present study, a model for predicting and determining the mildew grade of rice was constructed using logistic regression, back propagation neural network and GS-SVM (a grid search-based support vector machine algorithm) based on laboratory culture data and actual data from a granary, respectively. The results show that the GS-SVM model has a better prediction effect, but the model cannot automatically adjust the parameters and is more subjective, and the accuracy may decrease when the data set changes. Therefore, this paper establishes a new model for a support vector machine based on a fruit fly optimization algorithm (FOA-SVM), which can achieve automatic parameter search and automatically adjust its parameters to find the best result when the data set changes, with a strong ability of self-adjustment of parameters. In addition, the FOA-SVM converges quickly and the model is stable. The results of this study provide a technical method for early identification of mildew grade during grain storage, which is beneficial for the prevention and control of rice mildew during grain storage. Background: Recent observational studies have reported a negative association between physical activity and chronic back pain (CBP), but the causality of the association remains unknown. We introduce bidirectional Mendelian randomization (MR) to assess potential causal inference between physical activity and CBP. Materials and Methods: This two-sample MR used independent genetic variants associated with physical activity and CBP as genetic instruments from large genome-wide association studies (GWASs). The effects of both directions (physical activity to CBP and CBP to physical activity) were examined. Inverse variance-weighted meta-analysis and alternate methods (weighted median and MR-Egger) were used to combine the MR estimates of the genetic instruments. Multiple sensitivity analyses were conducted to examine the robustness of the results. Results: The MR set parallel GWAS cohorts, among which, those involved in the primary analysis were comprised of 337,234 participants for physical activity and 158,025 participants (29,531 cases) for CBP. No evidence of a causal relationship was found in the direction of physical activity to CBP [odds ratio (OR), 0.98; 95% CI, 0.85–1.13; p = 0.81]. In contrast, a negative causal relationship in the direction of CBP to physical activity was detected (β = −0.07; 95% CI, −0.12 to −0.01; p = 0.02), implying a reduction in moderate-vigorous physical activity (approximately 146 MET-minutes/week) for participants with CBP relative to controls. Conclusion: The negative relationship between physical activity and CBP is probably derived from the reduced physical activity of patients experiencing CBP rather than the protective effect of physical activity on CBP. Research interest in VO2, one of the well‐known transition metal oxides featured by the metal–insulator transition, has resulted in a half‐century's accumulation of fundamentals toward a crystal clear description of the transition mechanism. To understand the interplay between extra electrons and lattice across the transition in VO2‐based integrated electronic devices, a heterostructure of VO2/CH3NH3PbI3 is constructed to investigate the structural evolution when hot electrons are injected from CH3NH3PbI3 to VO2 upon light irradiation. The decrease in the resistance of VO2 confirms the presence of extra electrons injected from CH3NH3PbI3 upon light irradiation. Then, Raman spectra are used to study the structural evolution of VO2 with temperature. The damping in the Raman intensity and the shift in Raman peak of VO2 near transition temperature implicate that the interplay between extra electron injection and lattice weakens the V–V vibration in VO2. Mycotoxin contamination of rice (Oryza sativa), especially that from aflatoxins (AFTs), is one of the greatest chemical hazards to humans and animals. However, few studies have investigated the relationships between fungal communities and mycotoxin contamination of rice grains. In the present study, we collected rice grain samples from 10 provinces in the northeastern (NE), southeastern (SE), and southwestern (SW) regions of China, encompassing the major rice-producing areas of China. The Fungal diversities of rice grains were significantly different among different regions and significantly higher in the SE and SW regions compared to the NE region. Geographic location was highly associated with fungal community alpha and beta diversity differences. Environmental variables determined the distribution of fungal communities, with winter mean temperature (WMT), mean annual precipitation (MAP), harvest mean wind speed (HMW), and grain moisture (GM) being the most important factor shaping the fungal communities, and the higher HMW could significantly reduce the abundance of aflatoxigenic fungi and aflatoxins. The Aspergillus flavus and A. parasiticus were defined as the major AFT-producing fungal taxa observed in the SE and SW region communities. The NE region exhibited a lower risk of AFT contamination due to its much lower prevalence of toxigenic fungi. Furthermore, keystone taxa of co-occurrence network analyses indicated that species belonging to the genera Clonostachys , Cryptococcus , Hannaella , Leptosphaerulina , Leptosphaeria , Phaeosphaeria , Sarocladium , Sphaerulina , Wallemia and Ustilaginoidea exhibited abundances that were negatively correlated with AFT-producing fungal abundances and could potentially inhibit the growth of AFT-producing fungi. In order to investigate the effect of the structural layout of multilayered coatings on its mechanical behavior, a three-dimensional elastic field solution is developed for multilayered solids subjected to surface point contact loading, which is converted from the elastic field solution in frequency domain by using a numerical conversion algorithm. The elastic field solution in frequency domain is obtained by numerically solving a group of linear equations involving the unknown constants in the general elastic field solution of layered material that is obtained by using Fourier integral transform technique. The present solution is validated by comparing with the exact analytical solution for uncoated solids and finite element solution for solids coated with 30 layers. Lastly, the effect of structural layout of multilayered coatings is further investigated with present solution. The result shows that the gradient structural layout with elasticity modulus decreasing gradually from the top layer to the substrate, which is preferable to a larger friction coefficient for multilayered solids subjected to surface line contact loading, is preferable for a smaller friction coefficient <0.1 for multilayered solids subjected to surface point contact loading, and the gradient structural layout with elasticity modulus increasing first in the top layers and then decreasing in the bottom layers, which is preferable to a smaller friction coefficient for multilayered solids subjected to surface line contact loading, is preferable for a friction coefficient >0.2. This study processed Jingxi rice 7233 into reasonably well milled (RWM, bran degree 2.8%, 4.9%) and well milled (WM, bran degree 1.4%) grades, and compared the processing characteristics, physicochemical properties, fatty acid composition, volatile composition and taste quality between the two grades. The results showed that the average rice yield and head rice yield of RWM were 1.3% and 1.8% higher than those of WM, respectively. The contents of total phenolic acids, water-soluble protein, unsaturated fatty acids, especially polyunsaturated fatty acids, in RWM rice were more than 1.5 times as high as those in RWM rice. The color difference between RWM and WM rice was greater than 2.0, which could be perceived with the naked eye. Totally 62 characteristic peaks were marked by gas chromatography-ion mobility spectrometry (GC-IMS), and 38 compounds were accurately identified. The contents of 58% of volatile components were significantly higher in RWM rice than in WM rice. The cooking time of RWM rice was significantly longer than that of WM rice, and the breakdown viscosity of starch and stickiness were significantly lower than those of WM rice. RWM rice has great advantages in paddy utilization rate, nutrition and health, but further research and optimization are needed in terms of appearance, smell and taste quality.
