Legally, the concept of the nominee is recorded in the articles of association of a company as the actual owner before the law while the principal investor is the controller of the nominee so it is difficult to deny that this method is one way for principal investors to circumvent the provisions and restrictions given by the government for them to control a number of shares. So that in its existence this type of agreement still exists and develops in the legal ecosystem in Indonesia. This article aims to analyze the practice of investment using nominee agreement shares, especially in the field of conditional open business in Indonesia. Data is collected from literature sources and legal documentation. This research uses normative legal research methods to find the truth based on the logic of legal science from the normative side. The results of this study indicate that the restrictions imposed by the Indonesian government on investment by foreign parties are one of the backgrounds for the emergence of the Nominee concept in share ownership, which is widely known as nominee shareholders. This can be done and differentiated into two, namely nominee share arrangement and nominee agreement, but in Indonesia more use the practice of nominee share arrangement where the proof of this action can be said to be difficult.

Having a key part in a nation’s economy, agriculture has been striving with innovations for global needs. Competent agricultural counseling agents are among them as they function to modernize farmers in terms of knowledge, skill, and technology by transforming their ways of thinking, work ethics, attitudes, and behaviors. This study researched 117 respondents in Palopo City and Luwu Regency. Organized as per Likert scale, data was run through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by employing Smart-PLS application. The result on Hypothesis 1 came out with tStatistic 3.286 > tTable 1.986 with P value of 0.002 < 0.05 – in other words, agricultural counseling agent’s competence is positively and significantly influential towards agricultural counseling agent’s performance. As of Hypothesis 2, the result was tStatistic 2.312 > tTable 1.986 with P value of 0.021 < 0.05 – this indicates that agricultural counseling information system management is positively and significantly influential towards agricultural counseling agent’s performance. It is therefore recommended to optimize both agricultural counseling agent’s competence and agricultural counseling information system management to improve the performance of agricultural counseling agents in Palopo City and Luwu Regency.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas antara kepuasan konsumen dengan efektifitas pelayanan 3S (senyum, salam, sapa). Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 30 orang konsumen yang dine-in di Mizzu Coffee Bar. Pengambilan subjek penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode randomisasi atau random assignment. The Asian financial crisis in 1997/98 and the global financial crisis in 2007/8 suggest that more research on economic integration is needed. This study aims to examine the depth and path of integration in the real and financial sectors among ASEAN member states during 1999-2019. The Augmented Dickey-Fuller–Generalised Least Squared (ADF-GLS) test results show stronger evidence of ASEAN real sector integration than its financial sector. Further, time lag analysis shows that the adjustments of interest rates in ASEAN countries are slower than those of price levels in the real economy. Academic and policy implications of the findings are provided, mainly on the need for stronger cooperation in ASEAN’s financial sector.

In addition to RT-PCR assays, serology testing that has been recognized as a useful tool to assess the spread of infection in the population is considered successful and important strategy in the control of the global pandemic of SARS-CoV-2 infection. Now, a great number of manufacturers offer their serologic tests on the market. When interpretating the results, the rate of seroprevalence should be taken in consideration because it may influence the positive predictive value, as well as cross-reactivity with other coronaviruses in case of assays with poorly designed antigens. We present results of 11 patients with different clinical background and tested with two different serologic tests, DIAPRO (ELISA; Sesto San Giovanni, Italy) and VIDAS (ELFA; BioMerieux, Marcy I’Etoile, France). The results obtained by the former test showed ten of these patients to be IgG positive and one patient was IgG weakly positive with different confidence index. The latter test discriminated positive results with medium confidence index on the former test as negative. The results obtained with two serology tests were concordant with the observation that the results with medium confidence index may indicate cross-reactivity.

Soft denture lining (SDL) are acrylic or silicone based materials that can be cured with heat or auto polymerization process, which is commonly used in removable prosthodontics to reline the intaglio (interior) surface of the denture. Loss of softness due to aging process is caused by loss of plasticizer and other soluble component. However, water sorption causes changes in structure and increased materials hardness, thus need frequent replacement of the materials. To extend the durability of the SDL, sealer coating (SC) was used. In this data, sealant coating acts as mechanical barrier to prevent water sorption and solubility of the chemical component to preserved material hardness. This article provides the data of sealant coating effect on hardness and water sorption of acrylic-based and silicone-based SDL materials was arranged in 4 test group: pristine and coated acrylic SDL and pristine silicone SDL and coated silicone SDL. Shore Hardness test was carried out using a Shore A Durometer and water sorption data were presented. Accordingly, the data was statistically analyzed for comparison using independent T-test for shore A hardness and water sorption.

Multilingual texts in some books by Marie Kubatova show a pical language situation in some multilingual areas in 19th century. The Giant Mountains and their surroundings, where M. Kubatova lives, were bilingual (Czech and German) from the 19th century till the l 940's. Kubatova's books O be hod iluzemi ( 1992) and Z herbafe botanicky v krinoline (1995) show a great variety of styles. German and Latin words are used in various Janguage forms as signals ofvarious functions in literary communication and they can describe certain personal features of the individual literary characters. German words are used in the Czech narratives regularly like in a typical Czech-German bilingual language area. German words are usually written phonetically - according to the pronunciation of the poor people - and they are also adapted to the Czech grammatical system. German words and idioms spelled according to the rules of the German orthography are not used very often in Kubatova's books. Gem1an words which are written phonetically with Czech letters and which are not expressive or not represented by interjection (for example, majngot, hergot) are usually without any stylistic indication in the direct speech (for example in the speech of the cook, of the coachman's son). Expressive or vulgar German words and idioms can be stylistically marked in connection with the Czech expressive words and idioms. Latin words and phrases are used as means of a literary description of professional communication in the narratives or in the literary stylisation of scientific texts (chemistry, botany, pharmacology) and/or as signals of communication of the highly-educated people.

The purpose of this paper is to prove possibility of the application of the sociometric method in human resources management with the aim of appointing managers in one organization. Based on the some results, published in the scientific papers, authors established general and particular hypothesis about applying sociometry as a research method in human resources management. The concrete research of the applications of sociometry for appointing managers was conducted in one company in Serbia. Sociometric research shows real relations in a social group, as well as the projection of the position of individuals, mutual attraction and rejection within the group. Presented research is one of the "pioneering" attempts of broader application of the sociometric method in human resources management with the aim of appointing managers in one organization, especially in Serbia.

Objective: A case report of a young patient with primary amenorrhea who was diagnosed with agenesis of the uterus and was genetically confirmed for complete androgen insensitivity syndrome with already developed malignancy of dysgenetic gonads., Case Report: The 17-year-old patient visited a gynecological clinic for primary amenorrhea. Both ultrasound and vaginal examination revealed suspicion of uterine agenesis, which was subsequently verified during diagnostic laparoscopy. Genetic testing showed karyotype 46,XY, and a rare diagnosis - complete androgen insensitivity syndrome. A secondary finding from a left gonadal biopsy was a Sertoli-Leydig cell tumor. The patient underwent bilateral gonadectomy and was given estrogen replacement therapy. She is now regularly examined by a pediatric oncologist., Conclusion: Complete androgen insensitivity syndrome is a rare genetic disease characterized by varying degrees of feminization in individuals with a male karyotype. It should not be neglected, especially in the differential diagnostic work-up of primary amenorrhea. Genetic testing of the karyotype should be performed whenever uterine agenesis is suspected.

Objective: To determine the soluble form of CD93 (sCD93) concentration in amniotic fluid from pregnancies complicated by preterm prelabor rupture of membranes (PPROM) based on the presence of microbial invasion of the amniotic cavity (MIAC) and/or intra-amniotic inflammation., Methods: A total of 144 women with a singleton pregnancy complicated by PPROM were included in this study. Amniotic fluid samples were obtained by transabdominal amniocentesis. MIAC was determined by the combination of cultivation and non-cultivation techniques. Intra-amniotic inflammation was characterized as a concentration of interleukin-6 3,000 pg/mL in amniotic fluid. Women were categorized in the following groups: i) intra-amniotic infection (both MIAC and intra-amniotic inflammation), ii) sterile intra-amniotic inflammation (intra-amniotic inflammation per se), iii) colonization of the amniotic cavity (MIAC per se), and iv) negative amniotic fluid (without both MIAC and intra-amniotic inflammation). Levels of sCD93 in amniotic fluid were assessed by ELISA., Results: A difference in the levels of sCD93 in amniotic fluid was found among the groups of women with intra-amniotic infection, sterile intra-amniotic inflammation, colonization of the amniotic cavity, and negative amniotic fluid (intra-amniotic infection: median 22.3 ng/mL, sterile intra-amniotic inflammation: median 21.0 ng/mL, colonization of the amniotic cavity: 8.7 ng/mL, negative: median 8.7 ng/mL; P < 0.0001)., Conclusions: Intra-amniotic inflammation in PPROM, irrespectively of the presence or absence of MIAC, is associated with the elevation of the level of sCD93 in amniotic fluid.

Objective: To describe the case of ectopic pregnancy in the scar after caesarean section and its successful treatment using the technique of sonographically controlled vacuum aspiration., Case Report: The case of a 35-year-old patient with a history of two caesarean sections referred by a district gynecologist in the 6th week of pregnancy with suspected pathological localization of pregnancy in a scar after a previous caesarean section. The procedure for the diagnosis and treatment of ectopic pregnancy in the scar after previous caesarean sections has been successfully resolved using sonographically controlled vaginal vacuum aspiration., Conclusion: Caesarean scar pregnancy occurs as a complication of previous caesarean section or other uterine instrumental performances. The use of the sonographically controlled vacuum aspiration technique appears to be a successful method of treating pregnancy in a scar after a caesarean section.

Objective: The aim of this review article is to provide a practical and concise overview of diagnosis and management of pregnancy with fetal lower urinary tract obstruction., Methods: Review of literature and current studies., Conclusion: Proper diagnosis and management of isolated fetal lower urinary tract obstruction with oligohydramnios allows appropriate implementation of intrauterine treatment in indicated cases. The treatment is a prevention of pulmonary hypoplasia and also improves renal function; this  finally contributes to the improvement of overall perinatal morbidity and mortality.
