- Abstract
Hexamethylenediamine (HMDA), as an important chemical intermediate, plays a crucial role in the production of nylon-66 and finds widespread applications in various fields such as synthetic fibers, textile manufacturing, fertilizers, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and polymer materials. Addressing the efficient detection of HMDA pollution in water, this study successfully prepared a photonic crystal sensor sensitive to HMDA by altering the ratio of functional monomers to crosslinker. The sensor, referred to as inverse opal polymeric photonic crystals (IOPPCs), exhibited optimal responsive performance when the functional monomer was acrylic acid (AA) and the ratio of functional monomer to crosslinker was 5:0.5. Research results indicate that as the HMDA concentration increased from 1 mM to 10 mM, the redshift of the reflection of IOPPCs increased from 3 nm to 140 nm, accompanied by a color change from green to red, enabling visual semi-quantitative detection. Taking the households of urban and rural residents in Zhejiang Province as the research object in 2020, an indicator system for rural development and urbanization is constructed from the four aspects of ecological environment, public services, grassroots governance and quality of life, using entropy method and Coupling Coordination Degree Model, Theil index and other methods to summarize the urban-rural development experience and problems of different counties and cities in Zhejiang Province, and explore the urban-rural coupling mode and implementation path. The results show that: ①Based on the analysis of different spatial scales, the urbanization and rural have regional imbalances in development, with obvious gradient changes from east to west and little difference between sub-regions. About 80% of the overall difference in urban-rural development in Zhejiang comes from differences within sub-regions, and another 60% comes from the internal differences between southwestern Zhejiang and southern Zhejiang. At the county level, the urbanization and rural development index presents a spatial pattern of "high in the northeast and low in the southwest". ②Based on the analysis of the degree of urban- rural coupling and coordination in Zhejiang Province, four urban-rural coupling modes are summarized: independent parallel coupling, urban-rural partial benefit interactive coupling, urban-rural symmetrical reciprocal coupling, and urban-rural integration symbiosis coupling. ③ Based on the rural revitalization strategy, the implementation path summarized from ecological livability, public services, grassroots governance and quality of life is characterized by ecological integration, green development, spatial integration, shared development, governance integration, good rural governance, factor integration, and common prosperity. 7. 移植物类型对前交叉韧带重建后患者膝关节功能的影响.

- Abstract
BACKGROUND: Grafts are often used to reconstruct the anterior cruciate ligament in clinical practice, while different types of grafts affect postoperative knee function and the development of rehabilitation programs. OBJECTIVE: To retrospectively analyze the effects of different graft types on muscle strength, joint stability, functional activities, and return to sports in patients after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. METHODS: Related studies were searched through PubMed, Web of Science, Cochrane, CNKI, and WANFANG databases. The Chinese and English key words were “anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, autografts, allografts, artificial ligaments, bone-patellatendon-bone, quadriceps tendon autograft, hamstring tendon autograft, peroneus longus tendon autograft, rehabilitation, exercise, protocol, return to sport”. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Patients with bone-patellar tendon-bone grafts should strengthen centrifugal contraction exercises of quadriceps muscle, and pay attention to the recovery of quadriceps muscle endurance and explosive power in the later stage of rehabilitation. Compared with bone-patellar tendon-bone grafts and hamstring tendon grafts, significantly fewer patients with quadriceps tendon grafts met regression criteria within 5-8 months, and a longer training plan should be developed, with the training cycle lasting as long as possible to more than 3 years. The selection of hamstring tendon grafts should strengthen the hamstring muscle strength training under multiple angles, especially the cycle of bending the knee above 60° until at least 18 weeks after surgery. Patients who choose peroneus longus tendon graft should strengthen the muscle strength around the ankle, mainly the plantar muscle strength. In the selection of allograft, attention should be paid to the reduction of tension resistance of 20% after the graft is disinfected by low-dose radiation, so attention should be paid to knee stability training. Patients who choose artificial ligament grafts can gradually enhance quadriceps and hamstring muscle strength training within 3-6 weeks, pay attention to early proprioceptive exercises, and conduct targeted training on balance, jumping, and flexibility. - Abstract
[Purpose/Significance] In the context of the digital age, knowledge collaboration platforms such as online Q&A communities, academic forums, and various professional networking platforms have become important venues for knowledge sharing and collective wisdom. These platforms bring together users from different fields, with diverse professional backgrounds and levels of expertise. They actively engage in problem solving, exchange views, and form complex and dynamic social networks. Online knowledge collaboration platforms not only enhance the accessibility of knowledge but also serve as incubators for interdisciplinary communication, problem solving, and innovative thinking by harnessing the collective wisdom and expertise of individuals. This article explores how to optimize the network structure of online knowledge collaboration platforms and balance the internal knowledge and expertise within teams. The goal is to promote cross-domain information flow, prevent the formation of information silos, and promote the creation, dissemination, and application of knowledge through collective knowledge collaboration. [Methods/Process] Due to the diversity of participants' backgrounds, experiences, and viewpoints, effectively managing and coordinating this heterogeneity becomes a critical issue. Additionally, the quality and efficiency of knowledge collaboration is also influenced by the characteristics of the network structure, such as the flow of information paths, the role of key nodes, and the interaction patterns of small groups. This study is based on actual data from Stack Overflow, the world's largest programming Q&A website. It focuses specifically on the following aspects of influence: clustering coefficient, node centrality, edge span, user knowledge heterogeneity, and user experience heterogeneity. By constructing a negative binomial regression model, the study investigates how network structure characteristics and team user heterogeneity affect the quality and efficiency of knowledge collaboration. [Results/Conclusions] The results show that, with respect to network structural characteristics, node centrality significantly improves the quality and efficiency of collaboration, and higher aggregation coefficients and larger span of connecting edges restrict information flow and are detrimental to the efficiency of knowledge collaboration. In terms of user heterogeneity, high heterogeneity in knowledge background and registration duration usually hinders collaboration, heterogeneity in experience heterogeneity in registration duration negatively affects collaboration effectiveness in both cases, heterogeneity in response acceptance rate only negatively affects collaboration quality, while heterogeneity in activity intensity positively affects it. In addition, this study still has shortcomings that deserve further exploration. First, future research could consider expanding the sample to include more questions on different topics and domains to increase the reliability and generalizability of the findings. Second, future research could focus on the dynamic changes of network structure and heterogeneity in order to better understand the impact of network structure on knowledge collaboration and to improve the prediction ability of collaboration effects; it could explore more deeply how different types of heterogeneity affect collaboration dynamics over time. 14. 基于二硫化钼的电容式土壤湿度传感器.

- Abstract
[Objective] The soil moisture content is a crucial factor that directly affected the growth and yield of crops. By using a soil measurement instrument to measure the soil's moisture content, lots of powerful data support for the development of agriculture can be provided. Furthermore, these data have guiding significance for the implementation of scientific irrigation and water-saving irrigation in farmland. In order to develop a reliable and efficient soil moisture sensor, a new capacitive soil moisture sensor based on microfabrication technology was proposed in this study. Capacitive moisture sensors have the advantages of low power consumption, good performance, long-term stability, and easy industrialization. [Method] The forked electrode array consists of multiple capacitors connected in parallel on the same plane. The ideal design parameters of 10 μm spacing and 75 pairs of forked electrodes were obtained by calculating the design of forked finger logarithms, forked finger spacing, forked finger width, forked finger length, and electrode thickness, and studying the influence of electrode parameters on capacitance sensitivity using COMSOL Multiphysics software. The size obtained an initial capacitance on the order of picofarads, and was not easily breakdown or failed. The sensor was constructed using microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) technology, where a 30 nm titanium adhesion layer was sputtered onto a glass substrate, followed by sputtering a 100 nm gold electrode to form a symmet‐ rical structure of forked electrodes. Due to the strong adsorption capacity of water molecules of the MoS2 (molybdenum disulfide) layer, it exhibited high sensitivity to soil moisture and demonstrated excellent soil moisture sensing performance. The molybdenum disulfide was coated onto the completed electrodes as the humidity-sensitive material to create a humidity sensing layer. When the humidity changed, the dielectric constant of the electrode varied due to the moisture-absorbing characteristics of molybdenum disulfide, and the capacitance value of the device changed accordingly, thus enabling the measurement of soil moisture. Subsequently, the electrode was encapsulated with a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) polymer film. The electrode encapsulated with the microporous film could be directly placed in the soil, which avoided direct contact between the soil/sand particles and the molybdenum disulfide on the device and allowed the humidity sensing unit to only capture the moisture in the soil for measuring humidity. This ensured the device's sensi‐ tivity to water moisture and improved its long-term stability. The method greatly reduced the size of the sensor, making it an ideal choice for on-site dynamic monitoring of soil moisture. [Results and Discussions] The surface morphology of molybdenum disulfide was characterized and analyzed using a Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). It was observed that molybdenum disulfide nanomaterial exhibited a sheet-like two-dimensional structure, with smooth surfaces on the nanosheets. Some nanosheets displayed sharp edges or irregular shapes along the edges, and they were irregu‐ larly arranged with numerous gaps in between. The capacitive soil moisture sensor, which utilized molybdenum disulfide as the humidity-sensitive layer, exhibited excellent performance under varying levels of environmental humidity and soil moisture. At room temperature, a humidity generator was constructed using saturated salt solutions. Saturated solutions of lithium chloride, potassium ac‐ etate, magnesium chloride, copper chloride, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, and potassium sulfate were used to generate relative humidity levels of 11%, 23%, 33%, 66%, 75%, 84%, and 96%, respectively. The capacitance values of the sensor were measured at different humidity levels using an LCR meter (Agilent E4980A). The capacitance output of the sensor at a frequency of 200 Hz ranged from 12.13 pF to 187.42 nF as the relative humidity varied between 11% to 96%. The sensor exhibited high sensitivity and a wide hu‐ midity sensing range. Additionally, the frequency of the input voltage signal had a significant impact on the capacitance output of the sensor. As the testing frequency increased, the response of the sensor's system decreased. The humidity sensing performance of the sensor was tested in soil samples with moisture content of 8.66%, 13.91%, 22.02%, 31.11%, and 42.75%, respectively. As the mois‐ ture content in the soil increased from 8.66% to 42.75%, the capacitance output of the sensor at a frequency of 200 Hz increased from 119.51 nF to 377.98 nF, demonstrating a relatively high sensitivity. Similarly, as the frequency of the input voltage increased, the capacitance output of the sensor decreased. Additionally, the electrode exhibited good repeatability and the sensitivity of the sensor increased significantly as the testing frequency decreased. [Conclusions] The capacitive soil moisture sensor holds promise for effective and accurate monitoring of soil moisture levels, with its excellent performance, sensitivity, repeatability, and responsiveness to changes in humidity and soil moisture. The ultimate goal of this study is to achieve long-term monitoring of capacitance changes in capacitive soil moisture sensors, enabling monitoring of long-term changes in soil moisture. This will enable farmers to optimize irrigation systems, improve crop yields, and reduce water usage. In conclusion, the development of this innovative soil moisture sensor has the potential to promote agricultural modernization by providing accurate and reliable monitoring of soil moisture levels. - Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of TGF-β1/Smad signaling pathway regulated by total saponins of American ginseng on the functional recovery of pelvic floor in rats with stress urinary incontinence. Methods Sixty-five SD rats of SPF grade were selected, and 45 rats after modeling were randomly divided into model group, low-dose group and high-dose group with 15 rats each, and the remaining 15 rats without any treatment were used as control group. Rats in low-dose group and high-dose group were given total saponins of Panax quinquefolium according to the dosage of 50 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg respectively, while rats in control group and model group were given the same amount of physiological saline (15 mL) . The pathological histology, pelvic floor function related indexes, urodynamics related indexes, bladder internal pressure related indexes, pelvic floor muscle surface electrical signals and the relative expression of TGF-β1/Smad signaling pathway protein were compared in each group. Results Compared with those in the control group, urethra rotation angle, bladder neck motion, residual urine volume, urine output, Smad2 and Smad3 expression were increased in the model group, the low and high dose group;vaginal resting pressure, systolic pressure, LPP, MBC, ALPP, urinary efficiency, Class Ⅰ and Class Ⅱ pelvic floor muscle fiber potential, TGF- β1, and Smad7 level were decreased (P < 0.05) ; Compared with those in the model group, vaginal resting pressure, systolic blood pressure, LPP, MBC, ALPP, urinary efficiency, class Ⅰ and Class Ⅱ pelvic floor muscle fiber potential, TGF- β1, Smad7 expression increased in the low and high dose group;urethral rotation angle, bladder neck motion, residual urine volume, urine output, Smad2 and Smad3 levels were decreased (P <0.05) . Conclusion American ginseng total saponin could effectively improve pelvic floor function in rats with stress urinary incontinence, and the mechanism may be related to TGF- β1/Smad signaling pathway. Pediatric non-alcoholic fatty liver disease ( NAFLD) is the most common cause of pediatric chronic liver disease worldwide, and its incidence is gradually increasing with the global epidemic of obesity, but there is no standardized and effective treatment plan. At present, the pathogenesis of NAFLD has not been fully elucidated, Among many pathogenic factors, intestinal microflora disorder is the current research hotspot, which opens up a new direction for the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of NAFLD. However, the treatment of NAFLD in children is still being explored. In this paper, the possible mechanism of intestinal flora and its metabolites mediating NAFLD in children in recent years was reviewed, as well as the diagnosis and treatment methods using intestinal flora as an intervention target, hoping to provide some new ideas and methods for the treatment of NAFLD in children. 目的 探讨精准化肠内营养管理在行口腔恶性肿瘤切除术后患者中的干预效果. 方法 以在南华大学衡阳 医学院附属第二医院行口腔恶性肿瘤切除术的 87 例患者为研究对象,2020 年 10 月至 2021 年 9 月行手术的患者为 对照组 (43 例),2021 年 10 月至 2022 年 10 月行手术的患者为观察组 (44 例). 对照组实施常规营养管理,观察组实 施精准化肠内营养管理,对比 2 组的管理效果. 结果 术后 3 d, 术后 7 d 以及术后 14 d,观察组的血红蛋白, 白蛋白 以及前白蛋白水平均高于同期对照组 (P 均 < 0. 05). 观察组在术后 7 d 以及术后 14 d 的 CD4 +, CD8 + 水平均高于 同期对照组 (P 均 < 0. 05). 观察组的不良事件总发生率低于对照组 (P < 0. 05). 结论 精准化肠内营养管理可改 善行口腔恶性肿瘤切除术后患者的免疫功能与营养状况,并且能降低不良事件的发生风险。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
Polymeric photonic crystals with sensitive functional groups such as carboxyl, hydroxyl and ester have been widely used in the field of sensing. While achieving high sensitivity for small organic and biomolecule detection, these sensors are also susceptible to complex environmental factors, such as organic solvents, acid-base and ionic strength. Different from using other materials to fill or encapsulate to stabilize the structure of photonic crystals, this work fabricated a flexible inverse opal photonic crystals with high stability based on the chemical inertness and stability of cyanide group, and explored their acid and alkali resistance, organic solvent resistance and high temperature resistance. The results show that this kind of cyano-based thin films overcome the limitations that the polymeric photonic crystals were easy to be damaged and affected by the detection environment. They would provide a good theoretical and experimental basis for the further development and application of photonic crystals in the field of sensing. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of exosomes (Exo) derived from bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) on rats with renal ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury, and to explore the underlying mechanism. Methods Forty male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups:Sham group, I/R group, I/R+Exo group and I/R+Exo antagomir group. The rats in I/R+Exo group were injected with exosomes through the tail vein, and then the renal I/R operation was conducted. The rats in I/R+Exo antagomir group were injected with exosomes transfected with miR-145-5p antagonist through the tail vein, and then the renal I/R operation was conducted. The rats in I/R group were injected with the same amount of phosphate buffer saline (PBS) solution through the tail vein, and then the renal I/R operation was conducted. The rats in Sham group were injected with the same amount of PBS solution through the tail vein, and then the abdominal cavity was opened and closed without vascular clipping. Twenty-four hours after reperfusion, renal tissues and carotid blood were collected, pathological changes of renal tissues were observed, blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and serum creatinine (Scr) were detected, the mRNA expression of miR-145-5p was determined, the apoptosis rate and the cleaved caspase 3 expression were measured, the superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, malonaldehyde (MDA) content and reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation were ascertained, and the expression levels of inflammatory factors, including inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) were detected. Results Compared with the Sham group, the renal tissues of I/R group and I/R+Exo antagomir group showed glomerular necrosis and hypertrophy, with tubule dilation and casting formation. Compared with the I/R group, the renal tissues of the I/R+Exo group showed significantly relieved glomerular necrosis and hypertrophy, and markedly reduced tubule expansion and casting formation. The renal tissue injury scores of the I/R group and I/R+Exo antagomir group were higher than those of the Sham group and I/R+Exo group (all P<0. 05), and the renal tissue injury score of I/R+ Exo group was higher than that of Sham group (P<0. 05). Serum BUN and Scr levels in the I/R group and I/R+Exo antagomir group were higher than those in the Sham group and I/R+Exo group (all P<0. 05) . The expression of miR-145-5p in the I/R group and I/R+Exo antagomir group was lower than that in the Sham group and I/R+Exo group (P<0. 05), and the expression of miR-145-5p in the Sham group was lower than that in the I/R+Exo group (P<0. 05). The apoptosis rate and cleaved caspase 3 expression in the I/R and I/R+Exo antagomir groups were higher than those in the Sham and I/R+ Exo groups (all P<0. 05), and the apoptosis rate and cleaved caspase 3 expression in the I/R+Exo group were higher than those in the Sham group (both P<0. 05). The SOD levels in the I/R group and I/R+Exo antagomir group were lower than those in the Sham group and I/R+Exo group (all P<0. 05). MDA content and ROS production in the I/R group and I/R+ Exo antagomir group were higher than those in the Sham group and I/R+Exo group (all P<0. 05). The levels of iNOS, IL6, TNF-α and NF-κB in the I/R group and I/R+Exo antagomir group were higher than those of the Sham group and I/R+ Exo group (all P<0. 05). Conclusion BMSCs-derived exosomes can alleviate renal I/R injury in rats, and the mechanism may be related to the inhibition of oxidative stress and inflammation in renal tissues through exosomes' delivery of miR-145-5p. - Abstract
Objective·To study the effects of periodontitis (PD) on transverse aortic constriction (TAC) -induced cardiac hypertrophy in mice and explore the mechanisms. Methods·Twenty-five C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into Sham operation (Sham) group, transverse aortic constriction (TAC) group, and periodontitis combined with TAC (TAC+PD) group. PD was induced by ligation of mouse molars and application of subgingival plaques of PD patients. TAC surgery was performed after the establishment of PD model. Cardiac function was assessed by echocardiography at 4 weeks after Sham or TAC surgery. The mice were then sacrificed and the samples were collected for quantitative realtime PCR (qRT-PCR), immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, and 16S rRNA gene sequencing. Results·The mice in the TAC+PD group manifested significantly more resorption of the alveolar bone and higher expression of inflammatory genes in gingiva compared to Sham and TAC groups, demonstrating successful establishment of PD models in TAC mice. Compared to those in the TAC group, the mice in the TAC+PD group had significantly lower left ventricular ejection fraction (EF) and left ventricular shortening fraction (FS), illustrating that PD exacerbated TAC-induced cardiac dysfunction. Compared to those in the TAC group, the mice in the TAC+PD group had significantly bigger heart weight to body weight ratio (HW/BW) and heart weight to tibia length ratio (HW/TL), lung weight to body weight ratio (LW/BW), and cross-sectional area of cardiomyocytes, as well as higher expression of hypertrophy-related genes, demonstrating that PD exacerbated TAC-induced cardiac hypertrophy and heart failure. Compared to those in the TAC group, the mice in the TAC+PD group had significantly larger fibrotic areas and higher expression of fibrosis-related genes in the heart, bigger spleen weight to tibia length ratio (SW/TL) and higher expression of inflammatory genes in the heart, illustrating that PD exacerbated TAC-induced cardiac fibrosis and inflammation. Results of 16S rRNA gene sequencing showed that relative abundances of Streptococcus and Veillonella were significantly increased in the oral ligatures of mice in the TAC+PD group compared to the TAC group. Relative abundances of Ralstonia, and Pelomonas were significantly increased in the hearts of mice in the TAC+PD group. Comparison of oral microbiota and heart microbiota of the mice in the TAC+PD group revealed that relative abundances of Ralstonia and Pelomonas in hearts were significantly higher than those in oral ligatures. Conclusion·PD aggravates TAC-induced cardiac dysfunction, cardiac hypertrophy, fibrosis, and inflammation in mice. The mechanisms may be related to alterations in oral microbiota, particularly bacterial genera including Ralstonia and Pelomonas. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Microbial mineralization technology has a strong advantage in the solidification of shallow slope. This is an environmentally friendly and sustainable approach. A test bacterium Bacillus sphaeroides kp-22 was used to induce calcium carbonate precipitation to treat surface clay in Sichuan Province. Direct shear tests were conducted for the surface clay before and after mineralization using different concentration of bacterium to investigate the effect of microbial mineralization on the strength characteristics of clay. The results show that the shear strength of clay can be significantly improved by microbial mineralization. And the higher the concentration of the bacterial solution, the better the mineralization effect. With the increase in CaCl2 concentration, the strength of the sample first increases and then decreases, reaches the peak when the concentration of calcium chloride is 0.5 ~ 0.75 mol/L. In the range of urea concentration from 0 to 1.0 mol/L, the shear strength increases with the increasing urea concentration. When calcium chloride and urea are 0.75 mol/L and 1.0 mol/L respectively, and the absorbance value OD600 of bacterial solution is 1.2, the shear strength reaches a maximum and the mineralization efficiecy is the best. The empirical relations between shear strength parameters and their influence factors are established, and the internal mechanism of strength change is analyzed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
