The paper measures the income distribution effects and welfare effects of VAT itself based on Chip2013 household income and expenditure microdata using the Gini coefficient, Suits index, and Theil index from the perspective of annual income and lifetime income, respectively, and the effective VAT rate. Taking provinces as the basic research unit, we use the first-right method, LISA time path, and Spatiotemporal leap to evaluate China's well-being level from 2010 to 2020 and analyze its Spatiotemporal dynamic characteristics. At present, most countries adopt a tax rate model with 1∼3 bands. The current VAT rate structure is "13% + 9% + 6%," which is in line with the international development trend. In the data preprocessing module, the HTTP(S) responses of non-IoT devices are first filtered out and then the text that may contain device information is extracted from the remaining HTTP(S) responses by integrating multidimensional features, and finally, the irrelevant strings in the text are filtered out. At the end of the paper, simulation experiments are designed to verify the function and performance of the identification information extraction system for this heritage connected device, and the results verify that the model identification method in this paper can achieve better identification results compared with existing methods. Digital media can spread data and information. Its wide use not only enriches people's work and life but also brings high efficiency and convenience. However, due to different devices, different data quality, network stability, and other reasons, data quality is usually difficult to guarantee, so it is necessary to evaluate its perceptual integrity. In this paper, the group intelligence sensing technology in the sensor field and AWTC-TT optimization algorithm integrating blockchain technology are proposed to collect users' sensing data and build a model to discuss the complete performance. The experimental results show that (1) for the AWTC-TT algorithm, the processing time of 200 data tasks is less than 60 s; moreover, after optimization, the performance is efficient, which can effectively reduce the running time of data processing, and the performance loss is only 4%. (2) The perceptual quality of data was evaluated, the gain value of the first 0.4 is above 0.3, and the interference of abnormal data on integrity was explored. (3) The test results of the four integrality indexes of the model are good and the quality is stable. (4) The income value of CS2 is 5.8, and the income of distribution with the highest quality is the highest. Finally, the model constructed in this paper is mature, the experimental data and results are good, and the data perception integrity is discussed. After years of development, today's society is a prosperous era of the knowledge economy. Different from the previous period of development by consuming natural resources, people have realized that talents with technology and knowledge have become an important factor in promoting the development of social production. That is to say, the improvement of population quality has not only an impact on its own development but also an important impact on the comprehensive strength and competitiveness of its location. Population quality is the stipulation of the population in terms of quality, also known as population quality. It includes ideological quality, cultural quality, physical quality, and so on. Data fusion is a technology for the comprehensive analysis and processing of information from multiple sources. Therefore, this paper comprehensively considers the influence of ideological and moral quality and population structure. Under the algorithm of fusion data, the impact of population quality on residents' income is explored. This paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to weight each indicator and calculate the comprehensive score. This paper ranks the quality of population and economic development of each province, city, and autonomous region in China according to their high scores. The results of the experiments in this paper indicate a relevant analysis with the income distribution of the nation's residents, and the correlation is −0.9493. Online shopping has led to the rapid development of e-commerce, and at the same time, the pressure of offline distribution has increased abruptly. Therefore, a current development trend is to share end-to-end distribution against the background of the Internet. The main research content of this paper is the benefit distribution mechanism of shared end distribution. Based on an analysis of the current situation of interest distribution, this paper proposes factors that affect interest distribution from the perspectives of individuals and groups. The suitable income distribution mode of enterprise alliances is chosen from two dimensions—cooperation mode and coordination mechanism. Based on extant theory, this paper proposes a benefit distribution scheme-selection mechanism based on the modified Shapley value method and takes the terminal distribution in the Haidian District of Beijing as an example. The revised income distribution results better reflect the income-generating abilities of different enterprises within a cooperative organization and assign different benefit proportions to this cooperative organization based on different income-generating capacities to provide development incentives and, at the same time, better achieve income distribution. The stagnation of growth, huge income gap, and excessive ecological environment degradation are the three issues worldwide. As China entered the stage of high-quality development, it slowed down the economic growth speed and the government paid more attention to social harmony and environment protection. Inclusive green growth efficiency(IGGE) is used to measure the quality of economic development and the degree of coordination among economic, social, and natural systems. Under this background, this paper employs the Data Envelop Analysis (DEA) model to measure IGGE from 2006 to 2019 in 30 provinces of China. Moreover, the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics are revealed and the key drivers of IGGE are explored by the spatial econometric model. The results indicate that the level of provincial IGGI of China has an upward trend in the statistical period and the characteristics of spatial agglomeration have been enhanced. For the drivers of IGGI, the level of opening-up, human capital, and innovation have significant impact on IGGI in China, while other elements are not very important. As a new service system of finance, inclusive finance emphasizes on better meeting the needs of people's livelihood at a reasonable and affordable cost. Inclusive finance can effectively solve the problems existing in the process of high-quality economic development by promoting regional coordinated development and narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas. Firstly, this paper constructs the inclusive financial development level measurement index system and high-quality economic development measurement index system, uses these two index systems to measure the development of inclusive finance and high-quality economy of the Yangtze River Delta in China from 2010 to 2019, and then empirically analyzes the impact of Inclusive Finance on high-quality economic development in the Yangtze River Delta by using the panel threshold model. The results show that the inclusive financial development level and high-quality economic development level of cities under the jurisdiction of the Yangtze River Delta have increased steadily year by year, but the development level differentiation among different cities is obvious. Inclusive finance has a threshold effect on high-quality economic development. When the inclusive finance index is lower than 0.358, inclusive finance is not conducive to high-quality economic development. When the inclusive financial development index is between 0.358 and 0.522, inclusive finance promotes high-quality economic development, but the effect is weak. The issue of the supply gap of public goods (PG) between urban and rural (UR) areas is a subject of great socio-economic significance and practical research value. To a large extent, it is related to the smooth progress of my country's socialist market economy. The gap between the supply and demand of UR PG can be well analyzed by applying data mining (DM) technology in the era of big data. Due to the unbalanced supply of UR PG, this paper studies the distribution gap of UR PG through DM. This article mainly uses experimental, comparative, and survey methods to compare and analyze the urban-rural income gap and uses modern technology to describe the relationship between the supply of PG and income. Experimental results show that the UR income gap ratio is above 2, and the gap is still large. Therefore, for the supply of PG, there are also certain differences between UR areas. This paper considers the principle-agent conflict problem in a continuous-time delegated asset management model when the investor and the fund manager are all risk-averse with risk sensitivity coefficients γ f and γ m , respectively. Suppose that the investor entrusts his money to the fund manager. The return of the investment is determined by the manager's effort level and incentive strategy, but the benefit belongs to the investor. In order to encourage the manager to work hard, the investor will determine the manager's salary according to the terminal income. This is a stochastic differential game problem, and the distribution of income between the manager and the investor is a key point to be solved in the custody model. The uncertain form of the incentive strategy implies that the problem is different from the classical stochastic optimal control problem. In this paper, we first express the investor's incentive strategy in term of two auxiliary processes and turn this problem into a classical one. Although the Chinese economy has developed rapidly since the reform and opening up, the income distribution gap is widening year by year. The final social income distribution pattern is highly dependent on the primary distribution pattern. Therefore, the changing trend and influencing factors of labor income share have become the focus of academic research and the focus of government attention. Based on this, this article proposes enterprise financing based on Internet of Things data analysis technology. Studies on the impact of restraints on labor income shares will help further research on the impact of corporate financial restraints on future labor income shares. Based on the financial data reports published in the CCER database and the company's IPO prospectus and annual report, this paper discusses whether the company's key business products belong to the Internet of Things' key technology application categories. Take 226 IoT companies as the research objects of this article, and conduct a secondary screening. The final survey sample is used to investigate the impact of corporate funding constraints on labor income share. Tests have proved that among the 179 resource-based enterprises undergoing transformation, 109 enterprises have undergone intraindustry transformation, accounting for 48.23% of the overall sample and 60.89% of the sample of transformed enterprises. Downstream expansion makes the business industry expand. This shows that funding constraints have a negative impact on labor income share. Global income inequality is widening and carbon emissions remain high. So, reducing carbon emissions and income gap are urgent challenges. The purpose of this paper is to analysis how carbon emission efficiency influences the region income inequality. The improvement of carbon emission reduction efficiency has widened the regional income inequality with the flow of high-tech labor as an intermediary variable in China. Methods used in this article are mediating effect model and DEA method. This paper constructs a disposable income model of income and health costs, where health costs are a function of carbon reduction. If income is fixed, then the expectations of disposable income will change as the level of carbon emission reduction changes. This study finds that the disposable income expectations of high-income areas increases, while the disposable income expectations of lower-income areas decrease with the improvement of carbon emission reduction efficiency. High-income regions attract high-income labor from other regions, resulting in the widening of regional income inequality under the constraint of high cost of living. This result is verified by the data of China from 2007 to 2017. The regression model with Geordie coefficient as the dependent variable, carbon emission reduction efficiency as the core independent variable, gravitation of high-tech talent as the mediator variable, and urbanization rate, educational level, social security coverage, and highway and railway traffic mileage as control variables not only verifies the above results but also finds that high-tech talents' flow is not the only intermediary between carbon emission reduction efficiency and regional income inequality. This paper finds that when the carbon emission reduction efficiency increases by one unit, the income inequality gap of 25 provinces increases by 0.0202 units, provinces with high carbon emission reduction efficiency increases by 0.107 units, and provinces with medium carbon emission reduction efficiency increases by 0.026 units. However, the income inequality gap of provinces with low carbon emission reduction efficiency decreases by 0.0390 units. The carbon emission reduction efficiency of the high and medium carbon emission reduction efficiency groups is proportional to the income inequality, while the low carbon emission reduction efficiency group is the opposite, when the carbon emission reduction efficiency is grouped into high efficiency group, medium efficiency group, and low efficiency group. The reason for this result is that the high carbon emission reduction efficiency of the former attracts high-income high-tech talent, while the latter's narrowing regional income inequality benefits from the reduction costs of health and the government's ecological compensation. The effective measures to narrow the income inequality are to implement carbon emission reduction policy, industrial policy, education investment policy, and public service policy, according to the above findings. Federated learning (FL) is an emerging collaborative machine learning method. In FL processing, the data quality shared by users directly affects the accuracy of the federated learning model, and how to encourage more data owners to share data is crucial. In other words, how to design a good incentive mechanism is the key problem in FL. In this paper, we propose an incentive mechanism based on the enhanced Shapley value method for FL. In the proposed mechanism, the enhanced Shapley value method is proposed to measure income distribution, which takes multiple influence factors as weights. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to find the corresponding weight value of the influence factors. Finally, the numerical experiments are carried to verify the performance of the proposed incentive mechanism. The results show that compared with the Shapley value method considering the single factor, the income distribution of all participants can better reflect multiple factor contribution when using the enhanced Shapley value method. In order to alleviate the pressure of the basic endowment insurance system, China has implemented the policy of individual income tax-deferred commercial endowment insurance (IITDCEI) and actively explored the development path of individual supplementary endowment insurance. At present, the same tax rules are adopted for different income groups. Considering that people's income gap is large, different income groups enjoy different degrees of tax preference under this policy, which may cause social injustice and increase the gap between the rich and the poor. Based on this, we propose a new optimization scheme by adjusting the tax rate and the maximum premium limit of the insurance amount so as to coordinate the interests of low-, medium-, and high-income subjects and balance the degree of tax preference among the three subjects. At the same time, we also change the two parameters of the predetermined interest rate and retirement age, and compare the changes of the tax preference under the old and new schemes, and provide corresponding countermeasures for the implementation of the IITDCEI policy. Agricultural cooperatives have been found to effectively alleviate poverty in developing countries because of their specific socioeconomic functions that allow poor households to overcome marketing and production constraints. However, cooperative evaluations are inevitably influenced by other poverty alleviation measures and rarely consider the characteristics of specific ethnic groups. Using cross-sectional surveys in Southwest China and employing propensity score matching (PSM) and endogenous switching regression (ESR) models, this paper analyzed the participation of poor households in New-type Agricultural Cooperatives (NACs) in ethnic areas and assessed the income impacts of NAC membership by eliminating unobserved biases and group heterogeneity. This study detected heterogeneous policy perceptions and behavioral differences between the member and nonmember groups, and the PSM and ESR model results indicated that, overall, participation in the NACs had a positive effect on household income. The ESR model was found to be more plausible as it was able to reveal the significant income gaps under a counterfactual inference framework. Local policymakers need to focus on the policy perception and behavioral and earning capability differences between groups and increase the balanced policy implementation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

As the transaction subject of contract farming, agricultural products are featured with a long production cycle and a short sales cycle, just like other perishable commodities. In the process of executing a contract, both the company and the farmer are running the risk of great uncertainty. This paper studies the coordination of agricultural supply chain in terms of the uncertainty of agricultural output and market demand. First of all, the random output volatility factor and the market demand volatility factor as two random variables are used to represent the uncertainty of the agricultural output and market demand, and revenue functions are set up, respectively, for the company and the farmer with the objective of maximizing expected returns. The theoretical derivation of these revenue functions proves that there is an optimal targeted yield in a centralized decision-making supply chain system and a single optimal solution that maximizes farmers' revenue can be obtained in a decentralized one, but the centralized decision-making supply chain is superior to the decentralized and uncoordinated counterpart for overall benefit. Secondly, a revenue-sharing-plus-margin contract mechanism is proposed to coordinate income distribution between the two parties of the supply chain through the revenue-sharing coefficient and margin. Thirdly, calculation examples are given and solved by MATLAB based on the assumption that both the agricultural output volatility factor and the market demand volatility factor are uniformly distributed, and the theory and result are then verified consistently. Finally, the numerical analysis of the coordination mechanism of the revenue-sharing coefficient and the margin on both sides of the supply chain provides an optimal value range so that Pareto improvement on the company's and the farmers' income can be achieved. The White Paper, Towards a Healthier Scotland considerably widens the community nursing scope for health promotion, as it recognises that disadvantaged life circumstances as well as unhealthy lifestyles contribute to poor health. It has been shown that income and health are interrelated. This evidence has demonstrated that it is not how rich a nation is that determines the overall health of its inhabitants; it is how equitably its wealth is distributed that counts: countries that have narrow income differentials tend to have better health. Both the income and health divide in Britain widened considerably between 1980 and 1992. It is argued that increasing income inequality leads to social isolation and chronic stress, which can impact on psycho-social pathways and damages life expectancy. This paper suggests that community nurses can address adverse life circumstances by finding ways of improving the economic status of their most vulnerable clients, and that one way of doing this would be to ensure that clients claim their full quota of welfare entitlement, given that there is several billion pounds of social security benefits that remain unclaimed in Britain every year. Digital inclusive finance, rural human capital, and agricultural green total factor productivity are simultaneously incorporated into the framework of urban-rural income gap analysis. Based on digital inclusive finance indices from several provincial panel data in China, a systematic generalized moment estimation method is used to the moderating effect of rural human capital and the mediating role of agricultural green total factor productivity. Annual time series data of foreign trade indicators and urban-rural income gap indicators are estimated by building a state-space model and applying Kalman filter to investigate the effects of these factors on the urban-rural income gap. The results show that the impact of urban-rural fixed asset investment ratio and foreign trade indicator on the urban-rural income gap in China tends to increase gradually, while the impact of rural financial development indicator is decreasing but still positive. The study finds that the development of digital inclusive finance significantly contributes to the reduction of the income gap between urban and rural residents; the breadth of coverage of digital inclusive finance and the degree of digitalization help to suppress the widening of the income gap between urban and rural residents; and rural health-based human capital, education and training-based human capital, and migration-based human capital not only have a convergence effect on the income gap between urban and rural residents themselves. For at least a century academics and governmental researchers have been developing measures that would aid them in understanding income distributions, their differences with respect to geographic regions, and changes over time periods. It is a fascinating area due to a number of reasons, one of them being the fact that different measures, or indices, are needed to reveal different features of income distributions. Keeping also inmind that the notions of poor and rich are relative to each other, Zenga (2007) proposed a new index of economic inequality. The index is remarkably insightful and useful, but deriving statistical inferential results has been a challenge. For example, unlike many other indices, Zenga's new index does not fall into the classes of L-, U-, and V - statistics. In this paper we derive desired statistical inferential results, explore their performance in a simulation study, and then use the results to analyze data from the Bank of Italy Survey on Household Income and Wealth (SHIW). The division of labor in the global value chain (GVC) has reshaped the competitive advantage of enterprises participating in the international market and has a significant influence on the distribution of their factor income. Based on the perspective of market choice, this paper uses China's industrial enterprises' data, Customs Statistical Data on Import and Export, Word Input and Output Database (WIOD), and BACI database from 2000 to 2007 to analyze the effect of competitive strategy of a firm's GVC participation on its labor income share. Herein, the competition strategy is depicted by the quality and price of export goods. The empirical results show the following. (1) Quality competition has a larger effect on labor income share than price competition. High-quality and high-price or high-quality and low-price strategies tend to have a significant negative effect on labor income share, while low-quality and low-price and low-quality and high-price strategies have a positive effect. (2) The higher the target market GVC status, the lower the labor income share of exporting firms, and the target market GVC status amplifies that the high-quality and high-price strategies on firms' labor income share the negative effect of high-quality and low-price strategies on exporters' labor income share. (3) High-quality and low-price strategies have a significant negative effect on exporters' labor income share when competing with developing countries in developed country markets or with developed countries in developing country markets. However, the positive effect of low-quality and low-price strategies and low-quality and high-price strategies kept unchanged. The online ride-hailing taxi brings new vitality into the traditional taxi market, as well as new issues and challenges. The pricing and profit distribution of online ride-hailing services is one of the major concerns. This study focuses on the pricing and income distribution in the online ride-hailing system. Queuing system model and birth and death process theory are introduced to describe the driver's flow process in the network. The social welfare maximization model and the platform profit maximization model are constructed based on the dynamic pricing mechanism, from the government's and platform's standpoint, respectively. Through numerical experiments, this paper analyzes the income distribution of drivers under different settings and the influence of different factors (average travel time, psychologically expected price of drivers and passengers, and probability of driver leaving the system) on the proportion of income distribution. The results show that the drivers' income distribution proportion is higher in the pursuit of social welfare maximization than that in the pursuit of platform profit maximization, and in different benefit pursuit models, various factors have a certain influence on the driver's income distribution proportion. The main focus of this paper is to extend fuzzy regression and its application. Therefore, we used nonlinear modeling to investigate the impact of information and communication technology (ICT) on the Gini coefficient. Hence, we calculated the three borders upside, medium, and downside of the Gini coefficient. We found no evidence of reduced income inequality when decreasing the use of ICT goods. However, with the increased use of ICTs, income inequality decreases over time. Also, the results showed that the effect of ICT commodities on the Gini coefficient was the inverted U situation. Data insufficiency has become the primary factor affecting research on income disparity in China. To resolve this issue, this paper explores Chinese income distribution and income inequality using distribution functions. First, it examines 20 sets of grouped data on family income between 2005 and 2012 by the China Yearbook of Household Surveys, 2013, and compares the fitting effects of eight distribution functions. The results show that the generalized beta distribution of the second kind has a high fitting to the income distribution of urban and rural residents in China. Next, these results are used to calculate the Chinese Gini ratio, which is then compared with the findings of relevant studies. Finally, this paper discusses the influence of urbanization on income inequality in China and suggests that accelerating urbanization can play an important role in narrowing the income gap of Chinese residents. The purpose of this study is to propose a new economic index, namely, real national income average growth rate (RNIAGR), which measures the performance of economic growth with consideration for income distribution. This study also develops another new economic index, called five-scale real national income average growth rate (FSRNIAGR), which simplifies the calculation of RNIAGR. The merits of these new indexes are discussed to justify their efficacy. This paper also justifies the use of proposed index by showing that this index can actually measure the ordering of social welfare. To highlight the difference between this new index and the traditional ones, this paper compares the index with real economic growth rate using the data of Taiwan. This paper investigates whether the relationship between income inequality and growth changes over time. Two time periods, covering 1970-1985 and 1985-1999, are analyzed and compared. A statistically significant relationship between inequality and growth in either time period fails to emerge. However, there are indications that effect of inequality on growth may be different in the nineties when compared to the seventies. In the literature, a consistent negative effect of inequality on growth is documented although the significance of the effect is open to debate. This paper also finds a negative effect of income inequality on growth in the seventies but, although statistically insignificant, a consistently positive effect in the nineties. This paper proposes a one-sector multigroup growth model with endogenous labor supply in discrete time. Proposing an alternative approach to behavior of households, we examine the dynamics of wealth and income distribution in a competitive economy with capital accumulation as the main engine of economic growth. We show how human capital levels, preferences, and labor force of heterogeneous households determine the national economic growth, wealth, and income distribution and time allocation of the groups. By simulation we demonstrate, for instance, that in the three-group economy when the rich group's human capital is improved, all the groups will economically benefit, and the leisure times of all the groups are reduced but when any other group's human capital is improved, the group will economically benefit, the other two groups economically lose, and the leisure times of all the groups are increased. The settlements' traditional character and architectural texture will strengthen people's sense of belonging and prevent migration, while local urban identity will be the most significant impediment to crime. The study investigates the relationship between the environmental and criminal conditions in New York, the world's most diverse demographic. In New York, not every county has the same settlement or vegetation homogeneity level. To avoid the immigrant factor, the location where the offenders committed the crime was considered; crime data were statistically analyzed to assess the vegetation-crime relationship. With an interdisciplinary approach, the research also draws attention to the mean-world syndrome regarding crime and urbanization in the current cultural environment in the context of the media-violence relationship. Under the crime index category, the crimes committed were divided into major groups, and statistical analyses were performed on all the groups. The study also touches on proactive policing used in the United States. According to our findings, the keyword of sustainable development, equity, has been successfully realized in the United States. This article uses provincial panel data from 2004 to 2019 to examine the dynamic nonlinear connectedness between the financial inclusion, economic growth, income inequality, and poverty alleviation; the main objective is to reveal the direction and intensity of the long-term and short-term impact of each factor on poverty alleviation. By building a panel vector autoregression model (PVAR), the comparison analyses of national, eastern, central, and western sample groups verify the existence of dynamic nonlinear connectedness among the four variables. The study found that there is complex bidirectional causality between these variables, financial inclusion has the long-term impact on promoting poverty alleviation in China, the impact of economic growth is relatively weak, and income inequality has weakened the positive impact of financial inclusion on poverty alleviation. Through the analysis of impulse response function, variance decomposition, and time-varying nonparametric estimates in different economic regions, we find that the impact of financial inclusion on poverty alleviation presents a U-shaped characteristic, and the contribution of financial inclusion to poverty alleviation in western regions is significant, but poverty reduction in eastern and central region mainly depends on economic growth. For policymakers, financial inclusion can be an effective way to alleviate relative poverty, but the poverty governance should focus more on reducing income inequality in China. Background. Since the liberalization and deregulation, with the development of market economy and industrialization, our country, i.e., China, has stepped into the ranks of middle-income countries in the overall level of economic development. However, there is a gap between the rich and the poor in our country, which is gradually widening, which not only has an impact on the creation of a harmonious socialist society but also attracts more and more people's attention. At present, it has aroused the high attention of the society. Objective. Under the condition that the gap between the rich and the poor is too large and the theory of common prosperity is misinterpreted, some people begin to question whether the socialist road with Chinese characteristics can really realize common prosperity. Methods. Therefore, how to understand Deng Xiaoping's notion of sharing prosperity and how to close the gap between affluent and poor in China is a major issue related to the socialist faith of the broad masses of people, and it is also a problem that must be paid attention to and solved urgently at present. Results. The presented study employs advanced online processing technology to accurately measure urban wealth and uses Internet image online processing technology to examine the gap between the rich and the poor. The gap between the rich and the poor of urban residents is analyzed scientifically. Moreover, the Internet image online processing technology is applied to the analysis of urban common prosperity and urban wealth gap and finally to provide an accurate analysis content for the examination of the gap between the rich and the poor and the common prosperity of the residents. Finally, it is verified by experiments that the online processing technology of Internet image can be effectively applied to the analysis of urban common prosperity and the gap between the rich and the poor of urban residents. As the per capita income level increases, both environmental quality and income inequality will change significantly, which arouses people's attention on the relationship between income inequality and environmental quality. Based on mathematical derivations, we first prove that when the relationship between per capita income and environmental pollution is nonlinear, and environmental pollution is not only related to per capita income, but also, among other potential determinants, to income inequality. Then, we use the two-way fixed estimator to estimate the impact of income inequality on environmental quality by decomposing the Stochastic Impacts by Regression on Population, Affluence, and Technology (STIRPAT) model. (1) The impact of income inequality on environmental pollution is significantly positive, that is, as the income gap widens, industrial pollutant emissions, carbon dioxide emissions, and PM2.5 in the air will increase; (2) there is an "Inverted U-shaped" impact relationship between income inequality and environmental quality, that is, environmental pollution increases first and then decreases with the increase of per capita GDP; (3) per capita income is the intermediate variable between income inequality and environmental quality. The relationship between income inequality and environmental quality should be fully considered when formulating relevant policies. The government should adopt differentiated environmental policies targeted at low-and-high income groups to achieve a win-win situation of economic growth and environmental protection. This paper highlights some recent components related to the endogenous growth literature; in particular, (i) research and development progress, direction, and diffusion; (ii) human-capital accumulation; (iii) wage inequality; (iv) nonscale economic growth, showing how each one has been treated by the existing seminal literature and the expected impact of bringing them together. The connection of the different components is mainly done by involving the leading literature on North-South technological knowledge diffusion by imitation under trade, and the prevailing literature on intra- and intercountry wage inequality. The article analyzed the income differences between flexibly and nonflexibly employed persons based on the 2018 China Mobile Population Dynamics Monitoring Data, using OLS methods, propensity score matching (PSM), and Oaxaca-Blinder decomposition. The results show that the income of flexibly employed persons is 11.9%–23.6% higher than that of nonflexibly employed persons, with differences in individual endowment characteristics explaining 53.9% of the income difference and differences in coefficients of nonmarket factors explaining 45.7% of the income difference. The degree of income difference between the two groups in different industries varies; except for the primary industry, the secondary and tertiary industries all show higher income for flexibly employed persons than for nonflexibly employed persons. The difference in income between the two groups was as high as 25% or more in the sectors of "rental and business services," "education," and "culture, sports, and entertainment." The high ratio of employers and self-employed workers in flexible employment and the fact that the average number of hours worked per week is 12.6 hours higher for flexible workers than for nonflexible workers are important factors contributing to the difference in earnings between these two groups. Clarifying the extent of the current income disparity between flexible and nonflexible employment groups and its sources, and formulating and adjusting relevant policies and measures in a timely manner are conducive to creating a fair and equitable labour market environment and promoting the healthy development of flexible employment under the new circumstances. With the background of aging, ensuring the deep integration of pension and medical services and effectively integrating pension resources and medical resources are hot issues that must be addressed in the current mode of integrating health and care services for older people. Thus, we use game theory to construct the utility model of resource allocation between pension and medical institutions. We apply this model to explore how pension institutions and medical institutions invest resources into the integration of health and care services, analysis of influencing factors, and conducting incentive mechanism research by using MATLAB 2016b software. Through theoretical deduction and experimental analysis, the following conclusions are drawn. First, the income distribution coefficient of pension institutions is positively correlated with the level of labor input, and its growth rate has a marginal diminishing effect on the level of labor. Second, in early investment, the income distribution coefficient of pension institutions is positively correlated with fixed asset investment regardless of the different effort coefficients between medical institutions and pension institutions. With a high income distribution coefficient, pension institutions are negatively correlated and marginally decrease. Third, in early investment, the income distribution coefficient of pension institutions is positively correlated with medical institutions' labor input level. When the income distribution coefficient of pension institutions reaches a certain value, it is negatively correlated with the labor input level of medical institutions, thereby showing a marginal diminishing effect. The military-civilian collaborative innovation is an implementation path for most countries to develop strategic emerging industries. The satellite industry is an important area in strategic emerging industries. Based on the evolutionary game theory, we build an evolutionary game model of China's satellite industry military-civilian collaborative innovation with military enterprises and civil enterprises as the main participators under the bounded rationality. Then we analyze the long-term evolution of the system and the factors influencing cooperative stability and perform numerical simulation using Matlab. Our research shows that the cooperative stability of China's satellite industry military-civilian collaborative innovation is positively related to the cooperation revenue, liquidated damages, and government incentives and negatively related to basic income, R&D costs, information communication costs, technology secondary conversion costs, risk costs, and betrayal income. The reasonable income distribution coefficient is conducive to the cooperative stability, and we give a primary standard for government incentives.
