The diversity of attribute categories brings certain difficulties to data feature detection. In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of feature detection, a hybrid attribute feature detection method for power system intelligent operation and maintenance big data based on improved random forest algorithm is proposed. Clustering processing power system intelligent operation and maintenance big data, based on data clustering results to reduce the characteristics of data mixed attributes, reduce the scale of data processing, and discretize the data mixed attributes; BP neural network is used to preprocess the results. Make corrections to improve the accuracy of feature detection, use the improved random forest algorithm to classify the data, and improve the convergence speed of the method. Finally, the support vector machine method is used to realize the feature detection of data mixed attributes. The experimental results show that the feature detection accuracy and efficiency of the method designed in this paper are high, and more features can be detected, which verifies its effectiveness. The method designed in this paper has the minimum RMSE value and the maximum value is only 0.12, which is far lower than the RMSE value of the improved spectral clustering algorithm and multi-domain feature extraction method, and has high detection accuracy.

A significant part of the U.S. economy is real estate and the housing industry. The level of housing prices influences the market's total price level to some extent. Data from Kaggle website is evaluated by using linear regression, random forest regressor and SVM regressor. There are 505 samples and the relationships between aim price with 13 different features. In terms of accuracy of the prediction, the method random forest is best method to predict house price. However, better model like XGboost could be chosen to improve prediction results.

Background: Late vein graft failure is caused by intimal thickening resulting from endothelial cell (EC) damage and inflammation which promotes vascular smooth muscle cell (VSMC) dedifferentiation, migration, and proliferation. Nonphosphorylatable PRH (proline-rich homeodomain) S163C:S177C offers enhanced stability and sustained antimitotic effect. Therefore, we investigated whether adenovirus-delivered PRH S163C:S177C protein attenuates intimal thickening via VSMC phenotype modification without detrimental effects on ECs. Methods: PRH S163C:S177C was expressed in vitro (human saphenous vein–VSMCs and human saphenous vein–ECs) and in vivo (ligated mouse carotid arteries) by adenoviruses. Proliferation, migration, and apoptosis were quantified and phenotype was assessed using Western blotting for contractile filament proteins and collagen gel contraction. EC inflammation was quantified using VCAM (vascular cell adhesion protein)-1, ICAM (intercellular adhesion molecule)-1, interleukin-6, and monocyte chemotactic factor-1 measurement and monocyte adhesion. Next Generation Sequencing was utilized to identify novel downstream mediators of PRH action and these and intimal thickening were investigated in vivo. Results: PRH S163C:S177C inhibited proliferation, migration, and apoptosis and promoted contractile phenotype (enhanced contractile filament proteins and collagen gel contraction) compared with virus control in human saphenous vein–VSMCs. PRH S163C:S177C expression in human saphenous vein–ECs significantly reduced apoptosis, without affecting cell proliferation and migration, while reducing TNF (tumor necrosis factor)-α–induced VCAM-1 and ICAM-1 and monocyte adhesion and suppressing interleukin-6 and monocyte chemotactic factor-1 protein levels. PRH S163C:S177C expression in ligated murine carotid arteries significantly impaired carotid artery ligation-induced neointimal proliferation and thickening without reducing endothelial coverage. Next Generation Sequencing revealed STAT-1 (signal transducer and activator of transcription 1) and HDAC-9 (histone deacetylase 9) as mediators of PRH action and was supported by in vitro and in vivo analyses. Conclusions: We observed PRH S163C:S177C attenuated VSMC proliferation, and migration and enhanced VSMC differentiation at least in part via STAT-1 and HDAC-9 signaling while promoting endothelial repair and anti-inflammatory properties. These findings highlight the potential for PRH S163C:S177C to preserve endothelial function whilst suppressing intimal thickening, and reducing late vein graft failure.

HSRS is taken as a typical research case of large-scale complex nonlinear systems, and the re-innovation of associated imported technologies needs to be combined with the particularities of Chinese HSR practices, seeking a more suitable dynamic design methodology to conduct the self-adaptive improved design. On the premise of meeting the requirements of crossing over different speed grade dedicated lines and realizing the running operations on three-speed levels of 160/250/350 km/h, the self-adaptive higher-/high-speed bogies can conditionally satisfy the economic reprofiling requirements of wheelsets through the optimal routing planning.

Six rare sesquiterpenoid dimers were isolated from Artemisia mongolica. Compound 1 exhibited inhibitory activity against HSC-LX2 cells with an IC50 value of 165.0 μM, equivalent to that of the positive control silybin (IC50, 144.4 μM).

This study aimed to evaluate the diagnostic value of ultrahigh-field magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) for brain tumors in clinical practice.Thirty patients with brain tumors underwent 7- and 3-T MRI. The performance and diagnostic confidence of 7- and 3-T MRI in the visualization of tumor details such as internal structure and feeding artery were evaluated by radiologists. Contrast-enhanced region performance and tumor detail diagnostic confidence score (DCS) were calculated and compared between 7 and 3T using Wilcoxon rank sum test.In 19 with obvious enhancement and 11 cases without obvious enhancement, 7- and 3-T MRI showed similar performance. The tumors' internal structure and feeding artery were more clearly depicted by 7-T MRI (62.2% and 54.4%, respectively) than by 3-T MRI (2.2% and 6.7%, respectively). Furthermore, the mean DCSs of both internal structure and feeding artery were higher at 7T than at 3T (internal structure: 16.29 ± 9.67 vs. -5.79 ± 4.12, p = 0.028; feeding artery: 21.96 ± 6.93 vs. 4.46 ± 7.07, p = 0.028). The DCS was more significantly improved in the senior radiologist group.Better visualization of brain tumor details and higher tumor detail diagnostic confidence can be obtained with 7-T MRI.

Constructing an assessment index system of law-based governance of a city provides a data basis and an empirical basis for China’s urban construction of the rule of law and highlights its characteristics in the era of big data. A thorough understanding of the theory of the rule of law is required in order to establish this index system. The establishment of the index system needs to be based on a deep understanding of the theory of the rule of law. In particular, it is important to understand the relationship between the core content of the rule of law and the law-based governance of a city, and then to determine the connotation of law-based governance of a city. This serves as the starting point for constructing the index system. At the same time, it is necessary to have a solid grasp of the index theory, adhere to the method of index setting, break down the concept of law-based governance of a city into different levels of indicators according to the types and attributes of the indicators and continue to visualize and operationalize them until the content can be measured. As a whole, this forms a complete assessment index system. Of course, the content of the index system is not fixed and needs to be constantly tested and adjusted in practice.

Introduction: Kidney injury diagnosis is often delayed in patients with gout. We aimed to determine the characteristics of gout patients with CKD using musculoskeletal ultrasound (MSUS) and whether MSUS could be used as an auxiliary assessment to evaluate kidney injury and predict renal outcome in patients with gout. Methods: Clinical information, laboratory indicators, and MSUS findings were collected and compared between gout-only patients (gout – CKD) and gout patients with CKD (gout + CKD). Multivariate logistic regression was applied to identify risk factors for clinical and MSUS characteristics in both groups. Correlation analysis between MSUS signs and kidney-related indicators was performed, and the effects of MSUS characteristics on renal prognosis were evaluated. Results: In total, 176 patients with gout were included, namely, 89 gout – CKD and 87 gout + CKD cases. After adjusting for confounders, the gout patients with CKD showed more frequent episodes in the previous year, higher ultrasound semiquantitative scores, and more tophi than gout patients without CKD. Additionally, the number of tophi, bone erosion, and synovial hypertrophy measured by MSUS was found to be negatively correlated with the eGFR. The existence of tophi was independently associated with an increased risk of a ≥10% decline in eGFR in the first-year follow-up (OR, 3.56; 95% CI, 1.382–9.176). Conclusions: Ultrasound-detected tophi, bone erosion, and synovial hypertrophy were associated with kidney injury in gout patients. The existence of tophi was associated with faster renal function deterioration. MSUS could be a potential auxiliary diagnostic method to evaluate kidney injury and predict renal outcome in gout patients.

Olive flounder Paralichthys olivaceus is an important cultured marine fish. We found that the meiosis marker scp3 and its intrinsic regulator dazl were mainly expressed in the gonads. During the ovarian differentiation, scp3 signal was detected first in pre-meiotic oogonia at 60-mm total length (TL) and then in primary oocytes at 80- and 100-mm TL, with a sharp increase in scp3 expression level observed at 80- and 100-mm TL. Dazl signal was detected in primordial germ cells at 30-mm TL and oogonia at 60-mm TL, but no significant change of expression was observed. During the testicular differentiation period, scp3 and dazl expression remained at low levels, and scp3 signal was weakly detected in spermatogonia at 80-mm TL, whereas dazl signal was not found. During the ovarian developmental stages, the highest expression levels of scp3 and dazl were detected at stages I and II, respectively, and strong signals of scp3 and dazl were detected in primary oocytes and oocytes at phases I and II. In the testis, the high expression of scp3 and dazl was detected at stages II–IV and II–III, respectively. Scp3 signal was weakly observed in pre-meiotic spermatogonia at stages I and II and strongly detected in primary spermatocytes at stages III–V. Dazl was detected in the nuclei of spermatogonia and spermatids at stages II–IV. Furthermore, scp3 expression in the ovary could be promoted by 17α-ethynylestradiol and tamoxifen, whereas dazl expression could be downregulated by tamoxifen.
