The natural-resource assets as a new conceptualized form of natural resources, when it is transitioned from theoretical definition to practical implementation, are a complex management object that requires a balanced approach, given the multi-aspectivity of factors that influence the formation and use of the researched assets. The article is aimed at developing the theoretical and methodological principles to balancing the factors of management of natural-resource assets of the recreation and tourism sphere at the level of the national economy. The article substantiated the following approaches: comprehensive approach – when generalizing social, sociocultural, economic, market, ecological, and geographical factors of formation of these assets, which are considered in connection with recreational ecosystem services against the background of the continuum of reducing the sense of value, as well as the direction of managerial decisions, which take into account in the assessment of natural assets the potential impacts on recreational territories; linear approach of economic-mathematical programming – taking into account the factors of approximation of modeling the recreation and tourism sphere, which uses natural-resource assets, namely: sustainability and traditionality of development, social focus of the market, balance through the possibility of making situational managerial decisions in the conditions of transitive economy, as well as optimization and balancing of interests of subjects of the ecological-economic recreation and tourism activities.

Summary In the article the dynamics of changes in the content of the concentration of active metabolites nitric oxide in influenza A, depending on the severity of the flow was analyzed. 158 patients with influenza A were examined, direct correlation between the severity of the disease, manifestations of oxidative stress and supersynthesis of nitric oxide was established. The main factors of the risk of severe flu and their significance are identified. Rozhkovskaya Odessa National Medical University, Ukraine e-mail: natalia_bykova@ukr.net Abstract A retrospective analysis of 27 patient case histories with pathomorphologically confirmed diagnosis of endometrial cancer (EC) showed that the most common and statistically significant risk factors for the development of uterine body cancer are: age of a woman above 50 years, heredity and genetic predisposition, late menopause, polycystic ovary syndrome, thyroid gland diseases, diabetes mellitus, obesity, infertility of hormonal genesis, arterial hypertension, inflammatory diseases of female genital organs, early menarche. Hereditary non-polypous colorectal cancer (11.68%, 95% CI 0.59-227.89), and hepatobiliary system diseases (2.50%, 95% CI 0.71-8.72) according to our results are not statistically significant. In order to determine the risk of EC development, 3 rules based on the “AssociationRules method” have been developed. They are: the combination of late menopause and heredity can lead to the development of EC with a probability of 59.25% and accuracy of 88.88%, while the correlation coefficient is 88.88%; the presence of obesity or heredity in a woman above 50 years of age can lead to EC with a probability of 59.25% and accuracy of 80.00% with a correlation coefficient of 84.32%; the development of EC in women above 50 years of age with a late-onset menopause is possible with a probability of 62.96% and accuracy of 94.44%, while correlation coefficient is 89.59% in this case. Shevchenko Odessa National Medical University, Ukraine e-mail:valmar@i.ua Abstract Implementation of anti -D prophylaxis significantly reduced the degree of allogenic immunization (AI), while this method of prevention is not universal. According to the data of different authors, about 0.3% of Rh (D) - negative women still become Rh (D) AI. We failed to find data as to the state of cellular immunity (CI) in rhesus-sensitized (Rh-S) pregnancy, as well as the possibility of its indicators use for predicting and diagnosing the pregnancy course in the group of women under study. The objective: to evaluate the state of CI and identify its most diagnostic important components in the cohort of rhesus-sensitized women. Materials and methods. The state of CI (population and subpopulation of lymphocytes) was studied in 82 pregnant women, 37 had Rh-S with different titers of antibodies, control group comprised 45 healthy women without rhesus sensitization. Results: The most significant indicators of Rh-S women's CI were distributed among the three main factorial components. Multivariate analysis method was used. Activated subpopulations of T-lymphocytes and T-killers comprised Factor 1. Factor 2 is represented by indices of the lymphocyte population - B-lymphocytes (CD19 +) with a direct correlation of 0.88, as well as T-lymphocytes (CD3 +) with an inverse - 0.92. Factor 3 included the main subpopulations of lymphocytes (T-helpers and T- suppressors), as well as the immunoregulatory index (the coefficient of their ratio). Conclusion. The most significant indicators for CI study in Rh-S women are: CD19 + (B-lymphocytes), CD3 + (T-lymphocytes), CD3 + HLA-DR + (activated T - lymphocytes), CD3 + CD4 + HLA-DR + ( activated T -helpers), CD3 + CD8 + HLA-DR + (activated T-suppressors), NK-cells CD3-CD16 / 56 + (T-killers) and immunoregulatory index CD3 + CD4 + / CD3 + CD8 +. The frequency of PB and birth of immature infants is increasing and ranges from 4.0 to 15.0-20.0%. In Ukraine its frequency varies from 3.0% to 12.0%. Preterm infants account for 60-70% of early neonatal and 65-75% of infant mortality. The aim: to examine the main premature baby’s immune system indexes as it is the immune system state that determines survival of a newborn child, the peculiarity of its life in neonatal period, effectiveness of therapeutic and rehabilitation measures, as well as the degree of disability. There were two groups of premature children under study: the I group, n = 62 premature infants, the age of gestation 34-36 weeks without perinatal pathology. The IId group (control ) was represented by 15 healthy newborns, aged 38-40 weeks of gestation. The study was carried out in the first 3 days of the child's life by flow cytofluorometry. In premature infants, the immaturity of the immune system was noted in the form of decrease in all indices of nonspecific immunity: the level of the complement component of C3, the level of immunoglobulins class A, G and M and the values of T-killers and B-lymphocytes. Харьков, Украина Реферат В эксперименте на крысах показано, что при воспалении на фоне применения глюкозаминилмурамилдипептида по сравнению с естественным течением снижается концентрация провоспалительных цитокинов ФНО – α и ИЛ - 2, значительно снижается концентрация противовоспалительного цитокина ИЛ-10. Следовательно, использование глюкозаминилму-рамилдипептида приводит к снижению хронизации воспаления. Bibichenko Kharkiv National Medical University, Kharkov, Ukraine Abstract In an experiment on rats was showed that concentration of proinflammatory cytokines TNF - α and IL - 2 reduced and concentration of anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10 significantly reduced in the time of secondary-chronic inflammation during treatment with glyukozaminilmuramildipeptid compared to the natural course of inflammation. Отже, використання глюкозамінілмурамілдипептиду призводить до зниження хронізації запалення. Ключові слова: вторинно хронічне запалення, периферична кров, цитокіни, глюкозамінілмурамілдипептид.

Fixing hardware made of carbon, high-carbon, and alloyed wires is one of the widespread critical parts in mechanical engineering. The characteristics of fixtures and fasteners and their performance figures are assessed at all stages of steel-making operation, from the choice of burden stock for metal smelting to the method of preparing calibrated rolled metal parts and upsetting end products. Material used for producing long high-duty bolts must be both sufficiently strong and ductile, have homogeneous mechanical properties and chemistry, and no inner or surface defects. When manufacturing fasteners, hot-rolled metal is often plastically deformed by drafting before cold upsetting, and all unacceptable defects are removed by the expensive procedure of lathe-turning. Moreover, this technology of metal processing entails losses of up to 5.5 % in chips. This paper suggests a resource-efficient and environmentally friendlier fabrication method for calibrated rolled metal items made of steel 38XA, 9.65 mm diameter, for cold die-forging of high-duty bolts used in automotive engines, which helps spare expensive lathe-machining processes. Moreover, rolled steel produced using this technology is characterized by high resistance to plastic deformation when cold, which leads to increase n wear-resistance of tools in cold die-forging of bolts.
