This deliverable report focuses on the exploitation of the results and solutions from the REACH2020 research project and subsequent business models, associated with task T8.4. In particular, this report gives an overview of the progress regarding the purpose and planning of a REACH consultancy firm, including business models and marketing strategies for systems and sub-systems. Moreover, this report provides insight into possible market segmentation solutions over the care continuum. Furthermore, status updates are provided with regard to a number of practice cases where REACH achieved external visibility and effects and gathered information on the alignment of its business system. Furthermore, the results for exemplary value chains are presented for specific REACH sub-systems. For the exploitation of the results after the end of the research project, an agreement for future collaboration was signed with the New North Zealand Hospital, reflecting REACH’s capability and aim to become a major player and partner for strengthening the ecosystem around future smart hospitals.

This analysis aims to examine factors associated with delayed initiation and non-exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia. Data were derived from the 2002/2003 and 2007 Indonesia Demographic and Health Survey. Information from 12,191 singleton live-born infants aged 0-23 months was used to examine factors associated with delayed initiation of breastfeeding. Furthermore, information from 3,187 singleton live-born infants aged 0-5 months was used to identify factors associated with non-exclusive breastfeeding. Associations between potential predictors and study outcomes were examined using logistic regression. Our study found that infants from high household wealth-index had significantly increased odds of both delayed initiation and non-exclusive breastfeeding. Other factors associated with an increased odds of delayed initiation of breastfeeding included infants from Sumatera region (OR=1.64, 95% CI: 1.38-1.95), Caesarean-section deliveries (OR=1.84, 95% CI: 1.39-2.44) and deliveries in government-owned (OR=1.38, 95% CI: 1.08-1.76) and non-health facility (OR=1.20, 95% CI: 1.00-1.43). Other factors associated with an increased odds for non-exclusive breastfeeding included parents who were in the workforce (OR=1.37, 95% CI: 1.06-1.78) and mothers with obstetric complication at childbirth (OR=1.35, 95% CI: 1.05-1.74). However, the odds reduced for infants from Eastern Indonesia (OR=0.64, 95% CI: 0.49-0.85). Poor breastfeeding practices are associated with environmental, socio-economic, pregnancy-birthing characteristics and maternal health services factors. This contribution describes the experimental set-up implemented by the LUNASKA project at the Australia Telescope Compact Array (ATCA) to enable the radio-telescope to be used to search for pulses of coherent Cherenkov radiation from UHE particle interactions in the Moon with an unprecedented bandwidth, and hence sensitivity. Our specialised hardware included analogue de-dispersion filters to coherently correct for the dispersion expected of a ~nanosecond pulse in the Earth's ionosphere over our wide (600 MHz) bandwidth, and FPGA-based digitising boards running at 2.048 GHz for pulse detection. The trigger algorithm is described, as are the methods used discriminate between terrestrial RFI and true lunar pulses. This chapter draws on six months of fieldwork in IRC Yarl’s Wood, Britain’s primary immigration removal centre for women, to explore the racialised logic of citizenship and nationality that underpin border control. Using women’s testimonies, it seeks to ‘give voice’ to an otherwise ilenced custodial population. In doing so, it seeks to enrich the predominantly theoretical literature on border control and challenge its pessimistic view of such places merely as ‘zones of exclusion.’ A second and related goal is to demonstrate the salience of detention centres –\ud and migration - for criminological research on race/ethnicity. Detention centres are complex and nuanced sites where issues of race and nationality are under constant debate. While the government restricts migration, such places play an increasingly important role both in determining and managing populations who are unwelcome and in setting out a British national identity.
