Revolusi industri membuat kinerja UMKM terus di pertanyakan. Respon dalam menghadapi ketidakpastian pasar dan persaingan ketat dengan kolaborasi sumber daya dan kapabilitas. Istilah yang disebut ekonomi pengetahuan modern, Intellectual Capital telah memainkan peran penting dalam bidang bisnis, kelembagaan, dan akademik, membantu transisi menuju pengembangan organisasi yang inovatif, kompetitif, dan berkelanjutan. Pekerjaan rumah terhadap kinerja berlanjut UMKM di belahan belum berhasil tumbuh seperti yang diharap, ini diakibatkan faktor rendahnya modal, keterlambatan UMKM mengadopsi teknologi, tingginya biaya serta fakta persaingan dari impor dengan harga yang murah. Kapabilitas finansial memungkinkan UMKM memiliki kemampuan dalam menyiasati persaingan dengan keputusan keuangan yang efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh modal intelektual dan kapabilitas finansial terhadap kinerja keberlanjutan UMKM industri fashion di Kota Bandung sebanyak 125 wirausaha dalam penelitian ini. Intellectual Capital dan Financial Capabilities berpengaruh positif dan signifikan ketika diuji dengan Kinerja Keberlanjutan UMKM secara parsial dan simultan dan model penelitian ini menjelaskan kinerja keberlanjutan UMKM sebesar 73%.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Komnas HAM's authority in resolving cases of human rights violations associated with the rule of law. To describe law enforcement efforts to resolve cases of human rights violations in the future to provide legal certainty. The polemic of resolving past gross human rights violations continues to be delayed. The regime in power since the reformation has not been able to solve it because of technical juridical problems and has a special nuance, making it difficult to hold a human rights court for perpetrators in a fair and impartial manner. This research uses a normative juridical research method using written data in statutory regulations (library research) using books, journals and articles as sources. The results of this study first show that Law No. 39 of 1999 concerning Human Rights, Komnas HAM, was given 4 powers, namely: investigation, counseling, mediation and assessment. In terms of the authority to investigate, Komnas HAM is given full authority by the Human Rights Act, but this is still lacking if Komnas HAM is not given the authority to investigate at once because after conducting an investigation of human rights violations, usually, these cases will disappear without news and clarity. While the authority in mediation and counseling is appropriate as a form of prevention so that human rights violations do not occur, in carrying out its duties, Komnas HAM should not be intervened by anyone considering its position as an independent state institution.

Bahan ajar merupakan salah satu perangkat pembelajaran yang tidak bisa dipisahkan dan ditinggalkan dalam proses pembelajaran. Pemilihan bahan ajar juga harus disesuaikan dengan kurikulum pembelajaran yang sedang diterapkan di sekolah. Saat pandemi dan juga saat ini yang serba digital, maka penggunaan bahan ajar digital sangat diperlukan. Bahan ajar digital bisa menjadi media pembelajaran alternatif yang efektif dan inovatif. Flip Builder dan Book Creator merupakan aplikasi yang mendukung pembuatan bahan ajar digital. Kelebihan-kelebihan yang dimiliki oleh Flip Builder dan Book Creator yang menjadi salah satu latar belakang dipilihnya kedua aplikasi tersebut sebagai sarana pengabdian masyarakat dalam bentuk pelatihan yang diadakan di SDI Labschool STAI Bani Saleh Kota Bekasi. Kegiatan ini dibagi menjadi empat tahap, yaitu Pertama, refleksi dan materi pertama, Guru diberikan materi yang berkaitan dengan bahan ajar berbasis digital. Kedua, pemberian materi terkait Flip Builder dan Book Creator . Ketiga, FGD sebagai bentuk pendalaman materi dan praktek pembuatan kedua aplikasi tersebut. Keempat, tanya jawab dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini terlihat dari ke-24 guru, sebanyak 17 guru (71%) berkeinginan sangat besar untuk membuat bahan ajar digital dengan Flip Builder atau Book Creator untuk pembelajaran setelah mengikuti pengabdian masyarakat ini. Sisanya sebanyak 7 guru (29%) akan mencobanya. Pada sisi lainnya, sebanyak 21 guru (86%) telah mengirimkan hasil buatan bahan ajarnya dan hanya 3 guru (14%) saja yang tidak mengirimkan tugasnya.

Dalam persiapan menuju era disrupsi kesehatan 4.0, masih banyak rumah sakit dan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang menghadapi berbagai tantangan. Tantangan yang paling utama dirasakan dari segi ketidakjelasan peraturan perundangan dan kurangnya harmonisasi regulasi antar kementerian terkait. RSUD dr. Iskak Tulungagung sebagai fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan sekunder merupakan komponen yang tidak terpisahkan dalam proses transformasi kesehatan nasional. SIMRS RSUD dr. Iskak Tulungagung saat ini terfokus utama pada pelayanan billing pasien mulai dari pendaftaran pasien, pelayanan di unit pelayanan, order pemeriksaan ke penunjang medis sampai dengan pasien keluar rumah sakit. Proses digitalisasi dan integrasi seluruh data Rumah Sakit dalam bentuk digital ini memiliki beberapa kendala, sehingga dinilai belum optimal dalam penerapan transformasi SIM-RS RSUD dr.Iskak Tulungagung.Tujuan kegiatan residensi ini adalah untuk menganalisa faktor- faktor yang menjadi penyebab belum optimalnya Pengembangan Transformasi SIM RS di RSUD dr. Iskak Tulungagung dengan analisis fishbone dan USG serta mencari strategi yang tepat dalam upaya pengembangan Transformasi SIM RS di RSUD dr. Iskak Tulungagung dengan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menyatakan masalah yang perlu diprioritaskan penyelesaiannya adalah berkas rekam medis belum terintegrasi secara digital serta setiap operator modul aplikasi hanya bisa mengakses data sesuai dengan unit masing-masing (belum terintegrasi). Strategi yang dapat diterapkan pada kegiatan residensi ini adalah secara bertahap merubah Berkas rekam medis dalam bentuk kertas menjadi digital dan terintegrasi, setiap operator modul aplikasi bisa diakses pada seluruh unit pelayanan serta mulai membentuk sistem Integrasi Layanan Back Office di RSUD dr. Iskak Tulungagung.

Chikuwa is a product made from surimi, then grilled over fire. The result of roasting gives a smoked flavor to chikuwa. Smoke flavor can be obtained not only through the combustion process, which can produce Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbon compounds. In order to support the implementation of SDG's goal 2, microencapsulated coconut shell liquid smoke can be used as a flavoring agent in barracuda chikuwa to replace the combustion process. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the addition of microencapsulated liquid smoke on the characteristics of barracuda chikuwa to support SDG's goal 2. The experimental laboratory research method uses a Completely Randomized Design. The research was conducted by producing microencapsulated liquid smoke and barracuda chikuwa. The test results showed that the use of microencapsulated liquid smoke with different concentrations had a significant effect on all test parameters (p< 0,05). The highest phenol content was 0,1085% and the highest antioxidant was 69,65%. The lowest water content was 51, 2% and the lowest TPC value was 3.36 log cfu/g. While the results showed the highest protein content was 17, 69% and the highest hardness was 450.75 gf. Based on the assessment of the hedonic test, the highest value was obtained by the addition of 1% microencapsulated liquid smoke, with a value of 8,39 < µ < 8,71. The addition of microencapsulated liquid smoke was able to increase the protein, phenol, antioxidant, and hardness levels of barracuda chikuwa, as well as reduce the water content and TPC value.

Tourism during the pandemic became an actual study topic, the majority of which were studied in terms of changes in tourist behaviour. Plethora studies changes in tourist behaviour selfishly view tourism for the benefit of tourists alone. In contrast, this study examines the readiness factors of community hosts in receiving visits and plays a role in the tourism value chain during the pandemic. Using 310 young respondents living in Indonesia's urban tourism destinations (Greater Bandung), the study confirmed the perceptual factors forming host community readiness. Using SEM-PLS, the study has found that perceptions of internal conditions by the community have a significant impact on the perception of tourism reactivation and the readiness of community hosts. The research model has been able to moderately predict the readiness of community hosts in tourism during the pandemic. Several recommendations were submitted in this study for tourism stakeholders to prepare community hosts in their efforts to achieve successful tourism reactivation.

Historical tourism resources are one of the comparative and comparative advantages of Bandung city over other tourist destinations in Indonesia. The unique characteristic of historical tourism is that the power of narratives poses a broader need for means of interpretation in the form of travel guides. By applying the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), this applied research reveals the process of designing electronic guidebooks that can aim to be used for the interpretation of historical tourism visitors in The City of Bandung. The design method with a descriptive writing pattern is used to produce research reports on the design of electronic guidebook products in Bandung. This applied study has gathered opinions from 132 respondents through questionnaires about the components of travel guidebooks following the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) concept, which is then analyzed descriptively. This applied research has resulted in a travel guidebook product and an understanding that tourists require accessible travel guidebooks to use and value for themselves.

This paper aims to investigate the tourist behaviour towards smart tourism in the case of emerging smart destinations. The extended model of theory of planned behaviour (TPB) is proposed as a tool to predict the relationship between applying smart tourism technology and tourist behaviour in selecting and visiting the destination. Using the city of Bandung, Indonesia as a case study, data was collected using a structured questionnaire from 524 domestic tourists in several emerging smart destinations. The confirmatory factor analysis was utilised to test the construct validity and reliability of the model, while Partial Least Squares (PLS) modelling was employed to assess the hypotheses developed. The results show that the extended TPB model can reasonably predict the tourist behaviour towards smart tourism, suggesting its applicability to emerging smart destinations. Smart tourism technology directly affects tourists’ attitude, subjective norms, and tourists perceived behavioural control, resulting in their travel intention. Also, their planned behaviour mediates the relationship between smart tourism technology and tourist decision in selecting and visiting destinations. Identifying predictors of tourist behaviour towards smart tourism provides a more accurate forecast of tourist demand, thereby enabling policymakers to tailor and implement a more comprehensive smart tourism planning and development

The covid-19 pandemic has significantly impacted global tourism, including changes in tourists who prefer natural tourism activities. River resources in Sukabumi city can be developed into river-based special interest tourism (SIT) following current market preferences. However, the development of river-based SIT products in Sukabumi city has not been optimally explored. This article examines the strategy of developing river-based special interest tourism in Sukabumi City as a research destination through descriptive-qualitative methods. SWOT analysis is applied in-field data processing resulting from observation activities, interviews, and literature studies. The research developed river-based special interest tourism in Sukabumi city through a selection of activities developed, namely rafting, river tubing, and body rafting with productive age target markets in Sukabumi, Jabodetabek, and Bandung Raya areas. The results of this study could be alternative supporting information for tourism actors in Sukabumi and Indonesia, especially in the development of special interest tourism.

Digital payments have changed people's financial behavior, particularly in Asian countries. The expansion of the internet network and the intensification of gadget functions have grown digital payment systems in mobile payments, internet banking, QR Codes, and electronic payments. Using a Systematic Literature Review, the study examined various Scopus articles from Asian countries to obtain an overview of the factors that influence the adoption of digital payments. We analyzed 597 digital, electronic, and mobile payment articles. TAM and UTAUT were found to be the most widely found theories to significantly affect user intent and even the continuity of digital payment use. While in the method, the structural equation model becomes the most widely used analytical method in various scientific publications related to this topic. This study has found internal and external factors from users in the adoption process of digital payments, including trust, perceived risk, satisfaction, security social influences, and facilitation conditions. Interestingly, some of these factors were insignificant in some studies due to differences in digital payment products that were the object of the study, respondents, and differences in research methods and approaches.

This study analyzes tourist behavior in visiting tourism destinations influenced by smart tourism technology and uses the technology acceptance model (TAM) as a model for acceptance of smart tourism technology. This study used a sample of 324 tourists in West Java Province, Indonesia. Partial least square is applied to assess the relationship between smart tourism technology, perceived usefulness, perceived ease-of-use, travel intention, and visiting tourism destinations. The results of this study have revealed that the integration of TAM and smart tourism technology provides a complete explanation of the adoption of smart tourism technology. The results showed that smart tourism technology had a significant effect on perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, and then had an effect on attitude. Travel intention was found to be directly influenced by attitude. Then, visiting tourism destinations is influenced by travel intention. By identifying smart tourism technology, various stakeholders such as the Government, tourism service providers and tourists can optimize a more comprehensive travel experience through the use of smart tourism technology. This research has developed TAM and integrated it with smart tourism technology to assess the attitudes and behavior of tourists in visiting tourism destinations.

Wellness tourism is becoming one trend as people desire to travel for fitness and mental health purposes. Wellness tourism resources are one of the South Bandung area's advantages. Information media is needed to be an alternative to the market under developing information about wellness tourism in the region. This applied research designed the wellness tourism e-guidebook by applying the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as the basis of a design by collecting opinions from 125 respondents who were processed statistically descriptive. The design process uses the canva application, Qr Code, and anyflip. This applied research has resulted in an electronic guidebook created as a reference for information related to wellness tourism in South Bandung. This 66-page book contains four sections in an e-guidebook compiled to meet the practical needs of wellness tourists in South Bandung.

Following up on the Development of The National Tourism Strategic Area of Lake Toba, which was directed in the study "Integrated Tourism Masterplan for Lake Toba" (ITMP Danau Toba) in 2018, one of which was the development of river-based natural tourism attractions allocated in the Asahan Watershed including Asahan Regency, Tanjung Balai Municipality, Toba Samosir Regency, and Simalungun Regency. Regarding the policy of river-based tourism attractions, this research is focused on developing river tourism activities that will have implications for the development of the natural attraction of the Asahan River. This study has produced a mixed method of sustainable tourism development strategies by prioritizing the benefits of the ecological, socio-economic and cultural environment. Development is directed towards packaging special interest tourism products following the characteristics of available resources.

Limbah tulang ikan air tawar memiliki kadar protein yang berpotensi untuk diolah sebagai kolagen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas sabun cair dengan penambahan kolagen tulang ikan air tawar yang berbeda. Bahan baku yang digunakan yaitu tulang ikan Patin (Pangasius sp.), tulang ikan Nila (Oreochromis niloticus), dan tulang ikan Lele (Clarias batrachus). Pembuatan sabun cair dilakukan dengan penambahan kolagen konsentrasi terbaik 0,6%. Parameter yang diamati adalah hedonik, pH, kestabilan busa, alkali bebas, dan viskositas. Desa Sawarna, Kecamatan Bayah merupakan desa primadona wisata pantai di Kabupaten Lebak Propinsi Banten karena memiliki keindahan alamnya yang sangat mempesona. Pelaku UMKM bermunculan melengkapi kesempurnaan sarana wisata pantai, seperti rumah makan, kafe, gerai oleh-oleh, jasa transportasi, jasa penginapan, jasa pemandu wisata, dan jasa persewaan kendaraan. Era new normal menjadi garis awal para pelaku UMKM untuk kembali menggerakkan roda bisnisnya, dengan menyiapkan diri masuk ke platform digital. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan menyiapkan UMKM wisata pantai untuk menerapkan model pemasaran dan pembukuan berbasis digital sehingga pemasaran meluas, jarak mendekat, transaksi cepat, dan pengambilan keputusan tepat. Tim LPPM ITB bekerja sama dengan POKDARWIS Desa Sawarna mengadakan pelatihan dan pembinaan digitalisasi bisnis dengan metode pendekatan individu dan kelompok. Survey awal sebelum pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa UMKM wisata pantai Desa Sawarna masih memiliki pengetahuan yang minim tentang pemasaran dan pembukuan digital. Pelatihan berisikan langkah-langkah pemahamaan teori dan praktek e-commerce dan pembukuan digital. Pelatihan membuka cakrawala pengetahuan UMKM tentang pentingnya digitalisasi bisnis, dan memotivasi UMKM untuk beralih ke platform digital yang akan mengagregasi digitalisasi bisnis secara keseluruhan. Paska pelatihan perlu terus didorong dan difasilitasi lebih lanjut oleh pihak-pihak terkait.

This research is motivated by the considerable potential and market share of millennials as a tourism target market. The promotion strategy of a tourist destination is carried out through innovative media, one of which is through movie media or empirically known as the concept of Movie Induced Tourism. This research was conducted to determine the effect of movies on millennial tourist visits, applying descriptive quantitative research methods. Questionnaires were used as data collection techniques to obtain primary data and through journals and e-book to get secondary data. SEM-PLS has been applied to measure relationships between variables and research models. The results of this study are that movies attributes can have a significant positive effect on personal connections and AIDA Model.

Sumedang Regency is a natural, historical and cultural tourist destination. There are still many tourism potentials that have not been built and developed optimally. The natural resources of the Sumedang regency in rivers can be used as unique interest tourism resources, namely rafting. These resources can support the vision and mission of tourism in Sumedang regency who want to build their territory as a natural, historical and cultural tourism destination and special interests that are well known both nationally and internationally. To find out the potential of research conducted with the title Of Analysis of Tourism Product Potential in Sumedang Regency. The method of research conducted is qualitative. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, documentation and library studies. While the data analysis techniques used are descriptive. The results showed that, especially in the Cipeles river, Citepok village could develop rafting tourism products. The unique attraction of the Cipeles river is that the river flow is in grade 2 rafting path and a line flanked by beautiful rock cliffs. Tourist facilities such as inns and restaurants are adequate. Additional services such as financial, security, health and rafting services are available around Citepok village.

COVID-19 pandemic is currently happening in the world. Previous studies have been done to diagnose COVID-19 by identifying CT-scan images through the development of the novel Joint Classification and Segmentation System models that work in real-time. In this study, the author focuses on a different motivation and innovation focused on the development of mobile deep learning. Mobile Net, a deep learning model as a method for classifying the disease COVID-19, is used as the base model. It has a good level of efficiency and reliability to be implemented on devices that have small memory and CPU specifications, such as mobile phones. The used data in this study is a CT-scan image of the lungs with a horizontal slice that has been classified as positive or negative for COVID-19. To give a broader analysis, the author compares and evaluates the model against other architectures, such as MobileNetV3 Large, MobileNetV3 Small, MobilenetV2, ResNet101, and EfficientNetB0. In terms of the developed mobile architecture model, the classification of COVID-19 using MobileNetV2 obtained the best result with 0.81 accuracy.

Pengembangan wisata yang berada di jalur alternatif pada umumnya mengalami beberapa kendala dikarenakan permasalahan pola ruang terkait aksesibilitas serta tata ruang fisik alam, tata ruang aktivitas dan fasilitas wisata terkait pertimbangan pariwisata berkelanjutan. Bumi Perkemahan Tangsi Jaya terletak di jalur alternatif Ciwidey-Cianjur memiliki potensi wisata perkemahan dengan keunikan daya tarik wisata alam hutan, pedesaan, persawahan dan sungai dengan dominasi pengunjung lokal dan domestik. Penelitian bertujuan mengkaji pengembangan wisata bumi perkemahan melalui pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif pada aspek spasial, pola ruang serta tata ruang aktivitas dan fasilitas wisata berdasarkan konsep Eco Forest Tourism, River Tourism dan tata ruang fisik alam. Penelitian ini telah menghasilkan gambar pemetaan pola ruang, serta tata letak aktivitas dan fasilitas wisata bumi perkemahan Tangsi Jaya yang mempertimbangkan pariwisata berkelanjutan. Penerapan hasil penelitian ini diharapakan dapat menjadi arahan rencana pengembangan pembangunan Bumi Perkemahan Tangsi Jaya bagi para pengelola setempat dengan harapan sektor pariwisata dapat memberikan multiplier effect pariwisata berkelanjutan baik bagi peningkatan pendapatan daerah maupun pemerataan pendapatan masyarakat Kabupaten Bandung Barat, Ciwidey, Cianjur di masa yang akan datang

Edible film terdiri dari protein (gelatin) yang dapat dikonsumsi ketika digunakan sebagai pengemas produk pangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteritik dari edible film yang dibuat dari gelatin kulit ikan yang berbeda. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga jenis kulit ikan yaitu kulit ikan Patin (Pangasius sp.), Bandeng (C. chanos) dan Barakuda (S. picuda). Penggunaan gelatin kulit ikan yang berbeda mempengaruhi karakteristik edible film yang dihasilkan. Kadar protein dan kekuatan gel gelatin dari ikan yang berbeda mempengaruhi nilai kuat tarik (59,721-92,119) kgf/cm2, persen pemanjangan (103,091–139,977) %, dan laju transmisi uap air (16,985–26,226) g/m2/jam. Namun, tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai ketebalan (0,08-0,90) mm dan kelarutan (100%) edible film.

This phenomenon then led to the activity of motorbike riding (solo riding) from the city where you live to explore tourism destinations in inland areas. so that it can become an information center that can make it easier for people to visit a destination and something that is needed by every city, region that manages tourism activities. The development of technology, especially information, has made the tourism business grow. There are various terms used as an information center, one of which is Eguidebook. Besides having a function as a center for information about tourism to tourists who come, it can also be used as a tourism promotion tool. In the area of ​​South West Java, there is still a lack of interest in tourists to visit this is due to a lack of information about routes, tourist attractions, accommodation, and other supporting facilities. The making of this project aims to create an electronic design document for solo riding activities to the South West Java Region which prioritizes the principles of sustainable tourism, the design is carried out by searching for information in the South West Java Region types of tourist information needs, visual compilation, prototyping, user evaluation and finalizing the design. It is hoped that this project can be useful for those interested in solo riding and people who like to do automotive tourism

Dari penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan trend koperasi yang gagal semakin meningkat pada taun 2014 saja ada sekitar 40% koperasi yang tidak aktif. Dimana salah satu faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap koperasi yang tidak aktif adalah kurangnnya penggunaan teknologi. Hal ini sejalan dengan data penggunaan teknologi informasi oleh koperasi Di indonesia yang hanya berkisar antara 25% sampai 30% yang menunjukkan penerapan teknologi di perkoperasian masih minim. Termasuk di dalamnya adalah koperasi simpan pinjam. Oleh karenanya perlu di buatkan sebuah aplikasi yang mamapu membantu koperasi dalam menjalanjan proses bisnisnya. Sehingga dapat meningkatkan serapan penggunaan teknologi pada koperasi dan mengurangi resiko kegagalan koperasi. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang di gunakan pada Sistem informasi koperasi simpan pinjam adalah metode incremental. Hasil dari pembuatan aplikasi ini menunjukan Metode incremental bisa diterapkan dalam pembangunan sistem informasi koperasi Simpan Pinjam. Langkah-langkah di metode Incremental memudahkan dalam pengembangan Aplikasi karena langkah langkah dalam metode ini runtut dan sistematis. Hasil pengujian menggunakan Metode Black Box testing yang dilakukan terhadap sistem informasi koperasi menunjukkan semua fungsionalitas sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik. Selain menunjukkan fungsionalitas sistem berjalan dengan baik Pengujian juga menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang di hasilkan sudah dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna sesuai dengan Analisa Kebutuhan perangkat lunak. Abstract - The Previous research shows that the trend of failed cooperatives has increased in 2014 alone, around 40% of cooperatives are inactive. Where one of the factors that influence an inactive cooperative is the lack of use of technology. This is in line with data on the use of information technology by cooperatives in Indonesia, which only ranges from 25% to 30%, which shows the application of technology in cooperatives is still minimal. This includes savings and loan cooperatives. Therefore it is necessary to make an application that is able to assist cooperatives in running their business processes. So as to increase the uptake of the use of technology in cooperatives and reduce the risk of cooperative failure. The software development method used in the savings and loan cooperative information system is the incremental method. The results of making this application show that incremental methods can be applied in the construction of savings and loan cooperative information systems. The steps in the Incremental method make it easy in Application development because the steps in this method are coherent and systematic. The results of testing using the Black Box testing method performed on cooperative information systems show that all system functionalities can work well. In addition to showing the functionality of the system is running well Testing also shows that the system produced has been able to meet user needs in accordance with the Analysis of Software Requirements. . The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of composite fish gelatin-chitosan edible coatings enriched with black tea extract on the physical, chemical, and fungal decay properties of minimally processed watermelons stored at ±4 °C for 13 days. In this study, tuna skin gelatin was extracted and used to prepare edible coating solutions which comprised 4% gelatin, 2% chitosan, 2% calcium lactate, 2% glycerol, and black tea extract (0%; 0.25%; 0.50%; 0.75%; 1%). The samples were coated using the layer-by-layer dipping technique. This study showed that composite fish gelatin-chitosan edible coating enriched with black tea extract maintained and improved weight loss, texture (hardness), color, pH, and total soluble solid antioxidant activity and prevented fungal decay on minimally processed watermelons stored at ±4 °C for 13 days. The development in this study of edible film and a coating prepared from fish gelatin-chitosan and the incorporation of black tea extract as an antioxidant or antimicrobial agent can be a new approach to preventing postharvest loss and increasing the shelf life of minimally processed watermelon.

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of counseling interventions using self-information to increase student career certainty. This study was conducted with a quasi-experimental pre-test–post-test non-equivalent group design. The number of subjects was 94 high school students, out of which 44 were male and 50 were female; the experimental group consisted of 39 people and the control group consisted of 55 people. The Self-information used in this study was provided through the Self-Directed Career Exploration Inventory, while research data was obtained through the Career Plan Certainty Scale. The results showed that career counseling services using self-information were effective in helping high school students to increase their career choice certainty. The mean score of the students of the specialization group in the experimental group increased and was significantly different from the mean score of the students in the control group. Along the coast of the island of Java, there is a wealth of craft art (batik), characterized by its expression of decorative motifs and techniques. In general, the most prominent characteristic of the dominance of primary and secondary colors. Courage in expressing bright colors is also the visual identity of coastal batik. In West Java, Cirebon is one of the popular coastal batik cities. Several villages have become centers for batik crafts, including Ciwaringin Village. The batik that is developed in this village has the characteristics of Cirebon which was born and developed in line with Trusmi batik. Ciwaringin batik is unique in terms of coloring and decorative motifs when compared to Trusmi batik. In terms of typical Ciwaringin coloring is produced by natural dyes (natural dyes), a batik tradition that has long developed in the Cirebon Pesisiran batik culture. This study uses descriptive-qualitative methods with aesthetic and semiotic approaches to reveal the aesthetics and meaning of ornamentation in Batik Ciwaringin. One of the important findings in this study is that in Ciwaringin batik there is no expression of animate motives, which differentiates it from batik motifs in general because Ciwaringin batik was born from the Islamic boarding school community with strong Islamic values. Another finding is that Ciwaringin batik craftsmen transform nature not only as a source of philosophical ideas, but they also care about environmental issues. Concern for the environment is proven by developing coloring techniques using natural dyes (natural dyes) and avoiding synthetic (chemical) dyes.

The background of this research is the decrease in employee performance. The issue should be addressed immediately because the optimal and standardized employee performance is important and can support the achievement of organizational goals. This study aims to determine the effect of training and work discipline on employee performance in the XYZ Office. The object that becomes the unit of analysis in this study were employees of the XYZ Office. The type of research used is descriptive, derivative, and the method used is an explanatory survey with a research sample of all units of analysis (population) that is 145 employees of the XYZ Office. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 23.0 computer software. Based on the results of the study can be seen that training and discipline work simultaneously and partially have a positive effect on employee performance.

The publication of the Green Human Resources Management (GHRM) review in the hospitality industry still leaves extensive development opportunities. GHRM's strategic role in realizing sustainable tourism needs to be studied from the forming factors, technical application, and its impact on various variables. Through the systematic literature review process, this article seeks to uncover GHRM studies in the hospitality industry from 2016-to 2021. The data sources used come from Science Direct, Sage Journal, and Emerald outlets with multi-region viewpoints. Adanya otonomi daerah yang memberi wewenang lebih besar kepada daerah untuk melakukan pemungutan pajak daerah ternyata belum cukup mampu untuk menutup anggaran belanja daerah. Untuk itu pemerintah pusat mengeluarkan kebijakan Dana Bagi Hasil Pajak yang diharapkan dapat menjadikan pemerataan kesejahteraan dengan memainkan fungsi pajak sebagai redistribusi pendapatan. Salah satu indikator kesejahteraan masyarakat adalah Indeks Pembangunan Manusia. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisis mengenai pengaruh DBH Pajak terhadap IPM dimana data diambil dari 34 provinsi selama 5 (lima) tahun yaitu 2017 sampai dengan 2021. Dengan variabel terikat adalah IPM dan variabel bebas DBH pajak, DAK fisik, DAK non fisik dan jumlah penduduk diperoleh hasil regresi data panel dengan model terbaik fixed effect model. Peran pajak yang diwakili oleh variabel Dana Bagi Hasil Pajak ternyata memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia meskipun memang hasil menunjukkan tidak signifikan secara statistik. Selanjutnya pemberian Dana Alokasi Khusus Fisik dan Non Fisik ternyata memberikan dampak yang berbeda terhadap IPM. DAK Fisik memiliki pengaruh negative terhadap IPM berbeda dengan DAK Non Fisik yang memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap IPM.

Cashless tourism has become the future of the global tourism industry which is defined as a condition of financial transaction activities for the benefit of tourism that is carried out in a non-cash manner. This condition is motivated by changes in payment technology constantly migrating from conventional to digital models. The creation of increasingly diverse cashless payment channels and internal access has become a catalyst for changes in financial transactions in tourism. This study seeks to uncover factors that influence the internalization of cashless tourism by combining AMO (Abilities, Motivation and Opportunities) and TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) Theory. By involving 198 tourists and using the SEM-PLS approach, this study has carefully analyzed that there are 3 (three) phases of cashless tourism internalization: pre-condition, experiences, and internalization. The findings of this study contribute to the understanding of technology adoption in the context of travel and the need to develop digital payments for stakeholders.

Salah satu metode untuk menghitung dosis radiasi yang dihasilkan oleh linac adalah dengan menggunakan program simulasi MCNPX. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan karakteristik kurva Percentage Depth Dose (PDD) untuk berkas sinar-x 6 MV dan faktor koreksi dari distribusi dosis akibat adanya ketidakhomogenan jaringan tubuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan fantom jenis ORNL-MIRD phantom (1996 version) yang telah dimodifikasi. Fantom dibedakan menjadi fantom homogen yaitu dengan komposisi air dan jaringan lunak dan fantom nonhomogen dengan komposisi jaringan lunak yang didalamnya terdapat organ paru-paru pada kedalaman 5-14 cm dan jaringan lunak yang didalamnya terdapat organ tulang belakang pada kedalaman 5-10 cm. Luas lapangan penyinaran radiasi 10 x 10 cm2 dengan arah penyinaran radiasi Anterior-Posterior (AP) serta Posterior-Anterior (PA) dengan SSD 100 cm. Dalam penelitian ini didapatkan karakteristik kurva PDD yang sama antara fantom dengan komposisi air dan fantom dengan komposisi jaringan lunak yaitu dosis maksimum berada pada kedalaman 1,5-2,0 cm. Pada fantom nonhomogen yaitu jaringan lunak yang terdapat organ paru-paru mengalami peningkatan dosis dengan deviasi tertinggi sebesar 49,748 % dan keberadaan organ tulang belakang mengalami penurunan dosis dengan deviasi tertinggi sebesar 31,044 %. Rentang faktor koreksi akibat adanya organ paru-paru adalah 0,701-1,663 sedangkan akibat adanya organ tulang belakang adalah 0,586-0,983.

Bamboo is generally widely used as a material or construction material in homes. However, the use of bamboo as a raw material for shipbuilding is not yet available. To make bamboo as a material in shipbuilding, the bamboo is assembled or made into a composite to meet class standards as a material for shipbuilding. In this study, the composites used were apus bamboo fiber and asphalt. The method of making the composite uses the hand lay-up method with variations of 1 layer of reinforcement, 3 layers of reinforcement, and 5 layers of reinforcement. The dimensions of the test specimen size refer to ASTM D 790-3 which is then carried out by bending tests to determine the strength of the material due to loading and the elasticity of the material. Furthermore, the results of the bending test will be analyzed using the Anova method and compared with the standard material class in ship construction. Results Asphalt composite material with apus bamboo fiber has the highest bending test value of 27,068 Mpa and the lowest bending test value of 25,998 Mpa. Based on these results, it is stated that the Bamboo reinforced asphalt (BRA) material has not been able to match and even exceed the Bamboo reinforced plastic (BRP) material in the woven, non-woven and random fiber variants. It is influenced by the diameter, and the strength of the shape between the fiber and the matrix.

This study investigates gamers’ behavior in adopting mobile games by integrating game features and the theory of planned behavior (TPB). This study used 408 samples of Indonesian gamers. A partial least square is applied to examine the influence among subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, attitude, game features, and intention to play mobile games. The results show that the integration between Game features and TPB gives a deeper explanation of gamers’ behavior in adopting mobile games. Considering the factors in gamers’ behavior, this study's results give the base to formulate an implementation strategy for the appropriate game features in attracting gamers’ interest to keep playing mobile games. It is also the first study that integrates Game features and TPB to assess mobile game adoption.

The research is based on information services that affect the popularity of the Pulau Pisang and Labuhan Jukung Tourism Areas in the Pesisir Barat Regency, Lampung Province. This area has high tourism potential in the form of islands, beaches, and sea. Information services are an important factor in tourism to attract tourist visits. This study aims to determine digital information technology in the form of an e-catalog that includes marine tourism information in the form of a map and a description of the information therein. The E-catalog for Marine Tourism in the Pulau Pisang and Labuhan Jukung areas can support travel agencies in arranging marine thematic tour packages. The descriptive-qualitative research method is applied by using observation data techniques, interviews, and documentation studies of the research object. The focus of the design is on marine tourism activities in the Pulau Pisang and Labuhan Jukung Tourism Areas, namely beach volleyball, swimming, sunbathing, fishing, snorkeling, diving, boating, and surfing, as well as tourism supporting components, namely amenities, accessibility and support services. There are also two forms of travel patterns that are reviewed for tourists, namely through the start and end points of the journey from the same route, or a continuous path with the end point of the trip by visiting new destinations on different routes.

Historical tourism resources are one of the comparative and comparative advantages of Bandung city to other tourist destinations in Indonesia. The special characteristic of historical tourism is that the power of narratives poses a broader need for means of interpretation in the form of travel guides. Through the application of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), this applied research reveals the process of designing electronic guidebooks that can be used as a means of interpretation for historical tourism visitors in The City of Bandung. The method of design with descriptive writing pattern is used to produce research reports on the design of electronic guidebook products in Bandung. This applied study has gathered opinions from 132 respondents through the dissemination of questionnaires about the components of travel guidebooks in accordance with the concept of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) which is then analyzed descriptively. This applied research has resulted in a travel guidebook product and an understanding that tourists have a need for travel guidebooks that are easy to use and useful for themselves.

The current BCC ( Bridge Control Console) system is still controlled manually mainly on the ship’s navigation lights, which requires the crew to come to the BCC room, so it will be difficult if the crew is far from the BCC room. From that problem the author wants to create a digital system, in this case an android-based control and monitoring system for navigation lights which is expected to be practical and efficient to operate both in the BCC room and outside the room. In facing the industrial revolution 4.0, the author uses the scientific field of Internet of Things (IoT) with the main electronic device, namely Arduino UNO with a MEGA 2560 microcontroller as the system control center, as well as the ESP8266 wifi module for controller communication. LDR is used to detect light, relay is used to switch lights, Interface is made based on applications installed on Android and the hardware is a series of systems and prototypes.

Employability–kemampuan untuk bekerja dan dipekerjakan–merupakan salah satu petunjuk penting tentang keberhasilan proses pendidikan di perguruan tinggi. Tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa dewasa ini terdapat “tekanan” untuk pengembangan employability di perguruan tinggi sebagai wujud tuntutan masyarakat akan kualitas perguruan tinggi yang dapat dipertanggung jawabkan secara nyata. Unika Atma Jaya (UAJ) menyadari bahwa keragaman sudut pandang menjadikan employability sebuah sasaran yang sulit ditentukan. Menyadari kesulitan tersebut, UAJ khususnya Biro Kemahasiswaan, Alumni, dan Pembimbingan Karir Mahasiswa (BKAK) menggali data dari lapangan, yaitu lapangan lembaga pemberi kerja (yang menjadi partner UAJ dalam career fair, melalui sarana kuesioner), dan lapangan alumni UAJ sendiri yang telah menjadi yang terdepan dalam bidang profesinya (melalui diskusi kelompok terarah pada sebuah Malam Alumni). Eksplorasi ini dilakukan pada tahun 2018, baik secara kualitatif maupun kuantitatif. Penggalian data ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara lebih persis harapan-harapan yang menduduki frekuensi tertinggi sebagai atribut employability yang perlu dikembangkan secara khusus melalui jalur magang. Hasil penggalian memperlihatkan adanya tiga atribut employability teratas, yakni (1) Assertive communication and critical thinking (Kemampuan untuk mengungkapkan diri secara apa adanya namun penuh rasa hormat dan tidak khawatir menggunakan daya kritis), (2) Integrity (Kekuatan dan keberanian untuk bertindak benar sekalipun tidak ada dukungan), dan (3) Resilience (Daya lenting atau kapasitas untuk memulihkan diri dan bertumbuh dari pengalaman yang mengganggu dan menekan). Ringkasnya, diakronimkan sebagai “AIR”. AIR diimplementasikan “secara sandwich” dalam bentuk program pendampingan magang berkelanjutan yaitu selama 6 bulan, dengan pertemuan sebulan sekali kepada mahasiswa yang sedang magang di BUMN. Bentuk kegiatan adalah pelatihan berupa input materi, aktivitas terkait tema, dan career coaching, serta kelompok sharing yang didampingi oleh alumni. Selama magang, mereka tidak dilepas begitu saja, tetapi ditemani dan diberikan bekal terkait dinamika dunia kerja. Hasilnya adalah mereka mendapatkan soft-skill terkait persiapan karir yang disinergikan pengalaman langsung di lapangan melalui magang.

Skabiosis merupakan penyakit kulit menular yang sering dijumpai pada hewan dan cenderung sulit disembuhkan. Penyakit ini disebabkan oleh tungau Sarcoptes scabiei atau Notoedres cati pada kucing. Skabiosis menyerang kucing pada semua tingkat usia. Kucing yang terinfeksi menimbulkan, alopecia,dermatitis, anemia, gangguan hipersensitivitas, dan ketidaknyaman bagi kucing. Selain itu dapat menular kepada manusia (zoonosis) penelitian dengan metode deskriptif ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besar prevalensi skabiosis pada pasien kucing di Klinik Scotty Pet Care Mataram, jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 14 ekor kucing yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Peneguhan diagnosa skabiosis dilakukan dengan 2 tahap : pemeriksaan terhadap gejala klinis dan pemeriksaan laboratoris. Pemeriksaan laboratoris hanya dilakukan pada sampel yang dengan gejala klinis skabiosis. Pemeriksaan sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik scraping. Teknik scraping dilakukan dengan cara kerokan kulit diambil di area sekitar lesi kemudian diletakan pada object glass dan ditetesi KOH 10% kemudian ditutupi dengan cover glass dan diperiksa dibawah mikroskop dengan pembesaran 400x. Hasil penelitian menunjukan positif 8 dari 14 sampel dengan prevalensi skabiosis pada pasien kucing di klinik scotty pet care mataram adalah 57%.

Smart systems have been massively developed to help humans in various tasks. Deep Learning technologies push even further in creating accurate assistant systems due to the explosion of data lakes. One of the smart system tasks is to disseminate users needed information. This is crucial in the tourism sector to promote local tourism destinations. In this research, we design a model of local tourism specific image captioning, which later will support the development of AI-powered systems that assist various users. The model is developed using a visual Attention mechanism and uses the state-of-the-art feature extractor architecture EfficientNet. A local tourism dataset is collected and is used in the research, along with two different kinds of captions. Captions that describe the image literally and captions that represent human logical responses when seeing the image. This is done to make the captioning model more humane when implemented in the assistance system. We compared the performance of two different models using EfficientNet architectures (B0 and B4) with other well known VGG16 and InceptionV3. The best BLEU scores we get are 73.39 and 24.51 for the training set and the validation set respectively, using EfficientNetB0. Delivery cargo is a job of moving goods from the pile or a heap in the warehouse, handing it to be arranged on the vehicle and sending it to the receiving warehouse (consignee). The delivery of goods in the form of fertilizer carried out by PT. PUSRI (Pupuk Sriwijaya) at the Port of Tanjung Emas Semarang from the first line warehouse to each branch of the receiving warehouse throughout Indonesia experienced problems. The problem faced in the activities of the cargo delivery is the delay in the process of shipping goods caused by one of them by a bad warehouse inventory management system so that dwelling time is getting longer. Therefore, a good warehouse inventory management system is needed. This system has several functions, among others, as storing detailed information of goods and pointing to the location of goods. Warehouse inventory management system created with the Internet of Things was developed to track the goods / products that were previously recorded. In monitoring all information used Aduino. the web was built to provide comfort and ease in finding goods / products. With this system the cost required is low and efficient and very easy to use.

The accurate analysis of pests and diseases of the chili plants can determine the right solution to reduce the production failure of plants. But the number of horticulture experts who can help to diagnose pests and diseases of the chili plants is still limited. The expert system is built with the aim to help diagnosing pests and diseases of the chili plant. This expert system extracts expert’s knowledge by using inference engine. The inference engine used is the Forward Chaining, which works by analyzing symptoms to achieve a demanded conclusion. The incompleteness of the experts’ domain knowledge and the difference of the expert sources or the incompleteness of information provided by the expert system users, can lead into uncertain result of the expert system. The application of Certainty Factors in Expert System is able to anticipate Uncertainty from the Expert System result. The result presented by the expert system is in the form disease names, the definition, the solution and the certainty value from conclusion.
