Aile kurumunun sosyal, siyasal, kültürel vb. birçok işlevi yanında eğitim işlevi, en önemlilerinden biridir. Ebeveyn, bireylerin ilk öğretmenleridir ve ebeveynin çocuk eğitimi konusundaki yeterliklere sahiplik düzeyleri çok önemlidir. Araştırmanın temel amacı, ebeveynin çocuk eğitimi konusundaki yeterliklerini belirlemektir. Böylelikle, ebeveynin çocuk eğitimi konusundaki yeterliklerini iyileştirmek amaçlı yapılacak eğitsel çalışmalara bilimsel verilerin temin edilmesi amaçlanıştır. Araştırma, tarama modelinde yürütülen betimsel ve nicel bir çalışmadır. Veriler, ilkokulda çocuğu eğitim gören 668 veliden toplanmıştır. Örneklem grup, tesadüfi örnekleme yoluyla belirlenmiştir. Araştırmanın verileri “Kişisel Bilgi Formu” ve “Çocuk Eğitimi Yeterliği Ölçeği (ÇEYÖ)” ile toplanmıştır. Araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen ve geçerlik güvenirlik çalışması yapılmış olan ÇEYÖ, 5 faktör altında toplanmış 37 maddeden oluşan beşli likert tipi bir ölçektir. Veriler üzerinde başlıca; aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, t testi, Anova testi, Tukey testi ve Pearson r korelasyon testi analizleri yapılmıştır. Analizler sonunda ebeveynlerin üç faktör açısından kendilerini çok yetersiz, iki faktör açısındansa yetersiz olarak değerlendirdikleri belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca ebeveynlerin; anne ya da baba olma durumlarına, çocuk sayılarına, yaşlarına, eğitim durumlarına, mesleklerine göre çocuk eğitimi konusundaki yeterlik düzeyleri bazı faktörlerde farklılaşırken bazılarında farklılaşmamaktadır. Ebeveynlerin yaşları ve çocuk sayıları ile çocuk eğitimi konusundaki özdeğerlendirmeleri arasında anlamlı ve pozitif ilişkilerin bulunduğu gözlenmiştir. Sonuçlar çerçevesinde ebeveynlerin çocuk eğitimi konusundaki yeterliklerinin iyileştirilmesine dönük önerilerde bulunulmuştur. Education is undoubtedly one of the most important functions of a family, alongside the various other social, political, economic and cultural roles a family plays. Parents are the first teachers, and their degree of competence in child education is very important. The main purpose of the study is to determine the competences of parents with regard to child education. As such, it is intended to provide scientific data to form the basis for educational work to improve parents' competences. This is a descriptive and quantitative study carried out using the scanning model. The data were collected from 668 parents whose children were primary school students. The sample group was determined by random sampling. The data of the study were collected using the Personal Information Form and the Child Education Competency Scale (CECS). Developed by researchers and tested for validity and reliability, the CECS is a five-point Likert-type scale consisting of 37 item collected under five factors. Arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t test, Anova test, Tukey test and Pearson r correlation test were performed on the data. At the end of the analyses, it was determined that parents evaluated themselves as very inadequate in three factors and inadequate in two factors. In addition, it was found that parents' level of competency in child education according to gender, number of children, age, educational background and profession varied in some factors while remaining stable in others. Moreover, there was a significant and positive correlation between parents’ age and number of children and their self-evaluations about child education. In the concluding section, suggestions are made about how improve parents' competences in child education.

Şenel, Selma (Balikesir Author), Nitelikli insan gücünün yetiştirilebilmesi ve eğitim yatırımlarının yerine ulaşması için öğrenci başarısının ölçülmesi ve ölçme sonuçlarının değerlendirilerek, eğitimin sonraki sürecinin belirlenmesi gerekmektedir. Bu noktada öğretmenlerin ölçme ve değerlendirme (Ö&D) konularındaki bilgi, tecrübe ve yeterlilikleri belirleyici bir rol oynamaktadır. Bu araştırmada Kimya öğretmenlerinin Ö&D alanında yetersiz hissettikleri konuları ve bu alanda yaşadıkları problemleri ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır. Uygulamadaki Ö&D sorunlarına, kavram ve uygulama yanılgılarına odaklı derinlemesine bir analiz yapmak amacıyla nitel bir yaklaşım benimsenmiştir. Her biri 6 öğretmenden oluşan iki odak grup görüşmesi yapılmıştır. Veriler, içerik analizi ile çözümlemiştir. Verilerin analizi sonucunda, öğretmenlerin özellikle soru yazma ve alternatif Ö&D araçlarını kullanma konularında yetersizlik duydukları sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ö&D alanında yaşanan temel problemler ise; iyi bir ölçme yapabilmenin uzun ve güç bir süreç olması, eğitim sisteminin Ö&D’ye dayatmaları, kaliteli soru örnekleri/havuzlarının olmaması ve hizmet içi eğitimlerin etkisiz olması olarak bulunmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda uygulamaya dönük hizmet içi eğitimler ve değişen öğretim programlarıyla birlikte güncellenebilecek eğitim materyallerinin tasarlanması yönünde öneriler sunulmuştur., This research aimed to reveal the insufficiencies and problems of chemistry teachers in measurement and evaluation (M&E). A qualitative approach has been adopted in order to make an in-depth determination. Data were collected by focus group interview. The interviews were held with two groups of 6 participants each and results were analyzed with content analysis. Inter-coder rating between encoders was found 89.47%. As a result of the research, two themes emerged in parallel with research purpose. These are Chemistry teachers' (i) insufficiencies and (ii) practice problems in M&E. In “insufficiencies” theme, it was seen that teachers were most concerned about "developing items" and "alternative assessment methods". The biggest problems are "long and difficult process of M&E" and "pressure of the education system on the M&E". According to results, we propose organizing in-service trainings about developing a valid and reliable test, item development, alternative assessment and graded scoring.

Bu araştırmanın amacı, sosyal hizmetler önlisans programı öğrencilerinin bölümlerine yönelik tutumları ile gelecek beklentilerini belirlemek ve bölüme yönelik tutum ile gelecek beklentisi düzeylerinin sosyo-demografik değişkenler açısından anlamlı bir farklılık gösterip göstermediğini incelemektir. Araştırmanın örneklemini Mardin Artuklu Üniversitesi Midyat, Artvin Üniversitesi Borçka Acarlar, Siirt Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler ve Eruh meslek yüksekokullarında sosyal hizmetler bölümünde okuyan 299 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak; araştırmacılar tarafından hazırlanan sosyo-demografik veri formu, Tuncer (2011) tarafından geliştirilen Gelecek Beklentileri Ölçeği ve Karaca ve Gökçek Karaca (2017) tarafından geliştirilen Sosyal Hizmet Bölümüne Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın en önemli sonucu sosyal hizmetler bölümü öğrencilerinin bölüme yönelik tutumları ile gelecek beklentilerinin olumlu olduğu ve iki değişken arasında pozitif yönlü bir ilişki olduğudur. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre, öğrencilerin cinsiyet, medeni durum, yaş, okul ve sınıf düzeylerine göre bölüme yönelik tutum ve gelecek beklentisi arasında anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmamıştır. Sosyal hizmetler bölümüne isteyerek gelen ve bölümü kişiliğine uygun gören öğrencilerin bölüme yönelik tutumları ile gelecek beklentilerinin anlamlı derecede yüksek olduğu görülmüştür., The aim of this study is to research attitudes toward department and future expectations levels of students at the social services department; and to determine whether attitude toward department and future expectations levels show significant difference in terms of socio-demographic variables. The sampling population of the research is composed of 299 students at the social services department of Mardin Artuklu University Midyat, Artvin University Borçka Acarlar, Siirt University Sosyal Bilimler and Eruh vocational schools. In this study, socio-demographic data form prepared by the researchers, Future Expectations Scale developed by Tuncer (2011) and The Scale of Attitude towards Social Work Department developed by Karaca & Gökçek Karaca (2017) have been used as data collection tools. The most important finding of the research is that attitudes toward department and future expectations among students positive significant relationship has been identified. According to the results of the research, while attitude toward department and future expectation levels of students have not been found significant discrepancy depending on their gender, marital status, age, university and class levels. It has been observed that the future expectation and attitude toward department scores of students who choose this department willingly and approve to personality are significantly higher than other students.

Koreli yazar Han Kang Vejetaryen isimli romanına kadın kahraman Yonğhe’nin vejetaryen olmaya karar vermesi ile başlar. Bu kararı onu ve çevresindekileri de etkileyecek bir karardır. Böylelikle yemek yeme eyleminin ve seçimlerinin kimlikle olan ilişkisi de anlatılır., Han Kang’s novel Vegetarian is the story of a woman heroine who refuses to eat meat and choses to be a vegetarian in medias res. This choice of her would be affecting not only her but also the people beside her. This situation at first seems like a personal choice. However the outcomes would also be affecting her relationship with her family as well. As the novel progresses, she who refuses to eat anything which would lead to her destruction. The novel questions the relationship between food consumption, food choices and gender roles. Meat consumption is regarded as a metaphor of the patriarchal system throughout the novel. Therefore, the woman heroine Yonğhe refuses the system and challenges with her own body. This way the novel analyses the act of eating and choosing food and its relation with identity.

Bu calismanin temel amaci, sinif ogretmeni adaylarinin elestirel dusunme standartlari ile demokrasiye yonelik tutumlarini bazi degiskenler acisindan incelemektir. Arastirmada tarama modellerinden betimsel tarama modeli kullanilmistir. Arastirmanin evrenini Cukurova Universitesi'nde egitim fakultesinde ogrenim goren 1, 2, 3 ve 4. sinif ogretmeni adaylari olusturmaktadir. Arastirmada evrenin coguna ulasildigindan ayrica orneklem secimine gidilmemistir. Arastirmaya 326 ogretmen adayi katilmistir. Arastirmada veri toplama araci olarak; Oral (2008) tarafindan gelistirilen "Demokrasiye Yonelik Tutum" olcegi ile Aybek, Aslan, Dincer ve Coskun-Arisoy (2015) tarafindan gelistirilmis olan "Elestirel Dusunme Standartlari" olcegi kullanilmistir. Verilerin analizinde betimsel istatistik ve cok degiskenli varyans analizi (MANOVA) kullanilmistir. Arastirma sonucunda ogretmen adaylari, elestirel dusunme standartlari ile demokrasiye yonelik tutum olceklerine katiliyorum duzeyinde gorus belirttikleri gorulmustur. Ogretmen adaylarinin; elestirel dusunme standartlari puanlari ile demokrasiye yonelik tutum puanlari cinsiyet ve universiteye giris puan turu degiskenleri acisindan anlamli farklilik bulunmazken, sinif duzeyleri ve mezun olunan lise turleri acisindan anlamli farklilik bulunmustur. Arastirma bulgularina dayali olarak oneriler gelistirilmistir.

Bu makalede epistemolojik inançları ortaya koyan ve Schommer tarafından geliştirilen İngilizce ölçeğin Deryakulu ve Büyüköztürk tarafından gerçekleştirilen Türkçe uyarlamasının, Fen Bilgisi, Sosyal Bilgiler, Türkçe ve Sınıf Öğretmenliği bölümlerinden 1242 öğretmen adayı üzerinde geçerlik ve güvenirliğinin test edilmesi süreci anlatılacaktır. Açımlayıcı faktör analizinde üç faktörlü yapının toplam varyansın %45'ini açıkladığı ve Cartell, Velicer ve Horn testlerinin üç faktörlü yapıyı doğruladığı bulunmuştur. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizinde üç faktörlü yapıya uyum parametreleri iyi seviyede (RMSEA = 0.05, NFI = 0.95, NNFI = 0.96, GFI = 0.90, AGFI = 0.88, CFI = 0.96) bulunmuştur. Üç faktörlü yapıda alt boyutlar için alfa iç tutarlılık güvenirlik katsayıları çaba alt boyutu için 0.88, yetenek alt boyutu için 0.88 ve tek bir doğru alt boyutu için 0.85 olarak bulunmuştur. Tüm analizler sonucunda ölçeğin üç boyutlu yapıda geçerli ve güvenilir olduğu gösterilmiş ve zayıf bulunan maddeler için önerilerde bulunulmuştur. In this study the validity and reliability study of epistemological beliefs scale developed by Schommer and adapted by Deryakulu and Büyüköztürk on 1242 Class, Turkish, Science and Social Sciences preservice teachers was explained. In exploratory faktor analysis, it was found that three factor structure explained 45% of total variance and Cartell, Velicer and Horn tests confirmed three factor structure. In confirmatory factor analysis the goodness-of-fit statistics to three factor structure were found good (RMSEA = 0.05, NFI = 0.95, NNFI = 0.96, GFI = 0.90, AGFI = 0.88, CFI = 0.96). The alfa internal consistency coefficients were found as 0.88 for effort, 0.88 for ability and 0.85 for single truth subdimensions. As a result of all analyses, the scale was found valid and reliable with three factor structure and some recommendations were made for weak items.

Seyyid Kutub tarafından kaleme alınan “Fî zilâli’l-Kur’ân”, ictimâî tefsir ekolünün bakış açısıyla yazılmış bir tefsirdir. Bu eser, Kur’ân’ın gölgesinde toplumun ıslahını, huzur ve mutluluğunu temin etmek amacıyla yazılmıştır. Klasik tefsir anlayışının dışında farklı bir üslupla yazılan bu kitap, birçok dile tercüme edilerek kısa bir sürede İslâm dünyasında yayılmıştır. Fî zilâli’l-Kur’ân, gündelik hayata dokunması ve toplumsal sorunlara Kur’ân ve hadîslerle doğrudan çözüm bulmaya çalışması yönüyle rağbet görmüştür. Bu bağlamda tefsir sahasına yeni bir soluk getiren ve belli konularda referans alınan bu tefsirde bulunan hadîslerin kaynağını ve sıhhatini bilmek büyük önem arz etmektedir. İşte bu makalede, Fî zilâli’l-Kur’ân’da bulunan rivâyetlerin istatistiksel kaynak ve sıhhat analizi yapılarak tablolar içerisinde takdim edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Rivâyetlerin büyük çoğunluğunun temel hadîs kaynaklarında olduğu ve sıhhat açısından bir sorununun olmadığı görülmüştür. “Fî zilâli'l-Qur’ân”written by Sayyid Qutub, is a commentary writing in a societal interpretation method. This work has been written to ensure the peace and pleasure of the society in the shadow of the Qur'an. This book, written rather differently than the classical interpretation methodical books, has been translated into many languages and has spread rapidly within the İslâmic world. Fî zilâli'l-Qur'ân has acquired a great desire as it touches to everyday life and tries to find solutions for social problems with direct referance from the Qur'an and hadiths. In this context, it is highly important to know the origin and truthfulness of the hadiths found in this tafsir that brought a new solution to the field of commentary and is taken as a reference in certain social matters. In this study, we made tried to present statistical source and authenticity analysis of the narrative in Fî zilâ’li'l-Qur’ân in tables.. It is seen that the great majority of the references are in the main hadith sources and there is no problem in terms of authenticity.

Bayar, Hasret (Balikesir Author), Bu çalışmanın amacı çürütme metinlerinin okunmasının ardından odak grup görüşmeleri ile tartışılmasının öğretmen adaylarının epistomolojik inançları üzerine etkisini araştırmaktır. Bu anlamda çalışmanın odak noktası matematik öğretmen adaylarının epistomolojik inançlarıdır. Çalışmada ön-test son-test kontrol gruplu deneysel desen uygulanmıştır. Çalışmanın örneklemini 10 kişilik matematik öğretmenliği son sınıf öğrencisi oluşturmaktadır. Kontrol grubunun aksine deney grubunda çürütme metinleri bireysel olarak okunmuş ve ardından yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme soruları kullanılan odak grup görüşmesi ile tartışılmıştır. Öğretim senaryolarının ön test ve son test olarak uygulanması ile toplanan veriler Mann Whitney U testi kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Ön-test sonuçlarına göre denkleştirilen grupların öğretim senaryolarından aldıkları son-test puanları arasında deney grubu lehine anlamlı bir fark olduğu görülmektedir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, çürütme metinlerinin odak grup görüşmeleri ile tartışılması öğretmen adaylarının epistemolojik inançlarında anlamlı bir farklılaşmaya sebep olmaktadır., – The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the discussion of the refutation texts with focus group interviews on the epistemological beliefs of the pre-service mathematics teachers after the reading of the refutation texts. The focal point of the study is the epistemological beliefs of the pre-service mathematics teachers. Experimental design with pre-test post-test control group was used in the study. The sample of the study consisted of 10 last year pre-service mathematics teachers. Unlike the control group, in the experimental group, the refutation texts were individually read and then discussed as a group with semi-structured interview questions. Data collected with instructional scenarios were analyzed using the Mann Whitney U test. According to the study results, there was a significant difference between the post-test scores of the equalized groups of instructional scenarios in favor of the experimental group. The discussion of the refutation texts with focus group interviews caused a significant differentiation in the epistemological beliefs of the teacher candidates

Sağlık, hayatın en temel öğelerinden biriyken sağlık eğitimi her geçen gün daha da önem kazanmaktadır. Özellikle eğitimin temellerinin atıldığı ilköğretimde sağlık eğitiminin öğrenciyi nasıl etkilediği önemli bir konudur. İlköğretim programlarındaki sağlık eğitimine genel olarak bakıldığında, farklı disiplinlere yerleştirilmiş bir ara disiplin olarak yer aldığı görülmektedir. Sağlık eğitimi, farklı öğretmenler tarafından farklı disiplinler aracılığı ile öğrenciyi farklı açılardan etkilemektedir. Bu durum, öğrencinin ilköğretimde kazandığı sağlığa yönelik tutum ve davranışlarının ileriki yaşantısını farklı şekillerde etkileyebileceği sonucunu doğurmaktadır. Tüm bu varsayımlardan hareketle çalışmanın amacı, ilköğretim öğrencilerinin sağlığa yönelik tutumlarını tespit etmek için bir tutum ölçeği geliştirmektir. Çalışmanın ilk aşamasında, ilköğretim öğrencilerinin sağlığa yönelik tutumları belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Sonraki aşamada bu tutumlar ölçülebilir bir forma dönüştürülmüştür. Bu amaçla önce bir madde havuzu oluşturulmuştur. Daha sonra bu madde havuzundan seçilen maddeler, üçlü Likert tipi bir ölçeğe dönüştürülmüştür. Balıkesir merkez ve merkeze bağlı köy okullarından rastgele seçilen üç ilköğretim okulunda 6 ve 7. Sınıftan 234 öğrenciye bu ölçek uygulanmıştır. Ölçeğin geçerlik çalışmasında kapsam ve yapı geçerliği sınanmıştır. Kapsam geçerliği için tutum ifadelerinin belirlenmesi sırasında alınan uzman görüşleri uygun ve yeterli sayılmıştır. Ölçeğin yapı geçerliliğini ortaya koymak amacı ile açımlayıcı faktör analizi yapılmıştır. Bu analizler sonucunda ölçeğin “Sağlık Sorumluluğu”, “Çevre ve Güvenlik Sağlığı” ve “Bütünüyle Sağlıklı Bir İnsan” olmak üzere üç faktörden oluştuğu görülmüştür. Ölçeğin Cronbach alpha katsayısı 0.968 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Madde ayırt ediciliklerinin belirlenmesi için %27’lik üst-alt grup tekniği ile analiz yapılmıştır. Bu bağlamda yapılan geçerlik ve güvenirlik analizleri ve alınan uzman görüşleri neticesinde 34 maddelik bir sağlık tutum ölçeği ortaya çıkmıştır., Health is one of the most fundamental elements of life and health education is increasing its importance each day. The manner health education influences students especially in primary education, where the foundations of education are laid, is an important topic. When the health education curriculum in primary schools is examined in general, it can be observed that it is in the form of an interim discipline embedded in various disciplines. Health education influences students in various aspects through various disciplines by means of various teachers. This condition leads to the conclusion that the attitude and behavior acquired by the student in primary education regarding health influences his/her life in the future in various forms. Based on all these assumptions, the purpose of the study is to develop an attitude scale in order to determine the attitudes of primary school students on health. In this context, the stages required for the preparation and development of a scale have been followed respectively. The validity analyses of the scale were performed and its reliability was determined. Furthermore, the differences between the mean scores of the lower 27% and upper 27% groups were tested with the unrelated t test. As a result, by consulting expert opinions a valid and reliable 34 item student health attitude scale was attempted to be developed.

The main purpose of this research was to reveal the perceptions of secondary educationstudents related to the concepts of “mathematics teacher” and “mathematics course” throughmetaphors. This research was designed qualitatively, and phenomenology research modelwas used. In this research, the phenomenon that was focused during the research process wasdetermined as how secondary education students conceptualized their thoughts on mathematicsteacher and mathematics course through the metaphors. The attitudes towards the mathematicscourse and mathematics teacher affect them mutually. Moreover, 6th grade students resembledthe mathematics course to the science course. Upon emergence of this situation, too muchnumerical subjects in the 6th grade Science and Technology curriculum and encountering thesubjects in mathematics course as well as in the science course was efficient. In accordancewith these obtained results, it can be suggested to search for the real factors that cause theperception of mathematic course’s being difficult and boring in some students’ mind., Bu araştırmanın temel amacı ortaokul öğrencilerinin “matematik öğretmeni” ve“matematik dersi” kavramlarına ilişkin algılarını metaforlar aracılığıyla ortaya çıkarmaktır.Bu araştırma nitel olarak desenlenmiş ve olgubilim (fenomenoloji) araştırma modelikullanılmıştır. Bu araştırmada araştırma sürecinde üzerine odaklanılan olgu ortaokulöğrencilerinin matematik öğretmeni ve matematik dersi hakkındaki düşüncelerini metaforyardımı ile nasıl kavramsallaştırdıkları olarak belirlenmiştir. Matematik dersine yönelik vematematik öğretmenine yönelik tutumlar karşılıklı olarak birbirini etkilemektedir. Ayrıca 6.sınıföğrencileri matematik dersini fen dersine benzetmektedirler. Bu durumun ortaya çıkmasında,6.sınıf Fen ve Teknoloji dersi müfredatının sayısallığının fazla olması ve bu nedenle de matematikdersinde işlenen konuların fen dersinde de öğrencilerin karşısına sık sık çıkması etkili olmuştur.Elde edilen bu sonuçlar doğrultusunda alana katkı sağlaması adına; öğrencilerin belli birbölümünün zihninde oluşan matematik dersinin zor ve sıkıcı bir ders olduğu algısına nedenolan gerçek faktörlerin araştırılması önerisinde bulunulabilir.

Eğitim sürecinde gündeme gelen yeni öğrenme yaklaşımlarından biri tersyüz sınıf modelidir. Teknolojinin eğitim ortamlarında kullanımının günümüzdeki en güncel örneklerinden bir tanesi olan tersyüz sınıf modelinde dersin teorik kısmı sınıf dışındaki zamanda öğrencinin kendisi tarafından edinilmekte, sınıf içindeki zamanda ise aktif öğrenme etkinlikleri gerçekleştirilmektedir. Hem ders öncesinde hem sınıf zamanında gerçekleştirilen etkinlikler eğitimci tarafından farklılık ve çeşitlilik göstermektedir. Bu bağlamda oyunlaştırma bu modeldeki aktif öğrenme etkinlikleri için kullanılabilecek tekniklerden birisi olabilir. Bu çalışma ile öğrencilerin oyunlaştırılmış tersyüz sınıf modeline yönelik görüşlerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu kapsamda tersyüz sınıf modelinin sınıf içindeki sürecinde oyunlaştırma etkinlikleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırma deseninde karma araştırma yönteminden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Ahi Evran Üniversitesi, Eğitim Fakültesi, Okul Öncesi Eğitimi Ana Bilim dalında öğrenim gören 47 tane 1. sınıf öğrencisi oluşturmaktadır. Uygulama 2015-2016 eğitim-öğretim yılı bahar döneminde Bilgisayar II dersi kapsamında yürütülmüştür. Araştırma kapsamında veri toplama aracı olarak araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen anket ve görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde ise betimsel istatistikler ve betimsel analizler kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda öğrencilerin oyunlaştırılmış tersyüz sınıf modeline yönelik genel olarak olumlu görüşe sahip olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Öğrenciler bu uygulama ile derse hazırlıklı geldiklerini, aktif katılım gerçekleştirdiklerini, eğlenerek öğrendiklerini, etkileşim ve motivasyonlarının arttığını ifade etmişlerdir. Ayrıca diğer dersler için de uygulanabilir bir uygulama olduğunu belirtmişlerdir. Bu sonuçlar, oyunlaştırılmış tersyüz sınıf modelinin eğitim sürecinde kullanımının faydalı olabileceği düşündürmektedir. Yapılacak çalışmalarda farklı oyunlaştırma etkinlikleri farklı örneklem gruplarında ve farklı derslerde uygulanabilir Eğitim sürecinde gündeme gelen yeni öğrenme yaklaşımlarından biri tersyüz sınıf modelidir. Teknolojinin eğitim ortamlarında kullanımının günümüzdeki en güncel örneklerinden bir tanesi olan tersyüz sınıf modelinde dersin teorik kısmı sınıf dışındaki zamanda öğrencinin kendisi tarafından edinilmekte, sınıf içindeki zamanda ise aktif öğrenme etkinlikleri gerçekleştirilmektedir. Hem ders öncesinde hem sınıf zamanında gerçekleştirilen etkinlikler eğitimci tarafından farklılık ve çeşitlilik göstermektedir. Bu bağlamda oyunlaştırma bu modeldeki aktif öğrenme etkinlikleri için kullanılabilecek tekniklerden birisi olabilir. In this study, it is especially focused on analyzing the ideas of the prospective teachers whose competencies are determined about using information technology during the teaching of concepts. This study was planned in the mixed research design and sampling criteria are used. In this study, information technology self-efficacy scale quantitative data were obtained through the information technology -supported teaching, then with the help of the concept teaching form, their ideas for the teaching process were categorized. In the study where the self-efficacy perceptions of prospective teachers were determined at a good level in real terms, the desire to perform experimental activities in virtual and built environments were scored close prettily together. Student teachers have reflected results in accordance with the literature on the support of information technology in the learning environment. When the data was associated with both behavioral and cognitive approaches, it is found meaningful that the teacher candidates enrich their teaching with a teaching model. Çalışmada Dijital Öyküleme yönteminin öğrencilerin Öğretim Teknolojileri'ne yönelik tutumlarına etkisi araştırılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu Mustafa Kemal Üniversitesi Kırıkhan Meslek Yüksekokulunda 2014-2015 öğretim yılı bahar yarıyılında öğrenim gören 20 öğrenciden oluşmaktadır. Her biri iki veya üç kişi olmak üzere toplam yedi gruptan oluşan çalışma grubu öğrencileri, konuları toplumsal kurallar olan dijital öyküler hazırlamışlardır. Tek gruplu ön test - son test modelli yarı deneysel olarak tasarlanan çalışmada öğrencilere uygulama öncesinde ve sonrasında Öğretim Teknolojileri'ne Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği uygulanmıştır. Çalışma sonunda öğrenciler ile görüşme yapılmıştır. Ön test ile son test arasında gerçekleştirilen İlişkili Örneklemler tTesti sonuçlarına göre Dijital Öyküleme Yöntemi'nin öğrencilerin Öğretim Teknolojileri'ne yönelik tutumlarına olumlu yönde etkisi olduğu fakat bu etkinin istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olmadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Görüşme sonuçlarına göre ise dijital öykülerin öğrenme materyali olarak kullanılabileceği, Öğretim Teknolojileri kullanımı ile ilgili bilgi düzeyini ve konuya karşı ilgiyi artırdığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır., In this study, the effect of Digital Storytelling method on the attitudes of students toward teaching technologies is investigated. The study group was composed of 20 students at Mustafa Kemal University's Kırıkhan Vocational School for 2014-2015 spring term academic period. Seven study groups were designed by appointing two or three students for each, and the social norms themed digital stories were prepared as assignments. One grouped pre-test / post-test model based on semi experimental design was chosen for study, and the Education Technologies attitudes scale was performed before and after the study. Following the post-test implementation, interviews with students were also performed. The relational samples created between the pretest and post-test was analyzed via t test. The results indicate that the Digital Storytelling method has a positive effect on students' attitudes toward education technologies, although this result was not statistically significant. According to the interview results, it was also concluded the digital stories can be used as instructional materials, and it can also increase the level of knowledge and interest upon subject via using the education technologies.

The concept of entrepreneurship is a relatively recent concept introduced into educational programs and educational literature and the current study was conducted to determine the entrepreneurship characteristics possessed by pre-service teachers who are expected to educate future generations. The study employed the descriptive survey model. The sampling of the study is comprised of 239 pre-service science teachers from the universities of Kırıkkale and Amasya. The collected data were subjected to exploratory factor analysis (EFA) through SPSS program package and KMO value was found to be .910 and ? reliability value of each factor was calculated to be ranging from .76 to .92. The exploratory factor analysis revealed that the scale is made up of four factors and then confirmatory factor analysis was carried out to confirm the factor structures of the scale. Araştırmada, (1) programda yer alan genel amaçların birbirini tamamlayıcı ve destekler nitelikte olduğu ancak öğrencilere kazandırılabilecek düzeyde olmadığı; (2) en fazla "Atomun Yapısı" ünitesindeki kimya içerik kazanımlarının kazanılmasında sorun yaşandığı; (3) etkinliklerin programda ayrıntılı olarak yer aldığı ancak programın, sınıf ortamında farklı etkinliklerin aynı anda uygulanmasına uygun nitelikteolmadığı; (4) değerlendirmenin içerik ve kazanımla tutarlı olduğu ancak geleneksel ve performansa dayalı ölçme araçlarının programa uygun nitelikte olmadığı sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır., In this study it was aimed to evaluate 10th grade Chemistry Curriculum in terms of general aims, educational attainments, activities and evaluation according to the opinions of teachers who are responsible for implementation of curriculum and to introduce some suggestions for development of the curriculum. Mixed method was used in the study. The results of this study showed that (1) the general aims are complementary and supportive for each other but not in appropriate level for students, (2) the most problematic unit in the curriculum is "The structure of an Atom" because students had problems to gain the educational attainments about this unit, (3) the activities are included in curriculum in details, but the curriculum is not qualified for implementation of different activities in classroom simultaneously, (4) the evaluation is consistent with the content and the educational attainments but traditional and performance-based assessmenttools are not appropriate for the curriculum

Araştırmanın amacı ilköğretim 2. sınıf öğrencilerinin bilgisayar destekli matematik dersinde STAR stratejisinin akademik başarılarına ve problem çözme becerilerine etkisini belirlemektir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2010-2011 eğitim-öğretim yılında Aydın ilinde bir ilköğretim okulunda öğrenim gören 30 tane 2. sınıf öğrencisi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma, 2011 yılı bahar döneminde 7 haftalık bir süreçte gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada “Akademik Başarı Testi”, “Problem Çözme Becerileri Başarı Testi” ve “Problem Çözme Becerilerini Değerlendirme Formu” olmak üzere 3 tane veri toplama aracı kullanılmıştır. Ayrıca uygulama sonunda öğrencilerin bilgisayar destekli matematik derslerine yönelik görüşleri alınmıştır. Araştırmada uygulama öncesinde ve sonrasında elde edilen puanlar arasında bulunan farklılığın istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olup olmadığı incelenmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlar incelendiğinde, STAR stratejisi kullanılarak yürütülen eğitim sonunda öğrencilerin akademik başarılarında ve problem çözme becerilerinde olumlu yönde bir artış belirlenmiştir., The aim of research is to determine the effect of STAR strategy on 2nd grade students’ academic achievement and problem solving skills in the computer assisted mathematics instruction. 30 students who attend to 2nd grade course in a primary school in Aydın in 2010-2011 education year join the study group. The research has been taken place in 7 week. 3 types of tests have been used as means of data collecting tool, “Academic Achievement Test”, “Problem Solving Achievement Test” and “The Evaluation Form of Problem Solving Skills”. At the end of research students’ views about computer assisted mathematics instruction were evaluated. It has been examined that whether the differences between the scores of pre-test and post-test are statistically meaningful or not. According to the results, a positive increase on the academic achievement and problem solving skills has been determined at the end of the education carried out with STAR strategy.

Son yıllarda yapılan çeşitli araştırmalar, öğrencilerin hayatlarında bilgisayar oyunlarına, televizyon, kitap okumak gibi diğer faaliyetlerden daha fazla yer verdiklerini göstermektedir. Öğrencilerin oldukça fazla zamanını alan bu etkinliğin, eğitimci ve oyun sektörünün iş birliğiyle daha verimli hale dönüştürülmesi mümkün görülmektedir. Öğrencilerin hangi oyun türlerini daha çok tercih ettikleri, oyundan zevk almalarını sağlayan unsurların neler olduğunun belirlenmesi, eğitsel içeriğin oyunun oynanabilirliğinin ve eğlencesinin azaltılmadan oyunlara eklenebilmesi, oyunlardaki rekabetin sürece ve öğrencileri etkisi araştırma alanlarından sadece bir kısmıdır. Bu çalışmada bilgisayar oyunu türleri, eğitsel oyunların özellikleri ve eğitsel oyun geliştirebilmek için önerilen eğitsel oyun tasarım modelleri yer almaktadır. Fen ve matematik alanlarında öğrencilerin ders başarılarının, motivasyon ve tutumlarının düşük olması ve kavram yanılgılarının fazla olması nedeniyle, özellikle bu alanda geliştirilecek eğitsel oyunların öneminden bahsedilmiştir. Çalışmada, literatür temelinde eğitsel oyun geliştirmek isteyen eğitimcilere ve sektördeki yazılım geliştiricilere, eğitsel oyun geliştirme sürecine yönelik stratejiler önerilmiştir., Recent research on the subject shows that students spend more time on computer games than other activities such as reading book or watching TV. It is possible that this time-consuming activity can become much more effective by educator-game sector cooperation. Which type of game students prefer mostly; how the educational content can be articulated the games without diminishing the playability and enjoyableness of it; and the impact of the competition in the games on process and students are just several titles examined in the studies. This scope presents the types of computer game, qualities of educational games, and educational games designs which are recommended for developing educational games. It also presents a set of knowledge about the importance of educational games in mathematics and physic education, and some studies on this field. In the scope, some strategies, about educational game development process, are recommended educators and software developers in the sector who intend to develop educational games based on the literature.

Bu çalışmanın amacı bilim şenliği (BŞ) değerlendirme ölçeği kullanılarak öğretmen adaylarının bir projenin kalitesine ilişkin yordayıcılarının incelenmesidir. Bunun için Türkiye'deki bir A ilinden A Bölge Sergisine (İlköğretim Öğrencileri Fen ve Matematik Projeleri Çalışması) seçilmiş otuz proje değerlendirmeye alınmıştır. Projelerin değerlendirmesini 2011-2012 öğretim yılında Türkiye'deki bir A üniversitesinin A eğitim fakültesinde Proje Tabanlı Öğrenme Uygulamaları dersini alan üçüncü sınıfta okuyan otuz öğretmen adayı yapmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, projelerin en düşük alt boyut ölçüt puan ortalaması "Kullanılan Bilimsel Yöntem" boyutu (?=1,35), en yüksek ölçek altboyut puan ortalaması ise "Kullanışlılık" boyutu (?=1,64) olarak belirlenmiştir. Şaşırtıcı bir şekilde toplam kalite puanını en düşük yordayıcı boyut "Kullanılan Bilimsel Yöntem" boyutudur. Proje yarışmaları ve proje tabanlı öğrenme uygulamaları öğrencilerde bilimsel araştırma becerilerini geliştirmeyi hizmet etmesi amacıyla yapılmalıdır. Öğretmen adayları ve öğretmenlerin proje yarışmalarına bu perspektiften bakmaları için gerekli önlemler alınmalıdır., This study aimed at examining the predictors of quality of science fair (SF) projects in the light of pre-service teachers' evaluation of SF rubric' domains. These projects were selected by judges in A city for the A Regional Exhibition of Science and Mathematics Project Study for Primary School Students: The SF projects were evaluated by thirty junior pre-service teachers who took the Projects Based Learning Applications course at A University A Faculty of Education in the Fall Term of the academic year of 2011-2012. The results of study revealed that the lowest mean scores of the domain of SF rubric was the method domain ( =1.35), and the highest mean scores of the domain of SF rubric was the utility domain ( =1.64) according to the results of the descriptive statistics. Surprisingly, the methods domain was one of the weakest predictors of overall scores of the SF rubric. It is important that project competitions and project based learning applications should do to help students to gain the scientific research skills. The necessary steps should be taken to help teachers and preservice teachers to look at the science fair and preparing SF projects from this perspective

Bu çalışmada, lise ve üniversite düzeyinde müzik eğitimi alan öğrencilerin bireysel çalgı derslerine ilişkin tükenmişlik düzeylerini belirlemede kullanılabilecek geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçek geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Ölçek geliştirme sürecinde önce açımlayıcı faktör analiziyle faktör yapıları belirlenmiştir. Açımlayıcı faktör analizi sonucunda tek faktörlü bir yapı ortaya çıkmıştır. Sonrasında, doğrulayıcı faktör analiziyle analiz yapılmıştır. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizinde hata varyansı yüksek olan bir madde ölçekten elenmiştir. Doğrulayıcı faktör analiziyle uyum indekslerinin yüksek olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ölçeğin Cronbach Alfa güvenirlik katsayısı .97 olarak hesaplanmıştır. 36 maddelik ölçeğin lise ve üniversite düzeyindeki müzik eğitimi alan öğrencilerin bireysel çalgı derslerine ilişkin tükenmişlik düzeylerini belirlemede kullanılabilecek bir yapı ve güvenirlikte olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır, This study aimed to create a valid and reliable scale to determine the burnout levels of high school and university music students in their individual instrument courses. In the development of the scale, the authors used exploratory factor analysis to identify the factor structure. The analysis revealed a single-factor structure. Afterwards, a confirmatory factor analysis was administered, leading to one item with a high error variance being removed from the scale. Confirmatory factor analysis indicated that the fit indices were high. The Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient of the scale was found to be 0.97. The study determined that the 36-item scale was reliable and had a suitable structure for determining the burnout levels of high school and university music students in their individual instrument courses

Bu çalışmanın amacı, ilköğretim 5. sınıf fen ve teknoloji öğretim programı canlılar dünyasını gezelim tanıyalım ünitesinin sağlamlığının incelenmesidir. Çalışmada canlılar dünyasını gezelim tanıyalım ünitesi kazanımlarının farklı sosyoekonomik yapıya sahip okullardaki ulaşılabilirliği, kazanımları arasındaki örüntünün uygunluğu incelenmiştir. Araştırma tarama modelleri içinde yürütülmüştür. Araştırma Bartın merkez ilçede farklı sosyoekonomik yapıya sahip okullardaki 371 öğrenci üzerinde yürütülmüştür. Araştırma sonucunda şu bulgulara ulaşılmıştır: Öğretim sürecinin başında kazanımlara farklı sosyoekonomik yapıya sahip okullarda farklı düzeylerde ulaşıldığı görülmüştür. Öğretim süreci sonunda 15 kazanıma tam öğrenme düzeyinde ulaşılamamıştır. Öğretim süreci sonunda .75 düzeyinde kazanıma en fazla ulaşabilen okullar orta, üst ve alt düzey okul grupları olarak sıralanmaktadır. Hedeflenen kazanımlara ulaşma düzeyi düzeyleri açısından alt-orta ve üst sosyoekonomik yapıya sahip okullar arasında anlamlı farklılaşma bulunmuştur. Kazanımlar arasındaki mantıki örüntü, istatistiksel örüntü tarafından doğrulanmaktadır, The aim of this study is to determine adequacy of 5th Science and Technology Curricula’s Let’s Walk Around and Learn the Biology Unit. The accessibility of the acquisitions of Let’s Learn about the World of Biology Unit in different schools with different socioeconomic structures, the convenience of patterns between the acquisitions. In this research, survey method has been applied. The study was carried out with 371 students at schools with different socioeconomic structure in Bartın. The following findings are obtained as a result of this study: At the beginning of teaching acquisitions have been reached at different levels. At the end of the teaching process students could not achieve all 15 acquisitions of the unit at level of mastery learning. When the number of behavior at .75 level realized at the end of the educational term was made proportional to the level of schools, it was found that the schools were rated from the highest level to the lowest level as “medium, high and low” level schools. It was established that there was a statistically difference at the .05 between school levels considering the realization rate of aimed behaviors. The responsibility lies with the authors of papers, Bu araştırmanın amacı üniversite öğrencilerinin eleştirel okuma becerilerini ölçmede kullanılabilecek bir ölçek geliştirmektir. Ölçeğin geçerlilik ve güvenirlik çalışmaları toplam 1360 öğrencinin katılımıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Açımlayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizi sonucunda ölçeğin, toplam varyansın %53,857’sini’ini açıklayan 5 faktörlü bir yapıya sahip olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ölçeğin Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) katsayısı 0,947; Barlett Testi anlamlılık değeri 0.000 bulunmuştur. Ölçeğin Cronbach Alpha güvenirlik katsayısı 0,937 olarak bulunmuştur. Ayrıca ölçeğin güvenirliğine ilişkin bilgileri elde etmek amacıyla kararlılık özelliği incelenmiş ve test-tekrar-test yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Ölçeğin kararlılığı için kanıt gösterilebilecek iki uygulama arasındaki korelasyon ,90’dır. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizi de açımlayıcı faktör analizi sonuçlarını doğrulamıştır.

The responsibility lies with the authors of papers, Müzik eğitiminin bir dalı olan keman eğitimi bireyin fiziksel özelliklerini, müzik yeteneğini öne çıkaran bir eğitimdir. Ancak bu süreçte öğrencinin performansını etkileyen birçok değişken olabilir. Çalışmada, GOÜ Eğitim Fakültesi Müzik Öğretmenliği Bölümü Öğrencilerinin keman çalma performanslarını etkileyen değişkenler araştırılmıştır. Çalışmanın amacı müzik öğretmenliği bölümünde öğrenim gören öğrencilerin keman çalma performanslarının ve bunları etkileyebilecek değişkenlerin yıllara göre değişiminin belirlenmesidir. Araştırma 2008-2011 eğitim öğretim yılları içerisinde öğrenim gören öğrencilerin 3 yıllık performanslarının karşılaştırılması yoluyla var olan durumun ortaya konulması şeklinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu araştırmanın örneklemini GOÜ Eğitim Fakültesi Müzik Öğretmenliği bölümünde keman eğitimi alan 12 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Bu araştırma betimsel tarama modeline göre yapılmıştır. Buna göre öğrencilerin sınıf düzeylerine göre performans başarıları karşılaştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla doküman analizi ve görüşme yöntemi kullanılmıştır ve bu belgeler taranmıştır. Ayrıca görüşme için tek soruluk bir form hazırlanmış ve öğrencilerin ifadeleri kaydedilerek analiz edilmiştir. Bu düzeylerin sınıf düzeylerine göre yıllar arasında artması veya azalması incelenmiş nedenleri tartışılmıştır.

Bu çalışmanın amacı ilköğretim 5. sınıf sosyal bilgiler dersi kazanımlarının ulaşılma düzeyini belirlemektir. Çalışmada Tyler'ın hedefe dayalı değerlendirme modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmaya 2010-2011 öğretim yılında Zonguldak ili Ereğli ilçe merkezindeki 5 farklı okuldan 389 ilköğretim 5.sınıf öğrencisi katılmıştır. Çalışmanın verileri başarı testi ile toplanmıştır. Başarı testleri araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilmiştir. Başarı testleri hem ön-test hem de son-test olarak uygulanmıştır. Kazanımların ulaşılma düzeyi için madde güçlük indeksine bakılmıştır. Çalışmada ayrıca programın öğrenci başarısı üzerindeki etkisine Cohens' d testi ile bakılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonunda kazanımların bir çoğuna ulaşılamadığı bulunmuştur, The aim of this study is to identify the attainment degree of the primary school fifth grade social studies course objectives. Tyler’s Objective Based evaluation model was used in this study. Study was conducted on 389 5th graders from 5 different central schools in Zonguldak Eregli in 20102011 academic year. The data were gathered achievement tests. The tests were developed by researches. Achievement tests were applied as a pre-test and post-test. The attainment degree of the objectives was identified by analysing item difficulty index. Moreover, the effect of curriculum on students’ achievement was examined by Cohens’d test. At the end of the study, it was found that most of the objectives couldn’t be accomplished

The purpose of the study was to investigate last year prospective biology and chemistry teachers' satisfaction level with laboratory and laboratory facilities offered by their department and faculty with regard to gender and university. 60 senior prospective Biology Teachers and 101 senior prospective Chemistry Teachers participated in the study. Prospective Science Teacher Satisfaction Scale (PSTSS) was used for obtaining relevant data. PSTSS consists of five sub-scales. For this study, we used "laboratory and its facilities" subscale consisting of 14 items. The alpha (a) level of this subscale was .93. The results pointed out that last year prospective Biology and Chemistry Teachers had a tendency towards satisfaction on biology and chemistry laboratories but not at the desired level. Significant difference was not observed between male and female participants. Most of variance of dependent variable was accounted by the effect of school (university) which suggests that school facilities greatly influence student satisfaction.
