N 6 -methyladenosine (m 6 A) modification - the most prevalent mammalian RNA internal modification - plays key regulatory roles in mRNA metabolism. Current approaches for m 6 A modified RNA analysis limit at bulk-population level, resulting in a loss of spatiotemporal and cell-to-cell variability information. Here we proposed a m 6 A-specific in situ hybridization mediated proximity ligation assay (m 6 AISH-PLA) for cellular imaging of m 6 A RNA, allowing to identify m 6 A modification at specific location in RNAs and image m 6 A RNA with single-cell and single-molecule resolution. Using m 6 AISH-PLA, we investigated the m 6 A level and subcellular location of HSP70 RNA103-m 6 A in each cell in response to heat shock, and found an increased m 6 A modified ratio and an increased distribution ratio in cytoplasm under heat shock stress. m 6 AISH-PLA can serve in the study of m 6 A RNA in single-cell for deciphering epitranscriptomic mechanisms and assisting clinical diagnosis.

One of the principal chants that was raised during the Egyptian uprising of 2011 was aish, huriyya, karama insaniyya, or ‘bread, freedom, human dignity’. This slogan encapsulated the three primary collective action frames that activists employed during the uprising. I argue that these frames were drawn from, and engaged with, three broad themes in Egypt's political discourse that had been developed over the previous decade: poor economic conditions, lack of democracy, and police abuse.

A sampling campaign was carried out to assess the impact of the oil field activities on the concentrations of polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins, polychlorinated dibenzofurans (PCDD/Fs) and dioxin-like polychlorinated biphenyls (dl-PCBs) in ambient air at Umm Al-Aish oil field in northern Kuwait. Sixteen samples were collected from March 2014 to January 2015. The concentrations of ΣPCDD/Fs were relatively high (33.6–586 fg I-TEQ/m3; median: 94.7 fg I-TEQ/m3; 31.2 to 516 fg WHO-TEQ2005/m3; median: 83.7 fg WHO-TEQ2005/m3) compared to those of dl-PCBs (3.9–36.8 WHO-TEQ2005/m3; median 9.9 WHO-TEQ2005/m3). A unique PCDD/F profile that was not previously reported was found. Further investigations should be conducted to establish whether the dioxin profile found in this study is specific for the desulfurization facility located in the study area or from oil flaring in the oil fields located upstream of the study area. The findings suggest that the oil field activities have a significant impact on the PCDD/F concentration in ambient air but a low or negligible influence on dl-PCBs’ levels.

Groundwater recharge is an important component of water budget for any catchment. Quantification of recharge from rainfall is a big challenge for hydrologists, as there is no accurate and robust method to rely upon. Different methods can be found in the literature Xu and Beekman (UNESCO IHP Series No. 64, 2003), but the selection of the appropriate method depends on site characterisation and data availability. This short communication discusses the paper “Distributed recharge estimation for groundwater modelling using WETSPAA model—Gaza Strip, Palestine” by Adnan M. Aish, O. Batelaan and F. De Smedt, and the resulting groundwater recharge amount. A comparison of recharge amount and spatial distribution resulting from the paper and other studies from the literature has been made. This comparison shows that the resulting rainfall recharge of Aish et al. (Arab J Sci Eng 35(1B):155–163, 2010) in some areas is almost double that found in literature.

Responsive and appropriate disability policy is ideally developed through the participation of individuals with disabilities. Using a case study methodology, we have examined the policy review process for a disability income programme in Alberta, Canada. We examined questions of participation and consultation and compared individual and agency involvement. Participation was characterized by sustained interactions with government, face‐to‐face collaboration and transparency. Consultation involved short‐term interactions by invitation only, limited input and was more typical in policy construction. In this study individual involvement was more likely to be consultative, while agency involvement was more participatory. In terms of policy outcomes, neither model was more effective. Instead, the government adhered to its original intent, responding in terms of neo‐liberal ideals of independence and autonomy.

This paper investigates the performance of five supervised machine learning algorithms, including support vector machine (SVM), logistic regression (LogR), decision tree (DT), multiple perceptron neural network (MLP-NN), and K-nearest neighbours (KNN) for predicting the water quality index (WQI) and water quality class (WQC) in the coastal aquifer of the Gaza Strip. A total of 2,448 samples of groundwater were collected from the coastal aquifer of the Gaza Strip, and various physical and chemical parameters were measured to calculate the WQI based on weight. The prediction accuracy was evaluated using five error measures. The results showed that MLP-NN outperformed other models in terms of accuracy with an R value of 0.9945–0.9948, compared with 0.9897–0.9880 for SVM, 0.9784–0.9800 for LogR, 0.9464–0.9247 for KNN, and 0.9301–0.9064 for DT. SVM classification showed that 78.32% of the study area fell under poor to unsuitable water categories, while the north part of the region had good to excellent water quality. Total dissolved solids (TDS) was the most important parameter in WQI predictions while and were the least important. MLP-NN and SVM were the most accurate models for the WQI prediction and classification in the Gaza coastal aquifer.

The desert plain of eastern Arabia slopes gently northeast over Kuwait where it is interrupted only by low hills, depressions, escarpments and shallow wadis. These wadis carry occasional runoff and drainage is mainly internal. Rainfall is variable and averages 100 mm yr. −1 most of it falling during intermittent winter thunderstorms. Average winter lows are 9°C and summer highs 45°C Evaporation potential far exceeds precipitation. High evaporation and low rainfall lead to the formation of a getch layer: a duricrust of gypsum and/or calcite within the desert sands. Underlying Kuwait Group sediments (450 m of sand, gravel and limestone) and Dammam Formation (200 m of dolostone) are the main aquifers in Kuwait. They are underlain by the Rus Formation (125 m of anhydrite) which is an aquiclude. Lenses of fresh groundwater (salinity 200–1400 mg 1 −1 ) occur in the depressions of Raudhatain and Umm Al Aish. Brackish and ultimately salty waters occur in the Kuwait Group and Dammam aquifers. Stable-isotopic analyses of rainwater show a deuterium excess of 10–20%. and reflect influences from both the Indian Ocean and the Mediterranean. Raudhatain and Umm Al Aish samples also lie about meteoric water lines (on a δ 18 0 vs. δ D plot) with averages: δ 18 O = −3 ± 1%., δ D = −10%. and deuterium excess 17%o. They represent rainwater recharge during flooding; no effects of surface evaporation can be detected. In contrast, the brackish paleowaters of the Kuwait Group and Dammam Formation have much lower δ 18 0- (−4.5%.) and δ D- (−35%.) values and are modified meteoric water from a cool wet period in eastern Arabia 11,000–60,000 yr. B.P. No isotopic evidence can be seen for the mixing of the fresh and brackish waters. The Umm Al Aish waters (salinity 200–500 mg 1 −1 are more dilute than Raudhatain (up to 1400 mg 1 −1 where greater draw-off may have caused some intrusion of brackish water. The isotopic compositions of sulfate in the Raudhatain and Umm Al Aish waters (δ 34 S = +15.3–16%. and δ 18 0 = +13.6–15%.) group away from Arabian Gulf seawater and the Rus anhydrite. The source of the sulfate appears to be rainwater-sulfate plus sulfate leached from the getch.

Purpose This research aims to examine the impact of money laundering (ML) and corruption on the asset quality of conventional and Islamic banks. Design/methodology/approach The current study used the data of conventional and Islamic banks of Pakistan from 2012 to 2018. In this study, we used fully modified ordinary least squares, dynamic ordinary least squares and pooled ordinary least square methods to analyze the data. Findings The results found that corruption and ML positively affect the conventional banking non-performing loans (NPLs). In contrast, corruption and ML harm the Islamic bank’s loan portfolio quality. Originality/value To the best of the authors’ knowledge, the relationship between corruption, ML and NPLs in conventional and Islamic banks of Pakistan are examined for the first time. Practical Implications According to the study’s findings, bank authorities should establish an effective method for monitoring loan activities and developing new and innovative products in Islamic banks. Additionally, the Pakistani government needs to improve anti-corruption and anti-ML policies to earn investors’ trust.

ObjectivesCardiovascular disease is one of the leading causes of mortality and morbidity in women. Despite this, even in contemporary research, female patients are poorly represented in trials. This study aimed to explore reasons behind the sex disparity in heart failure (HF) trials.MethodsHF trials published in seven high-impact clinical journals (impact factor >20), between 2000 and 2020, were identified. Trials with over 300 participants of both sexes were included. Large HF registries, as well as population statistics, were also identified using the same criteria.ResultsWe identified 146 HF trials, which included 248 620 patients in total. The median proportion of female patients was 25.8%, with the lowest proportions seen in trials enrolling patients with ischaemic cardiomyopathy (17.9%), severe systolic dysfunction (left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) ConclusionsA significant sex disparity was identified in HF trials, most visible in trials assessing patients with severely reduced LVEF and ischaemic aetiology. This is likely due to a complex interplay between enrolment bias and biological variation. Furthermore, the degree of both these aspects may vary according to trial type. Going forward, we should encourage all HF trials to appraise their recruitment log and suggest reasons for any reported sex disparity.

With a view to testing the possibilities and limitations of geoelectrical methods in exploration and evaluation of groundwater resources in Kuwait, vertical electrical sounding measurements (VES), utilizing the Schlumberger array, were conducted in the Umm Al-Aish area. Here, localized fresh water zones occur in the upper portions of Pleistocene sand and gravel aquifers. Iterative automatic inversion of VES data, coupled with borehole information, resolved with some confidence the dry/saturated and fresh/saline water interfaces and revealed some correspondence between lithostratigraphical units and resistivity values. Maps of resistivity and transverse resistance values agree reasonably with the general hydrogeological condition in the area. The results confirm the hypothesis that potable groundwater is associated with low relief, mainly along the central axial trend of the basin, where seasonal recharge is likely. Correlations have been established between aquifer resistivity and water salinity and to a lesser extent between aquifer transverse resistance and potential area(s) for fresh groundwater production. These correlations could be used to assist in exploration and evaluation of groundwater resources in new target areas in Kuwait where lithostratigraphical and hydrogeological information is very limited.

The major problem facing the development of civil and military laser applications lies in the attempts to obtain short pulses close to the length of the bond that connects the atoms of certain materials. In this paper, an executable program has been constructed to simulate and analyze the generation of ultra-short free electron laser pulses; it contains several parameters directing the creation of short pulses within a time duration of femtoseconds (fs). On analyzing the simulation results, it can be concluded that it is possible to generate ultra-short pulses with a duration of about 7.4 – 87.4 fs with the storage ring free-electron laser Fabry–Perot resonator with noticeably short wavelengths (11.4–190.2) for the output laser beam. In recent years, the world has witnessed many changes in international economic relations, and the global system has crystallized into major economic blocs aimed at strengthening the position of these blocs in the framework of global international trade and economic stability. Accordingly, the research aims to study the impact of the accession of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the membership of some economic blocs on Saudi agricultural foreign trade during the time period (1995-2019). By depend on both descriptive and quantitative statistical analysis. To study the evolution of the value of agricultural exports and imports and the most important factors affecting each of them, used of some indicators of export competitiveness such as a measure of geographical and commodity concentration. Also used the simultaneous equations method to build an econometric model to analyze the structure of agricultural foreign trade and its estimation by Two-Stage least squares (2SLS) method, the paper predicts the future of Saudi agricultural foreign trade. The research relied on secondary data. The results of the study expect that the average per capita share of agricultural exports, imports and agricultural Balance Deficit will reach about 600, 3.600 and 2.900 thousand riyals, respectively, during the year 2026.

Tumors in the hand are relatively uncommon but 95% are benign. Tumors occurring in the hand, forearm and arm often have unique growth patterns and potential for metastasis that may be different from those seen elsewhere in the body. Secondary metastatic tumors in the hand are very rare (0.1%). Diagnosis is mainly clinical, but X-ray, USG and MRI help as a diagnostic aid. The aim of the study was to early diagnosis, see the pattern and proper management of the hand tumor and ensure good hand function. This prospective study was done from January 2004 to July 2019. We found 220 hand tumors in the hand unit, Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU), Dhaka Bangladesh. Among 220 patients, male were 114(51.81%) and female were 106 (48.19%). Out of 220 patients we found 190(86.36%) benign tumor and tumor like lesions and 30(13.64%) was malignant hand tumors. Out of 190 benign lesions, benign tumor was 158(83.15%) and 32(16.85%) was tumor like lesions. Among 158 benign tumor, bone tumors were 40(25.31%) and soft tissue tumours were 138(74.69%). Out of soft tissue tumor, peripheral nerve tumor was 20(12.66%). Enchondroma and Giant cell tumors are the most common among the benign bone tumors, on the other hand giant cell tumors of tendon sheath, Glomus tumor, haemangioma, neurofibroma, schwanoma are the common soft tissue tumors. Compound palmar ganglion, fibromatosis and tuberculosis of phalanx are the most common tumor like lesions. Synovial sarcoma 10(33.33%), osteosarcoma 03(10%), chondrosarcoma 03(10%), ewings sarcoma 02(6.66%), fibrosarcoma 04 (13.33%), Malignant fibrous histocytoma 01(3.33%), soft tissue sarcoma 01(3.33%), Merkel cell tumor 01(3.33%), pleomorphic Rabdomyosarcoma 01(3.33%), malignant melanoma 01(3.33%), clear cell sarcoma of tendon and aponeurosis 01(3.33%), undifferentiated carcinoma 01(3.33%) and extra skeletal chondro sarcoma 01(3.33%) were the malignant tumors. Most of the benign lesions recovered fully after excision except neurofibroma and malignant tumors were treated with excision (including amputation) and chemo-radiotherapy successfully, but 4 patients were refereed to higher center due to recurrence and deteriation of hand function and one patient died due to metastasis. Malignant hand tumor management is very difficult even after amputation with multidisciplinary approach. Hand tumor is uncommon and malignant tumors are rare but any abnormal lump or bump in the hand or wrist is considered as tumor. Early detection and intervention are essential for better prognosis and survival for malignant tumors of hands and upper limbs.

Potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) is an important food crop cultivated across the world for its nutritive values and food security. Potato has huge genetic diversity contributed by different cultivars that are grown globally. The objective of this research was to evaluate morphological and genetic variation in potato cultivars grown in Pakistan through sequencing of selected mitochondrial and nuclear genes and some morphological characteristics. Seventeen morphological traits of six different cultivars were analyzed for morphological characterization. All cultivars exhibited variation in their morphological characteristics. DNA fragments of Malate dehydrogenase (~ 940bp) and Beta carotene hydrogenase 2 (~ 1400bp) from nuclear genome and cytochrome c oxidase subunit 2 gene from mitochondrial genome were sequenced. The molecular analysis has revealed the near complete identity among cultivars for Beta carotene hydrogenase 2 and cytochrome c oxidase subunit 2. Sequence analysis of Malate dehydrogenase has revealed the presence of three novel SNPs. An insertion of 13 nucleotide was also present in three cultivars. The cluster analysis has revealed two groups placing Cosmo and Hermes in one group and remaining four varieties in the separate group based on sequence data. Grouping of the cultivars based on morphological traits is different from those based on the genes studied thus showing no direct relation of the said genes with qualitative morphological traits.

Background Anti-retroviral therapy (ART) has been associated with significant weight gain and metabolic derangements in persons with HIV (PWH), and many PWH on ART experience comorbid obesity. GLP-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1RA) are used to treat type-2 diabetes and obesity in people without HIV infection, but data on the use of these agents in PWH on ART are limited. Methods We extracted data from electronic medical records of PWH on ART receiving care at a clinic in New Orleans, LA who had been started on GLP-1RA therapy. We tracked weight (change in body weight, body mass index [BMI]) and changes in hemoglobin A1c (Hba1c) over time from initiation of GLP-1RA to April 2022. A control group of PWH on metformin only will be compared to those on GLP-1RA at a later stage of analysis. Results Of 35 PWH on GLP-1RA, the mean age was 55.2 (standard deviation [SD] 10.0); 29 (83%) were Black/African American, 14 (40%) were assigned female at birth, 21 (60%) were assigned male at birth, and 2 were non-binary. Average BMI was 35.7 (SD 9.8) and average HbA1c was 9.5 (SD 2.6) at baseline. Integrase inhibitors were prescribed for 31 (89%) and metformin was prescribed for 20 (57%). Other baseline characteristics are shown in Figure 1. Mean duration of GLP-1RA therapy was 20.6 months (SD 14.0), and 20 (57%) had greater than 12 months of follow-up. Most (23, 66%) on GLP-1RA lost weight, 3 (9%) had a stable weight, and 9 (26%) gained weight. Five percent or more of body weight was lost by 11 (31%) of the total cohort (those with any amount of time on GLP-1RA) and by 9/20 (45%) of those on GLP-1RA for more than 12 months. Conclusion Our data show moderate weight loss among PWH on GLP-1RA. This study is limited by small sample size and limited follow-up time. Further research is needed to determine whether GLP-1RAs are an effective treatment option for obesity in PWH. Disclosures Meredith E. Jika terjadi kesalahan format ataupun penulisan maka otomatis proposal tidak akan masuk pendanaan. Oleh kareana itu dibutuhkan sebuah system yang dapat mendeteksi dan memperbaiki kesalahan penulisansecara otomatis(autocorrect). Sistem autocorrect dapat mengganti kata yang dianggap salah oleh sistem secara otomatis tanpa memberi tahu pengguna sehingga pengguna seringkali tidak sadar tulisannya berubah, sedangkan kata penggantinya tidak selalu benar sesuai dengan yang dimaksud pengguna. Dengan fitur autocorrect dan spelling suggestion bahasa Indonesia diharapkan dapat membantu dalam mengidentifikasi kesalahan penulisan proposal PKM sebelum diupluod ke simbelmawa. Metode jaro winkler distance digaunakan untuk mengukur kesamaan jarak antara dua string. Dari pengujian yang dilakukan bahwa fitur autocorrect dan spell suggestion digunakan untuk kesalahan penulisan ejaan kata dengan proposal yang diujikan 4 dokumen terdapat jumlah penulisan salah 332 dari 8183 kata dengan waktu proses 7.8 detik dengan total presentasi akurasi dalam memberikan perbaikan kata typo sebesar 84%.

Purpose Many studies of corruption and money laundering (ML) have been conducted throughout the previous few decades. The impact of corruption and ML on economic growth, banking performance and corporate financial performance has been the focus of various research. The present study aims to investigate the relationship between ML, corruption and inflation. Design/methodology/approach This study used the panel data of five South Asian countries from 2013 to 2019 (Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Nepal). Further, fixed effect (FE) and random effect (RE) econometric regression models are used to analyze the data. Additionally, generalized methods of moment (GMM) technique is used to check the results robustness. Findings This study discovered that corruption and ML have a significant and positive link with inflation in five South Asian nations using the corruption perception index and the anti-money laundering (AML) index. Practical implications This research advises that government authorities strengthen anti-corruption and AML laws enforcement. Originality/value To the best of the authors’ knowledge, this is the first paper that explains the linkage between corruption, ML and inflation in five south Asian nations.

Purpose This paper aims to examine the impact of corruption and money laundering (ML) on the profitability and stability of Islamic banks. Design/methodology/approach This study used the data of 53 conventional and 19 Islamic banks of Pakistan and Malaysia to have comparative insights. The empirical methods include the fixed effect and random effect regression and generalized methods of moment for robust results. Findings The results indicate that Islamic banks gain from corruption and ML. Corruption and ML affect bank profitability and stability positively in a less corrupt environment, i.e. Malaysia; however, corruption hurts Islamic banks’ performance, and ML favours Islamic banking profitability and stability in a more corrupt environment, i.e. Pakistan. Originality/value The present study pioneers the debate on corruption and ML related to Islamic banking profitability and stability. This study provides important insights to regulators and Shariah advisors to build a real model of Islamic banking.

Coronary microvascular disease (CMD), characterized by impaired coronary flow reserve (CFR), is a common finding in patients with stable angina. Impaired CFR, in the absence of obstructive coronary artery disease, is also present in up to 75% of patients with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF). Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction is a heterogeneous syndrome comprising distinct endotypes and it has been hypothesized that CMD lies at the centre of the pathogenesis of one such entity: the CMD–HFpEF endotype. This article provides a contemporary review of the pathophysiology underlying CMD, with a focus on the mechanistic link between CMD and HFpEF. We discuss the central role played by subendocardial ischaemia and impaired lusitropy in the development of CMD–HFpEF, as well as the clinical and research implications of the CMD–HFpEF mechanistic link. Future prospective follow-up studies detailing outcomes in patients with CMD and HFpEF are much needed to enhance our understanding of the pathological processes driving these conditions, which may lead to the development of physiology-stratified therapy to improve the quality of life and prognosis in these patients., Graphical Abstract The mechanistic link between coronary microvascular disease and heart failure with preserved ejection fraction.

The cultural relevance of the COVID-19 community engagement message is critical to its effectiveness. Culture-insensitive communication may be seen in the COVID-19 case study as well as in the Ebola information being communicated. It is nevertheless important to recognize that a culture's collection of signals regarding life experience may range from positive behaviours that should be promoted to negative practices that should be addressed

BACKGROUND Sexual health disparities exist for Black men who have sex with men (BMSM) in New Orleans, Louisiana. Rates of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) are high for both BMSM and those taking HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP). OBJECTIVE In this study, we introduced an existing PrEP adherence app to new potential users—BMSM engaged in PrEP care in New Orleans—to guide app adaptation with STI prevention features and tailoring for the local context. METHODS Using a user-centered design, we conducted 4 focus group discussions (FGDs), with interim app adaptations from December 2020 to March 2021. During the FGDs, a video of the app, app website, and mock-ups were shown to participants. We asked about facilitators of and barriers to STI prevention in general, current app use, impressions of the existing app, new app features to potentially facilitate STI prevention, and how the app should be tailored for BMSM. We used applied qualitative thematic analysis to identify themes and needs of the population. RESULTS Overall, 4 FGDs were conducted with 24 BMSM taking PrEP. We grouped themes into 4 categories: STI prevention, current app use and preferences, preexisting features and impressions of the prep’d app, and new features and modifications for BMSM. Participants noted concern about STIs and shared that anxiety about some STIs was higher than that for others; some participants shared that since the emergence of PrEP, little thought is given to STIs. However, participants desired STI prevention strategies and suggested prevention methods to implement through the app, including access to resources, educational content, and sex diaries to follow their sexual activity. When discussing app preferences, they emphasized the need for an app to offer relevant features and be easy to use and expressed that some notifications were important to keep users engaged but that they should be limited to avoid notification fatigue. Participants thought that the current app was useful and generally liked the existing features, including the ability to communicate with providers, staff, and each other through the community forum. They had suggestions for modifications for STI prevention, such as the ability to comment on sexual encounters, and for tailoring to the local context, such as depictions of iconic sights from the area. Mental health emerged as an important need to be addressed through the app during discussion of almost all features. Participants also stressed the importance of ensuring privacy and reducing stigma through the app. CONCLUSIONS A PrEP adherence app was iteratively adapted with feedback from BMSM, resulting in a new app modified for the New Orleans context and with STI prevention features. Participants gave the app a new name, PCheck, to be more discreet. Next steps will assess PCheck use and STI prevention outcomes.

Narrative review of qualitative and quantitative empirical studies of the impact of nursing communication on critical patient’s family, through data sources used were PubMed, for all papers that were published up to the end of 2021. Communication between nurse, patient, and family member’s entails more than just information exchange. It includes addressing a variety of issues, enabling the expression of feelings and worries regarding the illness, treatment, and prognosis, and assisting patients and family members in regaining control and searching for meaning and purpose in their lives. Strong communication skills in nurses have been demonstrated to positively influence cancer patients' happiness, overall well-being, and patient experiences

People are becoming habitual to post their reviews about any specific entity/product, they used. These reviews are very helpful for both—user and seller. Initially these reviews not too much they can easily be analyzed by reading them. The continuous increase in the amount of these reviews creates a need that reviews can be analyzed and useful pattern be found and explored through automated channel. This need leads to a new filed in the domain of research known as “Sentiment Analysis”. Sentiment Analysis is the study of people’s opinions, sentiments, attitude and emotions expressed in written language or also said that, it is a process of categorizing people’s opinions expressed in the piece of text especially in order to determine whether the writer’s attitude towards a particular topic or product is positive, negative, or neutral. This research is targeting the mining of the sentiments from these reviews of PSL anthums. In this thesis, five different classification model are used for text classification of reviews by using Rapid Miner Tool. Thesis presents a Sentiment Analysis of Roman Urdu reviews on PSL Anthums available on YouTube. These reviews are scraped, pre—process and analysed using Naïve Bayes, Gradient Boost Tree, Support Vector Machine, K-Nearist Neighbours and Artificail Neural Netwrok. The Roman Urdu Sentiment Analysis is perform at 7000 bi-lingual reviews. The Naïve Bayes and and Logistic Regression correctly predicted 68.86% reviews. ANN achived 68.86% on testing dataset and 69.71% on the validation of the results.

Avascular necrosis (AVN) of femoral head is an increasingly common cause of musculoskeletal disability. Most of the cases caused by steroid induced and traumatic but idiopathic cause are not also uncommon. Almost all the patients presented with pain at the hip, limping gait, restricted movement and difficulty in waking and squatting and becomes disabled. Core decompression and muscle pedicle bone graft at stage IIA, IIB and III provides painless and mobile life. Core decompression supplemented with bone graft to enhance mechanical support and augment healing. We have started a prospective study for the treatment of AVN of Femoral head at stage IIA, IIB and III by core decompression and Tensor fascia lata muscle pedicle bone graft in the department of Orthopaedic surgery Bangabandhu Seikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU), Dhaka, Bangladesh from January 2009 to December 2019. Aim of the study was to assess the effectiveness of core decompression and tensor fascia lata muscle pedicle bone graft in the treatment of AVN of femoral head at stage IIA, IIB and III. A total 48 patients and 65 hips were operated. Out of 48 patients, male was 30(62.50%) and female was 18(37.5%). Male-Female ratio was 1.66:1. Age of the patients ranging from 20 years to 50 years, mean age 36±4.65 years. According to aetiology corticosteroid induced was 47/65 (72.31%), idiopathic was 8(12.31%), post traumatic was 4(6.15%), ITP was 2(3.08%), ALL was 2(3.08%), and alcohol induced was 2(3.08%) of femoral head involvement. According to Ficat and Arlet's staging, stage IIA hip involvement was 28/65(43.08%), stage IIB was 32(49.23%) and stage III was 5(07.69%). All patients were treated with core decompression along with tensor fascia lata (TFL) muscle pedicle bone graft. All patients were followed clinically and radiologically at regular interval. Follow up period was 6 months to 10 years. Harris hip score (HHS) was used for evaluation of clinical outcome. Among the 65 hips, 24(36.92%) was excellent outcome (HHS90), 30(46.15%) was good outcome (HHS: 80-90), 7(10.78%) was fair outcome (HHS: 70-79) and 4(6.15%) was poor outcome. For valid statistical analysis excellent and good results were grouped as satisfactory that was 54(83.07%) and fair and poor results were grouped as unsatisfactory that was11(16.93%), p value is0.001 that is significant. It has been concluded that core decompression and TFL muscle pedicle bone graft is a pain relieving, head preserving procedure and improve hip function for the management of AVN of femoral head in stage IIA, IIB and III.
