Методами диференційно-термічного та рентгенофазового аналізів досліджено фазові рівноваги у системі Cu2Te–In2Te3 та побудовано діаграму стану цієї системи. Підтверджено наявність у системі тернарних сполук CuIn5Te8 та CuInTe2, високотемпературна модифікація останньої утворює твердий розчин з ВТМ-In2Te3. Phase equilibria and the phase diagram of the Cu2Te–In2Te3 system were investigated using differential thermal analysis and X-ray diffraction methods. The existence of the ternary compounds CuIn5Te8 and CuInTe2 was confirmed in the system. The high-temperature modification of CuInTe 2 forms a continuous solid solution series with HT-In2Te3.

Рентгенівським методом порошку (дифрактометр ДРОН-3М, Cu Ka-випромінювання) повністю вивчено кристалічну структуру тернарного антимоніду TmCu0,891(7)Sb2 (структурний тип HfCuSi2, просторова група P4/nmm, a = 4,24170(2), c = 9,73942(9) Å; RI = 0,0569, RP = 0,0921). Встановлено взаємозв’язки між структурними типами As, LaSb2, BaSb2, HoSb2 та HfCuSi2. Crystal structure of the ТmCu0.891(7)Sb2 compound (structure type HfCuSi2, space group P4/nmm, a = 4,24170(2), c = 9,73942(9) Å) was studied by X-ray powder diffraction method (diffractometer DRON-3М, Cu Ka-radiation, RI = 0,0569, Rp = 0,0921). Structural interrelations between As, LaSb 2, BaSb2, HoSb2 and HfCuSi2 types were established.

Рентгенівським методом полікристалу (дифрактометр ДРОН-3М, проміння Сu Ka) визначено кристалічну структуру сполуки Er3Cu4,8Ga6,2: структурний тип La3Al11, символ Пірсона oI28, просторова група Immm, a = 4,14849(5), b = 12,2345(2), c = 9,7185(1) Å, RI = 0,0819; Rp = 0,1292. У структурі можна виділити пари атомів Купруму (dCu-Cu = 2,367 Å), орієнтовані вздовж [010], і нескінченні стрічки з квадратів атомів Галію (dGa1-Ga2 = 2,765 Å), що простягаються вздовж [100]. The crystal structure of the compound Er 3Cu4,8Ga6,2 (structure type La3Al11, Pearson symbol oI28, space group Immm, a = 4.14849(5), b = 12.2345(2), c = 9.7185(1) Å, RI = 0.0819; Rp = 0.1292) was determined based on X-ray powder diffraction data. In the structure Cu-atom dumbbells ( dCu-Cu = 2.367 Å) oriented along [010] and infinite chains of Ga-atom squares ( dGa1-Ga2 = 2.765 Å) running along [100] can be emphasized.

По результатам РФА и РСА построены изотермические разрезы квазитройных систем Sm2Х–Cu2Х–GeХ2, где X – S, Se, при 870 К. В системе с серой подтверджено существование шести тернарных соединений: Cu8GeS6, Cu4GeS4, Cu2GeS3, SmCuS2, Sm3Ge1,25S7, Sm4Ge3S12 и тетрарного Sm3CuGeS7. В системе с селеном подтверджено существование четырех тернарных соединений: Cu2GeSe3, Cu8GeSe6, SmCuSe2, Sm3Ge1,25Se7 и тетрарного Sm3CuGeSe7. Существование новых соединений не установлено. Известные в литературе соединения Sm2/3Cu2S2, Sm2GeSe5, Sm2Ge2Se7, Sm2Ge3Se9 не установлены. The isothermal sections of the quasiternary Sm2X3–Cu2X–GeX2 (X – S, Se) systems at 870 K has been constructed using the methods of X-Ray phase and structural analysеs. The existence of six ternary: Cu8GeS6, Cu4GeS4, Cu2GeS3, SmCuS2, Sm3Ge1,25S7, Sm4Ge3S12 and one quaternary Sm3CuGeS7 compounds has been confirmed in the sulfur containing system. The existence of four ternary: Cu2GeSe3, Cu8GeSe6, SmCuSe2, Sm3Ge1,25Se7 and one quaternary Sm3CuGeSe7 compounds has been confirmed in the selenium containing system. The existence of new compounds hasn’t been established. The Sm2/3Cu2S2, Sm2GeSe5, Sm2Ge2Se7, Sm2Ge3Se9 compounds known from the literature weren’t confirmed.

За результатами РФА та РСА побудовано ізотермічні перерізи квазіпотрійних систем Cu2S(Se)–La2S(Se)3–GeS(Se)2 при 870 К. У системі Cu2S–La2S3–GeS2 підтверджено існування семи тернарних і однієї тетрарної сполук. У системі Cu2Sе–La2Sе3–GeSе2 підтверджено існування чотирьох тернарних і однієї тетрарної сполук. Встановлено склад ще однієї тернарної сполуки. На основі бінарних Cu2S(Se), GeS(Se)2, La2S3, тернарних, тетрарних сполук існують тверді розчини незначної протяжності. Розчинність на основі La2Se3 становить 9 мол. % Cu2Se по квазібінарному перерізу Cu2Se–La2Se3. The isothermal sections of the quasiternary Cu2S(Se)–La2S(Se)3–GeS(Se)2 systems at 870 K has been constructed using the methods of X-Ray phase and structural analysеs. The existence of seven ternary and one quaternary compounds has been confirmed in the Cu2S–La2S3–GeS2 system. The existence of four ternary and one quaternary phases has been confirmed in the Cu2Se–La2Se3–GeSe2 system. The composition of one new ternary compound has been established. Solid solutions of small extent have been established on the base of binary Cu2S(Se), GeS(Se)2, La2S3, ternary and quaternary compounds. The solubility on the base of La2Se3 is 9 mol. % of Cu2Se on the section Cu2Se–La2Se3.

Методами диференційно-термічного та рентгенофазового аналізів досліджено та побудовано фазову діаграму системи Cu2GeS3–Cu2GeSe3. Система є перитектичного типу з координатами нонваріантної точки: 41 мол. % Cu2GeSe3, 1140 К. Установлено межі існування твердих розчинів на основі компонентів системи. Ключові слова: тернарна сполука, фазові рівноваги, твердий розчин, диференційно-термічний аналіз, рентгенівська порошкова дифрактометрія. The Cu2GeS3–Cu2GeSe3 system was investigated using differential thermal and X-ray phase analysis methods. The diagram is of peritectic type with an invariant point at 41 mol. % Cu2GeSe3, 1140 К. The boundaries of the solid solution ranges of the system components were determined.

Використовуючи методи диференційно-термічного та ренгенофазового аналізів, досліджено фазові рівно- ваги системи In2S3–CdS. Підтвержено існування сполуки CdIn2S4, яка утворює НРТР із In2S3. Встановлено існування нової тернарної сполуки Cd5In2S8 в інтервалі температур 1205–1390 К, яка має дві поліморфні модифікації. Using differential thermal and X-ray phase analysis methods, phase equilibria at the In2S3–CdS system were investigated. The existence of a CdIn2S4 compound was confirmed that forms continuous solid solution series with In2S3. The existence of a new ternary compound Cd5In2S8 was established. It exists in a temperature range of 1205–1390 К and has two polymorphous modifications.

Методом твердофазної реакції одержано сплави системи ZnO−Sb2O5. 3 а результатами рентгенофазового та хімічного аналізів проведено їх ідентифікацію. Доведено існування двох тернарних сполук ZnSb2O6 та Zn7Sb2O12. Вивчено деякі фізико-хімічні властивості та побудовано структурні моделі для цих сполук. The series of samples of the ZnO–Sb2O5 quasibinary system have been synthesized by solid-state reactions and characterized by using X-ray powder diffraction techniques (XRD) and chemical analysis. Two intermediate ternary phases, the compounds ZnSb2O6 and Zn7Sb2O12, have been found in the system ZnO–Sb2O5; and the structural models have been built for these compounds.

Система Ag2Se–Ga2Se3–ZnSe досліджувалася методами РФА та ДТА аналізу. Для даної системи характерна складна взаємодія фаз із утворенням твердих розчинів значної протяжності. Для системи Ag2Se–Ga2Se3–ZnSe характерне утворення твердого розчину значної протяжності на основі Ga2Se3. The system Ag2Se–Ga2Se3–ZnSe was probed the methods of RFA and DTA of analysis. For this system the characteristic difficult co-operating of phases is with formation of hard solutions of considerable slowness. For the system Ag2Se–Ga2Se3–ZnSe characteristic formation of hard solution of considerable slowness is on the basis of Ga2Se3.

Методом монокристала (дифрактометр Stoe IPDS ІІ, Mo K-випромінювання) вивчено кристалічну структуру сполуки PrCu2Ge2 (структурний тип СeGa2Al2, пр. гр. I4/mmm, символ Пірсона tI10, a = 4,3986(11) Å, c = 10,6364(7) Å, RF = 0,0622; RW = 0,0964; Goof = 1,03). Проаналізовано структурні взаємозв’язки дослідженої сполуки з окремими бінарними та тернарними германідами, що утворюються при 870 K у системі Pr–Cu–Ge. The crystal structure of PrCu2Ge2 compound was studied by single crystal method (diffractometer Stoe IPDS ІІ, Mo K-radiation, structure type СeGa2Al2, space group I4/mmm, Pearson code tI10, a = 4,3986(11) Å, c = 10,6364(7) Å, RF = 0,0622; RW = 0,0964; Goof = 1,03). The structural interrelations between studied compound and some binary and ternary phases which form at 870 K in the Pr–Cu–Ge system were discussed.

Методами диференційно-термічного та рентгенофазового аналізів досліджено та побудовано фазову діаграму системи CuGaS2–CuInS2. Система є перитектичного типу з координатами нонваріантних точок: 45 мол. CuGaS2, 1426 К та 68 мол. % CuGaS2, 1451 К. Phase the CuGaS2–CuInS2 was investigated using differential thermal and X ray phase analysis methods. The diagram is of peritectic type with two invariant points at 45 mol. % CuGaS2, 1426 К та 68 mol. % CuGaS2, 1451 К.
