The article is devoted to the peculiarities of professional development, employment and academic career in the USA. It is emphasized that for the successful development of an academic career, it is necessary to apply a systematic approach, in particular, to take into account personal development, continuous learning and career management. The practice of the American National Association for Career Development is considered, the prerequisites and resources for career growth are determined. Presented are practical tools for self-assessment and diagnosis of career paths, an opportunity for researchers at various career stages to participate in a mentoring program for leadership development, sharing experiences, planning and achieving goals, supporting continuous career growth and lifelong learning. The article analyzes the experience of organizing professional development and of support for career of employees in leading USA universities: Harvard University, Stanford University, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Attention is focused on the joint mission of the institutions, which consists in the value for human capital development through the comprehensive realization of the potential of each individual, the creation of favourable conditions for life and professional growth, decent financial support and career growth prospects. Розглянуто практику діяльності американської Національної асоціації розвитку кар’єри, визначено передумови і ресурси для кар’єрного зростання. Представлено практичні інструменти щодо самооцінювання та діагностики кар’єрних шляхів, можливість для дослідників на різних етапах кар’єри взяти участь у програмі наставництва для розвитку лідерства, обміну досвідом, планування і досягнення цілей, підтримки неперервного кар’єрного зростання та навчання впродовж життя. У статті проаналізовано досвід щодо організації професійного розвитку і кар’єрної підтримки працівників провідних університетів США: Гарвардського університету, Стенфордського університету та Массачусетського технологічного інституту. Акцентовано увагу на спільній місії закладів, що полягає у цінності розвитку людського капіталу через всебічну реалізацію потенціалу кожної особистості, створення сприятливих умов життєдіяльності і професійного зростання, гідного матеріального забезпечення та перспектив кар’єрного зростання. Зазначено, що до основних тенденцій розвитку академічної кар’єри та працевлаштування випускників зазначених закладів США відносяться внутрішня мобільність, підвищення кваліфікації, неперервне навчання та професійний розвиток, організація і діяльність професійних мереж (спільнот), кар’єрний коучинг, менторство.

At the current stage, the restaurant industry is one of the most profitable spheres of economic activity in the world. And although historically it is one of the oldest spheres of human activity, it is quite innovative. It should be noted that there is no reference model for the formation of the architectural environment of catering establishments. Changes in the social, economic, and cultural environment affect the restaurant industry. However, this area has its own patterns. The specificity of this type of activity, the insufficient study of ego development trends have significant practical significance. In this article, an analysis of the main trends in the development of public housing and their direct influence on the organization of the architectural environment of these objects is carried out. Trying to be competitive, domestic catering enterprises are engaged in the search for new market segments, widely use innovations in the architecture and design of the establishment, high technologies and modern trends. Such trends include the intellectualization of the artificial environment and its acquisition of interactive properties; automation and contactless interaction; environmental friendliness and care for the environment; creation of monoproduct-type food establishments; national style; novelty impressed. It is noted that the interior of the dining hall is of great importance when deciding on a catering establishment. It should satisfy the aesthetic needs of visitors, give them new impressions and emotions, carry a meaningful load in accordance with the price segment and concept of the establishment. The methods of functional zoning of the interior space of the dining hall are highlighted: functional, aesthetic, spatial. It is noted that those catering establishments that improve their format according to modern development trends and make a significant bet on novelty are promising. Today, we can note the powerful implementation of the latest technologies in the architectural space, efforts to partially or maximally automate processes, introduce contactless interaction, and give the space intellectualization and interactive properties., На сучасному етапі ресторанне господарство є однією з найприбутковіших сфер здійснення економічної діяльності у світі. І хоча історично це одна з найдавніших сфер людської діяльності, вона є достатньо інноваційною. Слід зазначити, що не існує еталонної моделі формування архітектурного середовища закладів харчування. Зміни соціально-економічного, культурного середовища впливають на галузь ресторанного господарства. Однак у цій галузі є свої закономірності. Специфіка даного виду діяльності, а також недостатня вивченість тенденцій його розвитку мають вагоме практичне значення. У цій статті проведений аналіз основних тенденцій розвитку закладів громадського харчування та зазначений їх безпосередній вплив на організацію архітектурного середовища даних об’єктів. Виділені основні прийоми функціонального зонування внутрішнього простору обіднього залу, що є головним приміщенням закладу харчування.

Метою роботи є дослідження тенденцій розвитку системи охорони здоров’я в розвинених країнах та країнах, що розвиваються, порівнюючи їх спільні та відмінні риси. It is established that digitalization over the past few years is the main trend and factor business growth, including enterprises the tourism industry. Taking into account the fact that the activity Ukrainian enterprises in the tourism industry is now almost suspended or significantly complicated by military operations and, accordingly, there is an increase in crisis phenomena in the tourism business, the issues of introducing digitalization tools to overcome the destructive effects development are being investigated. It is stated that now the digitalization tourism is acquiring various forms manifestation, which include the online purchase ready-made tours formed by tour operators, and individual tours developed through mobile applications or computer software systems intended for both tour operators and tourists, and the design amateur tours through the creation online schools for novice travelers and the introduction the customization process in the provision tourist services to consumers and others. As a result, in the near future, there will be no segments in the tourism business that have not been affected by digitalization. In order to clarify the essence and content characteristics digitalization, technological, economic, social, philosophical and normative approaches to the definition of this concept are revealed. Based on the analysis the interpretations of scientists, it is concluded that digitalization of tourism industry enterprises is a modernization process that entails changes not only at the level enterprises and their business processes, but also in the structure building relationships with all stakeholders. З метою з’ясування сутністно-змістовної характеристики цифровізації розкрито технологічний, економічний, соціальний, філософський і нормативний підходи до визначення даного поняття. На основі аналізу трактувань вчених зроблено висновок, що цифровізація підприємств туристичної індустрії - це модернізаційний процес, який тягне за собою зміни не тільки на рівні підприємств та їх бізнес-процесів, а і у структурі побудови взаємовідносин зі всіма стейкхлдерами. З’ясовано переваги цифровізації як для підприємств туристичної галузі, так і для споживачів туристичного продукту та суспільства, а також розкрито негативні наслідки цифровізації підприємств туристичної індустрії. Визначено атрибутивні компоненти цифровізації туристичного бізнесу, впровадження яких істотно змінює традиційну модель економічних відносин господарюючих суб'єктів туристичної індустрії та досліджено стан застосування цифрових технологій у туристичній галузі. Запропоновані рекомендації щодо цифрової трансформації підприємств туристичної індустрії з метою забезпечення їх сталого розвитку.

Today, Ukraine bears irreparable and too high costs and losses from the military aggression of a neighboring country and directs all its forces and resources to protect life and ensure decent living conditions for the civilian population, defend its own independence, preserve statehood and return all Ukrainian territories occupied by the aggressor country. Under such conditions, it could be argued that the development of HR management for Ukrainian business entities is not relevant. However, it is precisely in crisis conditions that the most innovative and progressive methods and tools should be implemented to achieve maximum results at minimal cost. To this end, the work explored the global trends in HR management, which over the past six years have been demonstrated by successful foreign companies. The directions for the development of key global trends in HR management, namely the strengthening of teamwork, the value of professional experience, the maximum application of experience in practice, the accumulation of human capital through the attraction and development of talents, comprehensive programs for maintaining employee health, the use of human life experience and life coaching, are substantiated. The orientation of the management and HR managers of Ukrainian enterprises to the indicated trends in HR management when building their own personnel management strategy will allow, under today's difficult economic conditions and the presence of enterprises in the zone of a significant number of risks, to preserve their human capital and human potential to the maximum and even find opportunities for it to be gradually accumulation. Therefore, further research in this area should be aimed at building a roadmap for adapting global approaches and HR management tools to modern and post-war conditions for the functioning of the social and labor sphere in Ukraine. The purpose of the article is to analyze the current state of the market of electronic payment services in the world, to establish trends that have been monitored over the last two years on the Internet. The importance of the study of global trends in the development of the electronic payment services market has been proven, which should become the basis for developing an effective strategy for the creation and promotion of Ukrainian developments. The article highlights some current trends in the development of the functions of advocacy in Ukraine. It is stated that one of the main problems that determine further improvement of justice, at the present stage of reforming its system in Ukraine, identified functional imperfection advocacy system. The purpose of the article is to establish current trends in the development of the functions of advocacy in Ukraine and the prerequisites that determine them, as well as to set out their own vision of promising areas of development of this institution. It is established that among the current trends in the development of the of the functions of advocacy in Ukraine are the following: selective and inconsistent implementation of the advocates’ monopoly of representation of another individual in court exclusively by an attorney-at-law; expanding the powers of state control regarding advocacy, considering the special potential of this legal profession; restriction of the rights of self-government bodies of advocacy in the field of formation of the judiciary due to changes in the legislative approach to the formation of bodies of the judiciary, according to which the powers of advocacy in this area lose their directness and become subjectively indirect; the availability of preconditions for changing the existing model of advocacy. The perspective directions of development of the outlined processes are singled out: legal regulation by the state of the right to access to court considering requirements of principles of equality and justice, in particular in questions of possibility of influence on cost of services on representation not only its interests in court, but also taking into account the needs and resources individuals; determining the priority of the principle of confidentiality of advocacy in order to avoid the risk of possible conflict with the tasks of advocacy and the essence of advocacy in expanding the control powers of the state in relation to advocacy; modernization of the model of advocacy governance with the transition to the model of co-regulation, focusing on the consumer of legal services and the experience of countries with high efficiency of the justice system., У статті висвітлено деякі сучасні тенденції розвитку функцій адвокатури в Україні. Констатовано, що однією із основних проблем, які зумовлюють необхідність подальшого удосконалення здійснення правосуддя, на сучасному етапі реформування його системи в Україні, визначено функціональну недосконалість системи адвокатури. Метою статті визначено встановлення сучасних тенденцій розвитку функцій адвокатури в Україні та передумов, що їх детермінують, а також викладення власного бачення стосовно перспективних напрямів розвитку цього інституту. Встановлено, що серед сучасних тенденцій розвитку функцій адвокатури в Україні можна виокремити: вибіркове та непослідовне впровадження адвокатської монополії на здійснення представництва іншої особи в суді; розширення контрольних повноважень держави щодо адвокатури з огляду на особливий потенціал адвокатської професії; обмеження прав органів адвокатського самоврядування у сфері формування суддівського корпусу через зміни у законодавчому підході до формування органів суддівського врядування, згідно з якими повноваження органів адвокатури у цій сфері втрачають ознаку безпосередності та стають суб’єктно опосередкованими; наявність передумов для зміни існуючої моделі врядування адвокатської професії. Запропоновано перспективні напрями розвитку окреслених питань, що зводяться до правової регламентації державою права на доступ до суду з урахуванням вимог принципів рівності та справедливості, зокрема у питаннях можливості впливу на вартість послуг з представництва не лише її інтересів в суді, а й з урахуванням потреб та ресурсів окремих осіб; визначення пріоритету принципу конфіденційності адвокатської діяльності з метою уникнення ризику можливого конфлікту із завданнями адвокатури та сутністю адвокатської діяльності при розширенні контрольних повноважень держави стосовно адвокатури; модернізації моделі врядування адвокатської професії з переходом до моделі спільного регулювання, орієнтуючись на споживача правових послуг та досвід країн з високими показники ефективності функціонування системи правосуддя.

The importance of researching global trends in the development of the electronic payment services market has been proven, which should become the basis for developing an effective strategy for the creation and promotion of Ukrainian applications. The situation that developed in the Ukrainian field of electronic payment services during the period under study was analyzed. It has been proven that the main positive factors in favor of the wide use of electronic payment services are the level of trust in the service, high convenience and ease of use, the possibility of personalization, a pleasant interface, which is important for young people, the level of user satisfaction, the distribution by geographical location and age, the degree of dependence on Internet network. A mathematical model for determining the effectiveness with several influencing factors of payment services sale was proposed. This study considers a typical option for service provision, when the fixed costs of creating and maintaining an electronic payment services do not depend on the number of involved users, specific options are the basis for further studies. With an increase in managerial influence in the first step (that is, an increase in the budget for the promotion of services), the number of potential customers increases, and therefore the amount of deductions increases. The proposed model can be used to determine the effectiveness of electronic payment services promotion on the Internet and, in particular, in social networks, under the condition of setting costs and calculating marginal costs at a given profitability. Also, this model depends to a greater extent on the involved users, and we consider the electronic payment services product itself unchanged. At some stages of development and in some areas, it is better to introduce additional services for already existing customers or to improve the service and raise the fee for using the service.

The aim of the study is the development trends of the hospitality industry, in particular its components: the hotel and restaurant industry in conditions of increased requirements associated with quarantine measures. Research methodology. The article uses methods that make it possible to realize the goal of the study, in particular: logical generalization in determining the current state of the hospitality industry in Ukraine; theoretical generalization in defining the conceptual apparatus of the hospitality sphere; analysis and synthesis in the study of modern trends in the development of the hospitality industry and its components: hotel and restaurant industry. Results. Under the conditions of quarantine, the hospitality sector and its components were found to be the most vulnerable: the tourism industry, restaurant and hotel industry. On the basis of the measures proposed by the ILO for enterprise managers, the authors have systematized recommendations for the hotel and restaurant industry as well as the scheme of their operating during a pandemic is proposed and the requirements for the production process in the restaurant industry are systematized. Scientific novelty. Based on the study of modern trends in the development of the hospitality industry, directions for improving the state of the industry are proposed. The scheme for selling products during a pandemic and recommendations for the production process have been systematized for the restaurant industry. Practical value. The introduction into the activities of restaurant enterprises of the scheme of their work proposed by the authors during a pandemic will prevent crowding of people and increase the level of safety for both guests and staff. Целью исследования являются тенденции развития индустрии гостеприимства, в частности ее составляющих: гостиничного и ресторанного хозяйства в условиях повышенных требований, связанных с карантинными мероприятиями. Методика исследования. В статье использованы методы, позволяющие реализовать цель исследования, в частности: логического обобщения – при определении современного состояния индустрии гостеприимства Украины; теоретического обобщения – при определении понятийного аппарата сферы гостеприимства; анализа и синтеза – при исследовании современных тенденций развития сферы гостеприимства и ее составляющих: гостиничного и ресторанного хозяйства. Результаты. Установлено, что в условиях карантина наиболее уязвимой стала сфера гостеприимства и ее составляющие: туристическая отрасль, ресторанное и гостиничное хозяйство. На основе предложенных МОТ мероприятий для руководителей предприятий авторами систематизированы рекомендации для гостиничного и ресторанного хозяйства. На базе изученного опыта работы предприятий ресторанного хозяйства предложена схема их работы во время пандемии, систематизированы требования к производственному процессу в учреждениях ресторанного хозяйства. Научная новизна. На основе исследования современных тенденций развития индустрии гостеприимства предложены направления улучшения состояния отрасли. Систематизированы для ресторанного хозяйства схема реализации продукции во время пандемии и рекомендации для производственного процесса. Практическая значимость. Внедрение в деятельность предприятий ресторанного хозяйства предложенной авторами схемы их работы во время пандемии позволит предупредить скопление людей и повысит уровень безопасности как гостей, так и персонала. Результати. Установлено, що в умовах карантинних обмежень найбільш вразливою стала сфера гостинності та її складові: туристична галузь, ресторанне та готельне господарство. На основі запропонованих МОП заходів для керівників підприємств авторами систематизовано рекомендації для готельного та ресторанного господарства. На підставі вивченого досвіду роботи підприємств ресторанного господарства запропоновано схему їх роботи під час пандемії, систематизовано вимоги до виробничого процесу в закладах ресторанного господарства. Наукова новизна. На основі дослідження сучасних тенденцій розвитку індустрії гостинності запропоновано напрями покращення стану галузі. Систематизовані для ресторанного господарства схема реалізації продукції під час пандемії та рекомендації для виробничого процесу. Практична значущість. Упровадження в діяльність підприємств ресторанного господарства запропонованої авторами схеми роботи під час пандемії дозволить попередити скупчення людей і підвищить рівень безпеки як гостей, так і персоналу. Дотримання рекомендацій щодо виробничого процесу в закладах ресторанного господарства надасть їм можливість функціонувати навіть в умовах підвищених карантинних вимог.

The article concentrates on the analysis of modern innovations and development trends in the transport system from the global perspective. It looks at the main consequences the introduction of such technological advancements will have for society as a whole emphasizing the required changes in the transportation industry and transport technology professionals` knowledge and skills. The paper aims to draw a parallel between the innovative development tendencies in transport technologies and the state of professional training of bachelors majoring in specialty 275 “Transport technology” at Ukrainian universities. The study is based on the following methods: structural and system analysis, systematization, comparison and synthesis of information sources, experience, and achievements in this field, as well as pedagogical design for modeling the possibilities of applying the obtained results in the national educational practice. The article highlights the main transport technology development trends (computerization as well as the development and implementation of technological solutions that make transport more environmentally friendly, energy-efficient and cost-effective, stepping up the requirements for industry employees` professional training); the state of transport technology bachelors` training at the institutions of higher education in Ukraine is identified as satisfactory; it is carried out in the direction of knowledge formation and development of skills mostly in traditional transport-related disciplines. Мета статті полягає у встановленні відповідності між інноваційними тенденціями розвитку транспорту та технологій та станом професійної підготовки студентів-бакалаврів за спеціальністю 275 «Транспортні технології» у вітчизняних ЗВО. В основу дослідження покладені наступні методи: структурно-системний аналіз, систематизація, порівняння та узагальнення інформаційних джерел, досвіду та досягнень у цій сфері, а також педагогічне проектування з метою моделювання можливостей застосування отриманих результатів у вітчизняній освітній практиці. У статті виокремлено основні тенденції розвитку транспортних технологій (комп’ютеризація і розробка та впровадження технологічних рішень, що роблять транспорт більш екологічним, енергоефективним та економічно вигідним; зростання вимог до професійної підготовки працівників галузі); визначено стан підготовки бакалаврів з транспортних технологій у вітчизняних ЗВО, що, на сьогодні, знаходиться на задовільному рівні та здійснюється у напрямку формування знань та розвитку навичок з традиційних дисциплін – теорії транспортних систем та технічних наук; управління дорожнім рухом та управління транспортними засобами; економіки транспорту, а також з ряду галузевих аспектів тощо; виокремлено перспективні напрями розвитку підготовки майбутніх фахівців за спеціальністю 275 – було встановлено, що зміст навчання слід доповнювати курсами з інформаційних технологій та інноваційних транспортних систем і процесів; визначено, що розробці таких курсів повинна передувати значна робота, проведена науковими працівниками, науковцями та професіоналами з аналізу прогресивного досвіду зарубіжних країн, «запозичення» найефективніших ідей, пристосування цих напрацювань до потреб України та втілення їх у життя

The determination of efficiency and revealing the trends in the development of agricultural enterprises from the point of view of ensuring their economic security is rather relevant issue at present. Taking into account the peculiarity of agricultural produbtion, the author determines the following components of economic security, among which financial, resource and technical, personnel, production, ecological, and sale are singled out. The general dynamics of development of each separate component is analyzed and determined that the indices of financial state are characterized by enterprises’ economic efficiency, namely, decreasing in unprofitable and increasing in profitable enterprises. The indices of provision the enterprises with assests also show positive shifts. The resource and technical constituent is characterized by essential descrease in the quantity of the existing technical facilities in the enterprises, however, the introduced equipment possesses higher capacity and output. The personnel constituent requires immediate reconsidering as the outflow of specialists and young people from rural areas demands taking fast measures to control actions concerning the growth of the prestige of farming and development of rural infrastructure. Job safety in the enterprises of the field is characterized by positive changes; therefore, the enterprises work effectively growing all the indices and ensuring in that way the food security of the state. As for environmental safety, it is characterized by the negative situation when many enterprises increase the volumes of adding chemical fertilizers to soil and increase the volumes of industrial crops. The sale constituent shows that the export of agricultural enterprises’ produce prevails the import though the volumes of the export also decreases., Надзвичайно актуальної проблемою сьогодення є визначення ефективності та встановлення тенденцій розвитку сільськогосподарських підприємств з точки зору забезпечення їх економічної безпеки. З урахуванням специфіки сільськогосподарського виробництва встановлено наступні складові його економічної безпеки, серед яких виділено: фінансову, ресурсно-технічну, кадрову, виробничу, екологічну та збутову. Проаналізувавши загальну динаміку розвитку кожної складової окремо встановлено, що показники фінансового стану відзначають ефективність господарювання підприємств, а саме зменшення збиткових та збільшення прибуткових господарств. Показники забезпеченості активами підприємств також показали позитивні зрушення. Ресурсно-технічна складова характеризується суттєвим зменшенням кількості наявних технічних засобів на підприємствах, проте введена техніка має більш високу потужність та продуктивність. Кадрова складова потребує негайного переосмислення, адже відтік спеціалістів та молоді із сільських місцевостей, вимагає прийняття найскоріших заходів регулюючого впливу на підвищення престижу сільськогосподарського виробництва та розвитку інфраструктури на селі. Виробнича безпека на підприємствах галузі вирізняється позитивними змінами, отже підприємства працюють ефективно, нарощуючи усі показники, забезпечуючи тим самим й продовольчу безпеку держави. Щодо екологічної безпеки, то тут спостерігається негативна ситуація за якої, багато господарств нарощують обсяги внесення мінеральних добрив в ґрунт та збільшують обсяги виробництва технічних культур. Збутова складова показує, що експорт продукції сільськогосподарських підприємств переважає над імпортом, хоча обсяги експорту також зменшуються.

У статті проведено аналіз та визначено тенденції розвитку туристичних послуг з використанням таких методів: аналіз структури, індексний аналіз, кореляційно-регресійний аналіз. Зроблено порівняння структури міжнародної торгівлі комерційними послугами в Україні та світі. Визначено, що торгівля туристичними послугами є важливою складовою міжнародної торгівлі. Досліджено динаміку послуг, пов'язаних з подорожами. Негативне сальдо свідчить про неефективність туристичної індустрії України. Побудовано адекватні авторегресійні моделі експорту та імпорту торгівлі подорожами та зроблено точкові прогнози для експорту та імпорту міжнародної торгівлі подорожами на 2017-2018 рр. The article is devoted to statistical analysis and trends of tourist services development. The methods such as the structure analysis, the index analysis and the correlation-regression analysis were used. The structure of international trade in commercial services in Ukraine and the world is compared. It is determined that trade in tourist services is an important component of international trade. The dynamics of the services related to travel has been studied. Negative balance indicates inefficiency of the tourist industry in Ukraine. Adequate autoregressive models of export and import of travel trade are constructed. During 2017-2018 the point forecasts for the export and import of international travel trade are made.

У статті розглянуто стан ресторанного господарства в Україні. Охарактеризовано основні тенденції розвитку ресторанного бізнесу. Розглянуто нові формати закладів ресторанного господарства та інноваційні підходи для утримання постійних відвідувачів та залучення нових в умовах конкуренції. Доведено, що впровадження інновацій забезпечує закладам ресторанного господарства конкурентні переваги. The article deals with the state of the restaurant economy of Ukraine. The main tendencies of restaurant business development have been described. New formats of restaurants have been considered and innovative approaches have been taken to keep the regular visitors and attract new ones in a competitive environment. It has been analyzed that the introduction of innovations provides competitive advantages to restaurants in the restaurant industry.

Досліджено динаміку структури міжнародного і внутрішнього туризму, колективних засобів розміщування, місць та розміщених в Україні. Побудовано адекватні авторегресійні моделі. Зроблено точкові прогнози розвитку колективних засобів розміщування в Україні на 2017-2018 рр. The article deals with the statistical analysis of hotel economy of Ukraine. The dynamics of the structure of international and domestic tourism, collective accommodation, places and tourists in Ukraine is studied. Adequate autoregressive models are constructed. The point forecasts for the collective accommodation development of Ukraine for 2017-2018 are made.

У статті розглядаються особливості конкурентоспроможності машинобудівних підприємств в умовах європейської інтеграції України. Досліджено майбутні перспективи та напрямки розвитку вітчизняного машинобудування в сучасних соціально-політичних умовах. Підписання угоди про асоціацію України з ЄС і закриття традиційних ринків актуалізує питання зовнішньої торгівлі безпеки держави, зокрема, присутність на зовнішніх ринках вітчизняних виробників товарів машинобудівної промисловості. Розроблено ряд комплексних рекомендацій для державних органів та суб'єктів господарювання, реалізація яких дозволить значно поліпшити існуючу систему зовнішньої торгівлі, що забезпечує безпеку України на ринках машинобудівної продукції. У статті визначається місце технічного розвитку в системі формування експортного потенціалу України. Тенденції розвитку експортно-орієнтованих активів машинобудівних підприємств України. Кореляція між статусом експорту активів машинобудівних підприємств України та можливості формування і розвитку експортного потенціалу. Визначені стратегічні пріоритети розвитку експортноорієнтованих активів машинобудівних підприємств. Зазначено, що сучасний етап розвитку економіки України пропонує новий еталон конкурентоспроможності промислової продукції, яка забезпечує способи збільшення експортного потенціалу та зміцнення вітчизняного машинобудування, визначені основні проблеми захисту внутрішнього ринку машинобудівної продукції., In the article the peculiarities of competitiveness of machine-building enterprises in the conditions of European integration of Ukraine discussed the future prospects and directions of development of domestic engineering in the modern socio-political conditions. The signing of Ukraine's Association agreement with the EU and the closure of traditional markets actualizes the issues of foreign trade security of the state, in particular, the presence in foreign markets of domestic producers of goods of the engineering industry. Developed a number of comprehensive recommendations for government authorities and business entities, the implementation of which will significantly improve the existing system of foreign trade ensuring security of Ukraine on the markets of machine-building production. The article defines the place of engineering development in the system of forming of export potential of Ukraine. The tendencies of development of export-oriented assets of machine-building enterprises of Ukraine. The correlation between the export status of the assets of machine-building enterprises of Ukraine and the possibilities of formation and export potential development. Strategic priorities of development of export-oriented assets of machine-building enterprises. The current stage of development of economy of Ukraine proposes a new benchmark the competitiveness of industrial products. It also provides ways of increasing the export potential and strengthening of the domestic engineering industry, identifies the main problems of protection of the domestic market of engineering products.

Невід’ємною складовою сучасних бізнес процесів є торгівля за допомогою біржових операцій. Закордонна біржова торгівля формувалася впродовж кількох століть, що призвело до створення потужного базису певних правил, принципів та традицій. Міжнародні біржові установи здійснюють потужний вплив на світові економічні процеси. Після двох десятиліть незалежності українські біржові установи знаходяться на етапі становлення та розвитку. При цьому вони намагаються пройти тривалий шлях закордонних бірж за більш стислий період часу. Пришвидшені темпи та певна специфіка розвитку української економіки призводить до виникнення проблем в процесі адаптації міжнародного досвіду до вітчизняних реалій.

В умовах стрімкого поширення глобалізаційних процесів та усвідомлення позитивної ролі інновацій для країн з різним рівнем економічного розвитку розвиток інноваційного підприємництва стає все далі актуальним. Адже тільки активізуючи інноваційні процеси можна не тільки співробітничати та конкурувати з різними країнами світу, а й реалізувати дематеріалізаційні та енергоефективні зміни вітчизняних промислових підприємств, забезпечуючи матеріальний та енергетичний баланс національної економіки в цілому. В роботі виконано аналіз світових та вітчизняних тенденцій розвитку інноваційної діяльності за показниками частки внутрішніх витрат на дослідження та розробки у ВВП, їх структури за секторами діяльності та інноваційної активності підприємств при здійсненні технологічних інновацій. Виділено основні причини, що стримують активний розвиток інноваційного підприємництва в Україні. В условиях стремительного распространения глобализационных процессов и осознания положительной роли инноваций для стран с разным уровнем экономического развития развитие инновационного предпринимательства становится все дальше актуальным. Ведь только активизируя инновационные процессы можно не только сотрудничать и конкурировать с различными странами мира, но и реализовать дематериализационные и энергоэффективные изменения отечественных промышленных предприятий, обеспечивая материальный и энергетический баланс национальной экономики в целом. В работе выполнен анализ мировых и отечественных тенденций развития инновационной деятельности по показателям доли внутренних затрат на исследования и разработки в ВВП, их структуры по секторам деятельности и инновационной активности предприятий при осуществлении технологических инноваций. Выделены основные причины, сдерживающие активное развитие инновационного предпринимательства в Украине. With the rapid spread of globalization and the awareness of the positive role of innovation in countries with different levels of economic development of innovative entrepreneurship is becoming further important. It is only by activating innovative processes can not only compete and cooperate with various countries, but also realize dematerialization and energy changes of domestic industry, providing material and energy balance of the national economy. The paper analyzed international and domestic trends of innovation in terms of the proportion of domestic spending on research and development in the GDP structure by sector of activity and innovation in the enterprises in the implementation of technological innovation. The main reasons hampering the development of innovation active enterprises in Ukraine are selected.
