In the process of studying the conceptual bases of managing the transparency of enterprise development in the context of convergence of investment processes, methods of analysis and synthesis, empirical methods, procedures of induction and deduction, graphical and logical method, method of financial and economic, cluster and statistical analysis are used. The methodological ground of the study is parametric and integral methods of evaluation, the results of which allow to improve the conceptual bases for managing the transparency of enterprise development in the context of convergence of investment processes. The article improves the conceptual bases for managing the transparency of enterprise development in the context of convergence of investment processes, which provide for an empirical study of the convergent features of the functioning of industrial enterprises and the identification of problems of transparency in the development of their individual divisions, allowing for making sound managerial decisions and creating conditions for the implementation of potential investment reserves, focusing on the formation of intellectual, informational, analytical and material resources, as well as on the interaction between the links of the organizational structure and the regulatory framework. This determines an increase in the interest of the administrative apparatus in ensuring continuous and stable development, as well as a strategic orientation, which necessitates an analysis of the impact of management and investment target programs on the level of transparency in the development of industrial enterprises, defining the role of the mechanism of radical changes in the development management system; establishing renovation requirements for strategically relevant parameters of change; creating the basis for the implementation of radical changes at the level of strategic management which requires a systematic reformatting of interaction with the external environment and the internal organization of processes, technologies, and structure.

In the investment environment, which is formed under the influence of management processes in the real sector of the economy, a kind of «vicious circle» arises: the use of outdated, technologically backward production equipment leads to the production of products that lose both price and especially non-price competitiveness, which leads to a decrease in investment attractiveness and complicates the attraction of investment loans. The blitz-scaling strategy has become popular in various industries, including the technology sector. Companies, able to scale their products or services quickly, can find success in the market by means of a rapid gaining of a share. That being said, results may vary depending on the specific industry and market conditions. In recent years, the importance of digital transparency has become even greater due to the demands of society and the growing role of ethical aspects in doing business. Businesses that demonstrate openness and responsibility in the use of digital technologies can expect greater support and trust from customers, investors, and the public. Ensuring transparency and high standards of ethics is crucial to trusting customers and partners because of the ethical aspects of the use of digital technologies. The strategic configuration of enterprise transparency management based on digital coherence is not just a task for enterprises, but also a necessity for their success in the era of digital transformation. Consistent implementation of these principles will allow not only to survive in the face of change, but also to thrive, realizing its existing and hidden potential in a world where digitalization is becoming the norm. Building a model of strategic configuration of enterprise development transparency management based on digital coherence is an important aspect of successful functioning in the modern digital world. This is the basis for the development of strategic plans, which determines the vector of development, avoids differences in the understanding of tasks, contributing to the formation of a common understanding of the goal and ways to achieve it. All these aspects of building transparency in enterprise development through digital technologies pave the way for sustainable success and increased competitiveness in a rapidly changing business environment.

The article examines that the orientation of enterprise development to its security is caused by a high level of uncertainty, especially of the external environment of its activity. The content of the concept of «security-oriented development of enterprise» is disclosed, its distinctiveness from the development of enterprise is shown. The vectors of security-oriented development of enterprise (product, technological, market and organizational) are analyzed and their place in the architecture of security-oriented development of enterprise is shown. The security-oriented development of an enterprise is possible in the presence of certain prerequisites that lay down its initial provisions, assumptions, and prerequisites. The prerequisites for the security-oriented development of an enterprise are divided into two groups by their nature – opportunities and threats. The contents of the concepts of «opportunities for security-oriented development of enterprise» and «threats to security-oriented development of enterprise» are disclosed, their general lists are provided. Opportunities and threats to the security-oriented development of enterprise are divided into real, potential, and unpredictable. The probabilistic nature of potential and unforeseen opportunities and threats to the security-oriented development of enterprise is shown. The similar nature of opportunities and threats to the security-oriented development of enterprise is disclosed and their common feature – dynamism, due to which they do not remain static, but are constantly changing, is revealed, which should be taken into account in decisions on the development of enterprise and ensuring its security. The features of solving the issue of the priority of choosing the vector of development with the subsequent formation of a set of necessary changes in the activities of an enterprise or the formation of a set of possible changes as the basis for choosing a vector of its development are shown. It is noted that in order to overcome the limitations of qualitative assessment of opportunities and threats to the security-oriented development of enterprise it is necessary to find ways to quantify them, which, although quasi-quantitative, will be a more objective assessment.

The aim of the article is to study the dichotomous influence of the globalization process on the development of the labor potential of enterprise, also to find directions to reduce the negative impact of this influence. The article emphasizes that for competitive existence under the influence of globalization factors, modern industrial enterprises need to use new approaches to the development of labor potential. The existing approaches to determining the essence of the labor potential of enterprises are analyzed and it is found that the main attention of researches was paid to the influence of internal or external factors. Instead, the author has proposed to consider the definition of labor potential from the point of view of the dichotomous influence of the globalization process with the subsequent search for ways to reduce the negative impact of this influence. The processes of formation and development of the labor potential of enterprise are singled out and detailed with the help of comparative characterization. I. e.: it is determined that the formation of labor potential is a continuous process that lasts throughout the entire period of functioning of the labor force and covers the qualitative and quantitative aspects of its formation. Simultaneously, the process of development of labor potential means the acquisition of new characteristics and properties that contribute to its optimization and increase in efficiency. It is determined that the use of labor potential can be carried out in two ways: intensive – which affects the qualitative characteristics of the potential, or extensive – which is aimed at increasing the number of employees or changing the organizational structure. The regularities of development of labor potential are considered, which indicate its constant changes in a progressive or regressive direction, such as: development of one component of labor potential affects its overall development or initiates it; progress of the basic elements of labor potential determines the development of derivative components; development of individual elements of labor potential creates conditions for the emergence of new elements; emergence of a new element in the labor potential changes its characteristics; replacement of one element of labor potential with another leads to its change; quantitative, qualitative, and structural changes in labor potential lead to changes in its quality; changes in individual elements of labor potential can occur in the direction of both improvement and degradation, while the vectors of changes in different elements can be different too. It is proposed to conditionally consider the process of formation of labor potential at the macro-, meso- and micro-levels, because at each of them there are certain factors and different information on the analysis of existing problems, and the process of development of labor potential will be considered from the standpoint of three interrelated directions: quantitative, qualitative, and structural changes. The practical significance of the publication lies in the possibility of optimal formation and development of the labor potential of domestic enterprises, which will allow them to provide competitive advantages in the available markets.

It is determined that the instability of the economic and financial environment, fierce competition, increasing consumer requirements for the products (goods and services) of industrial enterprises, reduction of the life cycle of goods to a dominant degree burden the process of strategic management of transparency of enterprise development in the context of convergence of investment processes, and development prospects are becoming less and less predictable. Decision-making by industrial enterprises on the implementation of the strategy for managing the transparency of enterprise development in the context of convergence of investment processes is a complex problem faced by the main management system. This is due to the preservation of outdated principles and methods of strategic management in the modern business environment, the caution of management agencies and/or the inability to accept new forms of strategic management (the human factor), etc. Resolution of these and other contradictions is possible only under the condition of a properly formed effective strategy for managing the transparency of enterprise development in the context of convergence of investment processes. When building a management strategy, a system of fuzzy derivation is used, consisting of several stages, the implementation of which is carried out using its main provisions. The input data for the strategy of managing the transparency of enterprise development in the context of convergence of investment processes are the input variables, which are measured in a certain way. These variables correspond to the real variables of the strategic management process. The information generated at the output of the system corresponds to the initial coherence, which is the leading variable of the control process. Systems of covariance functions in the formation of a strategy for managing the transparency of enterprise development in the context of convergence of investment processes are designed to convert the values of the input variables of the control process into the output co-spectral variables using phase generation with the variant identification of the parameters of the digital technology of blitz-scaling in the construction of strategic architectonics to achieve transparency in the development of industrial enterprises.

The article allocates the previously unresolved parts of the general problem regarding the development of the investment attractiveness of enterprises in the context of its economic security and finds that in connection with the implementation of the goals of sustainable development, which requires additional costs, the the entrepreneur’s profit decreases, which contradicts his interests. The aim of the article is to establish regularities of development of investment attractiveness of enterprises in the context of its economic security. In this study, the authors proceeded from the assumption that the nature of investment processes is consistent with the goals of sustainable development. The main obstacle to studying the issue of investment attractiveness in the context of economic security is that it is impossible to consider only economic factors without also taking into account ecological and social factors that affect development. It is found that «economic security» is a relatively new category of economics which entered scientific circulation only in the first half of the 20th century and which influence at the national level came to consideration in the 1970s. Despite this, even at the beginning of the new millennium, «economic security» failed to become an independent discipline. It is substantiated that the investment value of a corporation can be considered in combination with its financial capacity, development potential, economic and information security, etc., as well as a complex of various factors, the list and weight of which may change along with the investor’s goals. Convincing investors is crucial for the survival and growth of an enterprise, as a stable, investment-oriented business will have a higher degree of success. As a result, it will have a longer period of economic stability, encouraging investors to make a positive decision on long-term investments.

It is determined that the recent conditions for the functioning of industrial enterprises be characterized, on the one hand, by the complexity of assessing the level of transparency of their development, determining perspective directions of their activities and strengthening competitive positions and, on the other hand, by insufficient provision of resources to achieve their main goal, changes in a significant number of economic parameters, which is due to the influence of factors of a socioeconomic nature on the financial, industrial, social, organizational, technological, technical, informational and other spheres of activity of enterprises. The article proposes a scientific and practical approach to the formation of managerial decisions on the activation of investment positions of enterprises, which is based on the assessment of formal and active levels of transparency in the development of industrial enterprises as an initial parameter for measuring the convergence of investment processes in the business environment. This allows to most fully determine all areas of assessment of the level of transparency of development, to detail the processes of change management at enterprises, as well as to form a justified conception of managerial decision-making on purposeful changes in the level of transparency of development. The combination of adaptive managerial influences, which are adjusted on the basis of determining the rank-aggregate criterion of the structural elements of the formal and active levels of transparency in the development of industrial enterprises, makes it possible to build mechanisms and strategic-reactive instruments for rapid response to external and internal factors and at the same time take into account all complex conditions that determine the trajectory of the life cycle of enterprise by phases of viability, which is the initial parameter of measurement activity of investment processes of enterprises.

The article develops a strategy of innovation activity of an industrial enterprise on the basis of its innovation profile. For this purpose, the production and economic activity of PE "GALAVTOPROMMAST" was researched and analyzed, its innovation activity was analyzed, the trends in the development of production and economic activity of this enterprise over the past 3-5 years and trends in the development of innovation activity were studied, the results of the study of trends in the problem and a measure to improve the strategy of innovation activity of PE "GALAVTOPROMMAST" has been developed. The success of the innovation strategy of an industrial enterprise depends on the ability of this enterprise to successfully carry out various areas of innovation activity, rationally combining them with each other. If there is no good compatibility between the individual areas of innovation activity, then the enterprise has neither a clear innovation strategy nor a sustainable advantage. Management in this case is reduced only to exercising control over independent functions, and operational efficiency determines the relative performance of the enterprise. The article develops a model for forecasting strategies of innovation activity of PE «GALAVTOPROMMAST» on the basis of the innovation profile of enterprise.

It is determined that the economic nature of such a phenomenon as recession of any economy always outlines the alternative choice: the model of institutional inertia for the sake of protecting the internal ecosystem of a national economy or changing its configuration for the purposes of transformation and strategic development. It is concluded that the need to overcome the system challenges facing the Ukrainian economy and ensure sustainable development in the current conditions proves the expediency of intensifying the formation of a public system of innovations and, too, of strengthening the strategic scientific and technological forces. By deepening the reform of scientific and technical education, it is necessary to form a system of technological innovations, which considers enterprises as subjects of the innovations, which is market-oriented and provides an in-depth integration of production organizations, universities and research institutions. It is expedient to strengthen support for small and medium-sized enterprises in their innovative activities, to stimulate the commercialization of the results of scientific and technological activities, to form an innovative culture, a culture of protection and use of intellectual property rights. It is necessary to train a large contingent of strategically valuable scientific and technical personnel of the international level, leaders of scientific and technological activities, young specialists in the field of science and technology, to create high-level innovative teams. The creation of a modernized economic system is an urgent requirement due to the need to overcome barriers and the strategic goal of development. It is necessary to put quality first, giving priority to efficiency.

The article discusses the main methods and approaches to diagnosing the strategic capabilities of enterprises. On the basis of the carried out study, it is found that today three approaches to performing diagnostics of enterprises have become the most widely used. The choice of one or another of these approach depends on many factors (the purpose of diagnostics, information and analytical provision of the activities of enterprises, industry affiliation, etc.). The paper summarizes the characteristics of diagnostics as a process consisting of purpose, subject, object, tasks and methods. It is substantiated that the process of diagnostics should include the state of an economic entity for a certain period of time, as well as forecasting conditions that can affect both positively and negatively its development in the future. The main directions of diagnostics of strategic capabilities of enterprises are allocated. It is determined that there are various methods for diagnosing the state of development of enterprises, the basic ones would be statistical, economic-mathematical, and special methods. On the basis of the generalization of research on the available diagnostics of enterprise development, an algorithm has been formed, which would be expedient when carrying out diagnostics. The presented algorithm consists of three stages, each of them comprising tasks, the solution of which would foster the achievement of the maximum result of a particular research. It is proved that in order to obtain reliable and high-quality diagnostic results, it is important to form an array of data that would meet the requirements for information, have an appropriate time range, completeness of information on the issues of the phenomenon under study. It is substantiated that the correctness of the obtained results of diagnostics and the concluding diagnosis determines an effective establishment of the existing crisis phenomena, identifying the causes of their occurrence, and ways of eliminating them in the future. It is found that the strategic opportunities for the development of enterprise should be brought through the prism of implementation of individual strategies according to the certain directions, with the determination of the effectiveness of implementation of each of the strategies, which will allow to assess the most attractive vectors of development for the enterprise and to strengthen the weaker sides. Such a comprehensive assessment contributes to the establishment of the correct diagnosis, identification of strengths and weaknesses, interaction of influencing factors, which allows managers to develop effective managerial decisions on the strategic development of enterprises in the future.

It is determined that the diagnostics of the level of transparency of the development of industrial enterprises, taking into account their investment activity, consists in that that in conditions of uncertainty of the external context and the emergence of a tendency to decline in the level of development it is necessary to adjust the tactics of management activities regarding the use of diagnostic instrumentarium with the already accounted manifestation of crisis phenomena in strategic periods, to accumulate financial resources in order to successfully counter the losses caused by the crisis situation: ergo, it is advisable to predict, diagnose and prevent the consequences of the financial crisis. It is concluded that the need to improve the methodological approach to assessing the level of transparency of development of industrial enterprises, taking into account the investment activity of the economic environment, is due to that that diagnostics of the level of transparency of development reduces the probability of emergence and development of crisis phenomena in the process of production and economic activity of enterprises. On the basis of the results of the aforementioned diagnostics, the negative consequences of the financial risks of enterprise are revealed, possible ways to increase the level of development are elaborated, a strategy for achieving transparency of enterprises development in the context of convergence of investment processes is built. This enables to prepare in advance options for strategically rational decisions on both the emerging and the forecast changes in resource prices, changes in own and in borrowed funds, to adjust plans for production, obtaining loans, and changes in selling prices. Also to forecast the onset of moments of destabilization of production (occurrence of crisis factors) and to use interactive innovation and investment management as the most optimal type of relevant management in order to prevent the development of crisis at industrial enterprises.

The article examines topical issues of formation of economic security of enterprises in the current economic context, which is characterized by a dynamically changing environment and an increase in the number and quality of threats. The implementation of stable activities requires strengthening of measures to ensure the economic security of enterprises in the strategic and tactical horizons to increase the competitiveness. A critical analysis of the exitant approaches to the definition of «economic security» using the system approach is carried out and the following types of approaches are identified: process (or activity); static (security as a state); integral (combining static and activity approaches); system (security as a system). It is proved that, depending on the stage of economic development, available productive forces and production relations, a certain sufficient level of economic security of enterprises, along with its sustainability and competitiveness in selected markets, is formed. Implementing a balanced effective management makes it possible to monitor the impact of negative factors on the enterprise’s activities, to develop preventive measures to eliminate and obviate their impact on economic security, and to ensure manageability of achieving the goals. The carried out study generalizes the characteristics of «economic security of enterprise». Its formation should be divided into short- and long-term perspectives, since economic security is an important component to fully provide the activities of an enterprise and optimize the use of available resources, and is the basis for ensuring future-oriented economic stability

The methodological basis for understanding the essence of the definition of «development» was the generalized results of research by various scientific schools in this direction. On the basis of the dialectical estimation of scientific research carried out by the author on the existing understanding of the essence of economic development and economic development of enterprise, it is proposed to group existing views in accordance with three approaches, namely: extensive-intensive transformation, the process system of dynamic transformations, cyclical evolutionary transformation. The carried out study of the essence and features of the economic development of enterprises allowed to identify the main components of this process as a system and build a conception of economic development of the enterprise. A detailed study of the essence and peculiarities of the interpretation of development of enterprise of different according to various scientific views made it possible to assert that the development of an enterprise is a multifaceted process, which is characterized by the following signs: the development of enterprise is a result of evolutionary transformations in society together with economic activity; the development of enterprise is determined by the need to adapt organizational-economic flow processes in accordance with structural changes in the economic system of all spheres of activity; the development of enterprise stimulates the qualitative transformation of the management system and the organization of economic activity; the development of enterprise involves the construction of a flexible, balanced and adapted to the market environment of the organizational-economic system of functioning in time and space; the level of development of enterprise depends on resources; it also depends on competences and relevance of existing potential in relation to the possibility of its implementation at the appropriate time and place; the development of enterprise is determined by the desire to increase efficiency and gain competitive advantages.

In the article, the authors analyzed the state and assessed the efficiency of industry in Ukraine. Within the framework of the study, an overview of the main macroeconomic indicators of the development of the economy of Ukraine was carried out, the determination of the actual value of which made it possible to form a prognosis of their changes for the future. In the process of research, the dynamics of the main indicators of the development of industrial enterprises of the country were analyzed, which allows us to judge the presence of both positive and negative changes. The analysis of the volume of products sold (goods, services) of industrial enterprises of Ukraine by types of economic activity, the analysis of the profitability of the operational activities of industrial enterprises and the analysis of the net profit (loss) of industrial enterprises of Ukraine provides an opportunity to judge the efficiency and effectiveness of the functioning of the industry. In connection with the continuous progressive development of the Chinese economy, enterprise personnel management has become an important part of social and economic development. Enterprise personnel management can promote stable talent development and job satisfaction, so it plays an important role in the sustainable development of the Chinese economy. To solve problems in the management of personnel development, it is suggested to improve and constantly innovate the management of human resources, including changing the concept of management, the motivational base, the compensatory mechanism of the impact of work results on the amount of the received reward. Based on this, this article analyzes the importance of innovations in the management of personnel development and outlines the innovative strategy of the enterprise's human resources management. The study also allows us to conclude that the construction of an effective work motivation system is directly dependent on the increase in the socio-economic level of development of the company's personnel.

Current trends in the development of HR-management at Ukrainian enterprises has been studied. It is noted that in today’s economic situation, people are the most valuable resources of any enterprise, because achievement of global development goals depends on their contribution. That is, the competitiveness of products and the enterprise, financial stability and prospects for strategic development depend on the efficiency level of personnel management. It is noted that today Ukrainian companies are forced to look for ways to solve the problem of the outflow of highly qualified personnel abroad and establish a personnel management system based on the introduction of new methods and innovative technologies in personnel management. The initial provisions of personnel management and the enterprise HR-management structure are considered. It is noted that HR-management is always focused on implementing competencies and professional abilities of an employee and achieving the greatest possible contribution of the staff to the performance and development of enterprises. Therefore, to increase the efficiency of personnel management, domestic companies should learn from the global experience in HR-management, as well as development and implementation of HR strategies, which in fact have a very serious impact on the performance indices of an organization, and adopt the best practices. The correspondence pattern between the enterprise strategy and its HR-strategy is given. It is established that rapid changes in the external environment, the introduction of modern technologies, and effective forms of organizing production have changed the attitude of business to a person. The staff has stopped being human resource only, becoming the key factor in the success of enterprise development. This role of a person in the production process necessitates the search for and implementation of innovative approaches to personnel management. It is concluded that the introduction of HR-management, and formation and implementation of HR strategies at domestic enterprises will significantly increase the efficiency of business processes and bring competitive advantages that will create the best conditions for development.

The gradual demise of the command-administrative management system determines the relevance of the study of the peculiarities of the development of the methodological basis for managing the development of industrial enterprises in terms of modern management. The article highlights the features of managing the development of industrial enterprises in the context of globalization, as the adoption of the methodology of sustainable development, which is based on the principles of socially responsible activities of enterprises; increasing the weight of management of changes and constraints in the overall management system of enterprise development; increasing the role of informal tools in building a methodology for evaluating directions, as well as methods of strategic forecasting and planning of enterprise development; abandonment of management decisions in the short term in favor of long-term strategic decisions; decentralization of enterprise management and dissemination of collective decision-making methods; improving marketing management as one of the decisive factors in increasing the competitiveness of enterprises, their investment attractiveness. The interpretation of the enterprise’s evolvement as a process of acquiring new qualitative, quantitative or structural properties of the socio-economic system, which involves a change in the parameters of its state and the acquisition of equilibrium, is elaborated. The system is transformed through the growth, activation or structuring of the constituent elements. The author considers relationship between the concepts of «innovation» and «development» as complex categories that need to be clearly delineated and closer defined. The factors limiting the ability of enterprises to increase production include: prices for the raw and expendable materials, cost of energy, tax pressure, lack of working capital, insufficient effective demand of domestic consumers, high competition in the commodity market. The key internal factors that affect the development of the enterprise are its existing potential, functional activity of the organization and the effectiveness of enterprise development. Innovation remains an important sign of development – necessary, but insufficient for its implementation. The key factors influencing the management of enterprise development include the mission, vision, values and policies, plan and program of enterprise development.

The efficiency indicator of personnel management in many aspects determines the success of innovative activities of every modern enterprise. At the same time, the social aspect of personnel development plays an important role in the successful functioning of each specific enterprise in the face of globalization challenges. Agricultural enterprises form the basis of the country's food security, and the study of issues related to the development of personnel, especially in terms of its social direction, has both a theoretical and an applied nature. Currently, the creation of products in the agricultural sector of the state requires not only quantitative indicators of personnel, but also depends on its qualitative factors, among which priority is given to the ability to create innovations. The problem of transferring enterprises of the agro-industrial complex to an innovative model of development is one of the important and priority ones, and requires special attention. Thus, the purpose of the article is to interpret the essence of the social component of personnel under the circumstances of innovative changes in the economy as a condition of personnel competitiveness. The article examines certain aspects of the social component of the staff in the conditions of innovative development of the enterprise, the strengthening of globalization challenges facing the economy of Ukraine. It is substantiated that in the modern conditions of the enterprise's activity, the problem of staff stability has matured. The possibility of considering this issue through such components as motivational, managerial and social is determined. It was determined that the competitiveness of personnel is a significant factor in the formation of competitive advantages of any enterprise. The article is aimed at consolidating the theoretical aspects of formation of a management system for innovatively oriented development of enterprises. According to the results of the carried out research, it is identified that modern industrial enterprises are in a crisis state, which causes the need to develop an economically substantiated program for their reform, focusing on expanding innovation-technological activities and increasing investments in the real sector of the economy, as well as increasing the efficiency of their use. It is defined that the need for research, namely, the formation of a management system for innovatively oriented development of enterprises, is determined by its role in accelerating the growth rate of social production, improving the quality of products and increasing scientific-technological progress, which are the main directions of economic strategy, planning and forecasting of production. The results of the analysis of the economic essence of the concepts of «management», «system», «management system», «innovations», «development» and «innovative development» allowed to define that a management system for the innovatively oriented development of enterprises represents an orderly set of elements interaction, which is directed towards the continuous and comprehensive process of introducing innovations for the formation of efficient activity in the strategic perspective, taking into account the factors of internal and external environment together with the laws of development of social production aimed at concentration, parallelism, adaptability and rhythmicity of the enterprise management system.

The objectives of the article are: study of the definitions of concepts of «adaptation»/«adaptability» and «sustainability»/«development»; analysis of these concepts; allocation of the keywords that disclose the essence of the concepts of «adaptation»/«adaptability» and «sustainability»/«development»; establishing a connection between them in the context of enterprise management in conditions of uncertainty. For a clearer understanding of the essence of the concepts of «adaptation»/«adaptability» and «sustainability»/«development», the author used the method of morphological analysis and carried out a morphological classification of these concepts. It is determined that when defining the concept of «adaptability», scholars use such keywords as property, reaction, ability, characteristics and condition, the process of adaptation to changes. The concept of «adaptability», in fact, equates (up to complete identifying) to the concept of «adaptation». Regarding the concepts of «sustainability»/«development», it is determined that the sustainability of enterprise development is ensured on the basis of taking into account the influence of the external environment and improving management within the enterprise in order to increase the efficiency of its activities and continuous development. For each enterprise, it is important not only to maintain resilience, but also to strive for a state of sustainable development. In order to establish a relationship between concepts, the concept map method was used, which was constructed using concepts, keywords to them and definitions within keyword data. It is established that the keywords of all four categories are interrelated. To determine the most commonly used words in the context of these concepts, the author used semantic analysis and the «frequency cloud» of words. The obtained results confirm both the carried out analysis of concepts and the defined keywords for categories of «adaptation»/«adaptability» and «sustainability»/«development».

Purpose. The purpose of the study is to develop a methodical approach of choosing options for ensuring the competitiveness of enterprises in the development of agricultural clusters. To achieve this goal, factor and performance indicators have been identified, on the basis of which a decision will be made on the acceptability of the option of ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise; the criteria for satisfying the values of factor and performance indicators are specified; the task of choosing the optimal variant of ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise is formalized. Methodology / approach. During the study, the method of systematization and the method of induction were used for critical analysis of the problem of choosing options for ensuring the competitiveness of enterprises in the system of development of agricultural clusters. The tools of discrete mathematics and the provisions of the theory of investment portfolio formation are used to formalize the problem of choosing the optimal option for ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise. To demonstrate an example of the application of the proposed methodological approach to the choice of options for ensuring the competitiveness of enterprises in the system of development of agricultural clusters, the method of expert assessments was used. The initial expert data were obtained on the basis of a survey of cluster leaders who are members of the Ukrainian National Technical Platform “Agrotechnical Platform”. Results. It is substantiated that the decision on the acceptability of the option of ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise in the system of innovation cluster development must be made based on the expected profit of the enterprise and the amount of money and time required to obtain it. It is argued that the decision on the best option to ensure the competitiveness of enterprises should be made on the basis of criteria that can be set in a certain range or set as a maximum or minimum value. It is proved that the choice of the best option to ensure the competitiveness of the enterprise can be reduced to the task of finding the optimal distribution of investment resources aimed at ensuring the competitiveness of enterprises in the development of agricultural clusters. Originality / scientific novelty. The methodical approach to the choice of option of ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise in the system of agricultural cluster development has been improved. It is based on the application of discrete mathematics tools and the provisions of the theory of investment portfolio formation, and also allows you to combining alternatives that can ensure the competitiveness of the enterprise at any stage of its development in the agricultural cluster system. The proposed methodical approach allows optimizing the distribution of investment resources of enterprises so that the decisions taken provide the expected level of their competitiveness. Practical value / implications. Today in Ukraine there are many agricultural clusters, within which hundreds of small and medium enterprises operate. Therefore, the focus group of users of the proposed method is quite significant. The practical value of this methodical approach lies in the possibility of its use by enterprises in making investment decisions, the formation of development strategies, the development of tactical models of behavior in periods of increased competition.

The article examines some peculiarities of developing an adaptive financial management system at domestic enterprises. It was found out that the management and application of financial resources in a market economy is carried out through financial payments. This mechanism is based on the control over production expenses level and their divergence from socially necessary costs. It is noted that budgeting is the main basis for building an adaptive financial management system at an enterprise, which pays due regard to the impact of financial risks and the ways to avert them. Cash flow management cannot but use the scheme for behavioral modeling of the possible outcomes of the cash flows. The development of financial models for assessing and managing financial risks is part of the overall budgeting system at an enterprise. They are a fairly reliable instrument for assessing and managing the entire financial risks system at an enterprise, as they make it possible to assess different levels of risk due to different factors influencing them and to the different levels of risk controllability. To describe the relationship of financial indicators, a multifactor model is proposed, which allows a detailed study of the interdependence of features, the closeness of the relationship between variables, their subordination. It makes it possible to describe the mutual influence of internal and external factors on the total capital efficiency, to take into account changes (variations) in the parameters of this environment, the reaction of financial stability to these deviations. It is concluded that the development of an adaptive financial management system at an enterprise helps to improve the financial performance of the enterprise, provides transparency to the financial management and cash flow and allows the management to take viable solutions and create the most profitable financial plans.

The article is aimed at substantiating the essence of the concepts of «financial sustainability» and «strategic management of financial sustainability» in the context of providing economic security in the conditions of integration processes in the economy. The relevance of the management of financial sustainability of enterprise is proved, which is connected with the need to find new approaches to financial sustainability management in the context of providing its economic security in the conditions of strengthened integration processes. It is proposed that the financial sustainability of enterprise be understood as such state of its financial resources, when a financial balance is achieved in the long and short-term periods and which on his part, in the conditions of strengthened integration processes, results in the properties of the enterprise manifested as a system that allows to adapt to the action of destabilizing factors through flexibility and complex formation and use of financial potential and thus protects the enterprise from the influence of factors of both the external and the internal environment. It is specified that strategic management of financial sustainability can be conceived as the influence of the managing subsystem on the financial potential of the enterprise in order to implement strategic plans in the conditions of integration processes in compliance with the optimal structure of financial resources, which is achieved by flexibility and adaptability to the destabilizing factors of influence. As result of the research, it is substantiated that strategic management of financial sustainability of enterprise is a dynamic set of the interrelated management processes: information provision of the financial sustainability management; analysis of the financial sustainability of enterprise and the related factors of influence; development and forecasting of development scenarios taking into account integration processes; implementation of the strategy for achieving financial sustainability; monitoring and control of achieving the strategy goals in the dynamic development of integration processes in the economy. Prospects for further research in this direction are the development of a mechanism for management of the financial sustainability of enterprise in the context of provision of its economic security.

The article determines that a systematic approach to the classification of factors influencing the level of innovative support for sustainable development of enterprises is characterized by a comprehensive assessment of the identification of various objective factors. Knowledge of these factors, the ability to identify their impact on the innovative support of the enterprise can influence the level of application of a systematic approach under the influence of dominant factors, to create an effective mechanism for managing them. Since each indicator reflects a certain economic category and is formed under the influence of certain economic and other factors, the factors are hypothetical reasons that affect a number of indicators under analysis. In this sense, economic factors such as economic categories, which are reflected in the indicators, are objective in nature. It is concluded that the list of factors influencing the level of innovative support for sustainable development of the enterprise is always individual and depends on the internal capabilities of the enterprise to counteract the factors of potential threat. External factors characterize the general conditions of deterioration, but with proper management, perfect organization and qualified decision-making, the company has the opportunity to avoid negative impact on the level of innovation support for sustainable development of the enterprise, despite the significant impact of the external environment. It is specified that a bankruptcy situation is largely due to internal reasons, and primarily ineffective management. All other causes are the result of errors and ineffective managerial decisions. However, these classifications are not constant, they change over time, in particular depending on the stage of the life cycle of the market product.

The article is aimed at defining the strategic resources to ensure economic potential in the context of integration-diversification development of enterprise. The relevance of creating favorable economic conditions for sustainable functioning and growth of the level of technological development of enterprises, their provision with necessary resources, which are the integral elements of expanded reproduction in the country, is proved. It is specified that for the effective functioning of enterprise it is necessary to have certain types of resources, their balanced quantitative and qualitative interaction in the real production process on the principles of integration and diversification. As a result of the study, it is determined that the economic potential of enterprise is an aggregate of a certain type strategic resources that ensure the implementation of all activities of the enterprise through the use of its potential capabilities, which provides an aggregate effect allowing them to function effectively and form sustainable competitive advantages on the basis of integration and diversification development. A systemic model of ensuring economic potential on the basis of the integration-diversification development of enterprise is proposed, which in the conditions of formation of post-industrial society solves the main task – introduction of innovations and progressive changes at enterprise. The structure of strategic resources of the economic potential of enterprise is explored, among which special attention is paid to organizational resources, which are resources of the enterprise management system to carry out and coordinate its interaction with objects of both external and internal environment. Prospects for further research in this area are the formation of financial support for the strategy of integration-diversification development of enterprise on the basis of the implementation of the principles of synergetics.

The article reveals the concept of "development of economic entity" and the formation of the concept of "one", "two" and "many" criteria for assessing its development. The development of the enterprise is considered as a process of acquiring new qualitative, quantitative or structural properties that involves changing the parameters of its state. The system is transformed through the growth, activation or structuring of the constituent elements. It is determined that growth (horizontal, vertical, diversified) involves the expansion of the size of the enterprise, its potential and scale of activity. Activation occurs due to the increase of business activity of enterprise, through the establishment and strengthening of communication with the contact audience (suppliers, customers, regional community, etc.). Restructuring is characterized by the rebuilding of relationships in the system and changes in enterprise management, i. e. the choice of a new leadership style, modernization of the organizational structure of management, and so on. The developed conceptual model for assessing the development of economic entity is based on the understanding of development as a threefold essence of potential, functional activity and effectiveness. Changing any of these elements affects development and characterizes it. An inherent property of enterprise development is the advancement of the rate of change of indicators of functional activity in relation to the pace of change of efficiency and potential. Based on the definition of development as a permanent process, which is always associated with the emergence in time of something qualitatively new or a new combination of existing elements, which leads to the formation of a new result, a triangle of development of economic entity is formed. Stages of the enterprise development assessment have been developed. The criteria for assessing the development of economic entity are defined.

The article substantiates the role of marketing in the development of the market of tourist services. The authors believe that the commercial success of the company in the tourism market significantly depends on the extent to which it can support the existing structure of the target needs of real and potential customers and form an optimal portfolio of travel services. In these conditions, marketing is a strategic guideline, the purpose of which is to establish long-term relationships at the micro and macro levels. The study substantiates that the expansion of the traditional boundaries of marketing of tourist services is associated with the formation of a new paradigm of relations with contact audiences, based on the formation and maintenance of loyalty to the travel agency and its services. The article examines the structure of the tourism market, identifies the features of marketing in the field of tourism and develops marketing measures for tourism entities (to form a product developed in accordance with the studied demand on the basis of strategic planning of the company’s activities; offer a tourist service in the right place of specific segments of consumers at reasonable prices; provide a service of quality). The study substantiates the priority of the marketing concept for entities that intend to work in the market of tourist services.

Current trends in the development of HR-management at Ukrainian enterprises has been studied. It is noted that in today’s economic situation, people are the most valuable resources of any enterprise, because achievement of global development goals depends on their contribution. That is, the competitiveness of products and the enterprise, financial stability and prospects for strategic development depend on the efficiency level of personnel management. It is noted that today Ukrainian companies are forced to look for ways to solve the problem of the outflow of highly qualified personnel abroad and establish a personnel management system based on the introduction of new methods and innovative technologies in personnel management. The initial provisions of personnel management and the enterprise HRmanagement structure are considered. It is noted that HR-management is always focused on implementing competencies and professional abilities of an employee and achieving the greatest possible contribution of the staff to the performance and development of enterprises. Therefore, to increase the efficiency of personnel management, domestic companies should learn from the global experience in HR-management, as well as development and implementation of HR strategies, which in fact have a very serious impact on the performance indices of an organization, and adopt the best practices. The correspondence pattern between the enterprise strategy and its HR-strategy is given. It is established that rapid changes in the external environment, the introduction of modern technologies, and effective forms of organizing production have changed the attitude of business to a person. The staff has stopped being human resource only, becoming the key factor in the success of enterprise development. This role of a person in the production process necessitates the search for and implementation of innovative approaches to personnel management. It is concluded that the introduction of HR-management, and formation and implementation of HR strategies at domestic enterprises will significantly increase the efficiency of business processes and bring competitive advantages that will create the best conditions for development. In today's competitive environment, the brand is one of the main prerequisites for effective development of the enterprise, allows to ensure the fulfillment of social obligations to employees and society, identify products or enterprises, acts as a guarantor of product quality, forms a positive image of the business entity. This necessitates the study of theoretical and practical experience of the possibilities of using the brand to increase the competitiveness of the business entity. Another factor that determines the relevance of this study is the limited practical experience in brand management by domestic companies in the globalization of the economy. The goal of the research is to establish the role of branding in improving the efficiency of domestic enterprises. The key tasks include: outlining the characteristics of the enterprise sustainable development; determining the degree of the brand influence on the business entity effectiveness; consideration of the order of interrelation between branding and social responsibility in modern conditions of competition; proving the importance of brand identity, by detailed coordination of personalization. The research methods were: monographic, comparison, analysis and graphic. It is determined that the main prerequisite for sustainable development of domestic enterprises in the context of economic globalization, limited resources, technology development is the process of brand management. The brand will be one of the main competitive advantages of businesses in the future. Priority will be given to the demand, simplicity and "humanity" of the brand, rather than technology. It has been proven that in order to protect the reputation of its brand, a business must recognize that its success requires a holistic approach to promoting its product or service, including greater social responsibility. A company's reputation and corporate affiliation often affect an entity's ability to operate outside the country or to influence consumer behavior. The aim of the article is to develop and generalize the theoretical and methodological bases of managing diversification and integration development in an enterprise. To achieve the goal, the research is performed using the methods of generalization, abstract logical reasoning, induction, deduction, systematization, formalization. Scientific approaches to understanding the essence of the concept “development” and its necessity for effective functioning of enterprises in the changing modern turbulent environment are studied, which served a basis for improving the concept. Considerable attention is paid to the processes of diversification and integration development and the features of their use in activities of modern enterprises. Structural and functional relationships between these concepts are highlighted and the benefits (effects) from diversification and integration development are identified, which made it possible to justify its need for modern enterprises. The theoretical aspects of managing diversification and integration development in enterprises are substantiated. Thus, the above results allow an enterprise to clearly define the goal, principles, functions, approaches, directions, areas and types of management, build an effective management mechanism to achieve the desired effects of diversification and integration development in enterprises as the most acceptable under modern conditions of dynamism and unpredictability of the external and internal environment.

The article defines that the current economic condition of most Ukrainian industrial energy enterprises is characterized by the qualities typical of transition to market conditions: general financial-economic instability, cyclical phases of recession and depressions, slight increase in production volumes. In these circumstances, the performance of any enterprise is significantly fluctuating. Nevertheless, the amount of financing is considered today as the main criterion for sustainable development of each individual enterprise, and the national economy as a whole. Improving the efficiency of economic entities depends on improving the information provision of managerial functions on the basis of use of modern software products. All the levers of control require quality changes. The financial-economic situation of industrial energy enterprises depends to a large extent on the rationality of building the conception of management of the structural transformations of innovative potential, which requires an appropriate evaluation and elaboration of certain management actions. It is concluded that a significant conceptual role in the strategic analysis of the management of structural transformations of the innovative potential of industrial energy enterprises is assigned to the identification of parameters, that is, the identification of the considered parameter’s degree of matching with certain values that can be critical, marginal, or maximum possible. Defining these values represents the final stage of the analysis of the evaluation results as to efficiency of the use of innovative potential. However, it should not be assumed that the maximum possible ratios are the limit ones, they will grow as the market relations improve, same as the optimal level of innovative potential of enterprises, that will constantly change and depend on external and internal factors.

The article defines that every industrial energy enterprise in the structure of the production industry should develop an effective strategic plan for its innovative development, directed towards achieving a balance between its own solvent demand, existing supply volumes from scientific organizations and the investment opportunities. Taking account of the forecast of such kind, enterprises must define which production technologies should be developed and which should be abandoned. The increase of innovation potential should be preceded by projections of investment volumes and aggregate financing for the development of science and technology. It is concluded that the achievement of strategically innovative goals depends directly on the clear coordination of interaction between the various functional structures of industrial energy enterprises, rapid response to legal novations and the current internal situation. At the same time, an equally important forecast is both the external, aimed at verifying the compliance of economic results of industrial enterprises and a certain level of innovation potential with existing adaptive norms, and the internal, purpose of which is to ensure the implementation of innovative decisions, as well as to prevent undesirable consequences when changing the innovation-investment norms. Solving the related problems and shortcomings of the strategic system will help stimulate entrepreneurial production activity, increase business and investment innovation activity of industrial energy enterprises, as well as stimulating scientific-technological progress, technological renewal of production and, as result, the entry of national industrial enterprises into the global market of high-tech products.

The essence and features of digitalization at enterprises as an element of their competitive advantage are considered in the article, the place and role of digitalization in increasing competitiveness and the preconditions and problems of digitalization of enterprises are identified, tasks and measures for digitalization of enterprises are defined using modern information technologies and methods of enterprise management, determining the main aims and priorities of the enterprises activity under strengthening of a competition and deepening of integration processes of global economy. Digitalization is considered as a priority need for change and adaptation of enterprise management in a pandemic. The state of economic entities during the COVID-19 pandemic is analyzed in the article. The following features are revealed in the study: the pandemic and quarantine caused a decline in consumer incomes, which led to a general decline in corporate profitability and increased operating costs; the change in market conditions caused by the pandemic has prompted businesses to adapt to new conditions through the introduction of innovative technologies, new communication channels and information systems. It has been established that the changes caused by global processes and the COVID-19 pandemic have led to significant changes in the classic business management system, and the transition to business digitalization has become a prerequisite for competitive advantage in today's environment. The use of information systems, elements of artificial intelligence in the business management system has allowed many business owners to not only stay in the market, but also gain new benefits. The approach of the "Three Horizons" of enterprise development is considered, which is based on the analysis of opportunities for growth and search for ideas for the desired horizon: the advantage of security and creating additional benefits for customers. The article is concerned with deepening theoretical approaches and developing recommendations for forming strategic guidelines for managing the potential of economic security of enterprises. It is noted that most machine-building enterprises, due to the large number of dangers, largely caused by the specifics of national market relations, have to act in situations of high risk, so it is necessary to provide for such measures to ensure the economic security of the enterprise, which could minimize the adverse effects and the negative impact of internal and external threats. The hierarchy analysis method is proposed to model the choice of strategic guidelines for economic security management. It is noted that the strategic guidelines of the enterprise, which are taking into account the status of its economic security potential and are developed on the basis of the choice of the best scenario from the point of view of expedient allocation of resources and counteracting the external and internal factors threatening the enterprise, are very relevant and have applied value for machine-building enterprises. The development of strategic guidelines allows to ensure a balanced pace of permanent growth and safe development of the enterprise, taking into account its protection against changes in internal and external threats for a rather long period of time.

The aim of the article is to develop and justify the S.C.O.R.E. model for assessing the problem space in development opportunities of an enterprise engaged in restaurant business under various conditions of its internal and external interactions. The advantages of applying neurolinguistic programming in forming and making managerial decisions as regards the pathway for further development of an enterprise engaged in restaurant business are considered. As a result of analyzing, synthesizing and summarizing the existing scientific works, there identified key aspects that must be taken into account by an enterprise engaged in restaurant business in determining the strategic vectors of its development (symptoms, causes, outcomes; resources and effects). The algorithm for a systematic solution of problems associated with making sound managerial decisions on development of an enterprise engaged in restaurant business is justified: comprehensive strategic diagnosis of an enterprise engaged in restaurant business and formation of the “as-is” model; determination of reserves and resources for closing the gap between the “as-is” and “to-be” models of development of an enterprise engaged in restaurant business; justification of the optimal development strategy of an enterprise engaged in restaurant business (formation of the “to-be” model). The prospect for further research in this direction is using the proposed S.C.O.R.E. model to justify the optimal strategy for development of enterprises engaged in restaurant business in the Kharkiv region.

The article is aimed at researching the gnoseological aspects of innovative management of enterprises development: the definitions, components and tendencies of development; exploring the stages of forming the essence of methodology as an ideological platform for solving a scientific problem; developing a scientific-practical approach to the formation and implementation of a system of innovative management of the enterprise development. The gnoseological aspects of innovative management of enterprises development have been researched: the definitions, components and tendencies of development for the formation of a complex of programs for enterprises development taking into view different time horizons in order to improve the level of their competitiveness in conditions of transformational economy. It is proved that foundation of formation of any methodology is philosophical basis. It is proposed to use the scientific-practical approach to the formation and implementation of the system of innovative management of enterprises development, based on the synthesis of methodological aspects of the gnoseological roots and the main directions of innovation, with attention to the components and principles of innovatics, which constitute a foundation for assessing, testing and forecasting the results of innovative management of enterprises development, forming a complex of programs for their development taking into view different time horizons in order to improve the level of their competitiveness in conditions of transformational economy.

The theoretical principles of logistic activity of the enterprise are considered. The concept of «logistic activity of an enterprise» is explored. It is noted that the efficiency of logistic activity depends on a wide range of factors and is characterized by certain features both at separate enterprises, and in different branches. The article describes the market, on which the production enterprise PJSC «Kvazar» operates. The range of products and services provided by the company is presented. The logistic activity of the investigated enterprise in terms of its components is analyzed. The dominants for the development of logistic activity of PJSC «Kvazar» are determined. It is emphasized that the role of Logistics in the life of a production enterprise is very large. The authors determine the problems hindering the efficiency of logistic activity at the enterprise, and propose a number of measures to improve the logistic activities of PJSC «Kvazar», which will allow the company to optimize logistic costs and help to achieve a higher level of competitiveness in the market.

The article examines some peculiarities of developing an adaptive financial management system at domestic enterprises. It was found out that the management and application of financial resources in a market economy is carried out through financial payments. This mechanism is based on the control over production expenses level and their divergence from socially necessary costs. It is noted that budgeting is the main basis for building an adaptive financial management system at an enterprise, which pays due regard to the impact of financial risks and the ways to avert them. Cash flow management cannot but use the scheme for behavioral modeling of the possible outcomes of the cash flows. The development of financial models for assessing and managing financial risks is part of the overall budgeting system at an enterprise. They are a fairly reliable instrument for assessing and managing the entire financial risks system at an enterprise, as they make it possible to assess different levels of risk due to different factors influencing them and to the different levels of risk controllability. To describe the relationship of financial indicators, a multifactor model is proposed, which allows a detailed study of the interdependence of features, the closeness of the relationship between variables, their subordination. It makes it possible to describe the mutual influence of internal and external factors on the total capital efficiency, to take into account changes (variations) in the parameters of this environment, the reaction of financial stability to these deviations. It is concluded that the development of an adaptive financial management system at an enterprise helps to improve the financial performance of the enterprise, provides transparency to the financial management and cash flow and allows the management to take viable solutions and create the most profitable financial plans. The purpose of the article is to study the current state and the prospects of innovative development of export-oriented industrial enterprises of Lviv region and of Ukraine on the basis of modern theory and practice in the field of economics and enterprise management. It is established that the innovative activity of Ukrainian industrial enterprises is at a rather low level with the prospect of further reduction. The key obstacles and difficulties arising on the way of innovative development of Ukrainian export-oriented industrial enterprises are highlighted. The ways of solving the problems of innovative development of export-oriented industrial enterprises in Ukraine are offered. The prospect of further research in this area is the study of key aspects of the development of export-oriented industrial enterprises with the prospect of development and increases their export potential.

The article is aimed at analyzing the theoretical-methodical prerequisites of constructive strategizing in the development of socio-economic potential of enterprise, on the results of which the basis for substantiation of the whole paradigm of this process can be created. According to the results of generalization of a considerable number of scientific works, the main directions of development of researches on the topic are defined. Among them is updating of the terminological support for this scientific direction; formation of reliable technologies of information support and quantitative-qualitative technologies of measurement and modeling of development of the socio-economic potential of enterprise; increasing attention to social aspects of strategizing the development of the socio-economic potential of enterprises. Using the interdisciplinary approach, the essence and content of the concepts of «socio-economic potential of enterprise», «strategic management», «strategizing», «strategy» and «stratagem» have been clarified. Prospect for further researches in this direction is substantiation of a picture of the world together with educational-professional support of construction of practical methods for strategizing the development of the socio-economic potential of enterprise, usage of culturodigmatic ideas and the case-study method to research unique situations.

Relevance of planning in the current conditions of development of national enterprises is researched. The essence of category of «planning» has been analyzed from the point of view of various authors, also the authors’ own definition of this category has been proposed. A review of peculiarities of planning of the activities of national enterprises in the historical aspect has been provided. The current concepts of planning based on approaches and methods of accounting the complexity of operating environment of enterprise have been allocated. On the basis of consideration of the levels of planning process – strategic, tactical, operational – a cross-cutting model of planning of the activities of national enterprises has been generalized taking into account the tasks and results of planning at each stage. The basic and specific requirements for the formation of plans of enterprises have been substantiated. The advantages and disadvantages of planning of the enterprise activity have been defined.

The essence of consulting is investigated in this paper. Historical aspects of development and current trends in the consulting services market in Ukraine are considered. Approaches to consulting classification are given. Ukrainian consulting is at the stage of development, the prospects for further rooting in this industry depend on the process of stabilization of market relations in Ukraine in general. The consulting market is growing quantitatively and professionally. Significant growth in demand in the field of tax consulting and tax risk management is predicted. In this paper the authors reveal the signs of consulting activities in Ukraine. According to the authors point of view, the most balanced structure of consulting services is that offered by the European Directory of management consultants which combines all types of services into 8 groups: general management, administration, financial management, personnel management, marketing, organization of production, information technologies and special services, particularly, training consulting, consulting on power management, telecommunications, small business consulting, engineering consulting, etc. The segmentation of the consulting services market in Ukraine by functional purpose is reflected. The following key clients of consulting services in Ukraine are identified: metallurgical, chemical, food industry, telecommunication, civil engineering, financial sectors, trade. Since financial consulting is becoming more and more popular in Ukraine, features of this type of consulting are given in this paper. The role of financial consulting in the consulting system is highlighted. Peculiarities of financial consulting application are defined. Restraining factors of financial consulting application are given, the main ones are as follows: imperfection of regulatory and legal support; low level of trust in consulting companies; disinterest or resistance of the customer organization employees; unclear and opaque pricing for financial consulting services to customers; difficulties with reliable assessment of the effectiveness and efficiency of provided consulting services; lack of social perception of consulting as a profession and business by potential consumers; low solvency of customers. According to the authors point of view, financial consulting services support the sustainable development of business structures. It is shown that one of the elements in methodological basis of enterprise strategic choice concerning its development is the model of enterprise development. There are principle aspects of modeling enterprise development (targets, principles of building, features, characteristics, assumptions and limitations of the model) considered in the article. There is content-context field for the model of enterprise development shown in the article. Such content-context field contains context, content-instrumental and target aspects. Every of such aspects specify content of the model and its characteristics. The task of modeling the enterprise development is solved by building five specific models of enterprise development that are combined into general model of development: model of ability of enterprise for development, model of choosing strategy of development, model of choosing vector of development, model of choosing basis of development and model of result of development. Functional purpose of every model is shown. There are their relationships and content considered in the article. Their place in structure of general model of enterprise development is defined. Their role in strategic choice of the enterprise concerning its development is shown.

Emphasis is placed on The importance of considering the problems of enterprise development in view of the economic entities functioning in the context of uncertainty, risk, impact of European integration processes, digitilization, etc. in their activities is highlighted. It is noted that development in one form or another is the enterprise activity attribute. It is stated that the first basis for defining the term «enterprise development» is the understanding of «development» as the philosophical category. Special attention is paid to the change of enterprise development concepts and transition from the «development – functioning» concept to that one predicting development for the benefit of development. The main approaches to the «development» category interpretation, particularly for the result-effect and essential components, as well as the enterprise size and performance index increase, change of the enterprise state to more progressive, increase of the change flexibility and adaptability, change of the enterprise qualitative state are given. It is noted that most of the scientists determine changes as the main enterprise development attribute, and the enterprise development is accepted as positive by default. The author generalizes his own approaches to understanding the development essence, which involves its defining as a set of changes, the change behavior, the changes state or result, the process. The development levels (scientific-methodical, methodological, methodical and applied), its forms (progress and regress), as well as development varieties in terms of influence quality on the enterprise economic activity (negative, neutral, positive) are given. The components of development-progress, particularly social, material, spiritual and scientific, with indication of their parameters evaluation are considered. Properties of the development, including orientation, speed, efficiency, causality, irreversibility, are indicated.
