The reliability and performance of technological equipment largely depends on timely and reliable diagnostics of less durable assembly units, which include rolling bearings. An effective tool for determining state of the mechanical rotational systems on rolling bearings is vibration diagnostics. The variety vibration diagnostic method which are used on practise is due to the complexity extracting an informative component for estimation and predicting the state of rolling bearings from the general vibration signal of the study unit. The article is dedicated information content study of narrow frequency ranges of the vibration signal operation bearing assemblies paper machines and their use as diagnostic parameters for vibration diagnostics of rolling bearings. The paper presents the analysis results of vibration diagnostics existing methods of bearing assemblies of the technological equipment and establishes the determination defects in rolling bearings by changing the vibration level on the characteristic frequencies components of the vibration spectrum and the bypass spectrum provides more specific information about the nature damage of the bearing and its operation. On the processing experimental data base i.e. the average vibration velocity spectra signal taken from the bearing assembly paper machine, we offer a relative indicator for current state bearing estimation and its state prediction progress, which helps to make a decision on the suitability or unsuitability bearing, Надійність та продуктивність роботи технологічного обладнання значною мірою залежить від вчасної і надійної діагностики найменш довговічних складальних одиниць, до яких належать підшипники кочення. Ефективним інструментом визначення стану механічних обертових систем на підшипниках кочення є вібраційна діагностика. Різноманітність методів вібродіагностики, що застосовуються на практиці, обумовлена складністю виділення інформативної складової для оцінки і прогнозування стану підшипників кочення із загального вібраційного сигналу досліджуваного вузла. Стаття присвячена дослідженню інформативності вузьких діапазонів частот вібраційного сигналу роботи підшипникових вузлів папероробних машин та їх застосуванню як діагностичних параметрів для вібродіагностики підшипників кочення. У роботі наведено результати аналізу існуючих методів вібродіагностики підшипникових вузлів технологічного обладнання та встановлено, що визначення дефектів підшипників кочення за зміною рівня вібрацій на характерних частотах складових спектра вібрації та спектра обвідної надає більш конкретну інформацію щодо характеру пошкодження підшипника та його експлуатації. На підставі обробки експериментальних даних ‒ усереднених спектрів віброшвидкості сигналу, знятого з підшипникового вузла папероробної машини, – запропоновано відносний показник оцінки поточного стану підшипника та прогнозу розвитку його стану, з визначенням якого є можливість винесення рішення про придатність чи непридатність підшипника.

Purpose. The development and implementation of energy-efficient test schemes for auxiliary electrical machines of rolling stock requires mathematical modeling in order to determine the most rational scheme from the point of view of the quality of the tests performed, as well as to minimize energy costs for conducting the tests themselves. Methodology. The methodological basis of the research is the analytical research methods based on the compilation of the calculation system of differential equations by solving which it is possible to determine the parameters of the mutual load scheme. Findings. Given the fact that the mutual load system is complex enough to be solved by the system, in the work, the system was decomposed into simpler schemes for replacing the electrical and mechanical parts. A system of differential equations was created on the basis of substitution schemes, which made it possible to create a model of a mutual load system with three input and three output parameters. The developed model can be easily implemented in specialized software environments (for example, SIMULINK) using standard built-in blocks. Originality. A rational scheme for testing auxiliary machines by the mutual load method is proposed, with coverage of losses from one source of electrical power. Practical value. The implementation of the obtained results by enterprises for the repair of auxiliary rolling stock machines will allow to reduce the material costs of carrying out repairs while maintaining the quality of the conducted tests., Мета. Розробка та впровадження енергоефективних схем випробування допоміжних електричних машин рухомого складу вимагає проведення математичного моделювання з метою визначення найбільш раціональної схеми з точки зору якості проведених випробувань, а також мінімізації енерговитрат на проведення самих випробувань. Методи. Методологічною основою дослідження є аналітичні методи дослідження, що базується на складанні розрахункової системи диференційних рівнянь, розв’язуючи які, можна визначити параметри схеми взаємного навантаження. Результати. З огляду на те, що система взаємного навантаження є достатньо складною для розв’язання системою, в роботі було виконано розкладання системи на більш прості схеми заміщення електричної і механічної частини. На основі схем заміщення було створено систему диференційних рівнянь, яка дозволила створити модель системи взаємного навантаження з трьома вхідними і трьома вихідними параметрами. Розроблену модель достатньо легко можливо реалізувати в спеціалізованих програмних середовищах, наприклад, SIMULINK за допомогою стандартних вбудованих блоків. Наукова новизна. Запропоновано раціональну схему випробування допоміжних машин методом взаємного навантаження, з покриттям втрат від одного джерела електричної потужності. Практична значимість. Впровадження отриманих результатів підприємствами з ремонту допоміжних машин рухомого складу дозволить знизити матеріальні витрати на проведення ремонтів з одночасним збереженням якості проведених випробувань.

The article is devoted to substantiation from the standpoint of intercommunication as a social practice of the essential advantage of reading paper books and the relevance of book practices of the library service. The methodological tools of the study were based on the methods of hypothesis, included and external observation, extrapolation, survey, comparative and analytical methods, the use of which, along with the formulation of the general idea of the study created the basis for understanding the book as an object that represents the author, characters, and texts and can perform the function not only of an information source, but also of the narrator, and thus of the subject of communication; made it possible to identify common and special features of reading electronic and paper books, to draw conclusions about the priority format for young people reading literary texts, to identify modern scientific approaches to studying the role of books and reading for personal development. Based on the analysis of current professional publications, data on the study of reader behavior conducted in autumn 2018 by the cultural and publishing project “Chitomo” together with the digital publishing house Gutenbergz and the Razumkov Center ("Reading in Ukraine", 2018), the results of a survey of students majoring in 029 “Information, library and archival business”, which was carried out during 14.01.2021–14.02.2021, the relevance of maintaining the practice of reading books in paper format is proved, the formation of the space of communication as a social practice, based on the functioning of the paper book as a subject of communication, has been substantiated. The topic of such communication is both the text printed in the book and the whole set of historical, social and socio-cultural meanings associated with the authors of the books, their publishers and / or former owners. It has been found that e-books, being effective communicators, lose subjectivity, which creates risks for reading-oriented people to weaken communication and socialization skills, and thus – actualizes the need to maintain access to real bookshelves and paper books in the library. space. In the conditions of needs of access to electronic texts, dynamics of social processes, social mobility, the library remains a place that allows preserving and reproducing important for the formation and socialization of personality social practice of interpersonal communication, in particular by creating conditions for real communication with paper books.

Розглянуто вплив пандемії на світовий соціально-економічний розвиток та визначено виклики, зумовлені наслідками COVID-19. Розкрито ключову роль технологій та інновацій у світі і в Україні в період пандемії та наведено основні тренди інноваційного розвитку при реалізації програмних антикризових заходів держав і бізнесу. На основі проаналізованих прогнозів та рекомендацій міжнародних експертів визначено перспективи відновлення світової економіки в постпандемійний період. Розроблено пропозиції органам влади щодо формування нових стратегій посткризового (постпандемійного) розвитку в Україні з урахуванням інноваційного фактору.

Стаття присвячена аналізу позиції Держави Кувейт щодо загарбницької війни Російської Федерації (РФ) проти України, а також реакції кувейтського суспільства та ЗМІ на повномасштабне вторгнення РФ в Україну. Автор розглядає передумови формування офіційної позиції Кувейту щодо війни в Україні й простежує особливості публічної комунікації офіційного Ель-Кувейту в цьому зв’язку, а також фіксує факти гуманітарної та фінансової допомоги Україні, підтримки України на рівні міжнародних організацій тощо. У статті надається прогноз еволюції офіційної позиції Кувейту щодо національно-визвольної війни України. Його побудовано на попередньому зовнішньополітичному досвіді Емірату, а також моделюванні переваг і загроз, створених війною на європейському континенті. У роботі окремо оцінюється рівень підтримки України з боку громадянського суспільства Кувейту, його роль у формуванні позиції держави, а також реакція резидентів Кувейту, які складають переважну більшість населення Емірату, на війну в Україні. Обґрунтування оцінки здійснено завдяки аналізу гуманітарних ініціатив громадян та резидентів Кувейту на підтримку України. У статті наведено результати моніторингу кувейтських ЗМІ на предмет висвітлення вторгнення РФ в Україну та визначено ступінь їхньої незалежності. Зокрема автор аналізує інтенсивність, зміст та характер повідомлень про Україну в кувейтських ЗМІ з 24 лютого 2022 року. Сукупність представлених позицій держави, суспільства та ЗМІ Кувейту формує уявлення про рушійні сили, ключові елементи та межі можливостей українського треку зовнішньої політики Кувейту. Водночас розуміння зазначених факторів дозволило б скоригувати майбутні завдання та інструменти української дипломатії в Еміраті, особливо в період боротьби України проти російських загарбників. The article deals with the analysis of the position of the State of Kuwait on the war of aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, as well as the reactions of Kuwaiti society and the media to the fullscale Russian invasion of Ukraine. The author has examined the preconditions for the formation of Kuwait’s official position on the war in Ukraine, and outlined the peculiarities of public communication of Kuwaiti government, as well as listed the facts of humanitarian and financial assistance to Ukraine, Ukraine’s support at international level, etc. The article has predicted the evolution of Kuwait’s official position on Ukraine’s liberation war. It has been based on Kuwait’s previous foreign policy experience, and modeling the benefits and threats created by the war on the European continent. The paper has assessed the level of support for Ukraine by Kuwaiti citizens, their role in shaping the state’s position, as well as the reaction to the war in Ukraine of foreign residents, who make up the vast majority of Kuwait’s population. The assessment has been substantiated by analyzing the humanitarian initiatives of Kuwaiti citizens and residents in support of Ukraine. The article has demonstrated the results of monitoring the Kuwaiti media broadcasting the Russian invasion of Ukraine, and determined the degree of their independence. In particular, the author has assessed the intensity, content and nature of reports about Ukraine in the Kuwaiti media from February 24th, 2022. The combination of the following notions – the state, society and media of Kuwait – forms an idea of the driving forces, key elements and limits of the Ukrainian track of Kuwait’s foreign policy. In turn, understanding these factors could allow us to adjust the future challenges and tools of Ukrainian diplomacy in Kuwait, especially during Ukraine’s fight against Russian invaders.

The results of research on physical and chemical methods for the preliminary treatment of wastewater of a cardboard and paper factory in Khmelnytskyi region are presented. At the cardboard and paper factory, wastewater is treated at a sewage treatment plant, which includes sand traps, primary radial sedimentation tanks, aeration tanks with activated sludge regenerators, secondary radial sedimentation tanks, and bioponds. The use of coagulation and chlorination methods before biological treatment in aeration tanks was proposed. Alumofloc 18% was used as a coagulant, PAA was used as a flocculant, and sodium hydroxide was used as an alkalizing reagent. The study was conducted on a mixture of industrial and domestic wastewater with COD and BOD5 – 3200 and 1575 mg/dm3, respectively, and on industrial wastewater with COD and BOD5 – 4480 and 1960 mg/dm3, respectively. The effects of reducing COD and BOD5 indicators in the first case after coagulation were 30 and 40%, after chlorination - 37.82 and 43.18%, respectively, in the second after coagulation - 28.58 and 47.25%, respectively. It was established that a significant proportion of organic substances according to the COD indicator is in a dissolved state - 60-70%. It has been proven that as a result of chlorination, the maximum reduction of "pure" COD is achieved, therefore, the possibility and expediency of chlorination of water after the secondary settling tank with increased doses should be considered in the wastewater treatment technology of the cardboard and paper factory. The effects of wastewater treatment of a cardboard and paper factory using coagulation and oxidation methods, obtained as a result of research, will allow to reduce the concentration of organic substances according to COD and BOD indicators before the biological treatment of wastewater in aeration tanks and will ensure an increase in the efficiency of biological treatment., Представлено результати досліджень фізико-хімічних методів для попереднього очищення стічних вод картонно-паперової фабрики в Хмельницькій області. На картонно-паперовій фабриці стічні води проходять очищення на каналізаційній очисній станції, яка включає пісковловлювачі, первинні радіальні відстійники, аеротенки-витиснювачі з регенераторами активного мулу, вторинні радіальні відстійники, біоставки. Було запропоновано використання методів коагуляції і хлорування перед біологічним очищенням в аеротенках. Як коагулянт було застосовано алюмофлок 18%, флокулянт – ПАА, як підлужуючий реагент – гідроксид натрію. Дослідження проводили на суміші виробничих і побутових стічних вод з ХСК і БСК5 – 3200 і 1575 мг/дм3, відповідно, і на виробничих стічних водах з ХСК і БСК5 – 4480 і 1960 мг/дм3, відповідно. Ефекти зниження показників ХСК і БСК5 в першому випадку після коагуляції становили 30 і 40%, після хлорування - 37,82 і 43,18%, відповідно, в другому після коагуляції - 28,58 і 47,25%, відповідно. Встановлено, що значна частка органічних речовин за показником ХСК знаходиться в розчиненому стані – 60 – 70%. Доведено, що в результаті хлорування досягається максимальне зниження «чистого» ХСК, тому в технології очищення стічних вод картонно-паперової фабрики слід розглянути можливість та доцільність хлорування води після вторинного відстійника збільшеними дозами. Отримані в результаті досліджень ефекти очищення стічних вод картонно-паперової фабрики методами коагуляції та окиснення дозволять знизити концентрацію органічних речовин за показниками ХСК і БСК перед біологічним очищенням стічних вод в аеротенках та забезпечать підвищення ефективності біологічного очищення.

The control system of an open-type headbox has a high complexity, which is associated with the need not only to stabilize the parameters of the object, but also to carry out coordinated control of it in the case of automatic transfer of a paper machine from one type of product to another for a minimum time. A mathematical model of an open-type headbox as an object of mass level control has been developed. In the model, the output variable of the control object is the level of mass in the injection chamber, and the control action is the mass flow rate supplied to the injection chamber. The model takes into account the disturbing action - the area of the discharge slot. On the basis of the developed model, two options for constructing an algorithm for controlling the pressure box during its transfer from one mode to another are considered. The structure of the algorithm for coordinated control of the pressure box is developed. An illustrative example of application of the developed algorithm is given. The calculations of the optimal transient process in the object confirm the effectiveness of the developed control algorithm. The algorithm of coordinated control is applied to the standard pressure box YANO-180. The development of the algorithm for transferring the pressure box from the working (0.485 m) to the maximum (0.575 m) height of the mass level in the pressure box for 180 seconds is demonstrated. The calculation results show that the coordinated control algorithm provides the transfer of the mass level to the maximum height for a given time. The algorithm developed on the basis of the obtained mathematical model allows to control the level of mass in such a complex object as an open-type headbox when transferring a paper machine from one mode of operation to another for the time specified by the coordinated control system., Система керування напірним ящиком відкритого типу має високу складність, що пов'язано із необхідністю не тільки стабілізувати параметри об’єкта, але й здійснювати координоване керування ним у випадку автоматичного переведення папероробної машини з одного виду продукції на інший за мінімальний час. Розроблено математичну модель напірного ящика відкритого типу як об’єкта керування рівнем маси. У моделі вихідною змінна об’єкта керування є рівень маси у напускній камері, а керувальним діянням є витрата маси, що подається до напускної камери. В моделі враховано збурювальне діяння – площу випускальної щілини. На основі розробленої моделі розглядається два варіанти побудови алгоритму керування напірним ящиком під час переведення його із одного режиму у інший. Розроблено структуру алгоритму координованого керування напірним ящиком. Наведено ілюстративний приклад застосування розробленого алгоритму. Здійснено розрахунки оптимального перехідного процесу в об’єкті які підтверджують ефективність розробленого алгоритму керування. Алгоритм координованого керування застосовано для стандартного напірного ящика ЯНО-180. Продемонстровано розробку алгоритму переведення напірного ящика з робочої (0,485 м) на максимальну (0,575 м) висоту рівня маси у напірному ящику за час 180 с. Результати розрахунків показують, що алгоритм координованого керування забезпечує переведення рівня маси на максимальну висоту за заданий час. Розроблений на основі отриманої математичної моделі алгоритм дозволяє здійснювати керування рівнем маси у такому складному об’єкті, як напірний ящик відкритого типу при переведенні папероробної машини з одного режиму роботи на інший за час, вказаний системою координованого керування.

Актуальність теми: Дослідження тенденцій інноваційного розвитку, пошук альтернативних рішень, визначення пріоритетів для покращення процесів виробництва є необхідністю для функціонування та розвитку підприємств з виробництва картонно-паперової продукції. Одним із таких пріоритетів на сьогодні є створення спеціальних технологічних потоків виробництва паперу і картону на основі вторинного волокна. Перероблений папір виявляється значною інвестицією в зменшення навантаження на споживання деревини, електроенергії та викидів забруднюючих речовин у порівнянні, щодо первинного процесу виробництва целюлози. Переробка макулатури в першу чергу є джерелом отримання волокнистого матеріалу, який можна використати для виробництва пакувальних видів паперу та картону. Для Товариство з обмеженою відповідальністю “ТОРГТЕХНІКА Картонно-паперовий комбінат”, це дає можливість розширити асортимент продукції та збільшити обсяги виробництва. Мета дослідження: розроблення технологічного потоку з переробки макулатури для виробництва паперу для гофрування. Задачі дослідження: Дослідити інновації рішення з технології та обладнення для виробництва паперу для гофрування. Розробити технологічну схему з впровадженням інноваційних рішень для підвищення ефективності розпуску макулатури та підвищення сухості паперового полотна після пресової частини. Розрахувати тепловий баланс для визначення витрати енергетичних ресурсів. Проаналізувати ринок виробництва паперу для гофрування та розробити стартап-проект за результатами отриманих даних і можливості його впровадження. Об’єкт дослідження: папір для гофрування із використання вторинної сировини. Предмет дослідження: технологічний потік та технологічні процеси виробництва паперу для гофрування. Методи дослідження: теоретичне опрацювання літературних джерел, обґрунтування вибору технологічного обладнання. Розрахунок балансу витрати пари та тепла. Практичне значення отриманих результатів: отримані дані в магістерській дисертації можуть бути використанні для впровадження, вдосконалення та покращення технології переробки макулатури. The purpose of the research: development of a technological flow for processing waste paper for the production of corrugating paper. Research objectives: research objectives: Investigate innovation solutions in technology and equipment for the production of corrugating paper. Develop a technological scheme with the implementation of innovative solutions to increase the efficiency of waste paper dissolution and increase the dryness of the paper web after the press part. Calculate the heat balance to determine the consumption of energy resources. Analyze the market for the production of corrugating paper and develop a start-up project based on the results of the received data and the possibility of its implementation. Introduction The barrier properties of paper-based packaging may not be sufficient for long-term storage to ensure the quality and taste of packaged food products. All this requires researching the technological features and developing a combined packaging material in which the base paper is combined with polymer materials or a metallized coating is applied to its surface. Results and discussion Food products are very sensitive to the influence of external factors, so the barrier properties of paper-based packaging become insufficient for long-term storage to ensure the quality of food products and their taste properties. All this requires the development and mastery of the production of modern barrier combined packaging materials and conducting research on the development of requirements for base paper in order to obtain combined, namely: metallized packaging materials. As research results have shown, base paper should be characterized by high resistance to mechanical influences in the process of processing, as well as exploitation of the finished material. It should have a surface that provides optimal interaction with the foil, have high barrier and protective properties. In the process of carrying out research on the creation of a new combined package, the requirements for the metallized material and the quality of the base paper were determined. The index of smoothness of the surface of the base paper should not be lower than 150 s, and its moisture content should not exceed 4%, because its higher values, as experiments have shown, do not allow creating the necessary rarefaction in the chamber for metallization and ensuring the uniformity of metal application. In the case of spraying aluminum with increased residual humidity of the paper, intensive oxidation processes take place, which negatively affect the quality of the coating, its protective properties and the strength of adhesion (adhesion) to the surface of the substrate. As a result of the research, graphical dependences of the electrical resistance and opacity of the metallized material on the thickness of the coating were also obtained, which plays an important role in improving the protective, barrier and other properties of the packaging. Experimental data were also obtained that illustrate the influence of the speed of rewinding and the smoothness of the surface of the base paper in the process of metallization in a vacuum on the indicator of electrical resistance, which is an indirect characteristic of the thickness of the metallized coating of the material. The conducted studies of the new combined metallized packaging material also showed that the coating contributes to the improvement of the protective properties of the material and the tightness of the packaging, namely: reducing gas permeability, weakening the effect of optical radiation on products, increasing the opacity and smoothness of the surface. Conclusions New packaging materials created in the course of research - paper with a metallized coating can be used in packaging processes., Не існує універсального пакувального матеріалу, разом з тим, харчові продукти дуже чутливі до впливу зовнішніх факторів. Тому бар'єрні властивості упаковки на основі одного паперу за тривалих термінів зберігання стають недостатніми для забезпечення якості та смакових властивостей харчових продуктів. Все це вимагає дослідити технологічні особливості та розробити комбінований пакувальний матеріал, в якому папір поєднується із полімерними матеріалами або на його поверхню наносять металізоване покриття.

The publication deals with the problem of determining the location of damage to a cable with paper-oil insulation, in which one of the cores is characterized by increased transient resistance. A model of the defective cable was created and calculated. The stages of finding the place of damage are substantiated. Proposed a method of determining the current and voltage of the detected cable with a defective core only according to the tabular data of the cables without taking into account the resistance of the load, the power transformer and the system. A model of the processes taking place in KL has been developed. Methods of determining the location of damage to a cable with paper-oil insulation, laid by an overpass or in the ground, one of whose cores is characterized by increased transient resistance, are considered. Proposals have been developed to change the currently valid regulatory documents regarding the requirement to measure the length of the cable route with a reflectometer at each phase to prevent cable breakage and measure the direct current resistance between the phases of the cable line at the beginning of the line when its end is shorted, which will allow timely detection of the cable, one of the cores which has an increased transient resistance. The activation of the protection against short circuits to the ground in the cable line with a defect is substantiated. Methods of finding the location of the defect in the cable laid both in the ground and on the overpass are described. Measures are proposed to help detect a cable with increased transient resistance on one of the cores during operational preventive tests., В публикации рассмотрена проблема определения места повреждения кабеля с бумажно-масляной изоляцией, у которого одна из жил характеризуется повышенным переходным сопротивлением. Создана и рассчитана модель дефектного кабеля. Обоснованы этапы нахождения места повреждения. Предложен метод определения тока и напряжения обнаруженного кабеля с дефектной жилой только по табличным данным кабелей без учета сопротивления нагрузки, питающего трансформатора и системы. Разработана модель процессов, происходящих в КЛ. Рассмотрены способы определения места повреждения кабеля с бумажно-масляной изоляцией, проложенным эстакадой или в земле, одна из жил которых характеризуется повышенным переходным сопротивлением. Разработаны предложения по изменению действующих ныне нормативных документов относительно требований требования об измерении длины кабельной трассы рефлектометром на каждой фазе для предупреждения обрыва кабеля и измерения сопротивления постоянному току между фазами кабельной линии в начале линии при укороченном ее конце, что позволит своевременно обнаружить кабель, одна из жил которого имеет повышенное переходное сопротивление. Обоснованы срабатывания защиты от замыканий на землю в кабельной линии с дефектом. Описаны способы нахождения места нахождения дефекта в кабеле, проложенного как в земле, так и на эстакаде. Предложены меры, способствующие выявлению кабеля с повышенным переходным сопротивлением на одной из жил при эксплуатационных профилактических испытаниях., У публікації розглянуто одне із актуальних питань щодо обслуговування кабелю з паперово-масляною ізоляцією - визначення місця пошкодження кабелю, у якого одна з жил характеризується підвищеним перехідним опором. Обґрунтовано етапи знаходження місця пошкодження. Запропоновано метод визначення струму і напруги кабелю з виявленою дефектною жилою тільки за табличними даними кабелів без урахування опору навантаження, живлячого трансформатора і системи. Створено та розраховано модель дефектного кабелю. Обґрунтовано спрацювання захисту від замикань на землю в кабельній лінії з дефектом. Описано способи знаходження місця дефекту в кабелі, прокладеного як у землі, так і на естакаді. Запропоновано заходи, що сприяють виявленню кабелю з підвищеним перехідним опором на одній з жил при експлуатаційних профілактичних випробуваннях. Визначено причини появи дефектів у кабелях. Описано основні з них, такі як, механічні або корозійні ушкодження, заводські дефекти, дефекти монтажу сполучних та кінцевих муфт, висихання ізоляції внаслідок місцевих перегрівань кабелю та старіння ізоляції. Розглянуто широко поширені методи визначення місця ушкодження кабельної лінії - імпульсний, індукційний, пропалення, петльовий та акустичний. Описано способи знаходження місця знаходження дефекту в кабелі, прокладеного як у землі, так і на естакаді. Надано характеристику методу контролю стану високовольтної ізоляції «за частковими розрядами» (ЧР) (їх наявністю, кількістю, амплітудою та фазовим розподілом щодо синусоїди промислової частоти). Визначено, що цей метод чутливий до дефектів, що знаходяться на початковій стадії свого виникнення та розвитку і може вказувати на відстань від місця підключення спеціальних датчиків. Розроблено пропозиції до зміни чинних нині нормативних документів щодо вимог про вимірювання довжини кабельної траси рефлектометром на кожній фазі для попередження обриву кабелю та вимірювання опору постійному струму між фазами кабельної лінії на початку лінії при закороченому її кінці, що дозволить своєчасно виявити кабель, одна з жил якого має підвищений перехідний опір.

Актуальність теми. Тара з гофрокартону є найбільш розповсюдженим видом пакувальної продукції завдяки легкості, високим показникам міцності, пластичності. Завдяки тому, що папір та картон для виробництва гофрокартону можна отримувати з макулатури, різноманітні вироби з нього є дешевими та легко розкладаються при потраплянні у навколишнє середовище, тому не завдають шкоди довкіллю, на відміну від полімерної тари. Використання вологостійкого картону для виготовлення тари дозволяє застосовувати вироби в умовах підвищеної вологості, зберігаючи при цьому продукцію. На сьогодні є актуальним вдосконалення процесів виробництва тарного картону з макулатури на ПрАТ «Київський картонно-паперовий комбінат» для покращення його якості за рахунок впровадження новітніх досягнень в паперовому виробництві, що дасть можливість виготовляти вологоміцний тарний картон високої якості, знизити енергозатрати на його виробництво та розширити сферу застосування тари з гофрокартону. Мета і задачі дослідження. Метою дисертаційної роботи є вдосконалення технологічних процесів виробництва картону тарного вологоміцного марки КП-ВТ масою 160 г/м2 на ПрАТ «Київський картонно-паперовий комбінат». Для досягнення вказаної мети було поставлено наступні задачі: - дослідити сучасні тенденції у технології виробництва картону тарного вологоміцного; - визначити вплив сировини та технологічних процесів на властивості картону тарного; - внести інноваційні зміни до діючого технологічного потоку ПрАТ «Київський картонно-паперовий комбінат» з виробництва вологоміцного тарного картону; - вибрати і розрахувати основне технологічне обладнання. - провести аналіз потенціалу даної роботи до використання у стартапі. Today, it is urgent to improve the production processes of packaging cardboard from waste paper at PJSC "Kyiv Cardboard and Paper Mill" to improve its quality due to the introduction of the latest achievements in paper production, which will make it possible to produce moisture-resistant packaging cardboard of high quality, reduce energy costs for its production and expand the field of application of corrugated cardboard containers. The aim of the dissertation is to improve the technological processes of production of KP-VT moisture-resistant packaging cardboard with a weight of 160 g/m2 at Kyiv Cardboard and Paper Mill PJSC. Актуальність теми: Дослідження тенденцій інноваційного розвитку та виробництва продукції целюлозно-паперової галузі України є актуальним питанням сьогодення, оскільки в Україні функціонує підприємства, що виробляють понад 300 найменувань товарної продукції, яка постачається на внутрішній і зовнішній ринки. А це дає можливість Україні забезпечити населення робочими місцями та підтримувати конкурентні позиції на світовому паперовому ринку. У найближчі роки інвестиційні процеси в целюлозно-паперовій промисловості Європи будуть пов'язані з розробкою та впровадженням ресурсозберігаючих та екологічно безпечних технологій, таких як виробництво термомеханічної маси, та переробка макулатури. Зараз підприємствам потрібні нові технології, які дадуть змогу покращити ресурсозбереження в процесі виробництва, однією з таких інновацій є додавання до макулатурної маси хітозану, що в свою чергу забезпечить ефективне ресурсозбереження за рахунок менших вимоїв волокна та зменшення каламутності підсіткових вод. Мета і задачі дослідження. Мета даної роботи полягає в удосконаленні технології виробництва картону задля забезпечення ресурсозбереження на виробництвах, де використовується макулатура в якості основної сировини, що досягається шляхом зменшення вимоїв дрібного волокна при формуванні полотна на машині та, як результат, зменшення каламутності підсіткових вод за рахунок використання хітозану як наповнювача маси. Для досягнення вказаної мети були поставлені наступні задачі: 1. Виконати літературний огляд щодо способів забезпечення ресурсозбереження при виробництві паперу та картону з макулатури. 2. Визначити вплив хітозану на каламутність підсіткових вод при виробництві картону з макулатури. 3. Дослідити фізико-механічні показники одержаних зразків картону. 4. Запропонувати інновації на основі виконаних досліджень для удосконалення діючої технологічної схеми. 5. Виконати аналіз ринку виробництва картону з макулатури. 6. Запропонувати рішення щодо забезпечення техніки безпеки на відповідних виробництвах. Об'єкт дослідження - процес виготовлення картону з макулатури. Предмет дослідження - технологічні параметри виробництва картону, технологічне обладнання для виробництва картону. Методи дослідження. Під час проведення досліджень було використано фізико-механічні методи визначення показників міцності картонних відливок, фотоелектроколориметричний метод для аналізу підсіткових вод. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів. В результаті виконання наукових досліджень вперше встановлено вплив витрат хітозану на каламутність підсіткових вод та на показники якості картону з макулатури. Практичне значення отриманих результатів. Полягає в тому, що результати досліджень можуть бути впроваджені в промислових маштабах на будь-якому вітчизняному підприємстві, яке займається виготовленням паперу та картону з макулатури. Впровадження таких результатів дозволить зменшити забрудненість підсіткових вод дрібним волокном і, крім того, забезпечить ресурсозбереження в процесі використання вторинного волокна. Now enterprises need new technologies that will allow to improve resource conservation in the production process, one of such innovations is the addition of chitosan to waste paper mass, which in turn will ensure effective resource conservation due to less fiber washing and reducing the turbidity of sub-net water. The purpose of this work is to improve the technology of cardboard production in order to ensure resource conservation in factories where waste paper is used as the main raw material, which is achieved by reducing the washing of small fibers during the formation of the fabric on the machine and, as a result, reducing the turbidity of the net water due to the use of chitosan as a filler masses To achieve this goal, the following tasks were set: 1. Perform a literature review on ways to ensure resource conservation in the production of paper and cardboard from waste paper. 2. To determine the effect of chitosan on the turbidity of sub-grid waters in the production of paperboard from waste paper. 3. Investigate the physical and mechanical parameters of the obtained cardboard samples. 4. To propose innovations on the basis of completed studies to improve the current technological scheme. 5. Carry out market analysis of cardboard production from waste paper. 6. Propose solutions for ensuring safety equipment at relevant production facilities. The object of research is the process of making cardboard from waste paper. The subject of research is technological parameters of cardboard production, technological equipment for cardboard production. Research methods. During the research, physical and mechanical methods were used to determine the strength indicators of cardboard castings, as well as the photoelectrocolorimetric method for the analysis of underground waters. Scientific novelty of the obtained results. As a result of scientific research, the influence of chitosan consumption on the turbidity of sub-grid waters and on the quality indicators of paperboard from waste paper was established for the first time. Practical significance of the obtained results. It consists in the fact that the research results can be implemented on an industrial scale at any domestic enterprise that is engaged in the production of paper and cardboard from waste paper. The implementation of such results will allow to reduce the contamination of sub-grid waters with fine fiber and, in addition, will ensure resource conservation in the process of using secondary fiber. The article presents the results of a comparative analysis and experimental testing of the efficiency of technological processes for the processing of some types of alternative energy sources into fuel for transport engines. The accumulated research experience in the development of on-board conversion systems (reactors) of traditional motor fuels shows that the level of their technical and technological complexity is incomparable with the ecological and economic effect of their use in an RTS power plant. The high temperature level of the processing of these fuels necessitates the need for additional energy expenditure for the organization of the conversion process (for example, burning part of the fuel to support the necessary thermal regime of operation in thermochemical reactors), and the presence of sulfur compounds in motor fuel excludes the possibility of using highly efficient catalysts. In addition, the large relative content of inert (non-combustible) components in the composition of the target conversion products create additional difficulties when they are burned in the engine. In general, the choice of an acceptable alternative energy carrier as a raw product for the production of motor fuel is a compromise that takes into account its energy value, temperature conditions of conversion, the spectrum of gases formed during conversion, cost, availability of raw materials, the possibility of adaptation to the conditions of the RTS, etc. From the set of factors considered above, it can be concluded that today methanol is one of the most energetically beneficial sources of cheap and efficient hydrogen-containing fuel for RTS engines. It should be noted that in the future, in the world of technology development and the corresponding raw material bases, it may be economically justified to use other compounds, which, according to their characteristics, will be able to meet the energetically favorable conditions in the technological structure of the on-board conversion implementation. This will allow creating a stable fuel and energy base , which practically does not depend on the imported hydrocarbon fuel., У статті приводяться результати порівняльного аналізу та досвідченої апробації ефективності технологічних процесів по переробці деяких видів альтернативних енергоносіїв у паливо для транспортних двигунів. Накопичений дослідницький досвід в області розробок бортових систем конверсії (реакторів) традиційних моторних палив показує, що рівень їх технічної та технологічної складності непорівнянний с еколого-економічним ефектом від застосування в енергоустановці АТЗ. Високий температурний рівень процесу переробки цих палив обумовлює необхідність додаткових витрат енергії на організацію конверсійного процесу (наприклад, спалювання частини палива на підтримку необхідного теплового режиму роботи в термохімічних реакторах), а присутність з'єднань сірки в моторному паливі виключає можливість використання високоефективних каталізаторів. Крім того, великий відносний зміст інертних (негорючих) компонентів у складі цільових продуктів конверсії створюють додаткові складності при їх спалюванні у двигуні. У загальному виді, вибір прийнятного альтернативного носія енергії як сировинного продукту для виробництва моторного палива є компромісом, що враховують його енергетичну цінність, температурні умови конверсії, спектр газів, що утворюються при конверсії, вартість, наявність сировинної бази, можливість адаптації до умов АТЗ і ін. З комплексу розглянутих вище факторів можна зробити висновок про те, що на сьогоднішній день метанол є одним з найбільше енергетично вигідних джерел дешевого й ефективного водневмісного палива для двигунів АТЗ. Слід відмітити, що в майбутньому у світі розвитку технологій і відповідних сировинних баз може виявитися економічно виправданим використання й інших з'єднань, які за своїми характеристиками зможуть відповідати енергетично вигідним умовам у технологічній структурі реалізації бортової конверсії. Це дозволить створювати стійку паливно-енергетичну базу, що практично не залежить від вуглеводневого палива, що привозять.

The rectification process is widespread in many industries and requires significant energy consumption. The search for technological schemes of the rectification process, which ensures the maximum reduction of energy consumption, is arelevant task. One of the modern approaches to the design of technological schemes aimed at ensuring resource and energy saving is pinch analysis. In this work, it was decided to apply the methods of pinch analysis and heat pump (thermocompression) for complex thermal integration of the methanol-water mixture rectification process. On the basis of the material and heat balance of the rectification column the characteristics of the main technological flows of the methanol-water mixture rectification process were calculated: their consumption, temperatures, specific heat capacity, flow heat capacity, and enthalpy change (heat load). A flow table has been created. Composite process curves for the minimum temperature difference DТmin were constructed, the pinch point and the minimum power values of hot and cold utilities were determined. Based on the calculated data, a grid diagram was constructed and heat exchangers were located in accordance with the pinch rules, which allows to achieve the maximum heat recovery that corresponds to the selected DТmin. For the use of a heat pump (thermocompression), the required degree of steam compression in the P2/P1 compressor was calculated. It was chosen taking into account the necessary steam temperature, which is sufficient for heating the cube of the column. Based on these calculations a technological diagram of the methanol-water rectification process with a heat pump (thermocompression) and thermal integration of the main technological flows was developed. Such a scheme provides a significant saving of hot and cold utilities in comparison with carrying out the process of rectification of the methanol-water mixture according to the principle technological scheme., Процес ректифікації знаходить широке розповсюдження в багатьох галузях промисловості і потребує значних витрат енергії. Пошук технологічних схем процесу ректифікації, яке забезпечує максимальне зниження енерговитрат, є актуальною задачею. Один з сучасних підходів до проектування технологічних схем, що спрямовані на забезпечення ресурсо- і енергозбереження, є пінч-аналіз. В даній роботі було вирішено застосувати методи пінч-аналізу і тепловий насос (термокомпресію) для комплексної теплової інтеграції процесу ректифікації суміші метанол-вода. На основі матеріального і теплового балансу ректифікаційної колони було розраховано характеристики основних технологічних потоків процесу ректифікації суміші метанол-вода: їх витрати, температури, питому теплоємність, потокову теплоємність та зміну потокової ентальпії (теплове навантаження). Сформовано потокову таблицю. Побудовано складені криві процесу для мінімальної різниці температур DТmin, визначено точку пінча і мінімальні значення потужності гарячих та холодних утиліт. На основі розрахованих даних побудовано сіткову діаграму і розташовано теплообмінники у відповідності із пінч-правилами, що дозволяє досягнути максимальної рекуперації тепла, яка відповідає обраному DТmin. Для застосування теплового насосу (термокомпресії) було розраховано необхідну ступінь стискання пари в компресорі P2/P1. Вона була обрана з урахуванням необхідної температури пари, яка достатня для обігріву куба колони. На основі цих розрахунків розроблено технологічну схему процесу ректифікації метанол-вода із тепловим насосом (термокомпресією) і тепловою інтеграцією основних технологічних потоків. Така схема дає значну економію гарячих та холодних утиліт у порівнянні із проведенням процесу ректифікації суміші метанол-вода за принциповою технологічною схемою.

Soybean is a powerful biological fixer of molecular nitrogen. Increasing the intensification of nitrogen fixation of the culture is facilitated by inoculation – the settlement of the root zone with effective strains of symbiotic nodule bacteria. Bubble symbiotic bacteria fix molecular nitrogen and transform it into a form available for cultures. Also, nodule bacteria synthesize amino acids and vitamins of group B and other biologically active substances, which in general has a positive effect on the growth and development of soybeans and ensures high crop productivity. Peculiarities of the interaction of leguminous plants and nodule bacteria in field conditions depend on a number of factors, such as the genotype of plants, species composition, the number and activity of nitrogen fixers, the properties of soils, their water and temperature regimes, and the level of agricultural technology. The effectiveness of soybean inoculation with biotechnological preparations based on nitrogen-fixing microorganisms was analyzed. In Ukraine, a number of biotechnological preparations on the basis of nodule bacteria such as Nitragin, Rhizotrophin, Rhizoaktiv, Rhizobophyte, Rhizohumin, Azotophyte, Azorchis have been created and tested. According to the results of the scientific literature analysis and the conducted research, a positive effect of biotechnological preparations use on the formation of nodules on soybean roots and the increase in the intensity of nitrogen fixation was established. Positive changes in the indicators of the crop yield structure under the influence of inoculation were also monitored. It has been confirmed that the productivity of soybeans has increased due to the biotechnological preparations use based on symbiotic nitrogen-fixing bacteria. It has been proven that the inoculation of soybeans with biotechnological preparations is an effective measure that ensures an increase in the productivity of soybeans, an improvement in the quality of the obtained products, contributes to the intensification of the formation of nodules on the roots, and as a result, enhances the fixation of atmospheric nitrogen., Соя є потужними біологічними фіксатором молекулярного азоту. Підвищенню інтенсифікації азотфіксації культури сприяє інокуляція – заселення прикореневої зони ефективними штамами симбіотичних бульбочкових бактерій. Бульбочкові симбіотичні бактерії фіксують молекулярний азот і трансформують його в доступну для культур форму. Також бульбочкові бактерії синтезують амінокислоти й вітаміни групи В та інші біологічно активні речовини, що в цілому позитивно впливає на ріст і розвиток сої та забезпечує високу продуктивність культури. Особливості взаємодії бобових рослин і бульбочкових бактерій у польових умовах залежать від ряду факторів, таких як генотип рослин, видовий склад, чисельність та активність азотфіксаторів, властивості ґрунтів, їх водний і температурний режими та рівень агротехніки. Проаналізовано ефективність інокуляції сої біотехнологічними препаратами на основі азотфіксувальних мікроорганізмів. В Україні на сьогодні на основі бульбочкових бактерій створено та апробовано ряд біотехнологічних препаратів, таких як Нітрагін, Ризотрофін, Ризоактив, Ризобофіт, Ризогумін, Азотофіт, Азорхіс. Численними експериментами науковців доведено, що їх внесення за вирощування бобових культур сприяє підвищенню урожайності зеленої маси на 50,0–54,0 %, зерна – на 11,0–40,0 %, забезпечує зростання збору протеїну, підвищення стійкості рослин до хвороб, та сприяє формуванню активного симбіотичного апарату. Відповідно до результатів аналізу наукової літератури та проведених досліджень встановлено позитивний вплив застосування біотехнологічних препаратів на формування бульбочок на коренях сої та підвищення інтенсивності азотфіксації. Також прослідковано позитивні зміни показників структури врожаю культури під впливом інокуляції. Підтверджено підвищення урожайності сої за застосування біотехнологічних препаратів на основі симбіотичних азотфіксувальних бактерій. Доведено, що інокуляція сої біотехнологічними препаратами є ефективним заходом, що забезпечує підвищення продуктивності сої, покращення якості отриманої продукції, сприяє інтенсифікації утворення бульбочок на коренях, і як наслідок, посилює фіксацію атмосферного азоту.

Experience in the operation of ammunition shows that during long-term storage, pyroxylin powders used in ammunition are capable of spontaneously undergoing various physical and chemical transformations, which negatively affects the ballistic characteristics of ammunition. The lack of production of ammunition in Ukraine has led to the fact that ammunition is currently in operation, the storage time of which is more than 30 years. This article analyzes publications devoted to scientific research related to the problems of safe operation of pyroxylin powders. It is shown that one of the main problems in evaluating the properties of pyroxylin powders is the effective physical and chemical monitoring of their state and the prediction of changes occurring during long periods of operation. The relevance of studies of physical and chemical changes in the process of long-term storage of pyroxylin powders, as well as the determination of the possibility of their recovery and effective further use, is indicated. Various methods for assessing the chemical resistance of gunpowder and their analysis are given. A method is proposed for determining changes in the characteristics of pyroxylin powders, as well as a method for conducting an experiment to determine the possibility of regenerating powder charges for long periods of operation by treating them with hydrogen peroxide, and, consequently, changing the energy and ballistic characteristics of gunpowder. An experimental setup for controlling the calorimetric properties of gunpowder is presented. This experiment is carried out in order to determine the strength of gunpowder based on the balance ratios of the energy of gunpowder. The main balance equation underlying the proposed technique is given. Based on the results of the experiments, it is supposed to obtain the strength of the gunpowder processed according to the developed method, and corresponding to the storage life of the powder charge of ammunition. It has been determined that on the basis of solving the problem of long-term nitrocellulose powders, theoretical and methodological foundations for the regeneration of powder charges for homologation of the ballistic and energy characteristics of ammunition can be developed., Однією зі складових проблеми національної безпеки в Україні є завантаження складів різноманітними боєприпасами з вичерпаним гарантійним строком зберігання. Досвід зберігання боєприпасів показує, що у процесі тривалого зберігання піроксилінові пороха, які використовуються в боєприпасах, здатні самовільно перетерплювати різні фізико-хімічні перетворення, що негативно відображається на балістичних характеристиках боєприпасів. Відсутність виробництва боєприпасів в Україні призвела до того, що наразі в експлуатації перебувають боєприпаси, час зберігання яких понад 30 років. У цій статті проаналізовано публікації, що присвячені науковим дослідженням щодо проблем безпечної експлуатації піроксилінових порохів. Показано, що однією з головних проблем оцінювання властивостей піроксилінових порохів є ефективний фізико-хімічний моніторинг їх стану та прогнозування змін, що відбуваються на тривалих етапах експлуатації. Вказано на актуальність досліджень фізико-хімічних змін у процесі тривалого зберігання піроксилінових порохів, а також визначення можливості їх відновлення та ефективного подальшого використання. Наведено різні методи оцінки хімічної стійкості порохів та їх аналіз. Пропонується методика визначення змін характеристик піроксилінових порохів, а також методика проведення експерименту щодо визначення можливості регенерації порохових зарядів тривалих термінів експлуатації шляхом обробки їх перекисом водню, а, отже, зміни енергетичних та балістичних характеристик пороху. Подано експериментальну установку для контролю калориметричних властивостей пороху. Цей експеримент проводиться з метою визначення сили пороху на основі балансних співвідношень енергії пороху. Наведено основне балансне рівняння, що лежить в основі запропонованої методики. На основі результатів експериментів передбачається отримати силу пороху, обробленого за розробленою методикою, яка буде відповідати терміну зберігання порохового заряду боєприпасів. Визначено, що на основі вирішення проблеми нітроцелюлозних порохів тривалих термінів експлуатації можуть бути розвинені теоретико-методологічні засади регенерації порохових зарядів для омологації балістичних та енергетичних характеристик боєприпасів.

The article shows studies on the study of the kinetics of gelation and the features of the rheological properties of hydrogels based on agar-agar. It has been found that hydrogels have attracted a lot of attention in the last 50 years due to their exceptional wide range of applications. They have a certain degree of elasticity, very similar to natural fabrics due to the high water content. Within the framework of the literature review, it has been shown that polymer hydrogels are usually obtained by polymerization of water-soluble unsaturated compounds in the presence of a bifunctional cross-linking agent or by structuring pre-prepared reactive prepolymers. The ability of polymer hydrogels to undergo bulk transitions between swollen and collapsed phases under the action of an external medium is one of the most important and universal properties of these materials. It has been shown that polymer hydrogels are known that are used as inert matrices for the controlled release of pre-absorbed biologically active substances. In this case, the release rate of the biologically active substance is determined by the nature and structure of the hydrogel polymer framework. The article studies the kinetics of gelation and the features of the rheological properties of hydrogels based on agar-agar in order to obtain modern biocompatible materials for the medical, cosmetological and pharmaceutical industries. It is shown that in compositions that consist exclusively of agar-agar and water, the shortest time for loss of stickiness and film formation is observed. At the same time, with an increase in the content of agar-agar from 25 to 50 %, one can see the most rapid processes of loss of stickiness and film formation. Compositions with the longest time for loss of stickiness and film formation were determined, which contain 25 % agar-agar and 50 % milk and honey, because they will be characterized by a long diffusion time of active substances to the human body. The scientific novelty of the study is related to the study of the effectiveness of gelation in conditions of highly concentrated agar-agar solutions with different contents of the polymer part and active substances, on the basis of which compositions for the preparation of face masks and medical tapes are proposed., У статті показані дослідження з вивчення кінетики гелеутворення та особливостей реологічних властивостей гідрогелей на основі агар-агару. Встановлено, що гідрогелі привернули значну увагу в останні 50 років завдяки своїй винятковій можливості застосування в широкому діапазоні. Вони володіють певним ступенем гнучкості, дуже схожі на натуральні тканини через великий вміст води. В рамках літературного огляду показано, що полімерні гідрогелі зазвичай отримують полімеризацією водорозчинних ненасичених сполук у присутності біфункційного агента перехресної зшивки або структуруванням попередньо приготованих реакційно-здатних преполімерів. Здатність полімерних гідрогелів до об’ємних переходів між набухлою та сколапсованою фазами під дією зовнішнього середовища є однією з найбільш важливих та універсальних властивостей цих матеріалів. Показано, що відомі полімерні гідрогелі, які використовуються як інертні матриці для контрольованого виділення попередньо абсорбованих біологічно-активних речовин. В цьому випадку швидкість виділення біологічно-активної речовини визначається природою та структурою полімерного каркаса гідрогелів. В статті проведено дослідження з вивчення кінетики гелеутворення та особливостей реологічних властивостей гідрогелей на основі агар-агару з метою отримання сучасних біосумісних матеріалів для медичної, косметологічної та фармацевтичної галузей. Показано, що у композиціях, які складаються виключно з агар-агару та води спостерігається найменший час втрати липкості та плівкоутворення. При цьому, при збільшенні вмісту агар-агару с 25 до 50 % можна побачити найбільш швидкі процеси втрати липкості та плівкоутворення. Визначені композиції з найбільшим часом втрати липкості та плівкоутворення, які містять 25% агар-агару та 50 % молока та меду, тому що саме для них буде характерний якнайдовший час дифузії активних речовин до організму людини.Наукова новизна дослідження пов’язана з вивченням ефективності гелеутворення в умовах висококонцентрованих розчинів агар-агару з різним вмістом полімерної частини та активних речовин на основі якого запропоновані склади композицій для отримання масок для обличчя та медичних тейпів.

The article is devoted to the issue of determining the level of concentration of individual components of working solutions. The relevance of the topic lies in the fact that some impurities in solutions (for example, when pickling steel) cannot be measured automatically, which reduces the efficiency of the process and increases the load on the solution regeneration section. Also, impurities are hazardous waste for the environment and humans. The development of a method for the operational control of the composition of the pickling solution components in pickling baths is the main task of the work. A detailed substantiation of the choice of the mathematical apparatus of the method is given. The process of fuzzy identification of the composition of the components is carried out by the number of pixels with certain digital color RGB codes from digital images of the control doses of the solution. A set of technical means for providing the method for practical implementation in the technological process is described. A prototype of a graphical user interface (GUI) for the proposed method for identifying the composition of technological liquid solutions, developed in the Processing 3.0 integrated environment using applications from the Open Source Computer Vision Library, is presented. A technique for extracting experimental data for filling the base of a fuzzy classifier with model reference points is proposed. Its essence lies in simultaneous measurements of the concentration of the components of the pickling solution by classical methods of titration and dry residues and the proposed method with a step equal to the regulated accuracy. The results of approbation of the proposed method are presented. The presented technique for obtaining a fuzzy classifier can be used to develop IT tools for the operational control of the composition of various liquid solutions with opaque colored components and color identification of defects in various flat surfaces, provided that they are color distinguishable and determine the boundaries of RGB - intervals for assessing the color of individual component (defects)., Стаття присвячена питанню визначення рівня концентрації окремих компонентів робочих розчинів. Актуальність теми полягає в тому, що деякі домішки в розчинах (наприклад, при травленні сталі) неможливо вимірювати в автоматичному режимі, що знижує ефективність технологічного процесу і збільшує навантаження на ділянку регенерації розчину. Також домішки є шкідливими відходами для навколишнього середовища та людини. Розробка методу оперативного контролю складу компонентів травильного розчину травильних ваннах є основним завданням роботи. Дано докладне обґрунтування вибору математичного апарату методу. Процес нечіткої ідентифікації складу компонентів здійснюється за кількістю пікселів з певними цифровими колірними RGB-кодами з цифрових зображень контрольних доз розчину. Описано набір технічних засобів забезпечення методу для практичної реалізації в технологічному процесі. Представлений прототип графічного інтерфейсу користувача (GUI) запропонованого методу ідентифікації складу технологічних рідких розчинів, розроблений в інтегрованому середовищі Processing 3.0 з використанням додатків відкритої бібліотеки Open Source Computer Vision Library. Запропоновано методику вилучення експериментальних даних для наповнення бази нечіткого класифікатора опорними точками моделі. Суть її полягає в одночасних вимірах концентрації компонент травильного розчину класичними методами титрування і сухих залишків і пропонованим методом з кроком, що дорівнює регламентованої точності. Наведено результати апробації запропонованого методу. Представлена методика отримання нечіткого класифікатора може бути використана для розробки ІТ-інструментів оперативного контролю складу різних рідких розчинів з непрозорими кольоровими компонентами і колірної ідентифікації дефектів різних плоских поверхонь за умови їх колірної помітності і визначення меж RGB-інтервалів оцінок кольору окремих компонент (дефектів).

The most widely used in construction materials industry are ceramic and lime bricks. Higher energy consumption and several ecological problems make their manufacture to become more and more expensive. The growing market of construction works and constant extension of real estate property increases the demand for cheap and new materials with desired features. As a result of many years intensive scientific researches there is now a practical possibility to offer an alternative and unique sand and water based products technology of manufacture (bricks, wall, floor and roofing tiles, sanitary materials, heat insulating and acid proof materials, decorations etc.) – all of them of desired size, shape and colour. The experience of the structural materials technology development shows that building industry will obtain improved service life and performance from quartz sand suspensions as field installations will continue to move toward adopting and utilizing practices based on technology described herein, rather than on cement technology. This type of manufacture is very profitable for the countries having the deposits of sand everywhere situated and being extracted at very low prices. Relative to conventional construction materials sand and water made products (SWP) with mechano-chemical binders will continue to gain in popularity because of the following advantages: low energy consumption and low prices for the products; ecological safety of the manufacture process and of the ready-made products; good mechanical and design properties; moisture and cold proofness; surface need not be fired; no shrinkage of the products after drying; simple to manufacture a variety of different products; ready availability and flexibility in design; absence of manufacture wastes., У промисловості будівельних матеріалів найбільш широко використовуються керамічна і силікатна цегла. Високе енергоспоживання та деякі екологічні проблеми роблять їх виробництво все дорожчим. Зростаючий ринок будівельних робіт і постійне розширення об’єктів нерухомості збільшує попит на дешеві та нові матеріали з бажаними характеристиками. В результаті багаторічних інтенсивних наукових досліджень з’явилася практична можливість запропонувати альтернативну і унікальну технологію виробництва продуктів на основі піску і води (цегла, стінова, підлогова і покрівельна плитка, сантехнічні матеріали, теплоізоляційні та кислототривкі матеріали, декоративні вироби тощо) – усі вони бажаного розміру, форми та кольору. Досвід розвитку технології конструкційних матеріалів свідчить про те, що у порівнянні з традиційними, у матеріалів з ультрадисперсною структурою у декілька разів збільшується мікротвердість, а питома поверхня на порядок, що сприяє зниженню температури спікання порошків. Запропонована технологія виробництва матеріалів будівельного призначення відкриває один з перспективних напрямків у розвитку нанотехнологій – створення надтвердих і надміцних матеріалів для будівельної індустрії. Цей вид виробництва дуже вигідний для країн, де повсюдно розташовані поклади піску, який видобувається за дуже низькими цінами. Порівняно зі звичайними будівельними матеріалами вироби з піску та води (гідросуспензій кремнезему) на механохімічному в’яжучому продовжуватимуть набирати популярність завдяки таким перевагам: низьке енергоспоживання та низька ціна на вироби; екологічна безпека процесу виробництва і готової продукції; хороші механічні та конструктивні властивості; вологостійкість і морозостійкість; відсутність необхідності випалу виробів; відсутність усадки виробів після сушіння; простота у виготовленні різноманітних виробів; доступність і гнучкість дизайну; відсутність відходів виробництва.

Система керування напірним ящиком відкритого типу має високу складність, що пов'язано із необхідністю не тільки стабілізувати параметри об’єкта, але й здійснювати координоване керування ним у випадку автоматичного переведення папероробної машини з одного виду продукції на інший за мінімальний час. Розроблено математичну модель напірного ящика відкритого типу як об’єкта керування рівнем маси. У моделі вихідною змінна об’єкта керування є рівень маси у напускній камері, а керувальним діянням є витрата маси, що подається до напускної камери. В моделі враховано збурювальне діяння – площу випускальної щілини. На основі розробленої моделі розглядається два варіанти побудови алгоритму керування напірним ящиком під час переведення його із одного режиму у інший. Розроблено структуру алгоритму координованого керування напірним ящиком. Наведено ілюстративний приклад застосування розробленого алгоритму. Здійснено розрахунки оптимального перехідного процесу в об’єкті які підтверджують ефективність розробленого алгоритму керування. Алгоритм координованого керування застосовано для стандартного напірного ящика ЯНО-180. Продемонстровано розробку алгоритму переведення напірного ящика з робочої (0,485 м) на максимальну (0,575 м) висоту рівня маси у напірному ящику за час 180 с. Результати розрахунків показують, що алгоритм координованого керування забезпечує переведення рівня маси на максимальну висоту за заданий час. Розроблений на основі отриманої математичної моделі алгоритм дозволяє здійснювати керування рівнем маси у такому складному об’єкті, як напірний ящик відкритого типу при переведенні папероробної машини з одного режиму роботи на інший за час, вказаний системою координованого керування. The control system of an open-type headbox has a high complexity, which is associated with the need not only to stabilize the parameters of the object, but also to carry out coordinated control of it in the case of automatic transfer of a paper machine from one type of product to another for a minimum time. A mathematical model of an open-type headbox as an object of mass level control has been developed. In the model, the output variable of the control object is the level of mass in the injection chamber, and the control action is the mass flow rate supplied to the injection chamber. The model takes into account the disturbing action - the area of the discharge slot. On the basis of the developed model, two options for constructing an algorithm for controlling the pressure box during its transfer from one mode to another are considered. The structure of the algorithm for coordinated control of the pressure box is developed. An illustrative example of application of the developed algorithm is given. The calculations of the optimal transient process in the object confirm the effectiveness of the developed control algorithm. The algorithm of coordinated control is applied to the standard pressure box YANO180. The development of the algorithm for transferring the pressure box from the working (0.485 m) to the maximum (0.575 m) height of the mass level in the pressure box for 180 seconds is demonstrated. The calculation results show that the coordinated control algorithm provides the transfer of the mass level to the maximum height for a given time. The algorithm developed on the basis of the obtained mathematical model allows to control the level of mass in such a complex object as an open-type headbox when transferring a paper machine from one mode of operation to another for the time specified by the coordinated control system.

As such a “witness” in this small researched book from the 40s of the 20th century – Charles Dickens “A Tale of Two Cities”, published by “Blackie & Son Limited (London and Glasgow)”. Thanks to this book, it was possible to touch on the “wartime” publishing industry, consider the main challenges faced by the book publishing industry and explore non-standard solutions for a decent response to these challenges in Great Britain. In addition, people who felt the need for books despite all the difficulties and dangers brought by “wartime” – the Second World War – become a real inspiration. This book, which in this study dates from the early 1940s, is an example of the publishing standard – the Agreement – which was introduced in Great Britain during the Second World War. Namely, the Book Production War Economy Agreement (1942), which was concluded between the publishers (Publisher Association) of Great Britain and the state leadership (represented by the Ministry of Supply). This agreement, which was mainly of a recommendatory nature, was primarily related to the rationalization of the use of resources necessary for the publishing of book products (regulating and standardizing printed publications that would respond to the main challenges in limited economic conditions). It should be noted separately that the agreement was initiated by the Association itself, because it was a response to the unfair (in the opinion of publishers) distribution of paper, namely to Paper rationing, which was introduced by The British Ministry of Information [Holman 2005]. In this context, the earlier creation of The Paper Control Committee, which controlled the use of paper by publishers and acted as their defender before the Ministry of Supply [Vassilopoulos 2021], should be considered. Speaking about the demand for books during the Second World War in Great Britain, one should note the incessant thirst for reading, learning new things, and searching for “answers to questions that concern us now” [Hench 2010]. It seems that there were already enough exciting events in everyday life, but it was precisely in the times when the war dragged on and there was no visible end or finale, and society began to tire of uncertainty and the constant feeling of “calm before the storm”, books became a real salvation from difficult to perceive and understand reality – a new reality. This explains the constantly growing demand for books of various formats and genres in the 1940s., Що краще розповість про час, ніж справжній «історичний свідок» – продукт того часу, для людей того часу?! Таким «свідком» в цьому невеличкому дослідженні предстане книга 40-х років ХХ століття – Чарльз Діккенс, «Повість двох міст», видавництва «Blackie & Son Limited (London and Glasgow)». Саме завдяки цій книзі вдалося доторкнутися до видавницької індустрії «wartime», розглянути основні виклики, з якими стикалась галузь книжкового видавництва, та дослідити нестандартні рішення для гідної відповіді на ці виклики у Великій Британії. Крім того, справжнім натхненням стають люди, котрі відчували потребу у книжках, незважаючи на всі труднощі та небезпеку, які з собою приніс «wartime» – Друга світова війна.

Актуальність теми: Проблема твердих побутових відходів є актуальною, оскільки її рішення пов'язане з необхідністю охорони навколишнього середовища та ресурсозбереження. Нині дедалі ширше застосування знаходять комбіновані пакувальні матеріали типу Tetra Pak. Зважаючи на те, що відходи упаковок Tetra Pak практично не розкладаються в природних умовах до 900 років, єдиний шлях їхньої утилізації – це вторинна переробка. Мета і задачі дослідження. Мета магістерської дисертації полягає в підвищенні ресурсозбереження у технології перероблення ламінованої макулатури за рахунок удосконалення технології розволокнення макулатури з відходів паковання для ефективного відокремлення целюлозного волокна від поліетиленової плівки і фольги. Для досягнення вказаної мети було поставлено наступні задачі: 1. проведення аналізу сучасного стану технологій переробки паковання типу Tetra Pak ; 2. дослідження впливу концентрації гідроксиду натрію та температури на процес просочення відходів паковання Tetra Pak; 3. дослідження паперотворних властивостей лабораторних зразків паперу виготовлених з відходів паковання типу Tetra Pak ; 4. порівняння паперотворних властивостей різних відходів паковань типу Tetra Pak; 5. розроблення удосконаленої технологічної схеми вузла розпускання відходів асептичного паковання. Обєкт дослідження – відходи паковання типу Tetra Pak. Предмет дослідження – технологічні процеси перероблення відходів споживання паковання Tetra Pak з-під рідких харчових продуктів; паперотворні властивості паперу отриманого з макулатури. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів: встановлено залежності відносного приросту маси зразків макулатури від концентрації гідроксиду натрію, тривалості просочення та температури гідроксиду натрію; отримано залежності розмелювальної здатності та паперотворних властивостей відходів паковання PurePak, Tetra Prisma Aseptic та Tetra Gemina Aseptic; удосконалено технологічну схему вузла розпуску відходів асептичного паковання. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Підвищення ресурсозбереження у технології перероблення ламінованої макулатури дозволить отримати технологію більш ефективного використання макулатурної сировини у процесах виготовлення нової картонно-паперової продукції, водночас зберігаючи на достатньо високому рівні фізико-механічні показники якості. The state of the global and domestic market for the production of flexible packaging, the projected volumes of its production for the next decade, current and promising technologies for printing materials for flexible packaging and labels are analyzed. Global forecasts for the growth of the flexible packaging market in the coming decade indicate an increase in demand for its use. The growing demand for a larger number of product names and a smaller number of orders is the key to the development of flexographic technology aimed at increasing efficiency in an increasingly digitalized market. The emergence of hybrid technologies, such as the combination of flexographic and digital printing in one technological complex, brought technological changes to traditional flexible packaging and contributed to its spread in e-commerce. Based on the results of the patent search and study of the scientific and technical literature, the main trends that are most influential in shaping the direction of development of manufacturing technologies for these products have been determined. Modern trends include production of ecological packaging; the use of packaging in electronic and digital commerce; personalization of packaging due to digital printing. The issue of stable color reproduction and the absence of defects on prints in the process of manufacturing printed products remains important, in particular when printing non-woven materials by the flexographic method. The production issues that arise during the production of flexible packaging orders are analyzed, because in most cases, innovative equipment or materials that are introduced into the technological printing process lead to the appearance of problems that require solving and developing recommendations. Therefore, an important component is the understanding of the origin of problems and defects that occur during printing and the possibility of solving them, which is the focus of further research., Проаналізовано стан світового та вітчизняного ринку виготовлення гнучкого паковання, прогнозовані обсяги його виробництва на найближче десятиріччя, актуальні та перспективні технології задруковування матеріалів для гнучкого паковання та етикетки. Світові прогнози зростання ринку гнучкого паковання в найближче десятиріччя, засвідчують збільшення попиту на його використання. Зростаючий попит на більшу кількість назв продукції і менший наклад замовлень є запорукою розвитку флексографічної технології, спрямованої на підвищення ефективності на ринку, що все більше цифровізується. Поява гібридних технологій, як то поєднання флексографічного друку із цифровим в одному технологічному комплексі внесла технологічні зміни в традиційне гнучке паковання та сприяла його поширенню в електронній комерції. Визначено за результатами патентного пошуку та опрацювання науково-технічної літератури основні тенденції, які є найбільш впливовими при формуванні напряму розвитку технологій виготовлення даної продукції. До тенденцій сучасності відносяться виготовлення екологічного паковання; використання паковання в електронній та цифровій комерції; персоналізація паковання за рахунок цифрового друку; стабілізація кольоровідтворення. Особливо важливим залишається питання стабільного кольоровідтворення та відсутності дефектів на відбитках в процесі виготовлення друкованої продукції, зокрема при задруковуванні невсотувальних матеріалів флексографічним способом. Проаналізовано виробничі питання, які виникають під час виготовлення замовлень гнучкого паковання, адже в більшості випадків інноваційні обладнання або матеріали, які вводяться в технологічний друкарський процес, призводять до появи проблем, які потребують вирішення та розроблення рекомендацій. Відтак, важливою складовою є розуміння походження проблем та дефектів, які виникають під час друкування та можливість їх вирішення, на що спрямовані подальші дослідження.
