Parties are communication spaces that disrupt daily routines and generate a break in ordinary temporality. At the same time, they promote the construction of a festive we through union, exchange, enjoyment, the release of tensions and, at the same time, disputes. They are also desirable spaces for state interventions. In this article, we propose to carry out a critical reading of the officialization strategies that configure the National Holidays in the territory of northern Patagonia and that are developed within the framework of a global process of festive coloniality. During the last decades, tourism in Extremadura has been favoured due to new trends (rural tourism, gastronomic tourism...), which have increased the number of visitors who choose the region as a holiday destination due to its wide range of resources and facilities. In this study, the objective is to create a digital database that will make the region's tourism offer and resources known, adapting it to current market demands, by creating a Web GIS or Geoportal. Introduction: Introduction. This article disseminates the results of an investigation oriented to the study of the current multiscreen contexts in which minors develop, from the perspective of risks and opportunities. The main objective is to analyse the characteristics of the consumption scenario and family mediation. Methodology. This research has been developed using the survey technique. The universe under study has been the children enrolled in the Community of Madrid from 5 to 17 years old. (n = 840). Results and conclusions. It has detected a higher rate of hyperconnected homes, in which minors with mobile devices for autonomous and personal use predominate, and an intensive user profile that is from the age of 16 and amounts to 39% of the population on weekends or holidays. The aim of this article aims to calculate the cost of the holidays in Chile, using the rate of growth of the Monthly Economic Activity Index (Imacec) from January 2008 to December 2017. Measurement of the calendar effect proved to be significant and predicts that, on average, a holiday causes a decrease of 0,25 percentage points with respect to the rate of growth of the IMACEC. This means that an additional holiday has a direct incidence and reduces in 58 million dollars the gross domestic product of the Chilean economy. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The article talks about the changes expected in the final degree project in Physiotherapy due to the new Organic Law of the University System (LOSU) that is expected to be approved at the end of February or beginning of March 2023 in Spain. It is mentioned that the final degree project is an important subject that was incorporated into the Physiotherapy Degree programs in 2008 and that it should reflect the knowledge and skills acquired by the students. Some concerns and dimensions related to the design and methodologies of the final degree project, evaluation criteria, roles of academic tutors, and teaching load are pointed out. Some recommendations are mentioned to improve the development of the final degree project and it is expected that changes will be made in the legislative framework in the future. Introduction: several public health programs are being implemented to combat childhood obesity in the world. However, the impact of Chilean Law n.o 20,606, which regulates the sale and advertising of foods high in critical nutrients ("Super 8 Law") about a critical period in the increase of body weight in schoolchildren, such as National Holiday (NH), has not yet been evaluated.Objective: establish the effect of NH on various body composition indicators before and after the implementation of the Super 8 Law.Methods: 110 schoolchildren between 10 and 13 years of age participated in this study, and 48 finished it after one year of follow-up (23 children and 25 girls). Body weight, body mass index (Zscore-BMI), triponderal mass index (TMI), fat mass index (FMI), percentage of fat mass and muscle mass during the four weeks of September 2015 (without law) and 2016 (with law). An ANOVA for repeated measures and adjusted for covariates was applied.Results: body weight (0.327 and 0.556 kg), Zscore-BMI (0.057 and 0.085) and fat percentage (0.1 and 0.9%) increased significantly during both NH (without and with law, respectively). Compared to 2015, FMI and TMI do not show significant increases during 2016, however, there are no significant differences in any of the variables studied after the implementation of the law.Conclusion: despite observing slight advances in certain parameters of body composition between one year and another, the implementation of the Super 8 Law in Chile does not seem to generate a preventive effect during NH. This paper discusses how the regional parades of the 'Day of Campecheness'(día de la campechanía) and 'Campechan Rejoicing' (algarabía campechana), held in the city of San Francisco de Campeche, Campeche, Mexico, are discursive constructions and rituals of Cultural Heritage, in turn proposed by government agencies. From the theoretical perspective of ritual, I analyze the symbolic messages that both parades generate. This article discusses the celebrations of the last Aztec emperor, Cuauhtémoc, that took place in Mexico City, Mexico, during the Porfiriato period from 1887-1911. The author comments on the representation of Cuauhtémoc as a national hero and describes his importance as a connection to the country's pre-Hispanic roots.

The importance of Atypical Cumulative Journey in mining in our country is that it facilitates increased production and uses for this labor force miners to work cycles (also called work systems) consisting of periods cumulative work and are also offset by cumulative periods of rest, but this should be met with various constitutional parameters (1993 Constitution, Constitutional Court rulings and Convention 01 of the International Labour Organization - ILO) as well as various legal parameters (Journey Act and Regulations, Consolidation of Remunerated Breaks and Regulations) and other highly important interpretative parameters (Directives and Reports of the Ministry of Labour - MLEP). To have these parameters cumulative atypical journey in mining will be constitutionally and legally valid. Moreover, after specifying the constitutionality and legality of such work journey, now must define an appearance on labor law that has led to very divergent positions by the labor inspectorate and mining companies inspected, ie concerning the application of the payment or the corresponding surcharge for work performed on holidays or compensation within days off duty cycle in question.
