This thesis examines the notions of gift and gratuity present in the social magisterium of Benedict XVI, in order to study the reception and scope that these concepts have had in the works of Social Doctrine of the Church (SDC) carried out in the Hispanic American area, from 2009 to 2019. It also seeks to know if the treatment of the gift in the Social Doctrine of the Church, from the Compendium of the Social Doctrine of the Church, through the encyclical letter Caritas in veritate to include the Messages for the World Day of Peace, shows some influence of contemporary discussion of the gift in the field of the social sciences. The work carried out allows us to notice the significant consideration that the notions of gift and gratuity have had in the social magisterium of Benedict XVI and how these notions have motivated the realization of a series of subsequent studies. However, neither gift nor gratuitousness are isolated concepts, but rather these notions have been presented by Benedict XVI within a proposal for a paradigm shift, theologically based on the Trinitarian relations of God. The goods offered in the Templo Mayor of Tenochtitlan came from all corners of the empire. Much has been learned about the meaning of these ritual acts, but little has been written about it from the perspective of the Mexica economy. The market, the gifts, the specific companies that extracted resources, and the tributes, were all factors that interacted simultaneously, promoting the transfer of thousands of products, raw materials, animals and exotic materials, which would later be transformed and offered in lavish ceremonies. Sumptuous godos, such as gold and feathers were taxed and traded throughout the empire, but upon arrival in the capital they were transformed by the specialized hands of artisans associated with the government. For their part, animals, plants, and exotic goods were transported to Tenochtitlan to be used during rituals associated with the Emperor and the bureaucratic and religious apparatus. This essay relates philosophy to mysticism, while taking into account their different understandings, based on the underlying concepts of excess and gift. To accomplish this, it brings together the contributions of Maurice Blondel on the subject and offers the contemporary inspirations of certain philosophers situated within so-called French phenomenology. This research aims to analyze the cultural references present in three audio descriptions referring to the film Nuovo Cinema Paradiso, followed by a contrastive analysis. In this article we carry out a descriptive study about collective nouns and locative nouns formed by suffixation, which has several objectives: on the one hand, the characterization of suffixes forming each one of these two semantic types of nouns will be presented; on the other hand, we will study what suffixes give rise to both types of nouns and what nouns present both types of meaning. This is what has been called "regular polysemy" in the specialized bibliography.Finally, we will analyze a series of neological collective nouns and locative nouns, extracted from the Bank of neologisms of Cervantes Virtual Center (years 2015 and 2016), in order to determine, among all the suffixes collected from the bibliography, which ones are really productive in the formation of these two types of nouns in Spanish. Based on Marcel Mauss's theory of the gift, a way of understanding the social bond which helps to explain the formation of people as moral subjects is presented. After presenting the questions that underlie our reflection, the methods used to prepare the proposal are explained. The aim of the article is to raise awareness and contribute to the incorporation of the dynamisms of the gift -its relationship and service to the community- in the fi eld of education. This is based on two concepts: that the gift is an essential formative dynamism and that a well-rounded education demands a two-way gift cycle: from teachers to students and from the latter to the community. The article discusses Claudio Di Girolamo donates his religious works to UC, which includes the Central House of the Pontifical Catholic University, in a very intimate ceremony with reduced capacity, Claudio Di Girolamo made public the donation to this campus of more than 700 works in various media and techniques and that would later give rise to illustrations, paintings and murals of religious themes.

The experience of the Risen Jesus is always innovative and surprising, so that it must be shown with constructive aspects such as the fulfillment of promises and gifts both personal and communitarian, which can boost community processes to open some pastoral fields empowered by the strength of the Risen. From the biblical commentary of Jn 20,19-23 the ability to grow in pastoral and community settings with healed, in peace people is given, under the impulse of the Holy Spirit that leads to strengthen the relationships with both forgiveness and the mission. This essay explores the transnational turn in the history of science, arguing for its particular relevance for the twentieth century science in the Latin American context. A distinction is made between cross-national and transnational perspectives in the history of science, addressing key features of the transnational turn, such as the dismissal of national histories, the role of networks and supranational agencies as actors in the construction of knowledge, and a critical account of the idea of "circulation" which incorporates socio-anthropological concepts and geopolitical concerns. The essay also describes the specific conditions in which the transnational approach has developed in Latin America. It is further argued (if in a brief manner) that development programs and the construction of the Third World after World War II have had material and symbolic implications that are crucial for the current regional skepticism on national boundaries, and for a privileged situated knowledge produced by Latin American historians of science. The intention of this paper is to analyze the social debt contracted by women in southeastern Ciudad Juarez (Mexico), within the theoretical framework of feminist economic anthropology based on ethnographic data collected there during 2012 at a Nutrition Club where Herbalife is served. Affections, prestige and honor all circulate as women care for themselves, as material, symbolic, emotional and corporal exchanges take place, thus initiating specific forms of sociality and new relationships. Gifts, as a system of reciprocities, generate and sustain bonds of trust; debt itself can become ambivalent, like the femininity of these women, which is questioned and reconstructed amid oppressive contexts. The objective of this article is to present an analysis of the internal migration under the scope of Niklas Luhmann's social system theory, added to Marcel Mauss's gifts intending to contribute with elements that help in the analysis of this social phenomenon, the components and operations of an inter-intra regional migration system. The investigation was conducted in the Department of Antioquia Colombia, in its capital city and villages, seeking to unravel the logic of the population mobility not only in their arrival to the cities but in their continuous interrelation with their native regions. The ability of parties to donate is studied, and particular reference is made to the Spanish and Colombian legislations. With regard to the European legislation, and although the Draft Common Frame of Reference (DCFR) has dedicated the title H of Book IV to the "contracts for the donation of goods", it is argued that it does noy contain any specific rule on the ability to be a donor or donee. In the laws studied, regarding the donor, the paper stresses the need for the free disposal of the goods and, as to the donee, the ability to accept conditional or onerous donation. The well- known mention of Levi-Strauss as Lacan's exclusive reference to the debate about the gift of love is questionable when considering the details surrounding the production of the famous statement "giving what one does not have". The legal status of the renunciation of a bequest on the part of a public legal entity is discussed in the context of the fact that under Spanish law legatees are automatically awarded the property set out therein. As an act of extraordinary administration, written permission from the Holy See is required if the amount of the bequest exceeds that established by the Episcopal Conference. The aim of this paper is to analyze the concept of donation in contemporary ethics. This analysis is done in three stages: the first is the introduction and shows that it is an important concept in the converging phenomenology, personalism and hermeneutics. This convergence is not only a frequent use of the concept but an abuse of it when building back to mediation or institutional objective that condition. The second presents an anthropology of the gift and shows their relationship to objects, reciprocity, debt and freedom. This article studies the liberality and gifts in general, and it later identifies the different types of liberality which occur without complying with the established requirements of the lawmaker. Special emphasis is laid on liberality within the framework of family law and law of succession. By means of the document submitted, it is expected to clarify the versions of the facts given since February 23rd, 1519--moment of the Hernán Cortés arrival to Chalchicueyecan beaches, nowadays part of Veracruz. Hernán Cortés presented himself, as ambassador of Charles I King of Spain, before the diplomatic corps sent by the State Affairs Council of Anáhuac. For this reason the Hueytlatocan-Supreme Council of Anáhuac-agreed that Moctecuhzoma should receive Cortés in accordance with the protocol currently in force. Therefore the gifts presented were for Charles the King. As Cortés insisted on his arrival to Mexico-Tenochtitlán-he decided in the second hearing to reject his will.
