This article addresses the current situation of the Catholic Church in relation to the sexual abuse crisis. Likewise, the different positions that are being generated in the midst of said crisis are analyzed. After this analysis we move on to the very nature of the Church and the need for it even today despite this or other crises. The central theme of revelation and salvation offered in Christ, redeemer of human nature itself, is addressed. Finally, a new stage is offered for the Church after the crisis of conversion abuses and essential consolidation. This research has a great scope in the midst of the current situation of the Church and wants to be a fundamental contribution before moving on to issues of intervention or prevention. At a methodological level, two texts by Joseph Ratzinger are followed that help to see the problem from a more adjusted and balanced position without the nervousness of giving quick and immature answers. Bus terminals are a very demanding service, it is necessary to innovate and analyze management processes through the application of new technologies, following methodologies that facilitate their development and implementation, therefore, the main objective of this research was to develop an enterprise architecture for the prototype of an intelligent bus terminal in the city of Quinindé. The methodological design was based on an interpretative paradigm, with a qualitative approach, using bibliographic and analytical methods, semistructured interviews and the TOGAF methodology through the technological tools Bizagi and Archimate. The results allowed us to determine that the bus terminal in the city of Quinindé has many problems such as vehicular congestion, poor management of bus flow, crowding of passengers when buying a ticket, poor maintenance of infrastructure such as restrooms, lighting, signage, lack of surveillance system, insufficient staff training and poor financial management. It is conclusive that TOGAF made it possible to organize and structure the key elements of the bus terminal's business architecture, specifying the business, service and technological architecture, including services, processes, business architecture, applications and data; in other words, resources are managed in a coherent and efficient manner. The current transformer that was located in the neutral of the capacitor bank of the bus section 3A-3B of the Tallapiedra 110/13,8 kV substation was completely destroyed, and some units were also damaged, starting by a phase to neutral short-circuit and ending as a three phase short-circuit. Using mathematical modeling, several scenarios were simulated to find the cause for which this equipment failed. It was found that it was not capable of withstand the dynamic current that was experience for each of the scenarios that were analyzed. Properly dimensioning the overcurrent dynamic capacity for these equipments is of vital importance to prevent failures like the one that occurred or change the type of current transformer for a window or toroidal type, since the primary current does not physically circulate through these. On 20 April 2021, the Spanish Competition Authority (the "CNMC") issued two resolutions of great importance for the pharmaceutical sector. In particular for innovative laboratories that have been have been targeted by the Spanish and European Competition Authorities for several years now. In both resolutions, two pharmaceutical companies, AbbVie and AstraZeneca, were suspected of having abused their alleged dominant position - in the first case by offering exclusionary discounts and, in the second, by setting predatory prices - both with the aim of preventing competitors from entering the market after the lapse of their respective patents. The CNMC concluded, in both cases, not to initiate sanctioning proceedings. At the same time, the CNMC provided long overdue clarifications and guidance on certain key issues: (i) the use of "effective clinical practice" and therapeutic guides in the definition of relevant markets, (ii) the dynamic analysis of market shares and (iii) the explicit acceptance of the "meeting competition" defence when ruling out an abuse of dominant position. The War of Independence in New Spain generated manifestations of extreme violence caused by the large mobilizations of armed forces among various populations there, especially after a war of extermination was declared against the insurgents. Although these cruel and violent maneuvers were allowed -even promoted- by Viceroys and commanders, the truth is that the hostilities reached such a point that the damage that the image of the government suffered exceeded any benefits achieved. This paper addresses, first, the issue of counterinsurgent military violence during the War of Independence in New Spain, a topic largely ignored in historiography to date, but one whose implications we examine in detail during the stage of government collusion in the first years of the conflict. Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) are public transport systems that have gained popularity in the world. The complexity of this type of systems has made necessary to configure strategies based on optimization models for the generation of dispatch frequencies, time tables, and fleet control in real time context. However, most of the works where the developed models are tested, do not consider how the demand is distributed along the available routes. This work shows the impact generated in the load profile of the buses, and the average waiting time for each route during the operation, when the criterion with which the passengers choose the route varies. In a first scenario: The passengers use the service, having only the objective of choosing the fastest route to take them to their destination. In a second scenario, passengers make a prior evaluation before boarding a feasible bus for them. In this work is presented the demand elasticity of a passenger's public transport system with respect to bus fares. First, we established confidence intervals with the information of passengers who has used the transport system by periods. Once it has been defined the confidence intervals then the demand elasticity with respect to bus fare its calculated. This estimation allows to conclude how much the bus fare impacts the demand of the service, or if it exists another reason why the demand of the services has fluctuated during the history of the system. In this research it can be observed that the three first periods were inelastic and the next three periods were elastic, in the last periods its necessary to do a holistic view to find which another factor it's the one who is affecting the passenger's demand. in the current context it is important that the School Bus Routing Problem (SBRP) in addition to efficiency also addresses the social and environmental dimensions, to ensure sustainable solutions. The environmental dimension has been widely addressed in the VRP, however, the SBRP has not had the same development, although there are studies on the relationship between environmental problems in school transport and children's health, however, there are no jobs that address the environmental dimension in the SBRP, in this sense this article addresses the SBRP with environmental considerations. A mathematical model is formulated to minimize fuel consumption, which is calculated based on the distance traveled, the weight of the vehicles and the students. The model is optimally solved for small instances, and for larger instances an algorithm based on Granular Tabu Search is used. The initial solution is generated by the savings algorithm. The performance of the algorithm is evaluated by comparing the times and values of objective function with respect to the exact method, the times of solution with the metaheuristic were 99.96% on average faster than the exact method, however the objective values was far on average 13.98% of the exact method. In addition to its strategic role as a collective transport infrastructure, a bus station is loaded with centrality. It is indeed, since it fosters an efficient symbiosis of a broad articulation of entities, mechanisms and actions. This study analyzes the current state of public relations education in Mexico, considering whether the specific competences designed for students are consistent or not with the needs of public relations professionals. It is an exploratory research that uses the technique of content analysis to identify the knowledge, skills, and abilities of the discipline, as well as a survey, addressed to the practitioners from public relations agencies better positioned in Mexico to determine the congruence of the competences described in the study plans with the activity of the specialized sector, in addition to knowing their suggestions to improve the curricular content. Findings of the study reveal that of the 35 skills found in Mexican curricula, only two coincide with the functions demanded by public relations agencies which reflects an incongruity in the teaching of the student with the professional sector. This panorama forces academics to form an integral profile with a social emphasis in solving problems, focused on communication management with the support of social media, as well as innovative and business skills for the development of their functions in the field of public relations. There was a Desire of deeper reforms boosted by the Bourbondynasty in the XVIII Century. The commercial sexual exploitation of children is a public health problem and a serious violation of the rights of children and adolescents. The response to this problem has been affected by the meanings and practices of the actors involved. In order to contribute to a better understanding of the problem, a qualitative social study using a grounded theory approach was carried out between 2014 and 2015. The aim was to understand the meanings and practices regarding this issue of people who spend time in an area of the city center with a high presence of commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents. The techniques used were participant observation and semistructured interviews. We found that the predominate conceptions lead to practices that aggravate and perpetuate rights violations. Although practices of protection towards victims were identified, these were limited to critical aspects of the context. Actions to eradicate commercial sexual exploitation should work with the community and the meanings within the community regarding sexual exploitation so as to potentiate the victim protection practices carried out and reduce barriers to such practices. Objectives. To interpret the motives of pregnancy in girls and the re-signification of their life's course. Materials and methods. In the cities of Bogota, Cali, Cartagena and Medellin, 18 life stories of adolescents under 15 years old with experience of pregnancy were made during 2012 and 2013. A phenomenological analytical framework was used to reveal the motives and meanings. Results. The "because motives" and "in order to motives" of adolescents life course, are redefined by the moral control of families, couples, education and health professionals based on common sense and professional habitus. Conclusion. In the real "because motives" it is found that common sense assigns blame and responsibility to teens for their pregnancy. In the educational context there is a device that excludes them and promotes dropouts. In the field of health, human rights abuses are used as a control and punishment mechanism. The role played by bus drivers is fundamental in as much, as they are in charge of the transport of people, therefore the optimal labor yield of the bus drivers is key to assure, the users of the public transport, a safe, worthy and satisfactory trip. The objective of this investigation was to propose a questionnaire to evaluate some psychological factors and of labor yield of the conductors of buses of the company Paracito, S.A. The instrument is composed by eight variables: familiar self-esteem, masculinity, family relationships, couple relationships, and labor satisfaction, customer service, drug consumption, and labor day, each variable counts with between six and twelve reagents and are conformed by a scale type Likert. Among the institutions that participate in the configuration of the literary canon, the schooling institution plays a key role in the shaping and transmission of the inherited corpus. The tension institution-teaching-corpus updates the debate upon the notions of "classic" and "canonical". In such a context, the studying syllabuses on the Language and Literature curricular field result in revealing certain devices of the criteria used by teachers when cutting down, ranging and legitimizing a particular corpus destined to propose a textual cartography in the education field. The present work has been the result of the activity developed during the post-graduate course "Science, Technology and Society," taught by Dr. Ana Maria Vara as part of the specialization program in Public Communication of Science and Science Journalism at the National University of Cordoba. The report aims to cover two cases, both related to the issue of technological implementation, new technology in one case and old technology in the other. In turn, we address the resistance of a social group that was strongly damaged by the use of such technology. The first case concerns the setting up of a new pathogenic waste treatment plant and the resistance from the local citizens for fear of possible irregularities that would cause health problems in the population. This paper presents a novel methodology to solve the problem of Optimal Reactive Power Flow (ORPF) in interconnected multi-area power systems. The main contribution of this paper is the use of a coordinated-decentralized strategy that allows keeping autonomy and confidentiality in the operating processes of each area. In the proposed model of multi-area ORPF the Transmission System Operators (TSOs) of each area operate independently, and do not need explicit information regarding neighbor areas, being only necessary to exchange border information related to the interconnection lines between areas. The proposed methodology is based on the application of Successive Linear Programming (SLP) and the decomposition scheme by areas is developed through the Dantzing-Wolfe method. To show the robustness and efficiency of the proposed approach a three-area system is used, in which each area corresponds to an IEEE118-bus test system.
