ARQUITECTURA EMPRESARIAL PARA EL DESARROLLO DE UN PROTOTIPO DE TERMINAL DE AUTOBUSES INTELIGENTE EN LA CIUDAD DE QUININDÉ.

Bus terminals are a very demanding service, it is necessary to innovate and analyze management processes through the application of new technologies, following methodologies that facilitate their development and implementation, therefore, the main objective of this research was to develop an enterprise architecture for the prototype of an intelligent bus terminal in the city of Quinindé. The methodological design was based on an interpretative paradigm, with a qualitative approach, using bibliographic and analytical methods, semistructured interviews and the TOGAF methodology through the technological tools Bizagi and Archimate. The results allowed us to determine that the bus terminal in the city of Quinindé has many problems such as vehicular congestion, poor management of bus flow, crowding of passengers when buying a ticket, poor maintenance of infrastructure such as restrooms, lighting, signage, lack of surveillance system, insufficient staff training and poor financial management. It is conclusive that TOGAF made it possible to organize and structure the key elements of the bus terminal's business architecture, specifying the business, service and technological architecture, including services, processes, business architecture, applications and data; in other words, resources are managed in a coherent and efficient manner.
