In order to achieve real-time classification and detection of various chicken parts, this study introduces an optimized Swin-Transformer method for the classification and detection of multiple chicken parts. It initially leverages the Transformer’s self-attention structure to capture more comprehensive high-level visual semantic information from chicken part images. The image enhancement technique was applied to the image in the preprocessing stage to enhance the feature information of the image, and the migration learning method was used to train and optimize the Swin-Transformer model on the enhanced chicken parts dataset for classification and detection of chicken parts. Furthermore, this model was compared to four commonly used models in object target detection tasks: YOLOV3-Darknet53, YOLOV3-MobileNetv3, SSD-MobileNetv3, and SSD-VGG16. The results indicated that the Swin-Transformer model outperforms these models with a higher mAP value by 1.62%, 2.13%, 5.26%, and 4.48%, accompanied by a reduction in detection time by 16.18 ms, 5.08 ms, 9.38 ms, and 23.48 ms, respectively. The method of this study fulfills the production line requirements while exhibiting superior performance and greater robustness compared to existing conventional methods.

The purpose of this article has been to promote culture by criticizing the cultural industry. Enlightenment thought played an essential role in performing the function of cultural criticism and promoting the creative transformation of human survival through criticism towards the generation of a new subject. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the essential significance of Adorno’s critical theory of the cultural industry when discussing the criticism of Enlightenment thought towards the cultural industry. This article attempted to reinterpret the criticism of the cultural industry by introducing Enlightenment thoughts, recognizing that Enlightenment thought was not entirely harmonious but contained completely different ways of understanding. These two distinct understandings and their contradictions can dialectically co-exist in future historical development processes, and the criticism of the cultural industry can play an important role in promoting cultural construction.

La destrucción del Antiguo Palacio de Verano de Pekín tras el saqueo de las tropas franco-británicas en 1860 ha supuesto una pérdida inestimable en la historia de la arquitectura, calificado por varios autores como una de las maravillas de la arquitectura china. El artículo presenta la reconstrucción virtual y análisis geométrico del Pabellón de la Paz Universal del Antiguo Palacio, con unas características únicas en la arquitectura tradicional china tanto en su forma como en la combinación de los elementos estructurales de madera. Actualmente tan solo se conserva la plataforma de cimentación. Para la consecución de una reconstrucción rigurosa y precisa, se ha acudido a las fuentes originales de China y del Museo de la Ciudad Prohibida, traduciendo los antiguos textos del chino de la dinastía Qing y recopilando la documentación original existente. Los resultados incluyen nueva documentación inédita del proyecto. La reconstrucción del Pabellón de la Paz pretende continuar los esfuerzos realizados por la “Mission Palais d’Eté” (Misión del Palacio de Verano) entre 1983 y 1985, llevada a cabo por la cooperación de investigadores y arquitectos franceses y chinos. Recientemente, la institución “Cooperans” ha retomado las investigaciones sobre el Antiguo Palacio de Verano para fortalecer los vínculos culturales entre Europa y China. La reconstrucción digital del proyecto permite visualizar, analizar y entender un proyecto del que tan solo se conservan ruinas. Mediante la documentación de los restos de las antiguas ruinas y la exportación a sistemas de realidad virtual del pabellón Wanfanganhe, se establece un vínculo entre la arquitectura china y los usuarios interesados, suprimiendo las barreras lingüísticas. El proceso de la medición, modelado 3D y la traducción de los elementos fundamentales de la arquitectura tradicional china ha sido llevado a cabo con precisión para generar un modelo que represente una parte inolvidable de la historia china.

ABSTRACT In China, low levels of accuracy in predicting when pineapple crops will reach maturity can result from environmental variation such as light changes, fruit overlap, and shading. Therefore, this study proposed the use of an improved RetinaNet algorithm (ECA-Retinanet) based on the ECA attention mechanism. The ECA attention mechanism was embedded into the classification subnet of RetinaNet to improve accuracy in detecting different levels of maturity in pineapples. A new pineapple dataset was collected comprising four different growth stages under mild and severe complex scenarios. The experimental results have shown that the mAP (Mean Average Precision) and F1 score (Balanced Score) of the ECA-Retinanet model were 97.69%, 94.75%, 93.2%, and 90% for identification in mild and severe complex scenarios. These values are 0.42%, 2%, 1.78%, and 1.5% higher than the original RetinaNet model which exceeds those of the six existing state-of-the-art detection models. The results have indicated that the proposed algorithm could be used for accurate identification of pineapple fruit and can detect fruit maturity using ground color images in the natural environment. The study findings provide a technical reference for automatic picking robots and early yield estimation.

Background: Overweight and obesity are epidemic worldwide. Our present study was to examine the prevalence of overweight and obesity in a university faculty and staffs using two references [Working Group on Obesity references in China (2004) and World Health Organization (WHO) criteria 2000]. Objective: The purpose of this study was to estimate the prevalence of overweight and obesity among university faculty and staffs in China. Methods: A cross-sectional study was designed to collect the routine health screening data for a university faculty and staffs from 2004 to 2010(2004, 2006, 2008 and 2010); the subjects aged 22-94 years. Results: Depending on the references used (China and WHO, respectively), the overall prevalence of overweight, including obesity of the subjects was 36.1% and 25.5%, the prevalence of obesity was 5.3%, and 1.5%, respectively, the prevalence of overweight, including obesity among the male subjects was 46% and 32.5%, respectively, the prevalence of overweight, including obesity among the female subjects was 21% and 14.1%, respectively, An interesting observation made was that the overall prevalence of overweight was increased with age. Conclusions: Regarding the harmful of overweight and obesity, it is encourage reducing liberal food environment and increasing physical activity among university faculty and staffs, especially for male faculty.

Background: Overweight and obesity are epidemic worldwide. The purpose of this research is to estimate whether the prevalence of obesity among primary school children is high, and to identify its potential determinants to optimize the methods of prevention to combat further increases in childhood overweight. Methods: A cross-sectional study was designed to collect the routine health screening data for primary school children in Wannan area, China. Overweight and obesity status were determined using the International Obesity Task Force standard (IOTF) BMI cut-off points. Results: A total of 67956 subjects (36664 male and 31292 female) aged 5-14 years were recruited in this study. Depending on the references used (IOTF), the overall prevalence of overweight, including obesity of the subjects was 17.85% , the prevalence of overweight, including obesity was 22.9% in male subjects and 11.9% in female subjects, respectively. The overall prevalence of obesity was3.7%, the prevalence of obesity was 5.2 % in male subjects and 1.8% in female subjects, respectively. An interesting observation made was that the prevalence of overweight was high in male subjects. Conclusions: Overweight is prevalence among primary school children, especially in male children. The relate department of school and government should take some measure to reduce the prevalence of overweight and obesity.
