In the age of technological progress and new information technologies, comfort and new opportunities have become available thanks to mobile communications and the global Internet, which now occupy an important place in the development of society. At the same time, a mankind‘s need to maintain a healthy lifestyle has increased and, as a result, there is a growing interest in the promotion of sports services in social media, which have become advertising platforms. The availability of free and quality sports for students of Russian universities has recently been one of the priority areas.In educational organizations, being a structural unit, the Sports Club carries out mass sports work with students, including those who are members of sports teams, ensures the work of sections in various sports, as well as training and competitive processes. Due to the importance of attracting the strongest students to the sections in order to form the university’s sports teams to achieve high sports results, as well as promoting a healthy lifestyle among all students, the author analyzed the tools for promoting sports student associations of the university and determined the effectiveness of their application. The article evaluates the influence of media marketing on increasing the involvement of students in the activities of student sports clubs using such methods as analysis of scientific and methodological literature, questionnaires, and surveys. The study involved 55 participants aged 18 to 30 years old, who are students of various higher educational institutions.

4. COVID-19 Outbreak at Sports Club: Conditions of Occurrence and Causes of the Spread of Infection

Relevance. The new coronavirus infection (COVID-19), which appeared in late 2019 in China, has spread to almost all countries of the world in just a few months. The explosive nature of its spread was accompanied by the formation of large epidemic foci in organizations of various profiles, including leisure and sports. Aims. To establish the conditions and causes of the spread of SARS-CoV-2 among the members of one of the sports clubs based on an in-depth epidemiological analysis. Materials and methods. To study the features of the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus in a sports organization, the following documents were used previously developed by the authors and successfully tested in practice: «Act of epidemiological investigation of group and outbreak morbidity of new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) at an enterprise/organization/institution» and «Individual card of a patient with a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) at the enterprise / organization/institution». In the process of epidemiological investigation, in order to detect SARS-CoV-2 RNA in PCR, a laboratory examination of sports club participants (sick and contact) was conducted, followed by genome-wide sequencing of isolated SARS-CoV-2 viruses on the basis of the Laboratory of Molecular Virology of the A. A. Smorodintsev Influenza Research Institute, which performs these types of studies. Results. Within 17 days, 26 cases of COVID- 19 were registered among the sports team members and staff from the support group (coaching staff, medical staff, administrators), which was 74.3% of their actual number. The majority of patients (76.9%) had mild acute respiratory infection, two (7.7%) had no symptoms, and four (15.4%) had interstitial pneumonia. Of the clinical manifestations of the disease, the most frequent were weakness, fever, headache, muscle and joint pain, difficulty in nasal breathing and serous-mucous discharge from the nose, sore throat, cough, shortness of breath, anosmia and dyspeptic manifestations in the form of diarrhea, nausea or vomiting. The occurrence of the outbreak was the result of the introduction of infection from the opposing team at the tournament. The leading factors that contributed to the spread of COVID-19 among sports club members were the admission to games and training of athletes with acute respiratory infections, prolonged close contact between players during training and competitions, violations in the use of personal protective equipment, compliance with hygiene and hand antiseptics, disinfection measures in the premises of sports institutions and defects in the implementation of the regulations for the examination of teams for SARS-CoV-2 during tournaments. Conclusion. Based on the results of the study, data were obtained on the features of the spread of SARS-CoV-2 in sports organizations, which can be used in conducting preventive and anti-epidemic measures in sports and leisure institutions.

5. Changes in the preparedness of athletes engaged in track and field sprint in the conditions of a specialized sports club

Purpose: to find out the influence on the preparedness of athletes-sprinters of the conditions for organizing training sessions in specialized sports clubs. Material & Methods: in the study, students (young men) of the first year (age 17), who wanted to practice athletic sprint in a specialized sports club, participated in only 18 people, of which two groups (control and experimental) were formed. To assess the level of preparedness of athletes used common types of testing. Results: conducted studies have shown that over the period of the experiment, the improvement in the results in the experimental group compared with the control group on average for all types of tests is 4,3%. Conclusion: results of the experiment show that the level of general physical preparedness (improvement is 2,4%), the special strength preparedness (an improvement of 6,3%) and the special cross-country preparedness (in comparison with the control group) 4,2%).

This paper looks at Josef Rössler-Ořovský, the founding father of sport in the Czech lands, who was instrumental in the development of sports in the Czech lands and in Czechoslovakia from the 1880s until the end of the 1920s. J. Rössler-Ořovský was a sportsman in his body and soul. In addition to his own sporting career, he was known for his efforts to get a large number of sports clubs and associations established in the Czech lands and have them registered in international sports federations. He also played a significant role in the Czech Olympic Committee. Josef Rössler-Ořovský, who would have celebrated his 150th birthday in 2019, is indisputably one of the greatest names in Czech sport.

Целью данного исследования было предложить и обосновать новый концептуальный подход в дизайне спортивной формы как средства продвижения культурных и исторических традиций регионов. В ходе исследования была обоснована актуальность продвижения культурного наследия регионов в сфере спорта, выявлены тенденции в использовании художественных композиций в дизайне спортивной формы в мире, России и в Свердловской области, приведены результаты опроса болельщиков об их отношении к отражению культурного наследия в дизайне спортивной формы. Новизна исследования заключается в расширении представлений о тенденциях в дизайне спортивной формы в мире и России и его возможностях в популяризации культурного-наследия страны и региона. Исследование показало, что создание дизайна спортивной формы с опорой на культурное достояние стран и регионов является актуальной тенденцией развития спорта и может быть рекомендовано предприятиям спортивного дизайна в разработке новых стратегий и продуктов. The purpose of this study was to propose and justify a new conceptual approach in the design of sports uniforms as a means of promoting the cultural and historical traditions of the regions. In the course of the study, the relevance of promoting the cultural heritage of the regions in the field of sports was substantiated, trends in the use of artistic compositions in the design of sports uniforms in the world, in Russia, and in the Sverdlovsk region were identified, the results of a survey of fans about their attitude to the reflection of cultural heritage in the design of sports uniforms were presented. The novelty of the study lies in the expansion of ideas about the trends in the design of sports uniforms in the world and in Russia and its capabilities in popularizing the cultural heritage of the country and the region. The study showed that the creation of a sports uniform design based on the cultural heritage of countries and regions is a current trend in the development of sports and can be recommended to sports design enterprises in the development of new strategies and products.

Тренд на цифровизацию экономики существенно меняет экономическую реальность, проникая во все бизнес-процессы компаний. В мировой спортивной индустрии внедрение новейших цифровых инструментов связано, как правило, с повышением качества методик тренировочного процесса, передового анализа разнообразных спортивных показателей. Также цифровизация позволяет упросить процесс организации спортивных мероприятий, взаимодействие с участниками соревнований, в том числе в виртуальном пространстве. На сегодняшний день внедрение цифровых инструментов в сфере физической культуры и спорта в России развито слабо. Несмотря на повсеместную цифровизацию экономики, большая часть спортивных организаций не торопятся внедрять цифровые инструменты. Проблема медленной цифровой трансформации спортивной сферы актуальна по причине непонимания позитивных эффектов такой трансформации и сомнений в их экономической целесообразности. Цель работы – разработка и оценка эффективности проекта цифровой трансформации спортивного клуба «Kwon». Практическая значимость заключается в возможности применения разработанного проекта цифровизации в практике других спортивных клубов, а также последующем масштабировании полученных результатов на различных уровнях: от регионального до федерального. The trend towards the economy digitalization significantly changes the economic reality, penetrating into all business processes of companies. In the global sports industry, the introduction of the latest digital tools is usually associated with improving the quality of training methods, advanced analysis of various sports indicators. Digitalization also makes it possible to simplify the process of organizing sports events, interaction with participants of competitions, including in virtual space. Nowadays, the introduction of digital tools in the field of physical culture and sports in Russia is poorly developed. Despite the widespread digitalization of the economy, most sports organizations are in no hurry to introduce digital tools. The problem of slow digital transformation of the sports sphere is relevant due to a lack of understanding of the positive effects of such transformation and doubts about their economic feasibility. The purpose of the work is to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of the digital transformation project of the sports club “Kwon”. The practical significance lies in the possibility of applying the developed digitalization project in the practice of other sports clubs, as well as the subsequent scaling of the results obtained at various levels: from regional to federal.

This work is devoted to the analysis of personnel stimulation and motivation system on the example of SPbPU SC "Polytechnic" and introduction of sport events for its improvement. The tasks that were solved in the course of the research: 1. study of theoretical aspects of stimulation and motivation of personnel, analysis of existing methods of stimulation and motivation, analysis of approaches and methods of evaluation of their effectiveness; 2. Development of a methodology for assessing the degree of personnel satisfaction with the incentive system. 3. Conducting a comprehensive analysis of the activities and human resources of SC "Polytechnic"; 4. Carrying out financial diagnostics of IC "Polytechnic"; 5. Implementation of the method of evaluation of staff satisfaction with the incentive system by means of a two-stage questionnaire, identification of existing problems and shortcomings; 6. Developing measures to improve the staff incentive system of the sports club "Polytechnic". 7. Evaluating the effectiveness of the measures. The work was conducted on the basis of the sports club "Polytechnic", where a significant part of the factual material was collected. Research methods: observation, competitive analysis, analysis of motivation, survey. As a result, the activities aimed at improving the system of non-material incentives SC "Polytechnic" were developed. Developed measures are cost-effective and attractive for implementation.

В работе рассмотрены особенности оказания физкультурно-оздоровительных услуг в высшем учебном заведении на примере работы спортивного клуба кафедры физической культуры. Многолетний опыт работы в высшем учебном заведении показывает, что существуют различные виды, формы и способы оказания физкультурно-оздоровительных услуг обучающимся и населению. Поэтому актуальной задачей на сегодняшний день является поиск, развитие и внедрение в работу кафедр физической культуры наиболее востребованных и качественных физкультурно-оздоровительных услуг обучающимся и населению. На примере работы спортивного клуба кафедры физической культуры проведен анализ прироста и снижения количества студентов, посещающих учебно-тренировочные занятия в течение года, выявлены причины данных изменений и предложены пути улучшения качества физкультурно-оздоровительных услуг. Предложена эффективная модель «кафедра-клуб», нацеленная на решение образовательных, воспитательных и коммерческих задач, при условии полной поддержки действий кафедры у руководства организации, полном материальном и техническом обеспечении учебно-тренировочного процесса. Эффективность предложенной модели была подтверждена в ходе педагогического эксперимента с участием студентов 1—3-го курсов нефизкультурного вуза, занимающихся в спортивных секциях. Определены более популярные и востребованные спортивные секции среди обучающихся. Обозначены причины успешной работы спортивных секций, среди них определены наиболее значимые: наличие развитой спортивной инфраструктуры организации, механизмы вовлечения молодежи в спортивно-массовую деятельность, привлечение высококвалифицированных преподавателей, имеющих опыт работы и профессиональные компетенции, применение научного подхода и инновационных методик в сфере физкультурно-спортивных услуг, моральное и материальное стимулирование труда специалистов., The paper considers the features of the provision of physical culture and wellness services in a higher educational institution on the example of the work of the sports club of the Department of Physical Culture. Many years of experience in higher education shows that there are various types, forms and ways of providing physical education and wellness services to students and the population. Therefore, an urgent task today is the search, development and introduction into the work of the departments of physical culture of the most popular and high-quality physical culture and wellness services to students and the population. Using the example of the work of the sports club of the Department of Physical Culture, the analysis of the increase and decrease in the number of students attending training sessions during the year, the reasons for these changes and ways to improve the quality of physical education and wellness services is carried out. An effective model of “department-club” is proposed, aimed at solving educational, educational and commercial tasks, provided that the actions of the department are fully supported. The effectiveness of the proposed model was confirmed during a pedagogical experiment involving 1st—3rd year students of a non-physical education university engaged in sports sections. The more popular and in-demand sports sections among students are identified. Kluby sportowe o zasięgu lokalnym działają w warunkach ciągłych niedoborów finansowych, ludzkich i rzeczowych. Kwestie związane z pozyskiwaniem sponsorów, zarządzaniem szkoleniem drużyn, obiektów sportowych wymagają od ich menedżerów profesjonalnego podejścia. O ile w wyższych klasach rozgrywkowych profesjonalizm zostaje narzucony przez przepisy licencyjne, to w ligach niższych klas rozgrywkowych, lub sportach mniej popularnych, brak profesjonalizmu powoduje upadek klubu lub jego stagnację. Celem artykułu jest podanie przykładów i modelu wykorzystania wiedzy w zarządzaniu klubami sportowymi o zakresie lokalnym. Podmiotem jest tu klub RKS Raków S.A., który wdraża konkretne profesjonalizujące programy w zakresie marketingowego zarządzania klubem sportowym. Zakres przedmiotowy badań obserwacyjnych obejmuje zarządzanie wizerunkiem, relacje z interesariuszami, profesjonalne podejście do kwestii pozyskiwania sponsorów, promocji oraz organizacji widowiska sportowego. Poza tym artykuł przewiduje zarządzanie informacją i promocją na zewnątrz klubu w warunkach niedostatków finansowych z wykorzystaniem nowoczesnych rozwiązań komunikacyjnych. Artykuł powinien być pomocny w rozwiązywaniu problemów decyzyjnych klubów na szczeblu niższych klas rozgrywkowych oraz marketingowym zarządzaniu w klubach dyscyplin niszowych o lokalnym zasięgu. Słowa kluczowe: marketing, zarządzanie, klub sportowy, zasoby. Abstract The main problem of sports clubs is the insufficient knowledge in the use of existing resources. Local sport clubs operate in a continuous shortage of financial, human and material. Issues related to the acquisition of sponsors, training management teams, sports facilities managers require their professional approach. While in higher grades professional leagues is dictated by the rules of licensing, in the lower leagues or sports less popular, lack of professionalism causes the collapse of the club or its stagnation. This article aims to give examples and model the use of knowledge in the management of sports clubs, local scope. The subject in this article is the football club RKS Rakow Częstochowa SA, which implements specific marketing programs for managing. The scope of the observational studies include image management, stakeholder relations, professional approach to raising sponsorship, promotion and organization of sporting events. In addition, the article provides information management and promotion outside the club in terms of financial shortcomings of using modern communications solutions. The article should be helpful in solving the problems of decision-making clubs at the lower classes leagues and clubs marketing management disciplines niche for local coverage. Conducted a competitive analysis of the Sports Club "Polytechnic", as well as the esports department The communicative policy of competitors was analyzed and a SWOT analysis of the SPbPU esports direction was carried out. The most optimal PR technology was determined to improve the image of the esports destination of the Polytechnic Sports Club. A project was developed to improve the image of the cybersport department and recommendations for evaluating the effectiveness were made.

In this article the authors presented different components of the de-veloped “Be in Shape” project. They revealed the possibilities of the pro-ject such as: possibility to use the various sports areas contributing to the harmonious and all-round development of the participants of the project and allowing to achieve a desirable effect of the trainings, due to particu-larities of each kind of sport; to develop physical qualities that will allow to develop sports abilities and further, if desired, to get into a chosen sport area more professionally; to get immediate results and the opportunity to become a part of a real sports movement which, apart from training pro-cess includes various sporting events, promotions, the dietic menu in uni-versity canteens, etc. In the article the authors reveal the importance of the promotion of this project aimed to achieve the objectives В статье авторы представили отдельные составляющие разработанного проекта «Будь в форме УрФУ». Раскрыли возможности проекта: возможность использования разнообразных спортивных направлений, способствующие гармоничному и всестороннему развитию участника проекта и позволяющие добиться желаемого эффекта от тренировок, благодаря специфике каждого вида спорта; развить физические качества, что позволит открыть в себе новые спортивные способности и в дальнейшем, при желании, увлечься каким-то одним спортивным направлениям более профессионально; получить быстрые результаты и возможность стать частью реального спортивного движения, которое, кроме тренировочного процесса включает в себя различные спортивные мероприятия, акции, диетическое меню в столовых университета и др.
