Актуальность исследования заключается в появлении новых квазикорпоративных договоров, содержащих в себе методы защиты от возможности предъявления контрагентам налоговых штрафов в результате незаконных действий партнёров по бизнесу. Проблема просматривается в отсутствии эффективной законодательной базы таких договоров, обеспечивающих их защиту в суде. В статьи приводятся ситуации взаимодействия между контрагентами в системе современных хозяйственных отношений, которые влекут за собой множество налоговых последствий. Одним из таких последствий может выступать недобросовестность поставщика или подрядчика, другого партнёра перед налоговой инспекцией. В таких ситуациях налоговая служба не примет входящий НДС к зачёту, что повлечёт за собой большие убытки со стороны покупателя и усилит налоговые риски, связанные с его деятельностью. Изучена возможность осуществления налоговой оговорки в подобной практике, которая позволит избежать проблем теневого оборота, а также не допустить финансовых потерь и упущения налоговой выгод. Цель статьи заключается в оценке процессуальных преимуществ и рисков налоговых оговоров, встречающихся в практике налогоплательщиков., The relevance of the study lies in the emergence of new quasi-corporate contracts containing methods of protection against the possibility of presenting tax penalties to counterparties as a result of illegal actions of business partners. The problem is seen in the absence of an effective legislative framework for such contracts, ensuring their protection in court. The article presents situations of interaction between counterparties in the system of modern economic relations, which entail many tax consequences. One of these consequences may be the dishonesty of a supplier or contractor, another partner before the tax inspectorate. In such situations, the tax service will not accept incoming VAT for offset, which will entail large losses on the part of the buyer and increase the tax risks associated with his activities. The possibility of implementing a tax clause in such a practice has been studied, which will avoid problems of shadow turnover, as well as prevent financial losses and loss of tax benefits. The issues of improving the methods of measuring the scales of shadow activity in the sectors of the Russian economy have considered. The problem aspects of practical use of the classical method of physical inputs in measuring the scales of shadow activity in the sectors of the national economy have identified. As an alternative to the classical method of physical inputs, its modified version has proposed, based on accounting of the production costs components that dominate in the structure of intermediate consumption. Based on experimental calculations, estimates of the scales of shadow activity in selected sectors of production of goods and services of the Russian economy have developed.

В докладе исследуется песня «Ego» из альбома «7» группы «BTS». Показано, что альбом имеет сквозную композицию, построенную по принципу юнгианской концептуализации. Главный герой проходит через архетипическое развитие — от Персоны через Тень к Эго. Исследуемый через сопоставление разноязычных вариантов текст занимает одну из важнейших позиций в структуре альбома. The report is devoted to BTS’ song “Ego” from the album “7”. The album is shown to have a continuous composition built on the principle of Jungian conceptualization. The main character goes through archetypal development — from the Person through the Shadow to the Ego. The text is explored through the comparison of variants written in different languages; it gains one of the most important positions in the structure of the album.

Сalibration spacecraft (CSC) is used to assess the energy potential of the radar channel of a ground-based complex for the motion control of space objects. A high precision spherical shell is one option for the geometric shape of such a CSC. The passive repeaters of signals and some types of reference reflectors have a shape of the same character. Along with the orbits close to the Arctic ones, said CSC may be in the circular and elliptical earth orbits, which have areas shaded by the Earth from the sun rays.We can assume that in the shaded area of the earth orbit the CSC shell is under temperature extremes only of the intrinsic radiation of the Earth surface, the intensity of which is substantially less than the intensity of the Sun heat radiation that reaches the near-Earth space. In this regard, one should expect a lower temperature of the shell in this area of the orbit as compared with its temperature in the sun-lit area. This will cause a significant change in CSC shell temperature within a period of its revolution around the Earth. Long-term cyclic change of the temperature condition of the CSC shell may restrict the resource efficiency of its material.As the shell material, is, usually, used a polymer film with several tens of microns in thickness, covered by a thin layer (a few nanometers of thickness) of deposited aluminum that is necessary to meet the CSC performance requirements. Following the CSC Earth orbital injection the shell takes a spherical shape due to the relatively low pressure produced by gas that fills it. In this case it is possible to obtain a spherical shell of a sufficiently large diameter, which is specific for the modern trends in deployment of large orbit transformable structures.To predict the health of the shell material resource is necessary to have information on the temperature distribution across its surface not only in the lit but also in the shaded area of the orbit. A quantitative analysis of the temperature condition of the CSC shell can be conducted through mathematical modeling, using its thermal model. The paper offers three stages to create such a model for a spherical shell as applied to the conditions in the shaded area of the orbit.At the first step for an arbitrary portion of the outer surface of the shell is determined a density of the incident-on-it intristic Earth's radiation on the premise that the angular distribution of intensity of this radiation according to directions obeys Lambert's law. Depending on the optical characteristics of the outer surface, part of this radiation is absorbed by the outer surface of the shell. The second stage builds a thermal model of a spherical shell, which establishes a pattern of redistribution of energy absorbed by radiation from its inner surface with regard a reradiation effect between the concave portions of the surface. Finally, the third stage uses the ratio of the local heat balance of a separate shell portion, which allows you to find the temperature of this portion, and then build the temperature distribution across the entire surface of the shell.

The article presented and analyzed samples of poetry, vividly implementing the principles of light, shadow and darkness. The figurative-conceptual system of the text (lyrical “I” and “Other”) is considered through the principles of light and darkness. The principles of light and darkness, being a prebasis for the formation in the poem of the lyrical “I” and “The Other”, determine the properties of the one and the other at the same time: both “I” and “The Other” are based on the same correlation of these principle. The principle of light is explicated in the images of such phenomena as daytime, beingness, personalization of “I”, another character and the concreteness / realism of the character and the artistic world, and the principle of darkness – in the images of night or transitional time of day, darkness, sleep or intoxication, water elements or fog, secrecy, fading processes of life, stopping the movement or periodic / circular movement, the feeling of love or death, weak personalization of the lyrical “I”, often through the “Other”. In the poetry of the shadow, the high personalization of “I” and the visibility, concreteness of the surrounding space remain, however, the value of “I” or “Other” proportionally increases in the ratio of “I-Other”, but attributes of the principle of darkness appear – more chamber, shadow space or evening-night time of day, slowness or acceleration of time,silence, water element, fog, sleep, sad thoughts, the theme of love or death. As a model of the poetry of light, the poetry of A.S.Pushkin, poetry of the shadow – I.S.Turgenev, and the poetry of darkness – are separate texts of postmodern literature (V.Polozkova, B.Grebenshchikov, G.Samoilov (Agatha Christie group), etc.).

В статье были представлены и проанализированы образцы поэзии, ярко реализующие принципы света, тени и темноты. Принцип света эксплицируется в образы таких явлений, как дневное время суток, бытийность, персонализация "Я", другого персонажа и конкретность/реалистичность персонажа и художественного мира, а принцип темноты – в образы ночи или переходного времени дня, темноты, сна, дремоты или опьянения, водной стихии или тумана, тайности, замирания процессов жизнедеятельности, остановки движения или периодического/кругового движения, чувства любви или смерти, слабой персонализации лирического "Я", часто посредством "Другого". В качестве образца поэзии света была представлена поэзия А.С. Пушкина, поэзии тени – И. С. Тургенева, а поэзии темноты – отдельные тексты постмодернистской литературы (В. Полозковой, Б. Разработан новый метод реконструкции изображения сечения объекта, содержащего непрозрачное включение. Для того чтобы оценить неизвестные данные в области тени, решается система линейных алгебраических уравнений, построенная на основе представления моментов проекций однородными полиномами. По результатам проведенного вычислительного эксперимента оказалось, что метод имеет преимущества перед альтернативными подходами., A new tomography method for a two-dimensional object containing an opaque inclusion is developed. For the estimation of unknown data in the opaque object's shadow, the system of linear algebraic equations derived from the representation of projections of moments by homogeneous polynomials is solved. В статье опровергается расхожее мнение о том, что «тень» является исключи­тельно визуальным свойством физического мира. Утверждается, что она не­зримо присуща и личности самого человека, а многообразие ликов «тени» гене­рируется динамикой, масштабом и многообразием общественных отношений, в которых сам человек деятельно участвует. Выдвигается предположение, что тень может не только сделать человека ущербным и нежизнеспособным, но и содействовать полноценности и плодотворности его жизни. The author refutes a popular point of view about the “shadow” as a visual property of physical world only. It is also an unvisual property of personality, and the diversity of the shadow’s types is generated by dynamics, scale and pluralism of social relations, in which the human himself plays active role. The shadow can make human not only defective and nonviable, but it can also make his life full-blooded and fruitful.
