Целью исследования является обоснование возможностей и определение условий использования славянских мифов и легенд как средства целостного личностного и речевого развития дошкольников с нарушением речи. Задачи исследования заключаются в обосновании и апробации использования адаптированных текстов мифологических произведений в коррекционно-развивающей работе с детьми дошкольного возраста с речевыми нарушениями на основе целостного подхода к построению педагогического процесса. В статье дается обоснование возможностей развития эмоциональной отзывчивости и связной речи у дошкольников с речевыми нарушениями через использование адаптированных для детей славянских мифов и легенд на логопедических занятиях на основе авторских исследований. Раскрыта последовательность и технология целостной коррекционно-педагогической работы, направленной на речевое и личностное развитие детей, в процессе ознакомления со славянской мифологией., The aim of the research is to justify the possibilities and determine the conditions for the use of Slavic myths and legends as a means of holistic personal and speech development of preschool children with speech impairments. The objectives of the research are to justify and test the use of adapted texts of mythological works in correctional and developmental work with preschool children with speech impairments, based on a holistic approach to the construction of the pedagogical process. The article provides a substantiation of the possibilities of development of emotional responsiveness and coherent speech in preschool children with speech impairments through the use of Slavic myths and legends adapted for children in speech therapy classes based on the author's research. В статье рассмотрена проблема преподавания курса «Лексикология английского языка» с позиции холистического подхода. Подчеркивается актуальность антропоцентрической методологии для современной лингвистики и лингводидактики. Акцентуируется специфика преподавания лингвистических дисциплин для будущих учителей иностранного языка, носителей родного языка и родной культуры. Представлен анализ опыта преподавания курса на основе использования методов концептуализации, квантования знаний и принципов проблематизации, интерактивности и индивидуализации обучения. Приводится пример преподавания курса «Лексикология английского языка» на основе холистического подхода с последующим анализом полученных результатов., The article considers the problem of teaching the course "Lexicology of English" from the point of view of the holistic approach. The relevance of anthropocentric methodology for modern linguistics and linguodidactics is highlighted. The article emphasizes the specifics of teaching linguistic disciplines to future teachers of a foreign language, native language and native culture bearers. В соответствии с новыми образовательными стандартами поэтапно осуществляется модернизация процесса преподавания второго иностранного языка, что требует поиска новых подходов к обучению. В данной статье рассмотрен вопрос о преподавании раздела «Письмо» при обучении китайскому языку для обучающихся общеобразовательных школ с точки зрения возможности внедрения метапредметного подхода. Данный подход предполагает не только овладение системой знаний при изучении второго иностранного языка, но и освоение универсальных способов действий. Процесс обучения при внедрении метапредметного подхода предполагает сознательное отношение к изучаемому материалу. В то же время сформированные универсальные учебные действия могут применяться для реализации научно-познавательного потенциала обучающегося на дальнейших этапах обучения. Рассмотрены различные подходы к обучению китайскому языку: академический, целостный, сознательный, системный, когнитивный, метапредметный. Когнитивный и метапредметный подходы в обучении иероглифическому письму, реализующиеся через целенаправленное обучение стратегиям учебно-познавательной деятельности и формированию универсальных учебных действий, рассмотрены в сравнении друг с другом. Представлена таблица, демонстрирующая различия подходов к обучению письменности с позиции репрезентации китайского письменного знака и различий содержания обучения. Проведен анализ авторских УМК по китайскому языку на предмет расхождений в видении авторами возможностей достижения метапредметных результатов. Проведенный анализ подтверждает недостаточную степень реализации метапредметного подхода в практике преподавания китайского языка как второго иностранного в средней школе, что, в свою очередь, является следствием недостаточной изученности соответствующей проблематики на теоретическом уровне., n accordance with the new educational standards, the modernization of the process of teaching a second foreign language is carried out step by step, which requires finding new approaches to teaching. This article considers the issue of teaching the section “Writing” while teaching the Chinese language to students of secondary schools in terms of the possibility of implementing a meta-disciplinary approach. This approach implies not only mastering the system of knowledge when studying a second foreign language, but also mastering universal ways of action. The learning process in the implementation of the meta-disciplinary approach implies a conscious attitude towards the material being studied. At the same time, the formed universal learning activities can be used to implement the scientific and cognitive potential of the student at further stages of learning. Different approaches to teaching Chinese are considered: academic, holistic, conscious, systemic, cognitive, and meta-disciplinary. The cognitive and meta-disciplinary approaches to teaching hieroglyphic writing, which are implemented through purposeful teaching of strategies of educational and cognitive activities and formation of universal learning activities, are considered in comparison with each other. A table showing the differences in approaches to teaching writing from the perspective of the representation of the Chinese written sign and the differences in the content of teaching is presented. An analysis of the authors’ textbooks on the Chinese language for the differences in the authors’ vision of the possibilities to achieve meta-disciplinary results is carried out. The analysis confirms the insufficient degree of implementing the meta-disciplinary approach in the practice of teaching Chinese as a second foreign language in secondary schools, which, in turn, is a consequence of the lack of study of the relevant issues at the theoretical level., Бизнес. Редукционистский подход в медицине рассматривает живые системы в качестве закрытых (замкнутых) образований, функции которых полностью детерминированы свойствами соответствующих материальных компонентов. Каждое нарушение функции объясняется предшествующими изменениями структур, реализующих эту функцию. Из этого следует, что любая патология структурно-функциональна по своей сути, а понятие «функциональные заболевания» - принципиально ошибочно из-за искажения причинно-следственных отношений. По мере прогресса медицины ожидается открытие собственно первичных структурных маркеров «функциональных» заболеваний, что будет иметь решающее значение для их ранней диагностики и патогенетического лечения (ориентированного прежде всего, на устранение первичного звена расстройств). Вместе с тем, в медицине существует более общий холистический (функционально ориентированный) подход, формирующий иной стереотип клинического мышления. В этих рамках любая патология объясняется недостаточностью адаптивных функций организма в изменившихся условиях существования. Обычно сложный характер функциональных взаимодействий делает невозможным их описание на основе текущих характеристик материальных компонентов системы, особенно при воздействии на организм внешних патогенных факторов. Именно внешние воздействия способны инициировать первичный дефицит адаптивных механизмов с заведомо вторичными структурными изменениями, что позволяет перестать рассматривать «функциональные болезни» как принципиально ошибочное понятие. Первичный дефицит функций наиболее нагляден при информационной патологии, идеальная природа которой не сводится к соответствующим материальным носителям. Все это ставит под сомнение возможность обнаружения собственно первичных структурных маркеров некоторых заболеваний, особенно если в их основе лежит информационная патология (невроз, нервная анорексия, психическая аменорея, морская болезнь, некоторые формы фантомных болей и др.)., Reductionist approach in medicine considers living systems as closed (closed) formations whose functions are completely determined by the properties of the corresponding material components. Each disturbance of the function is explained by previous changes in the structures that realize this function. From this it follows that any pathology is structurally functional in its essence, and the concept of «functional diseases» is fundamentally erroneous because of the distortion of cause-effect relationships. As medicine progresses, the actual primary structural markers of «functional» diseases are expected to be discovered, which will be crucial for their early diagnosis and pathogenetic treatment (primarily aimed at eliminating the primary link of disorders). At the same time, in medicine there is a more general holistic (functionally oriented) approach, forming a different stereotype of clinical thinking. Within this framework, any pathology is due to the lack of adaptive functions of the organism in the changed conditions of existence. Usually the complex nature of functional interactions makes it impossible to describe them on the basis of the current characteristics of the material components of the system, especially when external pathogenic factors influence the organism. It is external actions that can initiate a primary deficit of adaptive mechanisms with known secondary structural changes, which allows us to stop treating «functional diseases» as a fundamentally wrong concept. The primary deficit of functions is most evident in information pathology, the ideal nature of which is not reduced to the corresponding material carriers. All this calls into question the possibility of detecting the primary structural markers of certain diseases, especially if they are based on information pathology (neurosis, anorexia nervosa, mental amenorrhea, seasickness, some forms of phantom pains, etc.)., №2 (2017)

В статье дан анализ тибетской медицинской науки с позиций буддийского и даосского мировоззрения, рассмотрены критерии здоровья и болезни, обоснована концепция человека, представленная в древних трактатах Востока. Рассматривается духовное и телесное здоровье человека как гармоническое единение с миром, анализируются представления о сущности человека и влиянии социальных условий на здоровье и развитие болезней с позиции тибетской медицины, отличной в своих представлениях от современной западной медицины. Отмечено, что согласно буддийской философии, важное значение в тибетской медицине имеет нравственно-этический аспект, особенно в рассмотрении этиологии заболеваний., The article analyzes the Tibetan medical science from the standpoint of the Buddhist and Taoist world view, examines the criteria of health and disease and substantiates the concept of a human presented in the ancient treatises of the East. The spiritual and bodily health of a person as a harmonious union with the world is considered in the paper, the ideas on the essence of a human and the influence of social conditions on health and development of diseases are analyzed from the position of Tibetan medicine, which is different in its representations from the modern Western medicine. It is noted that according to Buddhist philosophy, moral and ethical aspects are highly important in Tibetan medicine, especially in the consideration of the etiology of diseases., №09(63) (2017)

Globalization has been changing the urban landscape rapidly in recent decades. Suburbanization, urban sprawl and intensive migration have transformed former territories with a mix of urban and rural settlements into huge high urbanized regions which play a key role in the development of nation states and macro-regions of the world. Th ey have also become sites for the concentration of problems such as terrorism, crime, ethnic confl icts, economic disparities, hatred and exclusion, because of their size and magnetism as points of prosperity. Th e goal of this article is to show the historical process of agglomeration-building in Europe (e.g. Paris and Berlin), the USA (e.g. Tristate NY) and Russia (e.g. St. Petersburg, Samara – Togliatti Agglomeration) and to explore actual problems of strategic planning in these city-regions. Th e city-regions are analyzed within the frame of a holistic approach (top – down direction). Large city-agglomerations in Russia are, at present, possible motors of growth and development. Th e elaboration of strategies for them could be the starting point in the recovery of the economy and society. But the experience in this fi eld is not broad enough to lead to positive and rapid results. Th is makes a comparative analyses of international examples extremely important for Russian governing bodies and social groups. In the research we use statistical data – demographic, economic and political – to show the strengths, weaknesses, risks and opportunities of agglomeration development in the 21st century.

Исследуется генезис концепции Фрэнка Ллойда Райта, американского архитек­тора конца XIX - первой половины XX в., родоначальника органического на­правления в архитектуре и дизайне. Отталкиваясь от определений экологичес­кой архитектуры, экологически устойчивого дизайна, автор анализирует прин­ципы органической архитектуры Ф. Л. Райта и подробно раскрывает воплоще­ние данной концепции на примере загородной виллы «Дом над водопадом». The article explores genesis of the architectural conception by Frank Lloyd Wright who was the founder of the organic style in architecture and design. Relying on the definitions of ecological architecture and sustainable design the author analyzes Wright’s principles of organic architecture and closely considers realization of this conception in the “Falling water” residence.

The method described is based on the philosophies of system thinking. It is a non-mathematical, holistic approach used to identify, visualize, and analyze the influencing factors, as well as their interrelationships in complex systems. Its main purpose is to find potential risks to be caused by system interventions, so it helps to evaluate possible future developments and set priorities. The method was used to study the interrelationships of factors relevant to the success of an innovative educational project. В статье представлен метод, основанный на теории системного мышления. Это нематематический, целостный способ действия, используемый для идентификации, визуализации и анализа факторов влияния, а также их взаимодействия внутри комплексной системы. Его основная цель заключается в своевременном распознавании потенциальных шансов и рисков, которые могут быть вызваны вмешательством системы. Приведен пример применения метода с целью изучения взаимовлияния факторов, релевантных для успешности инновационных образовательных проектов.
